LED lights effectively illuminate the work area without the high heat of halogens.
The DML805 can be powered by both 240V and DC (Li-ion battery), compatible with both 14.4V and 18V Li-ion batteries (not included).
The Work Light features twenty 0.5 watt white light LED’s to delivery bright and even light with 2 mode operation, delivers 750 lumens on high mode and 450 lumens on low mode. The DML805 has a 360 degree vertical light angle adjustment. Adjusting knobs allow the light to be directed to the desired angle.
Battery capacity warning lamp, the light will flash to alert the user when the battery charge is low.

Really good. It’s too much money really but when you’ve got 15 Makita batteries it’s convenient. Comes with 2 pin plug which is annoying. I’ll never use it plugged in anyway as a 5ah battery lasts pretty much a full day on full brightness. You wouldn’t want to plaster or paint with it in a large room but for any other job on site it’s great.
Although the price was more expensive than some on the market the power was a lot better than some and depending on the battery size can last a while
First experiences are no problems so far. Little difference in the brightness settings. Shame it is not waterproof.

Terrific work light, I should have bought this Makita light when it was selling at a much lower price.
It’s certainly a lot bigger than I thought it would be. The amount of light it shines isn’t great when you compare it with some torches out there that are lot cheaper. But it’s a work light and that’s what I bought it for. The ability to turn it on and leave it in the one position when I’m working in bad light. Would still have to use torches for climbing underneath kitchen sinks.
Very robust and bright light. Lights large areas well. we use it on site in the dark mornings to brush stone work. Great product as always from makita.
Da ich bereits mehrere Gerte 18V besitze, kam dieses nun hinzu. Mich berzeugte, dass man entweder 230V oder halt den Akku als Energiequelle nutzen kann. Beides funktioniert auch tadellos.
Eine konkrete Aussage zur Leuchtdauer” kann ich noch nicht geben. Der Strahler war bislang 4h in Stufe 2 im Einsatz und zeigte keinerlei Einbrche.
I had this light only a week or two and only used it a handful of times and i found it to be good. Its bright enough and doesn’t devour battery life. Some reviews are complaining about the power cord at the back but I had no issue with this. Other reviews complained about the level of brightness, its not designed to light up a room to plaster it. I have no problem recommending this light to anyone.

A little bulky, but can be expected given the size of the batteries. Gets a fair amount of light time per battery, at the expense of brightness. Feels dimmed on high setting.
When it runs out just replace the standard 18v battery that you are using in the tools. Light is very bright and is best angled to be indirect because if it catches you in the eye you will be seeing ble stars. I do wish manufacturer had noted users comments; the lead for use direct from mains should be detachable

Eines der besten Sachen, die ich mir die letzten Monate geholt habe. Unser AG stellt uns leider keine Akkulampen, fr die Baustelle manchmal aber echt bld wenn der Stromanschluss zu weit ist oder vielleicht der Aufwand zu gro ist ( eine Ksbeltrommel zu verlegen) wenn man nur eine Kleinigkeit zu erledigen hat.
Ich bin durch und durch zufrieden. Akkubetrieb hllt eine Weile, lade es in der Pause einfach. Das einzigste was nicht so gut ist, was eben auch schon andere geschrieben haben das man das Netzteil nicht entfernen kann. Hatte es leider schon, das es jemand nicht gesehen hatte und auf den Stecker getreten war und sich die Kontakte dann leicht verbogen hatten.
Preis knnte auch etwas geringere sein. Hier zahlt mein eindeutig den Namen.

Wie man es von Makita gewohnt ist gute Qualitt, und einfach Praktisch das man ihn mit Akkus benutzen kann wenn keine Steckdose da ist. Nur die Helligkeit knne etwas besser sein, ist etwas Verbesserungsfhig.

Der Stahler ist perfekt fr spontane Arbeiten, wo man keinen Strom hat. Man darf aber nicht die Lichtstrke eines Halogenstrahlers erwarten, hier sind groe Unterschiede.

Very happy with it! covers a large area with lights. Helps greatly during lambing time. We can look into the coral and see what is happening!! We love the battery and hydro operation ability
