This is my first jet washer as well as my first product by Makita. Delighted with the quality. I always knew Makita as a quality brand and this is borne out in this item. Putting together was straightforward and I had it up and running in about 10 minutes. Impressive performance cleaning my patio which hadn’t been done in 10 years. Only thing that caught me out was I hadn’t opened the garden tap enough to start with as it needs a good pressure into the machine. Only used once so far, but impressed.
Awesome quality, very powerful even with a basic water source. The foam can and noosle is completely useless, but you can find a good one separate, attach it, then done.
Pressure washer is brilliant , washed wheelie bins ,cleaned patio and path, but have got to do path again,as weather has been against us. But midt definitely wear something waterproof on legs and wellies
Great little machine! Cleaned my patio well and is powerful enough for that. I haven’t used it on the car yet but i’m sure it’ll be fine. Good quality and the foam bottle is a nice little bonus.
Arrived yesterday 29th March and I thought ” I’ve made a mistake here, it’s a toy ” its less than half the size of the broken one it’s to replace a lot lighter and much easier to use, quieter and the hose is more flexible. The old machine served me very well for years and I was sorry to lose it. This machine is my new favourite. 10 out of 10.
First I’ve had so can’t compare really, it’s good but maybe not as powerful as some, you get what you pay for, I have nerve damage to hands so couldn’t attach the soap dispenser, I only have a small yard so the machine was adequate
It has good pressure for a small machine. Perfect for washing motorbikes, mountain bikes, windows, pathways etc.

Use this instead of karcher and it seems to do as good a job at cleaning my garden slabs. As a weakling I find it is better weight for me than the karcher.

I can’t understand why one review slams this because it has no wheels, this model doesn’t have wheels and doesn’t need them.
Anyway, I was looking for a lower powered pressure washer for delicate jobs so finding a Makita under 50, it was a no brainer.
Extremely lightweight and easy to move around.
True enough that the hose isn’t massively long at 3m but it’s long enough, I think people are trying to compare this to industrial pressure washers with 10m hoses.
Power wise, it has enough power for car washing and general cleaning. It’s not designed for hard blasting like some people seem to have expected, it’s only 100bar max pressure. That said, it has cleaned some fairly grubby paving slabs with ease using Traffic Film Remover as a detergent. Maybe the key is using the right detergent?
Don’t be put off by its small size, its up there with some ‘top’ brand power washers that I have used in the past. It’s very easy to assemble, within 10 minutes it was ready to use. Really pleased with this purchase.
Never had a pressure washer before but decided to buy one to remove old flaky mason art paint of my paths I was amazed the job it done left them back to basically new great little compact washer great for cleaning cars also very impressed I’m giving this item 5 stars

… erfreulicherweise robuste Handwerkerqualitt (Makita eben ;-)). In der Bedienungsanleitung findet sich dann auch der entsprechende Hinweis: Nutzung nur durch entsprechend erfahrene, mit technischen Kenntnissen ausgebildete Personen, Sicherheitsabstand zu Mensch und Tier mind. 15 m.
Was dort allerdings fehlt, ist eine Beschreibung an welchem der beiden Anschlsse der Zulauf bzw. der Druckschlauch angeschlossen wird, was eine schnelle Installation (mir hat YouTube geholfen – ich helfe hier: Der Zulauf befindet sich auf der blaugrnen Seite des Gerts) ein wenig erschwert. Dann aber war das Gert in zwei Minuten am Start, einen passenden Gartenschlauch vorausgesetzt, versteht sich.
Dass der Druckschlauch nicht aus Weichgummi produziert werden kann, ist klar. Schner wre es jedoch, ein Material zu verwenden, das weniger strrisch ist. Es ist so unfexibel, dass das Gert bei einer ungeschickten Bewegung schon mal kippen kann. Man muss den Druckschlauch tatschlich ber die Hnde “abrollen”, damit er glatt wird.
I have been using it for several months now. Very pleased with a good quality product and a good water pressure. I did use a German product in the past. That was heavier and did not last for long.
Powerful for its size – much better value than Karcher.
This is great for washing the car the pressure is adjustable will clean paving with ease, one minus the Lance hose is a little short but it stops it getting tangled
When my order arrived I was disappointed at first , this small basic looking pressure washer with only minor attachments did not impress me , however I decided to give it a try, and it surprised me, this little machine has a great deal of power for such a small lightweight pressure washer and is really easy to use, would recommend to those that want the high pressure but not the heavy weight of some other washers.

It’s also light enough to easily carry around in use, which is a good thing as the hose is only about 3m long.
The “snow foamer” isn’t much use – it’s too small and has no adjustment so simply throws out a weak slightly bubbly mix far too quickly.
I’m very happy with the machine but I’m looking now for a suitable snow foamer to fit…

Tiny but extremely powerful jet washer. My paving slabs has not been this clean since new. Assembly instruction are very poor. Could do with massively improved instruction.

Habe das Gert nach Vergleich mit dem billigsten Krcher Produkt gekauft, weil die Anschlsse aus Metall sind und mir stabiler erschienen. Der Makita Hochdruckreininiger funktioniert sehr gut, die Anschlsse sind super, keine Extras aber die Lanze lsst sich gut verstellen, der Druck ist ausreichend. Habe rund 100 m2 STeinboden damit gereinigt – Gert hat das super verkraftet – die diversen Brsten sind mir nicht abgegangen weil massiver Schmutz ohnehin nur mit dem Strahl zu beseitigen ist. Einfachste Anwendung, Gert ist relativ leicht, somit macht es auch kein Problem das der Makita keine Rollen hat und man ihn halt herumtragen muss. Filter bei der Wasserzufuhr verhindert das Schmutz ins System kommt , funktioniert auch super. Achtung: bentigt Wasserdruck, also kein Ansaugen von Wasser aus einer Regentonne etc. mglich. Darum auch nur 1 Punkt weil eine “Saugleistung” gibt es nicht, bei Sprhleistung htte ich 5 Punkte vergeben.

Very easy to set up and use. Very quiet and compact. Would have liked the hose on the Lance to be longer. Used for cleaning the car.
Good quality jet wash managed to buy at 63 which is a absolute steal. Jet wash is simple but effective.
Funktioniert toll, fr den Privathaushalt vllig ausreichend.

Anschlsse aus Metall, eine Spritze fr Reinigungsmittel, mein erster Nicht Krch… aber genauso gut. Hoffentlich hlt er lnger als der Krch…
I’ve had bad experiences with jet washes not lasting long in the past, this one has only been used once so fingers crossed it’s a good one that lasts because it’s a great bit of kit for its size!!
