I’m quite happy… If you buy, be aware if you need to reinstall the windows you not be able to use the original product key. I created a USB windows recovery just in case, but I’m not sure if works. But the pc only, is quite fast for coding and basic home work.

Works fine as a home terminal for remote working. The two HDMI outlets are great for two screens and you can add a third with vga (not tried). Plenty usb outlets. The small size is great so it doesn’t take up much room if yo have it on your desk. This is never going to be a gaming computer or a main home pc pc, there just isn’t enough RAM or Hard drive, but that’s not it’s purpose.

This compact computer is a wonderful piece of kit. Works seamlessly with our other pc devices, and is fast, silent, runs cool and is very small. This is now my main work station for my freelance graphic design work where I use Adobe creative suite and Dropbox a lot.. Very quiet and fast. It does everything we need, and has the latest connections for speedy transfer of USB information, internet and opening of files.Yet another truly remarkable ACEPC product. A very good investment!

Bought this to replace a Raspberry Pi 3 which has been running Rasbian and Docker over the past few years but I fancied an upgrade. I was looking into getting a Pi4 but when I saw this on sale for around the same price as the Pi4 kits on sale, I bought this to use as a low-powered, headless Linux server.

Running Debian perfectly and it’s serving up Plex great via Docker as well as hosing a few other other containers I use.

I did briefly try out the pre-installed Windows 10 install and everything was fine on that but this PC was always destined to run Linux for my personal use.

I’ve not used the nonfree wireless drivers in Debian as I have no need for Wifi, but all other hardware and services seem to be working great.

Update on the “eMMC” storage, it turns out mine has a user replaceable mSATA SSD (2242) in it as opposed to a soldered on eMMC chip. Part no = GSDSM128TY2F1QGCX.
