We had a delivery issue with the chair – not the sellers fault at all- but they responded quickly to our queries and resolved the issue with good Comms to us throughout. The chair is great. It’s quite solid so needs a bit of strength to put together but it is easy to do and extremely comfortable. Really happy with the product and the service – thank you!
Super asylum to assemble. Well made and simple to use, nice fabric too. A bit high at lowest position but my wife and I are pretty short people. Very comfortable, you could spend hours in these comfortably. The tilt function has 3 lockable positions, upright, slight incline and 45 degrees. Head rest is good room easy height adjustment. Casters are very good too, no significant resistance when you want move the chair about. All round, a very good chair.
Bought two of these chairs. One at the start of the pandemic and then another one for the wife some months after. The design and features are excellent. The arm rest adjustability is second to none (and I’m very particular).
The standout thing though is the level of customer service. I needed some spare parts and the customer service team were absolutely outstanding. Got the parts I needed and am very pleased.
The Lumbar support is great for your lower back. Adjustable arms are another good idea, I only use them to pull the chair in and out while seated but I leave them at their lowest position to fit under the desk when chair is not in use and prevent damage to the edge of desk when moving around.
Easy to put together and very comfortable. Quite firm which works for me. Five starts from me all the way.
The chair looks good, is comfortable and robust.
One of the wheels was probably faulty as it broke only after one year. I am 70kg and the chair load capacity is 150kg, so it came as a surprise.
Customer service sent me a replacement set in no time, was very communicative and professional.
5 stars, good value for money, I would definitely recommend and buy again.
It is a bit on the expensive side, but it is worth spending those extra pounds, especially when you consider how much time you spend sitting every day. Your back health and posture are worth a lot more than 169!

I bought this chair for working from home. I wanted to make sure being at the computer all day I was sitting in the best position. I have to say I’ve been using it for a few days now and love it.
It is very comfortable despite the fact I’m using it several hours a day. I love the lumber support, most aspects of it are adjustable and the head and neck rest are great to remind you to keep good posture. World definitely recommend.
Was going to go for a Sihoo, but they wouldn’t ship to Ireland and these guys would. This chair was my #2 choice.
I’ve sat on it 10+ hours a day for the last year and a half and my body feels better for it (although anything would have been better than my previous chair). There have been some comments on the lumbar support being too hard and not adjustable enough – I haven’t found this to be the case. I have it on max height which works quite nicely for me – and I’m 6’4″. The build quality has lasted with no problems at all – gas lift is fine and the arms as well (arms seem to be a common fail point on office chairs). It has clearly been built to a budget rather than over-engineered, but it’s quite sufficient for home use. I might think twice about ordering a load of these for a busy office where they get abused more.
The headrest goes high enough and is comfy, however I wish it was easier to lock in place. I think the only thing holding it in position is friction and I would prefer to lock it and leave it set. Minor quibble.
The only other issue is that the bolts that hold the backrest onto the chair frame tend to work loose over time – I’ve had to retighten them twice. I’ve just replaced the flat washers with 8mm shakeproof washers (see photo) which should sort that out permanently – you can get them for next to nothing at your local hardware store. The manufacturers should consider using them from the outset instead of the flat washers.
There are only two positions – sitting upright or reclining. The chair has just the right about of ‘give’ in it so I don’t miss having loads of micro-adjustments to fuss about with – often they are just more things to break. The recline position is really good for a post-lunch snooze before getting back to work 🙂
I’d have no hesitation in recommending this.
The order came with this issue but seller had agreed to replace the damaged part but he has sent me a different backrest which I din like after paying so much. Apart from that it’s an excellent chair and I am very happy with the product.
When I buy a big item I will research to the ends of the Earth. I’ll spend hours or even days looking at amazon, general googling, looking at the manufacturer etc.
This exact chair appears on other amazon pages and other websites at a higher price.
I’ve added pictures and a video so you may know what to expect.
On arrival I inspected each piece and there was NO sign of rust or marks on anything.
I found this chair fairly easy to put together, I always read through instructions twice and ensure I have everything required. It does help if you have 1 other person to put the larger 2 pieces together but you could easily do it alone.
It includes an Allen key and gloves ( they barely got anything on them) so you do not need to have any current tools.
The chair:
Lever allows 3 tilt positions so you may lean back and lock it in place.
Lever allows you to adjust chair height.
Pull/push the headrest height.
Tilt resistance wheel under the seat allows you to choose how easy it is to lean back.
Each Armrest has a button you press to make them go up and down.
Lumbar support wheel allows you to move it forwards and backwards.
The castor wheels seem to roll fine on our carpet, they spin in all directions no resistance. However when sat down, it does make it slightly harder, perfectly fine to roll back a metre to get up though. You can also buy mats for this reason which we will.
Note: You cannot manoeuvre the armrests out to the side only up and down.
I am 5″4, my bf is 6″1 and a heavy build, we both think it’s very comfortable.
