The first box arrived damaged and it was replaced immediately with no quibble at all. Great service. The box is a perfect size and looks very smart. I would recommend the product and the company.
Hubby found it very straightforward to install. It is easy to lock and unlock and up to now seems weatherproof, we have only had dry weather so far so am unable to say how it will stand up to the wet weather. So far we are very pleased and we love the fact that it can take A4 sized post as long as it’s pliable. It looks very smart and quite elegant. We are pleased with this purchase. We would recommend.

This postbox may not have been the cheapest on offer, but it was well worth it. Nice and sturdy and big enough to take bulky post. The letterbox opens outwards so the postman is happy not to get his fingers clipped. It looks very classy. Arrived extremely quickly and was very easy to fit. I would definitely recommend this.

The postbox, though lovely, was damaged and we were literally about to go on holiday with no way for the house to receive mail. Nikki was wonderful and told us to use the box whilst we were away and the company would sort it out on our return – Which they did and immediately. The box arrived the day after I got in touch, on our return. Between the lovely, well made box and the customer service, you’d have to go a long way to get better, on all fronts, I’d say! Buy with confidence then, content in the knowledge that you’ll receive something that is good quality but that, if there’s a problem, it will be sorted out pronto with the absolute minimum of fuss. Although this box is bigger than I imagined, it’s actually the perfect size! It takes all my post except parcels of course! It’s just the job, brilliant!
