I don’t normally give reviews but I was so impressed with this.
Approx 100 inch screen it’s amazing to watch movies and music videos. The inbuilt speaker is very good on its own. But I have bought a Bluetooth speaker for a complete home cinema feel.
Easy to set up already has in built apps so you can use straight away. You do not need complete darkness for a great picture quality.
All round excellent projector and good value.

    An amazing little projecto

So first you have to remind it’s a 160 projector , i use it to travel or to bring it at my friend’s house , and it’s the perfect projector (i have a other one with 1080P at home) , it’s not a 1080p and need a little setup , but after that you can have a good picture and i been impressed by the 3D .

The only cons is , the Android system ( i bought a chrome cast to using with)

One of the main reasons I had for choosing this projector was its size. I had wanted a projector that was lightweight, compact, and easy to transport and store. This product fits these needs exactly, while still providing an excellent picture. The projector comes with a tripod, remote control, and a handy case for storage and portability. If you’ll be using this to play movies from a laptop or other device, you’ll need to buy a HDMI yourself, however. This is an ideal projector for someone who requires minimal space for setup, or just wants to be able to carry the thing around with ease. The only complaint I would have about the product is that the remote is not particularly reactive, and often requires a few button presses to register the user’s choice. This is a pretty minor gripe though, since everything else works well.

Came with a broken stand, otherwise does as expected

Updated, the shop contacted me and sent out a new stand the next day, given I wasn’t that fussed to make a big deal I thought this was a lovely gesture and example of customer service.

    Big thumbs up

Wow….. was kind of not expecting too much. Had seen others reviews and through tod try out quickly, half expecting to return it. Firstly, arrived 4 days early which is great given eater weekend, works perfect on my white wall ( no need for a screen)z
Quality is pretty good, no movie cinema quality but also haven’t paid for that. Definitely would recommend this to family and would definitely buy as gift for friends.
No need to buy bigger tv now!!!

This product is fantastic! I work on a cruise ship and it fills a wall in my cabin for movies. The picture is good and brightness is even good enough to work with some light but works better in the dark. The main problem is the lagging when connecting a phone/iPad without a cable. It’s not fast enough to play games/watch videos well. But with a hdmi it’s perfect. The battery is good enough for a whole film and charged with a power bank. Overall definitely worth a buy.

What a brilliant little projector! i ordered a mini projector last week but had to return it as there’s just too much quibble setting it up . I wanted to give this projector a go and just wow!!! First off, it’s so portable. so comvenient to bring anywhere. It came nicely packed in a grey stylish bag. Next, you can use it even if it’s not plugged in(as long as it’s charged, it will be good to use for about 2 hours). Wireless Connectivity is the next good bit about this projector. it’s so easy to use mirror imaging. I spent a bit more, but it’s definitely better!!! So happy with my purchase.

It is a very good projector for its size and price. It works better without any light nearby and I’m very pleased with its performance for 3D movies.
    It’s simple and works good

This is a good projector with a good amount of sound coming out if it. It worked well outdoors on my garden wall. Everything works well if your phone or laptop is connected via hdmi cables however the connection via wireless is slightly more leggy. I’ve yet to connect it to a speaker.

    Mini portable 3d projector.
It delivers quite sufficient quality even at native 480p and 3d works with cheapest 3d dlp glasses as well.

I have tested projectors from very good 3LCD (epson tw5500), dlp (optoma 29darbee, benq 740) and JVC X3 (best native contrast).

This little 3d projector is nonetheless usable projector even though it cannot really compare with the projectors above especially in regard to colour calibration and native resolution. But for it’s portability and decent enough picture it is a great option for kids and especially camping etc.

    Pros:
    Surprisingly bright enough.
Can be calibrated further (colour, contrast, gamma) when using hdmi and computer.
    Hdmi offers best quality.
Can be used without hdmi wirelessly.
It has a youtube app preinstalled.
    Usb donlge support.
Battery is a bonus plus it can be charged by portable battery.
    3d works well with laptop.
It can be rotated at any angle.
    Very small. Pocket size.
    It has a speaker.
3d Works with cheapest 3d dlp glasses.
Video runs smooth..dlp technology is great for this projector!

Cons (or rather what could be improved):
Overexposed and oversaturated, colours are off.
Cannot be calibrated from projector menu (only brighter and darker)
Projector wothout remote is useless (don’t loose or brake the remote) I used lg v20 as a back up remote.
From usb it doesn’t support sound on any videos mov, mkv, except apparently mp4, but couldn’t test as it was a gift to my nephew and we didn’t have mp4 video at that time.
    Doesn’t come with 3d glasses.
Not 720p but 480p (but looks fine)

This little projector is incredibly light but packs a powerful punch in terms of brightness and screen size. While it was bought for giving business presentations it is so good that I am using it as a home cinema as well. Highly recommended. The only problem that I have found is that to use the remote control to switch between modes you have to point the remote directly at the lens but this is only a very small problem

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI carried out extensive research before buying this projector and found it difficult to filter out the pedantic comments from some reviewers. I paid 165 for this palm projector. I have played a business powerpoint presentation off my iPhone using wireless mirroring, I have connected an ordinary laptop using HDMI and I have shown photos off a USB. The picture is fantastic from between 1m and 2m from the wall. The battery will last a good couple of hours.

If you’re in a room with all the lights on and the sun glaring onto your wall then the picture will be weak so you need to darken the room slightly. if you lose the remote control you cannot operate the projector, so don’t lose the remote control, or your car keys, or your mobile phone, or all hope either. It has a small fan that if you listen carefully you will hear, if you want complete silence find a soundproof room and practice meditation. If you understand English and read the instructions all the way through then setting it up is a doddle. If you need it to operate for more than two hours take a portable battery pack or plug it into the mains, just as you do with a mobile or laptop.

I did not understand some of the gripes and negative complaints that some reviewers wrote so here’s the point from an ordinary guy looking for something that will do the job. If you’re a normal person with a mobile phone, tablet or laptop you can connect to this projector wirelessly or by HDMI. If you dim the lights or draw the blinds the picture is amazing. If people do not talk over your presentation the sound from the projector is adequate and you can connect it to a Bose speaker anyway.

The whole setup comes in a neat case with a neat stable tripod and is about the size of a pocket binoculars. And it is only 165 readers; what are you waiting for?

The projector sits neatly on your hand: so it is very small and light. It has a good range of sockets in the back including an hdmi and a male USB, plus an outlet for an external speaker. It seems to be thoughtfully assembled, and is then very nicely presented with a neat little carrying case together with a remote control and a little tripod.
The instructions are not well written which is a shame. The manufacturers offer to send you a gift or some cash back if you write a 5 star review. Funnily enough for such good kit this isn’t necessary (and in any case they have probably run out of the one thing you might make use of!)

Not long had this so only used a couple of time. Very easy to use, well built and looks good.
Played a 3D movie and WOW, really good playback. Had to sort sound out as you need to ensure all volumes on unit, player and speakers if attached are at the right level. Once done, volume is really good.
Only issue I can find to complain about is the fan is a bit noisey if playing the volume low but if the unit is behind you with speakers attached, then the noise is not heard.
If you could give 6 stars, I would have done as I believe this deserves more stars. Only Issue is a slight noise from the fan but that is not putting me off looking at buying a second unit for use at work.
Really good value and quality for the price, would highly recommend if looking for an all round 5star rated portable projector.

Well what can I say that hasn’t already been said. I’ve been looking for a very pocket-size projector that I can use occasionally for PowerPoint presentations. I’ve got to say I am very impressed.

I have purchased a few others but they are just not bright enough or versatile enough. So I returned them.

I’ve only had it for a day and already highly impressed. I will update my review once I’ve had some more time with it and testing the battery. The battery so far has already lasted an hour and a half and it doesn’t show that it’s running too low at the moment either.

Works well in a reasonably lit room.

    Bright enough for presentations

Just bought the Elephas mini-projector. I had been looking for a pocket-size projector for a while and i can say that im not disappointed at all.

First, lightweight. It is hard to beat 300g. And the size. Ok, you may not slip into your jeans pocket but the size suits small backpacks and that’s what counts.

Picture quality is what i would expect from a projector of this size Settings are quick to do. Hdmi connection has my preference. Perfect for movies and business presentations when of course not too much outdoor light.

    Batteries fit the 2h-technical spec.

In short, i would recommend it. Price/size/quality is probably the best ratio on the market.

Well worth the money, not the best quality projecter not going too lie but overall the quality is good for the price and good overall for the average user.. I use this in my bedroom and really good, casting feature isn’t the best as it freezes, and half the screen goes rainbow colours for some reason then goes back too normal picture but for the price it’s well worth buying I couldn’t rate this projecter anymore!!! Only good for dark rooms… But overall the projecter is good I haven’t used the 3D feature yet but I’m really excited, as portability goes this small projecter is very portable also like the fact it comes with triopod and carrying case, the tripod is cheap but does the job… Highly recommend, not a waste of money that’s for sure !!

I recommend anyone to buy this item!!!

Surprisingly good for its size. To be used in a darkened room with white screen for best results. Sound is pretty good for its size.clarity of screen when focussed is also very good. Smart view Mirror function from phone works well.overall very good product. Would benefit from either having a standard tripod fixing or an adaptor.
One main negative is you can not contact the company to confirm guarantee or claim the free items advertised when you receive the item.

This projector is amazing with spectacular qualities. As one with tremendous experiences on mini projectors, I decided to test the quality of projection in a broad day light (2:20 PM). I was surprised with the quality of image and brightness of this projector, especially with the day light brightness.

This projector has uniqueness and capabilities, especially when you have 3D, Wifi, portable size, USB charging, good contrasts ratio and brightness, at this price, then you don’t have second thought to grab this as rare opportunity!

I already bought a projector like this one from Amazon, near enough the same but looks different neverthless with an identical interface. Both projectors are perfect and just in case it is removed from sale I bought this one as a backup, or more to the point to keep with me when I am out.

It is small enough to fit into your pocket, it would have to be a big pocket though like your jacket pocket. It runs off a USB battery pack – or any USB outlet. It is very bright and fits a nice sized screen and what is more it supports 3D DLP.

The projector supports any USB storage upto 2TB [B00TKFEE5S] which is ample space to house all your favourite horror films. You will find plenty of software that can convert 2D movies to 3D and I have done quite a few [ASIN 3959828101].

You also need DLP 3D glasses [BOBLOV JX-30] and you can get pairs here on Amazon for about 30. You can get away with a 120″ screen but your room would need to be dark. Because the projector is portable you might consider a foldable and portable screen like [B07GWPWQ32].

In all the projector is brilliant.

Built-in battery. Or can be direct powered by micro-usb.
    Native resolution: 854 x 480 – so limited resolution.
    Brightness: 100 lumens.
Connect to WIFI using the remote, and the projector can update it’s firmware.
Very good value. Good build quality. Good remote.
May not last a full movie on one charge.
    Limited resolution.
Not very bright. Needs a darkened room or keep projector pretty close to the screen.
    Screen not included.
Miracast no longer supported by Android devices. Use a HDMI cable from a laptop or video source. Works fine.
On-screen menus are clunky, especially for wifi password input (hopefully you will only have to do this once).

Conclusion: Good for field-presentations (will need a screen). Is it really better than having a very light sub-notebook with a good screen? Who can say.

Great value for money projector. All it needs is a proper fixing in the recommended distance and then wait for sometime to get it heated up. Then you will find the sweet spot of picture quality after adjusting and you are done. Very decent picture quality for it’s price and very compact. Only problem is it’s asking to connect an USB drive to do device update but not detecting my 3TB WD hard disk. Need to check with a smaller USB stick may be.

    Great projector when set properly.

Price is simply unbeatable. Obviously you get what you pay for in terms of quality. Beware: it’s only 420p. For the rest, it’s pretty good for its price though. Brightness is decent; it’s super light and portable (see photo); 3D works well. It’s just maybe not for everyone: you’ve got to know what you’re looking for in your projector.

It is a good projector, works okay, but if you want to stream from your device it will only find 2.4G networks and movies does not run smooth. This is really disappointing, I have a smaller projector which is 4 years old and still can stream movies on it without a problem 🙁

After much searching and comparing both specifications and reading reviews, I decided on the ELEPHAS Mini Portable Projector.
The price range for this type of unit is wide! With every manufacturer promising the earth. But effectively at the end of the day, they are nearly all 480 pixel Native Resolution. I was looking for a projector that could cope with a 60 inch screen for travel and work that had all the usual HDMI, USB and mirrorcast or Airplay and WIFI. At 480 pixel you won’t get the sharpness and punch of a large home theatre projector. If that’s what you’re looking for, then save yourself any disappointment and go for a full size projector.
The build quality of the Elephas is very good with a small footprint.
With the projector you’ll get a PSU that acts as a charger for the in-built battery and running on mains. Battery life is good for a presentation, but I always run on mains if I’m watching a film. The remote does everything you’d expect a remote to do. The tripod that comes with the projector is rather light and flimsy, so I immediately replaced it with one that provides a slightly wider base footprint for stability. All the components, including my replacement tripod fit neatly in the cloth case provided.
Therefore to conclude. I believe that for the money, you’ll get a decently built projector that produces an excellent image if you, like me, travel and your hotel room only has a 19 inch tv in the far corner of the room. One final tip. Get yourself a mini magic arm to go with the projector. Hotel rooms nearly always have a chair that can be used as a base!

Palm size, but packs a punch

I bought this mini-projector due to a seminar/training session I had to deliver recently. I was honestly surprised to see the projector-technology in my hand! It is quite sturdy build and packs with decent features. While it’s not really that cheap, I think it deserves to be around that price for the comfort, features and portability of the product.

    – Very light weight (just over 1/4 kg)
    – Easy setup
    – Good screen size
    – 3D and FullHD
    – Beautify handy size
    – and more
Overall, a great piece of kit if you are looking for a handheld mini-projector with decent spec

I’ve been blown away by the quality of this little projector. We’ve used it to watch movies directly on the ceiling of our bedroom and even though it is a textured ceiling the picture was fantastic.

I’ve even been able to use this projector to project designs onto a chalkboard at work to trace, even in broad daylight!

The little speaker in the projector is pretty good, better than expected i’d say, but there is a headphone jack output for connecting to a better speaker for goof movie sound too.

The provided remote does turn on my tv’s LED backlighting when I use the volume down button but its not as bad as when I use my Now TV sticks remote and it put them on disco mode!

All in all a fantastic little projector for the money and size.

Not had the device long but everything I’ve used it for so far has been perfect. It’s small enough to take with me wherever I go and the quality for such a small Projector is far better than expected. I’ve owned a similarly priced, full sized projector before and I can’t tell the difference in quality, but the fan noise is much quieter. The only thing I have come across so far is that the built in sound doesn’t go very high, but that’s only a small disadvantage. Simply connect to an external speaker and your all good.
Would definitely recommend and I’ll be looking at Elephas in future, should I ever want another projector.

Great projector for the money. We had a little trouble pairing it with with a Samsung Galaxy 8+ to start with – I kept trying to use the cast icon on the phone once we had selected what we wanted to watch. Turns out all we needed to do was connect once at the start using Samsung Smart View. So far we’ve come across the Channel 4 app which doesn’t support a second screen but all other apps we’ve tried work great: bbc iplayer, netflix, you tube, itv hub among others.
Picture is great – colour comes out really good even with very low level lighting in the room. Screen is a good size with the projector approx the length of a king-sized bed away from the wall.
The sound isn’t brilliant from the projector itself but we have plugged some speakers into the headphone jack and now we’ve practically got a cinema!
    Really happy with our purchase!

Great for the money, it has a zoom button on the remote but doesn’t zoom which is frustrating and misleading. It doesn’t charge as fast as it loses battery when running low. It’s not that bright but in a dark room it’s fine. The focus nob is to sensitive. The freebie tripod is very poor. But overall it is really great value and good quality.

Projector is small sized, belonging to middle class.
It can be connected to the laptop via usb cabel, which is working faboulously. However, while it was connected to my phone via wifi, projector was partly freezing.
On the other hand, the picture via usb is very beatiful, much more better experience of watching movies. Also there is an option to go on youtube straight from projector’s menu. 3D function was not tested yet. Although, bluetooth is missing in this projector(as it was known while purchasjng) it is still great entertaining equipment.

This projector was purchased for my son to use on the cruise ship that he works on. It needed to be small, lightweight and powered independently.

The ELEPHAS Mini Portable Projector seemed to tick all the right boxes, but I was convinced it would come at the cost of quality. I was wrong!

The minute he turned it on and pointed it at the wall we were impressed at the brightness and quality of the image (see photo).

The automatic keystone is almost like magic, and makes it so easy to literally point and use.

Comparing this to my older, more expensive and larger projector I can only marvel at how things have changed in recent years.

    Would I recommend it? Why wouldn’t I!

This is a great little projector for the money! It is bright and clear and, although you can see the pixels when projecting beyond a few feet, it is comfortable to watch.

The sound is not bad for the size of the item (it will literally fit in your pocket) but if you want a bigger, fuller sound it is easy to connect to an external speaker.

Tested mirror cast from iPad, android phone and Macbook Pro – all work great with zero lag.

Bought as first projector to enjoy 3d movies at home. Rapid delivery and on receiving I was straight away impressed with the look and feel. Comes with a great carry case. Quite a simple piece of tech but in a positive sense. Easy to set up and get going. Used in my bedroom on a light blue papered wall. Posted some images that I took during the day showing the same images with my blinds opened and closed. Really enjoying my 3d movies. Only negative is the built in speaker. But even this is easily resolved using the 3.5 jack. Very happy with my purchase after shopping around and getting this at a great price.

It is a brilliant mini projector, the projector comes in a good size not as large as most of the projector. it came with cute projector bag which is can fit everything in the bag, so it can be easily pack in and out without losing any cable or remote control, plus with a carry bag like that it would be easy to take to travel if we need. I’ve been looking for a small, lightweight projector with a long-lasting battery to display pictures at various venues. And finally I bought this one and it is really a nice mini 3D projector. It is very easy and straightforward to use. And I love it is super tiny, pocket-size with a special carrying bag and holds charge good enough to watch a movie. Overall, an amazing new toy that won’t break the bank, can’t lose!

This is indeed a great projector given its size and value. In comparison with other mini projectors it has several important features (like wireless connection and automatic keystone correction) for half the price of the others making it an excellent acquisition. The quality of the projection is really good and works well in darker places. Naturally, some things could be improved like adding a few buttons to the device to make it’s independent of the remote control and the wireless connection could also support user name. If you need a cheap portable projector this is definitely the right buy.

Received it just yesterday and I am blown away by the picture quality that comes out of this tiny little box.

Before buying I was so conflicted on whether to go for the reduced priced Nebula projector from Anker or this product. What won me over in the end was higher specs and lighter weight. I had seen Nebula in action but after checking out the performance of this nice little product coupled with the fact that it comes in a nice storage bag along with a small tripod and that it is substantially cheaper than the alternative I had in mind, I am so very happy that I decided to give this a go.

    What I loved?
    – I absolutely loved the form factor, portability, lightness of the device, HDMI port for connecting Amazon Fire TV stick among other things and the picture clarity.

    – I also liked the fact that setting it up was really so simple and even my 12 year old daughter was easily able to stream from her phone.

    – It came nicely packed and with a lovely storage bag which has space for charging cable and the little tripod that is also included with the product.

    – The sound quality was decent for the size and depending on what was the source of audio it worked from great to something I can live with but never dropped to a point where I felt an external speaker will be necessary to use it. Having one might perhaps improve the experience but isn’t mandatory.

(Quite frankly for a TV worth much more than this most people still end up spending on speakers or speaker bar so to expect something more than workable is unfair. It does a good to decent job in area of audio and for a great experience it does have possibility to connect to a dedicated speaker using the 3.5mm jack audio cable or bluetooth audio if connected from phone or fire TV stick. I will anyway be using it with Fire TV stick which while at home will be connected to good speakers so it will not be an issue but for travelling I do not believe I need to spend money in buying a speaker just for this device.)

    – I also liked the fact that I could charge it up using the powerbank and that it could be used while it is still being charged whether directly from the AC outlet or from the power bank.

    – The cooling fan noise was not noticeable at all while something was playing. It was only audible when I was switching off the unit and even then barely.

    What could have been better?
    – The buttons on remote have a rubbery feel which I suspect will be gunk magnet in days to come.

    – The connecting ports are on the back so if you want to cast on roof with say Fire TV stick connected it might not be possible without some weird set-up. Casting with phone in such situation may be better. I might be nitpicking at this point.

    What I did not like?
    – While the miracast from Samsung phone resulted in both netflix and prime to come on the screen without any issues, from oneplus 6 it did not work and only ever showed black screen with subtitles and audio which may not necessarily be the fault of this device but it might be something end users must be aware of and isn’t that clear on the product description itself.

    – The product comes pre-installed with YouTube and one other video streaming app and both are useless. YouTube is not the standard one and seems to pick some stuff from Brazil I think as most of the recommended videos are in Spansih.

    – It clearly has an OS on it and I wonder what might have stopped the creator from putting a basic Android version that allowed installing some popular apps such as Netflix and Prime TV thus completely avoiding necessity to connect an external device most of the time.

Overall I think if you are looking for a projector you should really consider this product.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our Usershad this projector for a week now and I have watched about 20 3d movies. the projector its self is brilliant I have No problem with the sound the projector is not going to give you a picture like a 4k tv But it does give a perfect picture.
I have it set up in my bedroom it displays very well when watching a movie and does not Light up the room it gives you that cinema feeling. it has youtube built-in but it is not a Uk version but I did not buy this for youtube I brought it to play Blurays/3d movies

I have my BluRay 3d player+ android box and amazon stick running through it via a 6 slot HDMI box and it all works perfectly. the projector is not noisy and I have had it running 10 hours a day

Not once has it overheated or errored you have all settings to adjust brightness contrast sharpness colour
and has preset equalizer wich is nice.
this projector does need a darkish room the darker the better the display

perfect little device to go with the entertainment gadgets I have 1080p/3d 43-inch tv a 50-inch ultra HD tv I have a projector 4 xs the price of this
my partner prefers to use this projector out of them all as it is not hurtful on the eyes and does not make the bedroom light up like heaven when she is sleeping and I can watch my movies with my headphones on without complaints 🙂 there are reviews on youtube and you can see it working there Just don’t expect a 4k picture this is 1080p and that res also drop s if in 3d mode but my 1080p 3d tv does the same . I hope this review helps you

I feel this projector for the price is worth 5 stars it gives a nice soft/warm display easy to set up built-in battery so you can watch a movie outside can also run off a USB power pack
I have only used this device indoors myself but I would recommend if you are to buy this to watch a movie outside Get your self a Good Speaker as the volume on the projector speaker is not that powerful
I use an LG PK5 speaker I also use a projector screen all these can be purchased from amazo

Wow, what a great bit of kit! Straight out of the box and mirror casting in about 5 mins. Connection to my WiFi and phone were simple. The picture quality is awesome for the the size (see photos). Photos taken of projector was against a shiny grey kitchen unit (not ideal) with all the lights on! Projector was placed on tripod approx 50cm from surface and was equivalent to about 25inch screen size. Sound is ok from the speaker but will use headphones when on my travels. Brilliant and simple to use. Would highly recommend.

The wireless streaming modes aren’t usable. Having tried a few of these projectors it seems to be limit of the protocols rather than the projector. Connect a laptop via HDMI and you instantly notice the improvement in resolution and refresh rate.

Otherwise can’t fault this little projector. Runs quiet. Projects big. Needs a dark room but if you understand that before purchasing you won’t be disappointed. It’s got a small battery so cam run for an hour or 2 by itself but as power is via micro USB you can charge/power it from a regular power bank as well.

I was looking for a projector for a while when i came across this product. Initially i was a bit hesitant given he size of this projector if it could project a bright image. I am flabbergasted by the level of details in videos, pictures or any media content.

This projector comes with all the required connectivity options, and BINGO the best is built in WIFI. connect it to network and stream your favourite content directly. It works perfectly for 80-90″ inch display size. And yes, the tripod for easy mounting.

I’ll highly recommend this product. Thanks to Amazon for delivering it very next day. Go for it guys.you will love it !!!

This is a cool piece of kit for my camper , the picture quality is good if you don’t make it to big it also helps if it’s dark . It’s very compact and neat in its own case , simple to understand with easy to follow on screen instructions , works best on a flat white back ground like a wall or similar. Very pleased so far.

There’s a lot to like about this product. It comes with it’s own carry case and it’s stylish. It’s super light and easy to use.

Some downfalls though… other than the power button there’s no way to control the device without a remote control. Meaning if you lose it, you’re screwed. The lens does a brilliant job of working out if the picture is on a vertical angle and skews the image to be square… but if you don’t have it full front on and you have it left projecting or right projecting, it doesn’t know how to fix the image to be square.

For some reason, it doesn’t remember my wifi settings and i have to enter it all the time which is quite annoying and the focus dial is really poor and not granular enough.

Overall though, I like it. It’s got all the major features you need, picture for movies etc looks great, picture for text not so much.

This little device has exceeded my expectations. Image quality is better than I was expecting from a small device of this price category. Variety of connection interfaces covers literally every media source. I just love the portability – using it in my bedroom or in the kitchen downstairs with little to no setup. Even on a textured wallpaper wall the image looks very good. Only adjust the focus and off you go. Sound quality is decent for this speaker size, I don’t even bother plugging in an external speaker.
One mod I use is my Manfrotto tripod (on the picture). The projector comes with its own tripod but I just like the Manfrotto’s adjustment knob better, and I already had it, so.
In this price category it’s hard to expect anything better really. Great device.

    Great portable projector!

I did a lot of research before buying and this projector ticked all the boxes. I wanted something small and portable that I could connect my Firestick to for the occasional
Film night with the kids and to project onto the outside wall of our caravan at night.
The projector is easy to use and surprisingly clear for something so small, being able to
charge from a power pack is also a huge bonus. The attached video is around 50 inches projected onto my daughters bedroom wall with the lamp and hallway light turned on.
I’ve previous brought other Elephas products and have always been pleasantly surprised by the quality at a reasonable price and this is no different.

The size is amazing. Makes it so portable. The focus is hyper sensitive and you need to manually focus to a minute setting to get focus. I’m struggling with getting it to play via IOS with Amazon Prime Video off my phone.

1st time buying a projector of any kind. Been playing around with it for about an hour and so far:

    1. Picture quality is decent. I don’t think it’s HD by any means but it is decent enough. At about 40 inches it looks acceptable. Haven’t tried 3D yet.
    2. Brightness is quite good. I’m using it in a dim room during daylight and it’s very easy to view at around 6 foot from the wall. I think at night it should be very good.
    3. The device is very quiet – I didn’t notice the fan while watching videos or playing a game.
    4. Battery life seems like it should be enough for a movie. But you can also plug the USB charging cable into your laptop, etc. while using the projector.
    5. Remote only works when it is pointed at the left side of the projector, otherwise it doesn’t detect it at all, which is a bit of a pain, as you can’t use the projector / control it without the remote.

For about 150 pounds, you get a tiny, lightweight projector that gives a good result. I’m happy with what I got for the price I paid.

FYI – the company that makes the projector added an insert in the box that says if you leave feedback for them, then they’ll give you a choice of gifts, 1 of which are two pairs of 3D glasses.. Wish I’d known this as I bought 2 pairs of glasses alongside the projector.

Comes with a good quality bag and very portable. The projector itself is small enough to fit in a coat pocket easily. The brightness is impressive for a small unit. Best viewed in the dark but not terrible in light. Sound is good considering size but I would recommend using 3.5 mm jack to output to speakers. Quality is impressive for size and price. Especially well defined visuals in 3D. USB CHARGER AND YOU REALLY DO GET 2 hrs out of the battery. A couple of apps built in that work well one being YouTube. Mirroring from an iPhone is easy and works well. Connects to WiFi. Don’t believe it has Bluetooth but a good all round unit with hdmi for things like laptops and 3D blu ray players. Kids love it.

I bought the projector to give it to my Brother for his birthday. He was surprised and very happy. The projector has a very good image quality and doesn’t make noise (it is minimal). On the beginning I had a small issue with the projector but I contacted the support team and they replayed immediately giving me the solution. The product is very easy and intuitive to make it work. One thing I didn’t like is that it doesn’t support Netflix, Prime video, etc. I think they could improve on that, for the rest I am really happy even I am thinking to buying another one for me.

Set up in minutes using fire stick that can be powered via the projectors USB unlike our mains powered TV so a truly portable device literally able to walk around the house watching amazon prime. Auto keystone works perfectly. Sound is a bit thin but for the size of the hand held unit that includes an internal battery it’s pretty amazing. Picture is awesome again for the size/cost of the unit. Sorry for shaky video that’s me not the projector and the banding must be a camera thing as you cant see it live.

Bought this based on good feedback for business presentations when TVs or projectors aren’t available, and couldn’t be happier. Has good connection options (I use HDMI for laptop, and screen mirroring for the iPad), and a stand and remote so you don’t have to stack books or paper to get the angle right. Battery lasts well and it has a decent built in speaker.

Remote control is super handy and easy to use. You don’t have to touch the projector once you’ve positioned it.

Picture quality isn’t exactly 4K, but it’s 1080p and good enough to see very good detail in moderate lights and let’s be honest, it’s a sub 200 portable projector, so you don’t expect to be at Cineworld!

Overall, very good. I’ve used a few mini projectors in the past and this is by far the best.

Purchased primarily for watching TV in bed mirrored from mobile phone. Looked at a lot of different units from ~50 to 300. This was ‘mid-range’ and definitely punches well above its weight.

    The bad:
    1. The fan is not silent. Actually, it is noisy (watching a film in bed, for example). You get used to it and subconsciously block it out but worth experimenting with the projector’s positioning, or use headphones
    2. The focus wheel is notchy, or rather has one big notch (might be my unit). The work around was to get the focus nearly right, then move the projector a couple of inches forwards/backwards.
    3. Focus and brightness aren’t 100% consistent across the image – corners darker/fuzzier but not overly distracting.
    4. Youtube built in is good, (What is Koala?) but clunky to navigate and defaults to US.

    The Good:
    1. Battery powered = portability – used for max 90 minutes at a time so far and had charge remaining. Recharging after this took about 2 hours using the included (5V/3A) power supply. Can also use while on charge from a power bank.
    2. Brightness = really impressive. In daylight it struggles (as does my ‘full size’ Epson..) for powerpoint with blinds closed its great and in a dark room you get really good contrast.
    3. Picture quality = also really impressive. Mentioned in a previous review; for some reason it looks better the higher the native resolution fed to it. DVDs look quite grainy (worse that on aforementioned Epson), FullHD BluRays look HD (100″ projection size from 2.5m away) although clearly interpolated if you get up close to the screen.
    4. Connectivity – have mainly used phone mirroring and HDMI, but short of telepathy, I don’t know what else you could ask for. The phone mirroring (Android) is very effective albeit with a slight lag (don’t look at phone screen and projected image at same time..) and a great way of delivering a mobile presentations.
    5. Sound quality is ‘ok’ – best connect it to a bluetooth speaker (with a 3.5mm cable..) – if you’re using this for ‘real’ you might want a HDMI break-out box for SPDIF.

Overall (thanks for reading this far!) great little projector – isn’t going to replace your main AV unit but has portability and connectivity on its side and really good brightness.

This is a good choice for a projector to take camping or use outdoors . We searched for ages trying to find a projector that had high lumens and a battery plus keystone correction . Often these features only come with more expensive models . This projector is not much bigger than the palm of your hand and it comes with a tripod stand remote control and charging wire , all of which is in a very neat little bag . The tripod is a bit flimsy and when it has the cord coming out of the back it can easily tip over but we remedy this with a bit of Blu-Tack . It is relatively easy to set up although it did take a little while to work out how to use it with an additional speaker which you will need . The sound quality is the only downside but it is easily remedied with a small Bluetooth speaker . The picture quality is really good . Overall we are really pleased with this projector and I don’t think it can be beaten on price .

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought this to replace a nearly 20 year old data projector that was massive in comparison. This is tiny yes it will fit in you pocket but it comes with a useful storage case that accommodates the USB charging plug, charging cable, remote and tripod.

    The not so good bits.
The tripod is fine provided you are not connecting more than the charging cable. Plug in an HDMI cable, Fire stick or USB drive and the tripod will topple over.
If you want to use external speakers utilising the 3.5mm phono jack socket with the Fire stick you will need the little HDMI cable extender that came with the fire stick, because the fire stick will cover the 3.5 mm jack hole.
I would recommend using an external speaker as the sound whilst ok from the projector is not great for those with hearing impairment.

I have used it with a fire stick, direct from mu sky q box and via my laptop. the sound is the biggest issue, that may be due to the sound bar, but the best configuration I’ve found is watching sky via my laptop witht he sound on maximum in the sky go app and that allows for a good volume at the speaker.

I use a small camera tripod which allows for the projector to be tilted slightly and all the necessary connections. when setting up ensure the projector is horizontal whilst the projector boots up. Once on the menu screen tilt the projector and the image will adjust to accommodate the angle so the picture sits squarely on the screen.

The image is very good and the is quite a descent amount of adjustment should you so wish. My screen is 75inches and allows for a comfortable viewing distance.

Using the 3d glasses (purchased separately) the quality of the image is again impressive for such a small gadget.

If your looking for a portable projector with is definitely worth considering!

This is both a stylish and a technologically advanced projector and its size does make it very convenient. I like the padded carrying bag that comes with it. I will always give an honest review of a product and I am pleased to say that this projector does exceed expectations. I was a little wary of the reviews online which all were super positive – could this be that good?. Well, I’m not disappointed. It actually is. The quality of the picture is as good as any of the larger projectors and it has many features (including wi-fi connection and YouTube) that other smaller projectors do not have. I will probably use headphones, but the sound quality from the built-in speakers is remarkably good for such a small unit. It’s menu system is also easy to navigate. For the manufacturers the only thing I could probably recommend for future models is a Bluetooth connection for headphones or speakers and maybe include a couple of batteries for the remote (that’s a minor point).

I really like this, the rechargeable battery, the range of connectivity options, especially the built in Miracast, the auto keystone – awesome. Just a few niggles, the tripod fell apart and thanks to cat-like reflexes! I narrowly avoided smashing this projector on first use. Freebies are good but they need to have some quality too, or you tarnish the main product. When I read the reviews a lot is said of the brightness and to be fair it does a great job given it’s working on battery, but it’s simply not not visible in anything like daylightor dim daylight conditions. It really does need to be in a darkened space. The focus control is pretty clunky and difficult to get precise results, a zoom function would be great too. Overall all I’m glad I bought it, but I think I will always wonder if it would have been worth an extra 100 to get something brighter, albeit larger and less portable.

    Sooo close to perfection.....

For a long while I’ve wanted a portable projector but they’ve always been a pipe dream as what is sold vs the quality of what you get just doesn’t match up. This product changed that.

Really bright, battery powered and usb charged, this is the ultimate projector. We used this with a sheet projecting onto the side of my van in the middle of a field, connected to a raspberry pi and playing Tekken, then watching a movie with my FireStick, it was wild! It even has sound but don’t expect much here, you are better off using the AUX or other connection for sound.

Hopefully it stands the test of time!

Totally changed my perception of what technology was capable of. Well done seller.

Amazed with this brilliant little kit. First thing that hit me was the size – the boxes it was delivered in kept getting progressively smaller and I couldn’t believe it could keep going – but it did.

Picture quality is great and the screen size is just as good as you would expect from a ‘normal’ projector.

Automatic Keystone works great. I was worried about not having a manual switch because I’d be more comfortable knowing I could do it myself rather than digitally, but it works great and hasn’t been a problem at all.

    Portable? Absolutely!

Great value for money , compact , comes with nice extras like case and tripod

Totally mobile gaming and entertainment setup.
Picture is adequate for the price, it’s true resolution is 854 x 480 , I can see some pixelation
But I’m a AV professional , the speakers are fine for casual use, but hooking up a Bose speaker

The projector comes fully charged ready to go! Setup is quick and simple and the picture quality is great for something so small. The projector is pretty quiet when running and when sound is playing you can’t hear the projector at all.

The speakers on the projector are ok, especially for the size of the thing I’ve yet to try plugging the device into some speakers to get a nicer sound.

This is a handy portable projector. Wifi connectivity OK. You can easily ajdust the brightness-constrast-sharpness. Image quality is decent, same with the sound quality. Some lag with mirroring when connected with cheap smartphones, mainly due to noise from wifi-bluetooth signals. The fan will be making noise but nothing extreme. For big rooms or outdoors you won’t even notice it.

Remote works even if it’s not facing the back of the device (where the IR receiver is)

Only drawback, I would also agree that having some major buttons on the device, or handling through smartphones would be helpful.

I use for watching films and gaming. Better for films. Obviously not as clear as a 4k tv when gaming but I’ve been using for call of duty and fifa and its worked perfectly. Screen mirroring works well
Impressed with how well the auto keystone works

    Negatives
Projector isn’t that responsive to the remote control
Not very effective/bright when using during the day

Overall would recommend, great piece of tech.

Golden Review Award: 137 From Our UsersNATIVE RESOLUTION:
Don’t be confused when it says it supports 1080P(full HD). It does support it but doesn’t mean the image quality is Full HD. Full HD resolution, is 1920 pixels horizontally by 1080 pixels vertically making up the image quality. The native resolution of this projector is however 854 by 480 pixels (not on listing, but according to the manufacturers when I contacted them). In reality this means that the maximum image quality you will get is 854 by 480 pixels in quality. If you play a HD quality movie then it will scale the pixel quality down to fit the native resolution, hence it supports HD. Currently this native resolution is the best I’ve seen for portable projectors of amazon. This is the same for the very expensive portable projectors which currently goes for 300 plus.

    BRIGHTNESS, LUMENS AND OUTDOOR USAGE
For those of you who are not familiar with the term lumens, then it’s the measurement used for brightness. Not on the listing that I’m aware of, but the manufacturer says it’s 3500. I doubt this very much as I also own an expensive Epson projector which is actually 3400, and the brightness compares in no way. The Epson is actually 3400 and about 3 times brighter I’d guess. The expensive Epson I can use on summer afternoons from about 17:30 onwards when the sun sits slightly lower. You won’t be able to do the same with this mini projector. You will have to wait till it’s considerably darker for outdoor usage. In general from my experience as this is my 5th projector, when buying an unbranded or cheaper projector then the lumens claims are always wrong in comparison to Epson and other brands up there in quality and price.

    KEYSTONE CORRECTION
This functionality is usually not provided by cheaper projectors. So this is great having this in the bag. For those of you who don’t know what it is, this is exciting. Normally when you project from an angle onto the wall the image would be skewed and out or proportion horizontally / vertically. This however corrects itself so the image remains rectangular even when projected from an angle and usually is only included with expensive projectors!

    SOUND
Is about what you expect for a projector this size with an in-built speaker. However it does have an audio in socket which means you can hook it up with a blue tooth speaker portable speaker by cable to give it some more juice!

If you using it as an outside projector, and don’t want to disturb your neighbours, then you can plug in an earphone splitter into the audio in cable and split it into 5 earphone or more depending on which splitter you get. These splitters go for about 5.

    FUNCTIONALITY AND USE
I think the interface and ease of use and setup is really good for what you pay. It also provides a feature to use subtitle files for movies. It’s really easy if you have movies on a memory stick. Simply plug it in and play basically. It comes with a handy bag and tripod. The tripod was slightly flimsy for me so I got a stable cheap 5 one from eBay as a replacement which works great for me. As a portable projector I bought it for travel. Its size is absolutely great for that and the image quality that comes with a small projector like this. The only thing I’d watch out for is that on Amazon currently they advertise the “newer” version of this projector on this listing. It’s actually nothing like this one… they look completely different and the “newer” one looks much bigger in size which defeats the purpose of having a small portable projector!

Hope this helps! Check out the photo’s for size.

An Excellent product. I bought it a week ago, when it was a lightning deal. Since then my two boys have used it everyday. The image is sharp and brightness is good, even in a semi-light room. I have had no overheating issues, probably as I only use it with a camera tripod (the supplied tripod is too light and it was knocked over easily). The inbuilt speaker is just adequate in a small quiet room and I tend to plug a portable speaker into the projector. The inclusion of Youtube on the projector is really handy. The mirroring facility is temperamental and video streams are jerky. No such issues when i connect my phone by cable to the HDMI port or a HDD to the USB port. Overall an excellent product for the price.

Excellent little projector! Definitely better than I anticipated.
Plus it’s an amazingly cheap way to get 3D without spending a fortune. It’s not exceptionally bright, but it’s perfectly fine in a totally dark room. Surprisingly sharp picture, and I bought a 120″ screen for it, and it’s throwing a larger screen than I planned for. I’m getting a 130″+ screen in my living room. It’s very easy to use, internal media player works well for most files, plays stuff well from usb, but regardless there’s an hdmi input, so you can use your bluray player, laptop, or (like myself) Playstation 4 through it which will also stream media.
Only cons: could be brighter (but what can you expect from a projector you can literally put in your pocket), there’s no Bluetooth, you can’t stream media directly to it, and there’s no app store or way to add new apps (and like I said, you can run anything with an hdmi output through it so final two “cons”are almost irrelevant. Terrific little carry case and accessories. Remote works great. I’m very pleased with it. Maybe not on-par with a big 400 projector (as you should expect) but far exceeds expectations for a very reasonably priced pocket projector.

So I got this through today. This is a great little projector, I am so impressed with it. The picture is far brighter than expected. The photo shows it projected into my white kitchen door in daylight! It’s also very light and compact (about 10x10x3cm). In addition to all that it came well packaged and included a carry case (usually extra), remote, charging cable (including a detachable plug) and a tripod (usually extra) – so a lot of extra kit included. Some of the small projectors have a massive charging cable with a power pack attached to the cable, not this one. Everything is inside the unit so the charging cable is small. The main question is, would I buy it again. Definitely.

Great little projector, small, light and functional

What this does for the price is excellent. Way better when it’s darker but it is a projector! Not HD but good enough for music sport etc Can totally see it’s uses for portable business presentations. Only using it off direct hdmi link Unit is well engineered battery is ok but I’ve rigged it to run on permanent charge. Speaker in built is small probably ok for some things but take sound from elsewhere if watching movies or music etc. 3.5 jack out sound is very low even when put through decent amp So sound from your playback source advised. Tripod supplied is very lightweight.Plenty of angle adjustment on projector . Focus is manual and a bit fiddly but once set is fine. Overall a fantastic little product for the price. Well happy once set up properly. 5star review is in context of price paid. This looks excellent place to start in projector world.

I purchased this projector to paint murals while travelling. My current projector is great but too big and heavy to take with me. I needed one that would be light and portable but still function as i need it too – but also affordable. i did a lot of research and I think i have made the right choice with this one. The carry case is very handy and seems to be good quality, fits everything in nicely. The projector itself is small and light and the fan is pretty quiet.

I am yet to use it for a project but on first inspection it seems ideal for my use. Its easy to use and connect to wifi and devices (i used ios cast and HDMI, both worked perfectly) for the size and price its pretty bright too and still works with some light in the room.

The only thing is there are no buttons on the device its self so you are very reliant on the remote. When i first turned it on the remote didn’t work and i was so disappointed. I had just put new batteries in it already but nothing, they were cheap ones though. I didn’t give up however and tried a different brand of batteries, thankfully it worked perfectly then. So maybe it just needs good brand batteries to work? For a low budget portable projector its a great deal and this seems to do all it claims. Overall very happy with my purchase.

It should be noted that although this projector has some great qualities there are some trade offs one has to accept, for example the light weight is fine but when connected to a DVD player it has to be anchored otherwise it’s inclined to tip due to the weight of the lead . The picture is fine at 50-70 inches wide but larger sizes are a stretch . The picture is good and bright but like all projectors best in a dark room.3D works if you connect the active glasses but does darken the picture .Summing up its a good buy.T.Ewen.

The images you see above are projected on to a wall from 10 feet away giving you a 120 inch screen brightness is good but to get the best results the room must be totally dark any ambiet light from any source will diminish the picture quality. very impressive considering the size and price of the projector build quality is also very good internal battery lasts between 2 and 2:30hrs in normal use in 3d mode it only lasted 1hr 10mins so would recommend using the supplied adapter when watching 3d the quality of the 3d is exceptional I was utterly blown away by the depth and detail no ghosting was present and is far superior to the Samsung 3d tv I have in the other room the internal speaker is adequate for Netflix and other streaming services but recommend external speakers plugged in through the 3.5mm jack at the rear of the projector for best performance iv had mine hooked up to a pair of powered pc speakers which you can plug in to the usb socket on the rear of the projector powering them. all in all this is a great little projector when used in the right setup highly recommend considering the price..

Overall a great product. I was looking for something that was going to help me create a beautiful romantic scene in the park for my boyfriend’s birthday. The idea was to have Chinese take out in the park at night while watching a movie projected onto a screen (blanket). I am very happy with how things turn out and how I can keep using it since it so small, compact and has it’s own carrying case. Brightness is really impressive for such a small projector and the 2-3 battery life is spot on with that capability of using external battery helps a lot too. The image quality is in my view quite great and still gives me that projector feel, but small texts are a bit hard to read sometimes. As well the image isn’t that bad even with light in the room. Ive had some light and I’m fine watching something that you don’t need great detail to enjoy. I mostly use it at 70 inches and it looks great (have a small studio flat), but 100 might loose more crisp images, yet I feel that isn’t too much of an issue. Haven’t tried the 3d function with the glasses but it seems it can make most movies in 3d. I used it to play breath of the wild with my switch and it was so nice to play it in such a big screen and colours looked quite alright. This is a great buy for the money and been recommending it to all my friends. They actually want it haha. The speaker is great for times you don’t have anything to amplify the sound with. Everything works fine and had no trouble with some over heating like some suggest. However some of the reasons why I chose 4/5 stars is that the colours are sometimes very reddish and have to adjust my laptop’s colour filters to get it to a normal-ish Colour for certain movies or games. In addition, the autocorrect on the angles is so weird and sometimes it’s hard when you try to adjust it manually. This makes me wish there was more options in the main menu to conenct automatically to netflix, but you can do that from your game console or laptop. Sometimes the audio doesn’t play but it can be corrected if you plug in and out and adjust settings. Tripod is handy at first but definitely gonna upgrade to a better one. Don’t have major issues. Finally it’s ba great buy I’ve searched for a near perfect projector for a reasonable price and good quality 🙂

Get it if you want reasonable price for a portable projecto

The first impression was how small it is. The second was how quite it is. The third was the picture quality.
You have to tune down the colour and contrast quite a bit because it looks amazingly colourful, but oversaturated.
Image is nice and sharp and once focused you do notice pixels.
If you are a perfectionist looking for HD quality where you have to really look for pixels, then this might irritate you a bit..
Honestly, for the size, the picture is very good!
    Brightness is also very good!

We are enjoying this, it’s well worth it.

Just…would be nice if the remote buttons didn’t click so loudly and would be nice if it had buttons on the projector.

As I am going on holiday soon I wanted a portable projector. I own a tablet projector by lenovo which works but is slow. I also own a big projector by elephas and is still amazed by it. But I still wanted a mini…

I was looking at the apeman m4 on the lightening deal and bought it for 160. That’s when this little nugget came to my line of site. I instantly saw that it was cheaper and had wifi. Thought ok… need to do some research. I did. It is 3d, has wifi and basically does much more than the m4 but for cheaper. And so I got this instead.

I love the fact that they give you a tripod and a case. Makes life easier and cheaper. I connected it all up. Set up was easy as turning on a button. I connected my chrome cast and used the battery function for the casts power source. And wow. It worked amazingly.

Even in the daylight I can see videos. And in the night it is even better. The sound is decent but i just connect my own speakers. I have yet to see the 3d side of it. But all it all… it works a treat.

Best part is, it isn’t even loud!!

This is my first projector and it’s more than what I expected, at this cost this is best portable projector.
    Pros:
Picture quality are very good when you project HD content.
Projector inbuilt sound are clear but low,
Connectivity with Wi-Fi, HDMI and Mira cast are very quick and easy.
Very low noise and light weighted
    Cons.
Not able to play Netflix content through Mira cast, Through HDMI not yet tested
There is no direct connectivity through Bluetooth for external sound bar.
Audio Issue while Screen Sharing With a wireless mirroring function, when you run any videos than the projector sound are breaking not sure why, But Direct you tube and HDMI there are no issue.

Overall I can say that I am more than happy to invest on it.
    Highly recommended .

This is an amazing piece of kit!
The detail comes through very cleanly and clearly.
I haven’t noticed any lag or stuttering or any glitches in the corners which I have noticed in other projectors.
It is also extremely quiet! This was quite a big deal for me as I have the projector on a shelf over my head and even on quiet parts of the film I could barely hear it.

My only negative point would be that when using the tripod the weight of the wires can tilt it into awkward angles so it can can be a bit fiddly to set up. But once you do it doesnt move on it own so you dont have to worry about that.

Overall I am very happy with my purchase!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our Usershis definitely is projector that worth to buy, the picture quality is great just play on the wall, so bright and clear, but still better with a projector screen. it contain a battery in such a little size, so we can play it without connectiong any cable which means we can move it to anywhere any position easily. the advantage points i find are follow:
    1. good picture quality with no doubt.
    2. portable size
    3. build in WIFI and battery, there isnt any cable needs
    4. power bank can supply the power to play, make it simple.
    5. built in system have a youtube installed, easy to use.
    6. sound quality is good but with a bose speaker could have a better experience.
    7. easy to set up and use via a remote control.

have it for about 2 month now, it works with cartoon for kids to watch and ourself to watch movies, so far i just feel this a projector which worth to have and worth to reward a 5 star for recommendation.

    highly recommend

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have had this item for a few months now and tested almost all the features including the 3d.
I have connected a 3D bluray player and this played perfectly, I also had 3d movies on a usb stick which also played perfectly. the 3d glasses which i purchased seperately do a great job.
I connected a Nvidia shield tv, my PC and a PS 3 via the hdmi an were not bad quality bearing in mind the darker the room the better the picture. Do not expect to have good quality picture for PC work though as the text is somewhat blurry on the screen, but was OK for my needs. I also connected a usb hub to which 2 usb HDD’s were connected and both showed up in the video app, and played movies and tv shows with no problem. To test the sound I connected a small bluetooth speaker and then a sound bar, both via the aux socket, and the sound quality was a big improvement over the built in speakers. The remote control is adequate for navigation, and youtube works but no log in if you an account but did not linger on the othher video app as there was nothing really on it I liked.
So all in all this, to me, is a very good all round projector which is worth ever penny of just under the 200 including the 2 pair of 3D glasses I spent on it.

This product does everything it says. Great choice of connections, HDMI, USB and Miracast. The quality is excellent for such a small portable prohljext. Ideal for those who travel a lot. Only negative is the lack of physical controls on the device, without the remote then your kind of stuck. Would highly recommend this product.

    Pros:
Picture quality is brilliant, colors are vibrant and vivid- highly impressed!. Its handy and portable just as big as my palm size, comes with a good and nice quality bag package . Can connect to iphone, ipad using AirPlay and even android using screen mirroring, quite a handy feature to look into your picture and videos. Would definitely recommend this product for anyone who wants a mini projector with massive features.

    Cons:
Stand could be bit more sturdy. After connecting to HDMI cable something it falls off.
Nice if had a up-gradable Android version with Netflix as well as Amazon Prime apps.

Honestly I was blown away by this mini projector. Picture quality was excellent and high definition for such a small projector. I played a HD video from Netflix via HDMI from my iPad and picture quality was amazing. Lots of lovely features with this tiny gem 3D with this was excellent but you need 3D DLP glasses which I bought, played a 3D side by side video and convert it via the projector using my 3D DLP glasses wow very impressive. Phone mirroring capability is also a great feature. Built in speaker is not as loud as you expected but I connected mine to my portable speaker via AUX connector to get more sound. This mini projector is highly recommended. One very happy customer here and looking forward to watch any film on a big screen anywhere I go( it comes with a handy carrier bag). Thank very much.xxx

I have been after a small projector that can mirror my iPad and Mac for a long time for giving customer presentation. This is just what I needed!
Powerpoints on split screen from the Mac, and Airplay of games and movies from my phone in hotel rooms – and the speakers within the unit are pretty good as well! Although there is a 3.5mm audio output if you wanted to connect to better speakers.
Simple setup, cute little tripod and it auto adjusts the picture so its not narrow at the top and wide at the bottom if not projected at exactly 90 degrees.

Absolutely brilliant and I love it!!!

Amazing for the price - mirrors iOS perfectly!

After a much research on which min projector to buy under 150 or just over it, i decided to give a try at this product. The Elephas mini projector. I must say, its a true value for money buy and genuinely, didn’t expect the performance that it delivers.
4 stars because the charge on the battery goes down quickly. I could observe the full charge lasts for about 2+hours.
But that is when i view anything continuously unplugging the power source. Else it runs continuously without much heating problems.

Must buy, if you are looking for a mini 100 inch projector just over 150 pounds.

    A TRUE VALUE FOR MONEY.

I am using it pretty much to watch videos from youtube which is also included with the projector. This advance technology with this mini 3D projector is amazing. We also bought a stand screen projector go with it, it had movie theatre affect, we felt like watching movie in the theatre, but we can stay at the comfort of our home. The colour and details are brilliant. The design so slim and light weight. It has the WiFi feature, we don’t have to use connectors. It’s amazing. The installation is super easy. Having researched various projectors (wired and wireless) and settled on the Elphas Mini DLP. I love the fact it’s so immediate – i.e. I can turn up at my local Astronomical Society meeting and just project from a laptop or phone onto a wall at the drop of a hat. No need to find a wall socket, extension lead etc. etc. Quality is great – especially for such a small unit. More than adequate for Joe public/domestic use and the 3D (though I’ve not used it yet) is an added bonus. More apps would be good but the inclusion of YouTube is great.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe mini projector is amazing as I’m writing this review after about a day of use.

The battery backup is good saw about 2.5 hours of movie and it did not die on me. The size of the projector is amazing, you can literally fit this into your pocket or on the side of your bag pack. Overall great product for the cost.

    Pros:
    1. Excellent Battery Backup. (9/10)
    2. Small size and light weight. (10/10)
    3. Inbuilt Youtube (cannot do user login) and Koola Tv App. (9/10)
    4. Inbuilt Wi-Fi and easy to configure. (10/10)
    5. Quick to start the projector. (9/10)

    Cons:
    1. No buttons on the projector itself to navigate, definitely need the remote to use it. (0/10)
    2. Sound is on the normal side, I feel could have been a little more louder given its projector. (6/10)
    3. Brightness is Okay, just a little more brighter would have been perfect. (7/10)
    4. Lags a bit when using Airplay, to watch a video/movie. (7/10)
    5. Although says 100″ to project, it is really worth using it as 80″ as maximum which gives the best quality. (7/10)

    Good to Have:
    1. Could have added a browser, which would make using anything like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. over the web very easy, given these are not as inbuilt apps.
    2. Simultaneously connect the projector to a Bluetooth speaker if required for better sound.

Golden Review Award: 81 From Our Usersspend a lot of time researching to buy a projector, (I actually returned one from another brand a couple of days after receiving it) So I was quite happy when I found this projector, this has been the best investment I have done in a long time.

Here is my list of why:

    PROs
    – Resolution: if you want a descent image, and even to be able to connect your PC or laptop, you need at least 1280×800, which is HD at 720p, anything lower than that is not good, and that together with the 16:10 Aspect Ratio (it has 16:10, 16:9 and 4:3), means it works quite well with a computer.
    – Lumen: 3500, very bright as you will see on the photos, the image where you see the projection was during the day, at night it look even better.
    – Contrast: 2000:1, you don’t want anything lower if you want to enjoy a good movie.
    – O.S.: It has Android 4.4, and it works very well. It is brilliant to be able to just turn it on and play Netflix, or Amazon Prime from the device.
    – Bluetooth: This I use a lot, I can project the image in my bedroom wall and connect a bluetooth speaker which I can place right next to me, so we can have great sound, without waking up the kids.

    Cons
    – It does not have a battery, so you cannot take it camping or too far from an electric outlet, but to be fare, I used to have one and the battery never lasted long enough, so I was always plugging it in anyway.
    – It is not as small as other models, so you wont be able to carry it in your shirt pocket.

    Conclusion
In my opinion, this is the best projector at that price range.

This is a very decent mini projector for the price; however don’t be expecting HD quality. I bought it primarily for camping but may end up using it for work too.

It comes with YouTube built into the projector but you can do screen mirroring from android and iphone/iPad, you can plug a USB memory stick in the back and you can also connect devices with HDMI, such as ps4 or Xbox (one of the pictures I have uploaded is my son playing the Xbox on the ceiling whilst he lays down………novalty factor!).

The inbuilt battery life is ok, i think we got approx 1.5-2 hours before it died. It comes with a wall usb plug for charging but it does allow you to power it with a powerbank whilst it plays to make sure you dont run out of juice.

The focus ring is a great feature as it allows you to have the projector at different distances. The other photos i have uploaded are approx 96 inches from about 2.8 metres away. The lighter shot is with some of my kitchen lights on to see how it coped with a bit of light. As you can see it coped well.

One final piece of brilliance is the auto keystone. No more wonky screens due to the angle of the light beam

    Very very good mini projecto

Golden Review Award: 28 From Our UsersFrom the moment I unboxed the projector, I could see that a lot of consideration had gone in to the design and the overall customer experience. A top quality product that comes with a remote control and tripod all packed in a quality carrycase – rather than sold as add-on accessories is a rare thing these days. And my delight continued. Powering up the projector for the first time, I was blown away by the bright and vivid colours, even in a fairly well lit room against a wall (not a projector scree). The image is clear and the built-in wifi and iPhone compatibility were simple to set up and deliver some great results. The internal speaker too, provided a good level of sound, although for a movie I will plug use the headphone jack to attach an external mini sound bar to cope with louder sounds. The battery lasted for around two hours and, of course, you can also run it from the mains. I’ve been an Amazon customer for many years, but this is my first review. Congratulations Elephas on a great product; beautifully packaged and excellent value for money. Well done!

Make nearly no noise when operating . 2hr + battery life time . When I have it plugged in more than 8hrs of play time with nearly no heating up of the device . Colour calibrated very well has an auto keystone and a digital adjustment option in the settings. Manual focus dial works great with a good fiddle . Tripod stand when fully extended works great won’t last forever so may be worth getting a stand . The apps don’t work great but everything else does hdmi is perfect and there is no sound lag . Mir cast and chrome cast aren’t great on this device yet at least the hardware is brilliant . Use a projector screen for way better results .

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThe Elephas projector is amazing. When I first received the projector I was surprised at how small yet well built it is. It looks professional and I feel works equally well if not better than Epson professional projectors I’ve used in the past.

I wanted a professional and personal use projector. It is best for watching films on however, with the right tech, powerpoints work well too. I have found windows to be a little difficult to connect as it relies on miracast, my Mac, iPhone however, has worked brilliantly!

The picture quality is outstanding, obviously it works better on the dark which you can see in the pictures however, is ok in lighter room too.

Sound quality is really good for such a small device however if you are using in a louder setting it may be difficult to hear. This doesn’t detract for me as I’m likely to use as a ‘tv’ if my kids are watching something.

User interface is really straight forward and clear with really clear instructions. Auto adjust works really well.

The tripod could be a little stronger, I already have a camera tripod which works really well with the projector adding more sturdiness. The case is excellent, many do not come with cases, this was a huge bonus.

Overall I’m more than happy with my projector and would certainly recommend. I am also happy to answer any questions.

Golden Review Award: 237 From Our UsersI’ve been considering getting a mini pocket projector for a while, as I really don’t want to have televisions in every room that I’d like to watch either a movie or something like Youtube.

So i picked the ELEPHAS MINI PROJECTOR.

First thing that impressed me was the image quality.and was not expecting the quality it to so pristine. This truly gives a high definition video output and what’s more the quality is consistent when the projector is set far back in the room, which I have seen other project fail to maintain quality at a distance. I have a plain white wall in my living room and the picture quality looks epic on it.

The size of this is perfect for taking on the go , be it for business, school or pleasure, it has all the makings of a must have device. Thanks to its built in battery you haven’t got to worry about too many cables you just simply connect to its tripod and connect. Its connections are never endless with such ones like hdmi.

The battery life seems to live up to what is advertised. I’ve watch a 2 hour film without it running out of power which I think is quite impressive. I do have a powerbank handy though just in case.

Although it has a speaker it obviously is restricted by the compact nature of the projector, my recommendation is to use a pair of Bluetooth headphones or speaker/soundbar to get fully immersed in what you are watching.

Despite the flaws I mentioned, I have been left impressed with this projector.Overall, great value for money and a really high-tech piece of kit. IF you are contemplating a pico projector, I believe this one will likely fill the bill nicely.
