Easy to install app. Only issue is Apple only allowing you to download 499 pictures at a time. Had to download twice and then did backup and the app verifies everything has been downloaded to the drive. Reverse it and transfer the photos to your computer using the usb port.
It took 10 mins to copy thousands of pics from iphone and then 5 mins to copy those pics to my hard disk, with iphone cable it was very annoying experience, works perfectly.

Yes you have to download an app to get it to work, but it worked quickly and efficiently and seems to have gone smoothly. No complaints. It helped me free up a ton of space on my iPhone so I can backup/save all my pictures and videos while continuing to film content. Thank you!!

This was super easy to use I had all my photos and videos off my phone within an hour. All were transferred fine, double checked on my computer afterwards. Made it easy to delete everything once the transfer was done also. Great quality
I needed to save photos, contacts, etc off my husband’s phone. It uses an app that you download to manage the usb drive. You can also use it to back up the whole phone if you want. I was able to plug in the photo stick in my laptop and pull up the pictures easily. When the photo stick is plugged into the phone, it’s easy to go between what’s on the phone and what’s saved on the usb using the app.
Worked as advertised but I wish the app wasn’t necessary

Perfect for storing or transferring data from iOS devices to laptops, and vice versa.
I was weary to order a no name brand thumb drive. But this works well on my windows laptop, iPhone, and iPad as well as MacBook Pro. Just know that you’ll need to download to their proprietary app to use it on your iPhone or iPad. It’s basically just a file explorer. It doesn’t seem to have any bloatware that I have noticed
It works out to be relatively easy to use, but only after you figure out the convoluted directions.

This photo stick works great and easily transfers photos, videos and documents!! Using the stick actually was faster than using iTunes to transfer my iPhone photos.
It easily transferred large videos I had taken also.
I do a lot of knitting and it has allowed me to quickly backup a lot of patterns and my own designs to my computer. This has also allowed me to free up space on my phone since I don’t keep all of the patterns there anymore I only keep a few favorites and ones I’m working on.
We’ll worth the money! I highly recommend it.

Best little USB that I purchased to backup our family iPhones pictures, and contacts. Its the easiest setup to backup to USB and then move to a computer or external HDD. I chose the the 256GB SSD because of the speed. I believe there were larger storage sizes, but I read that the speed to transfer to a computer or external drive was slower. I did add a Type C adapter to the USB Type 3 end and it made the transfers even faster.
The items works well to get photos and videos off my phone. I was hoping to be able to use the USB connector to plug into my old digital photo frame but sadly the format of different and it doesn’t work but it’s a good backup device
Comes in handy when you have a lot of pictures, music, videos and data on your phone you do not want to lose.
Like that I could finally save & store my photos. Would have gotten a larger GB but couldn’t afford it. But very satisfied with what I got.

Fairly intuitive, better than most transfer options, but only saves date and time, no location or camera info.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother. She needed it to free up space on her iPhone. I never knew you couldn’t remove a picture from your iPhone without removing it from your iCloud at the same time. I don’t know if my mother has used this yet and if she did, she didn’t tell me if it worked or not.

This is great for keeping all your photos backed up on you never know with computers you could loose them, this last for years and it keeps your photos back up.I love this going too buy a few more.
Great way to keep your iPhone clutter free. There’s a great video on YouTube on how to set it up. It’s really quite easy and allows you to have portable photos & videos that you can just plug in to your iPhone whenever you want and view directly from your USB drive.

This little gadget is great for photos but the videos are not transferred at all. They show up on the list with 0 bites
I’m 68 years old, not to up on how to transfer pics. What I did try was downloading pics from my iPad to my desk top, with no luck. Even took to the Geek Squad and they spent an hour trying to figure it out. So I ordered the photo stick got it in 2 days. Downloaded the app figured how to get my pics on the photo stick, then transferred all pics and from the photo stick to my desk top. It was so easy and I’m quite pleased with this photo Stick. It’s very well made and easy to use! Thank you for this product!
It was great for transferring photos from my old phone to new phone.
It backed up my music but won’t transfer it. I had to listen to it with the stick plugged in. So nope.
At least it my pictures!
I got this device for my sister who needed to store her photos from her iPhone XR. It is very easy to use. An app must be downloaded first which is very straightforward.
The only downside is that if you attempt to open the documents on a Windows device , the photos will not be able to be viewed and must be converted to a windows-friendly format. This is not a major setback. However, I removed a star for this.
Definitely worth buying !
I can backup my iPhone photos and videos easily with it – just plug and make selection of methods of files transfer. It works fine so far for a month. I tried another one with $20+, that was garbage as that only even backup less than 100 photos and skipped some folders when copying.

Unfortunate that you need to transfer everything through their app. However one on the usb, files can be encrypted through the app in case of loss.
Great product if you take a lot of pictures or video and the double ended lightening port to usb was a brilliant idea
From the hype in the ads, I thought it would do more and be easier to use. But maybe I have trouble reading instructions. Or… At least it takes photos off my phone, & saves them on a thumb drive, which is what I wanted.

Excellent quality and very easy to use. Just download the app and you’re away. I’ve had several memory sticks for my Apple products before. They were very flimsy and stopped working within a short time.

I was able to use this product with the help of my granddaughter to download the app and all. Photos transferred well leaving the photos still on my iphone which was good so I could delete them later as I desired. However, when I tried to plug the product into my computer to transfer the photos on to my computer the device would not fit the USB port. I wonder if you need to have an apple computer to accept the device? Someone told me that I would have to get an adapter? I’m at a stendstill. I have an hp computer.
This an excellent product, i was able to both download/ upload from both iPhone and iPad and the computer. I used both the automatic and manual selection process. I like the software interface and the control it gives between the source and destination. The booklet prided for users is excellent. Very interface to learn. Speed and performance are good.
I bought this because I was having to paying monthly on line for storage. Now I’ve transferred most of my photos onto this device.
I do find it a bit difficult to use but I suppose it’s better than paying for storage on my other devices

Backing up music requires more than average effort as limited amount, 1000 listed at a time. This requires user to refresh screen to see 2,000 then click off download duplicates to get the next thousand.
Backing up pics much easier and then just plug and will only download photo’s not previously dloaded.
I’m so happy this product exists. I needed a way to get my photos and videos off my iPhone to my laptop, and this drive was lightning fast and user friendly. The app is well designed and didn’t take long to figure out. I am going to buy a second!
Exceptionally easey to use been using mine since 9th Nov 2020 without any issues. Just need to down load app onto your ipad or phone. Which comes with instructions to follow in a neat package

This photo stick arrived on Tim and within an hour I had downloaded 1200 photos from my phone. It is very easy to use small and appears to be of good quality I haven’t put them on my laptop yet but I have tried accessing them and had no problems.
Wanted to clear photos off my iPhone but didn’t want to download them onto a computer. This worked perfectly for my needs.

Easy to use and ideal for storing large number of photos. Useful for both phone and iPad. Transferred some photos quicker than others but overall please with purchase.
It wasn’t the cheapest but usually if you buy something like this cheap, it bites you back.
You’ll need to download the app from the Apple store which is simple enough and then basically away you go!
There are so many good options on the app, too many to go into here but what I like is that it works on all of my Apple products.
Uploads to the stick seems really fast as well and there’s loads of backup options and you can even encrypt your data.
I have a few thousand photos and videos to download and found it took a long time so have only managed to download some of them. I’ll be downloading more at a later date.

Was easy to set up , a great little storage stick would recommand .
Would have liked a cover for the USB end to prevent dust particles and improve it’s clean finish.
I found this usb as a complement for my 32 gb ipad and my 64gb eMMC laptop. With this pen it is easy to save data and share with two devices mentioned.
As a teacher I always use a huge amount of files, 256 gb is more than enough.
I checked it on ubuntu and the average read speed is 72.3 MB/s, wich is quite constant. After a 30 gb transfer, some heat can be felt.
The body is full metallic and smart. I mean it seems robust and elegant.
Keep in mind jddrive free app is needed to manage storage for ipad. It is simple to copy, move or remove files.
I used this as a backup for my iPhone and iPad rather than backing up to a computer it’s fast and secure.

I looked at the video on YouTube first and it was so simple to use just pushed it in the charger port download the app and your ready to use. I have so much memory on my iPhone Now and I know my photos are In a safe place.
In every aspect a worthwhile purchase. Slightly pricey but a great device
