The guide provides different exercises, but I got a bit bored. I use the climber for high intensity interval training and to warm up for a run. It is a bit noisy, but my neighbour says he can’t hear me using it.

I could not recommend someone who’s just starting to get fit to use this until they have made progress. I can do 2 hours on an exercise bike and I found 10 minutes on this very challenging at first.

It is very easy to assemble, I did it by myself in 10 minutes. Only 4 bolts, the handles to pop in and a cable to attach to a bolt. I have found it to be sturdy, stable but at the same time light enough to move around. It comes with a suggested exercise guide and diet instructions.

I’m also using it for HIIT and my watch records much higher pulse rates than doing HIIT on a bike or ab cruncher.

All i can say is wow. Worst part is the assembly, it was fiddly BUT not impossible. As for the product itself…wow. If you really commit, download the app & follow the HIT programs you WILL lose weight & start to reshape in a week…i lost 4 lbs in week 1. It’s zero body impact , so great if your knees need protection, works every part of your body & during these cold dark nights you have ZERO excuse not to do say a 15 OR 20 minute HIT. Personally i think it’s way under priced given the quality of build & actual benefits to your health. Would have happily paid double!

Was told to get one of these as an overall workout from a fit friend. Oh my God, I thought I was reasonably fit but this apparatus put me firmly in my place, first time I used it I managed 2 and half minutes on it before nearly passing out but I’m now up to 5 mins per session, doing 3 sessions and have toned up quite nicely with considerable difference to my calf’s which are notoriously hard to build.
    Great piece of equipment.

I’m so so upset through box away. For a while I thought wow i have got something I can do. But it was miles to high for me. I’m 4ft 11 inches . I can’t even put my second foot on. I needed help. Now I have lost alot of money through it. Mazza

It was very easy to put it together, fits neatly out of the way when not in use.

I’ve been using it regularly since August 1st 2021, muscle tone and posture are improving.

Stamina seems to be improving as well, in the whole of August 2021 I managed 1,960 steps.

As of September 13th 2021 my running total for the month is already 1,720.

I’ve passed the height of The Shard in the UK, the Lakhta Centre in Europe, and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

I’ve also passed the height of Ben Nevis in the UK, my next goal is to pass the height of Mount Elbrus in Europe.

That target will take a little while, but I’m definitely going to pass that target.

Took me a week to get my rhythm going – burns calories quicker then other equipment I have had, and really feel my thighs and tummy being worked.

I used to have a treadmill, which I enjoyed using, and did use regularly, but it was too big to keep long term in the kitchen (it was bought in a rush during lockdown). I opted for this machine because it has a small footprint when fully assembled and ready to use, and folds up even smaller when not in use. Putting the thing together was relatively straightforward, although the pictures in the instruction manual were not great.
In terms of workout, I find a few minutes on this gets my heart pumping in a much shorter time than the treadmill. Still early days, so I have started doing 5 minutes a day, and building up gradually. This works my upper body as well as my legs, unlike the treadmill. The first couple of times was very hard work, but now in the swing of it, and glad I persevered. Fingers crossed I don’t have any of the issues experienced by other users.
For the price, this is excellent value for money, so I am very pleased.

Love the Maxi Climber Machine – it was very easy to assemble and is a treat to use – you can do as little as 10min per day or a couple of hours per week – this machine has kick-started me getting active again and getting in control of my body, shape and health. It will help you all the way if you just start using it regularly.
It also is very stylish, takes very little space in your home – be it a studio or a large property.
There are also a lot of YouTube videos with exercises you can do on this machine.
I cannot express how grateful I am for having purchased this very affordable piece of brilliant and versatile sports equipment.

The maxi climber is great, you can move all muscles of the body and pretty useful during the lockdown!

Good value for money. Easy to assemble. Doesn’t take up too much space and folds away. Would like a little more weight on the steps and also arrived with a crack in the plastic on the display panel. Pleased overall.

In just 10 to 15 minutes you get an effective resistance plus cardio workout. No need for a separate warm-up or cool-down, they can be part of the workout. Intensity can be varied by going slower or faster to suit your fitness level.
I only have a single complaint. The digital counter does not work!

The maxi climber was extremely easy to set up as it came mostly pre-assembled. It also conveniently folds so it can be stored without taking up too much space. My GF uses it all the time and she loves it.

It was delivered fast. The assembly is easy after its done, the instructions are what make it somewhat difficult, but nevertheless easier than ikea furniture. The display wasn’t working and it was difficult to get sorted as the technical team is located in America and I am in Ireland. I eventually figured out the battery needed changed, otherwise seems good. Will update if I come across any issues in the months to come.

Update: I added a star as it’s still working great despite the other reviews saying it wears down after some months. It’s come in so handy during quarantine.

Really good workout. Compact and lightweight. Surprisingly sturdy for a relatively cheap product.

This is a surprisingly sturdy piece of kit. It does take about 15 minutes to put it together – it couldn’t be much easier given the way it is built. It is well packaged. I haven’t tried it seriously but you can tell that it will give you a very good cardio workout! I think that it is very well priced for what you get. I look forward to suffering on it!

You can’t see the step counter when you are working.
It folds away when not in use.
    Great exercise!

ok lets get to the point. a decent home version of a versa climber will sent you back about 1500.00 and gym version about 6000.00 so lets put this into context this unit cost 120.00 so the quality is no where near the same.
that said it does the job it was intended to do. aa a functional piece of kit it ticks the boxes and you can get a decent cardio workout using it
a very basic entry level tool and a good buy to test if you wanted to spend more money in the future on a more expensive uni

Excellent machine for the money my wife uses it almost everyday and it doesn’t take up a lot of space unlike most other pieces of exercise equipment, we have already recommended it to a number of friends.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought the Maxi Climber to support my walking training, as I don’t live near many hills.
It was really easy to assemble, with clear instructions.
I’ve since relocated it, and it was easy to release the pin and folder flat and then reassemble.
I’ve placed it on an old car boot liner so that it doesn’t leave inprints on my carpets as they are thick pile, put that was personal choice.
Really good work out, and the option to vary arm position to do inner and outer arms.
Challenge is to see the step tracker whilst you are working out as I’m 5ft 8 and I have to step back down to be able to see it, but gives me a few second break if I’m trying to reach a certain level.
Battery on the tracker had died when it arrived so I ordered relacements from amazon and it was all good, easy to change and replace.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’ve been using this daily for over two weeks now, and am mostly happy with it. Assembly was pretty simple, luckily. The worst part for me is the awful squeaking that just won’t go away. It’s like you’re trapped inside an aviary with psycho birds swooping and squawking around your head. I mask that by playing music, though, which helps.

Another minor negative is that if you lean back a bit, the machine wobbles and feels a bit unsteady. I weight 75kg, so anyone heavier would be even worse. The answer is just to keep a straight back, though.

Other than that, it seems to work fine, although I get the little black flecks falling out as well. I’m not sure if that’s a problem or not, but time will tell.

I don’t bother with the electronic counter, as it’s too low to see, so pretty worthless. I just use my phone timer, set for however many minutes I want to do.

I still don’t look like an Olympic athlete, but I usually start sweating after 8 or 9 minutes, and after 20 my face looks like I’ve been in a sauna. It’s certainly better than nothing, and not as mind-numbingly boring or painful as sitting on a bike, so it’s money well spent.

I am a 115lb female and I managed to set it up by myself without any strain. If you have seen it set up before it can be done in the 15min stated in the manual. However it took me about an hour just because I was unsure of myself. But once I re-read the instructions carefully, it was simple.
However one problem —- the display did not work.

The best exercise equipment I’ve ever bought. Easy to assemble and a variety of heights to choose from. I am 4’11 and thus is perfect obtuse lowest setting. Far better than an exercise bike.

The step counter does not work. Im hoping replacing the battery will work, but failing that i will have to send back unless the seller can replace the step counter separately. Otherwise, very easy to set up, 5mins tops. Good robust and easy to use. Just a shame about the step counter.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersEasy to put together and a really good workout. I have been using at least once a day for about 20-30mins and notice the benefits after a month of use. Some good YouTube videos to follow to give some inspiration. My only concern of how long the moving parts are going to last. A lot of wear on the roller bearing and I’m not sure it will last that long. Fortunately has an extended warranty but I think I will be claiming on this within a few months. For the money it is good value but I would be prepared to pay more for a better bit of kit.
