DDF484Z 18V Li-ion LXT Brushless Drill Driver – No batteries included
Lightweight and compact, 172mm long.
The DDF484Z is cordless Drill Driver powered by 18V Li-ion battery (not included) with variable speed control by trigger to deliver 500 up to 2,000 rpm for a wide range of drilling and fastening applications. The brushless motor eliminates carbon brushes, enabling the motor to run cooler and more efficiently for longer life and is electronically controlled to optimise battery energy use for up to 50 percent longer run time per charge.
The Drill Driver has all metal gear construction and 2 mechanical speed gearing, high speed mode for speedy drilling in light duty applications and low speed mode for heavy duty applications requiring high torque. It has 21 torque settings plus drill mode, a convenient 13mm keyless chuck for quick drill bit instalation and removal, electric brake and forward / reverse rotation.

Drill is brilliant. Very compact. Disappointed it had no hammer actio
Makita baut einfach die besten Akkuschrauber. Das Gert ist klein, sehr handlich und hat unglaublich viel Kraft. Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren an diesem Gert. Vielleicht nicht der billigste, aber dafr bekommt man auch richtig was fr sein Geld.

Makita, wie gewohnt Top. Starke kompakte Maschine die gut in der Hand liegt.
Mega schnelle Lieferung, Dienstag frh bestellt, Mittwoch Mittag erhalten. Am Samstag gleich ausgiebig getestet. Liegt sehr gut in der Hand und hat eine beeindruckende Leistung. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.
Good makita tool for less than 100 euros,only it did not have battery indicator,but it is not a problem with new makita batteries
After a series of disappointments with new Makita combi-drills, each of which was returned because of a design flaw causing hammer action even when hammer not selected. Drilling metal with small drill bits (2mm to 8mm) was not good with hammer action. My most recent, dhp485, bought 10 days ago was bad. This drill had hammer action even when drilling wood. IMO Makita don’t know have to design combi-drill BUT my 1week old DDF 484 (no hammer feature) is a joy to use! Not had such a good drill since my 12v nicad Makitas, just much stronger, and longer battery life. This drill is wonderful!
