Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersDas ist schon drei dieser Kopfhrer.

I love that these are available in mini for folks with a smaller head. These are exactly what I was looking for. I do not like ear buds in my ears. They either fall out or are uncomfortable. Plus I have sensitive hearing and those soft buds make a loud popping sound when placing in the ear. If you want noise cancellation, these are not that. But for me, I wanted to be able to listen without blocking out what is happening around me. These are so easy to charge with a magnetic charger and the battery life is VERY good. If not in use, it’s almost like they go to sleep to save battery. They are almost invisible when wearing, if you have hair long enough.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI can’t go on my runs without these. So let’s be honest, you’re not going to get the most amazing sound out of these. The bass is lacking, but that’s not why we’re looking at these headphones. The bone conduction works well. I hear my music clearly and can still hear external sounds such as bicycles cruising up behind me. They stay on great. With other headphone I sometimes have to make small adjustments to the earpiece, which can be annoying on long runs, but never with my shokz. Bluetooth pairs easily with no drops. I can’t recommend a better pair of headphones for the active community.

These are great for love volume use, being able to talk while missing is on in the background. They aren’t great for loud music or drowning out gym noise. Battery lasts forever and they stay on your head very well, better than most any headphones I’ve used. Decent sound quality at low volume but gets worse as you turn it up. Has very little bass response. Overall really good for what you use them for, background music while you talk to people.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have been running for about a year and a half and using my airpod pros which I absolutely love. I run early in the morning, later at night as well as on trails. Being able to hear my surroundings is extremely important. The transparency mode setting with airpods is good but I have always wanted bone conduction to have full sense and hearing of my surroundings. I have heard the sound quality with bone conduction is not as good which has been my hesitation. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE, YOU NEED TO BUY THESE NOW!!!!!!! The sound quality is really really good. You can advance songs, rewind songs, adjust the volume, answer calls ALL from the headphones. They are so lightweight and comfortable. You can hear your surroundings and stay SAFE! all while listening to whatever you want to. Buy these and do not wait.

Know what it’s for. I used it mainly during walk and outdoor activities.

But it’s not an ideal fit for indoor gym use because the environmental noises are too loud so I can barely hear anything.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI’ve been using the Aftershokz Titanium headset for years – mainly for jogging, walking, and exercising in general. I really like the bone conduction, the sound quality, and being able to hear traffic while I’m outside jogging. But, the Titanium was heavy and it hurt the top of my ears (mainly my left ear) after wearing it for a long jog/exercise session. I think my Titanium rested near the bow of my eyeglasses and the weight/pressure caused that pain.

I saw that Shokz had different models of bone conduction headsets and I decided to purchase the Shokz Open Run Mini – lighter, smaller, different shape than my Titanium. Oh. My. Goodness! The Open Run Mini does not hurt my ears, and the sound quality is better than my Titanium (maybe because the Mini actually rests where bone conduction is most effective). Charging is a breeze with the magnetic USB charger, and a charge lasts for hours!

I use them for running. This way I can hear what’s going on around me. If you use ear plugs you can hear while doing any activity. I do all of my yard work with them and battery life is around 8 hours.

I purchased these so that I could listen to coaching, podcasts, music, etc. while running, but still be able to hear what’s happening around me. They are really comfortable and the sound quality is good, and best of all I am able to remain aware of my surroundings. Highly recommend if you are wanting headphones for any outdoor exercise.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI needed a bone conducting headset for the gym and cycling, more for safety and being able to pick up other sounds I couldn’t with in-ear buds. These are really good. And I’m using them much more than I had thought I would.

PROS: Quick, easy charge, lightweight, size is perfect not not be too large or hoopy (is that a word) behind my head. I can lay back on a workout bench at the gym and these are not impacted or moved by contact with the bench (well, for me at least). Nice sound quality, easy to hear with music and podcasts

EHHHS: Wearing them for a really long time, like 2.5+ hours for me starts to irritate the contact points. Yes, they will vibrate on the contact points if you have the volume really high.

CONS: My only one is that I can’t slip them into my pocket, but that’s not really a con, it’s more of an inconvenience at times.

I would buy these again if I lost this current set.

Not sure I care for the crackling. They work ok but I wouldn’t say they’re much better at allowing you to hear ambient noise unless the volume is extremely low.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis is my 2nd set of shokz headphones. I lost my original set and had to replace them. I didn’t consider any other kind. The open ear-bone conduction are the way to go. This gen 2 version is even better than my first set. Easier pairing, better battery life, improved charging time.
The headphones have a flexible round band that goes on the back of your head and then a part that hooks over your ears with the conduction part resting in front of them. It takes a bit of getting used to. The built in microphone picks up your voice during calls. I am happy with the sound production. There are others who have made a deep dive into the subtleties of the bass/treble etc. if you need more info you can google it!

    The downsides are
    1. My ears sometimes get irritated from the phones resting on top of them, it is exacerbated when wearing a mask.
    2. The on/off volume up/down are easy to mix up.
    3. The handy/magnetic charging cable is dedicated to only the headphones. It is yet ANOTHER USB cable to plug in that is only used on one device. The old ones charged with mini USB.

    The pluses outweigh the negatives.

These headphones are amazing! I love that I can hear road noise and be safe and still hear my music. They stay in place the whole run and the sound quality is just as good as in ear headphones. The first pair I ordered the battery life seemed to only last about 3hrs, I got a replacement and they are better and go for about 6-7hrs without charging. I think the first pair were just a fluke, as other people I know that have them get about the same battery life as my replacement pair.

The mini size is perfect – it does not wiggle around and fits comfortably with a baseball cap or a head wrap. The design is perfect for safety because you can hear everything around you and still hear your music.

Bought this size and the normal shokz size. Found the normal size to be a little big and so tried this one. Here’s what I noticed – the normal size fits well but leaves the band sticking slightly out behind your neckline (see the product shots). I wanted it closer and so bought the mini. I loved the mini and how it fit when I’m walking – it fit tighter and didn’t stick out BUT, when I tilted my head far back as you would looking up into the sky, then the size difference showed – looking up caused the mini to ride backwards and pull against my earhole entry – not uncomfortably, but now I understood why the normal size is designed the way it is – to give allowance to this.

I used the mini for a few days and finally went with the normal size (gave the mini to my daughter who has a small body stature).

Both work well however – just a size difference. My other observations –
    1. This is perfect for a quiet woodland walk where there is no noise, but would not work in city din. Where there is a lot of ambient noise, you can hardly hear the music. They would not work in an airplane either, but could work in a quiet office or at home while doing daily (noiseless) chores, or while gardening.
    2. The sound quality does not match my over-the-ear Sony and Quiet Comfort noise cancellation headphones – not even close. But wearing over-the-ear headphones on a morning walk looks crazy and weird, while these are discreet and literally invisible.
    3. Because they are not in your earhole, you don’t struggle with the discomfort of sweat in the earhole as you do with ear-buds. They are very comfortable.
    4. If you play them loudly the sound quality seems to go down, and the bass causes your earlobe to buzz and vibrate a little – ticklish and uncomfortable. I also suspect that playing them loudly can damage your ears because I’ve began to feel discomfort after some time. I now play them on low volume as I would earbuds.

Overall they are by far the BEST buds I’ve ever used for exercise or walks – 10 times better than in-ear earbuds. When I fly, I use noise cancellation over-the-ear headphones. When I’m out in slightly noisy areas but not sweating, I use in-ear headphone buds. But when I’m out on a walk, or exercising, I use these. Have not tried jogging with them.

I have alot of ear buds, over ear headphones, audio frames, and now bone conduction headphones by SHOKZ formerly (AFTERSHOKZ). The sound isn’t like a ear bud or over ear headphones but the vocals are clear and the mid range is good do not expect a lot of bass. They are built well, just make sure you purchase the right fit. I had ordered the original fit not knowing they had a mini version which I did end up getting and they fit much better for me. I do wish they had a pro mini because the pro version does sound alot better and do have slightly more bass. So with all this said I love my Shokz and would recommend them to anyone. SKOKZ PLEASE CONE OUT WITH A PRO MINI.

I’ve had the Titanium, then the Air, now this.
The previous ones didn’t last a whole day at work; these do without even being fully charged!

I got the mini, which fits me much better than the regular; no arch to bump into things if I lean back.

Since this is bone-conduction, unless you put in earplugs, you will of course not get the same audio quality as in-ear headphones. It’s worth the trade off for me, no earpods fit me well or stay in.

For those saying, why would you want to use earplugs? If you’re in conditions in which you don’t need to hear ambient sound, these headphones and soft earplugs (supplied, btw) will improve the audio quality and block out the world. Do not do this while cycling or doing similar activities, for obvious reasons.

The weight! Compared to the previous generations, these are crazy light, within a couple grams of one ounce. Way more comfortable earpieces too.

They connect faster than the previous models.
The magnetic charging cable is very convenient, though because it’s specific to Shokz, you might grab a couple generic spares here in case something happens to the included one.

I think that covers it- hope this helped!

I received my 1st pair for mothers day a few years ago. I’m hooked. I bought a couple more that I found on clearance. You would think I would be set, but noooooo…. Each new design gets better and better. I bought Aftershokz newer design….then lost them! So I replaced them, of course. They were so comfortable. I use them all the time. I wear them all day and really don’t notice I am. At work, they let me hear my audiobook AND be able to hear when our door opens, my coworkers talk to me, the phone rings. Then this sale came up and I finally tried the smaller headphones. These work soooo much better. Highly recommend!

I did not measure to see if the Mini was a better fit for me but I also own a standard Aftershokz and thought the neck strap stuck out too far. Haven’t compared sound between the two but the fit is much better with OpenRun Mini!

Does what it says on the box and I feel VERY safe riding my bike in the city listening to podcasts and music on these. The mini’s fit my head significantly better than the standard, so make sure you measure before purchasing.

I chose these because I don’t like anything in my ears. Traditional IEM’a buds irritate my ears, so these are a wonderful alternative. I started with the regular size and didn’t like how far they stuck out behind my neck/head and ended up exchanging them for these minis and I’m very happy with them. I wear them all day in the office and listen to music when not talking on them and I talk ALL day off and on with them. The battery seems to be great and has never gone dead in an 8 hour period. I can also hear coworkers when I need to. If you’re looking for noise canceling these are not the ones for you, but if your looking for open ear comfort I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase these.

I don’t really like in-ear headphones because they slip out and make my ear sweaty and gross after a long run. Newer headphones are going this route, but I usually gravitate towards the airpod styles because they don’t fall out. Problem is, they get lost easily.
After getting these headphones it totally solved all those issues! I friggin love the simplicity and the technology. My kid, who has airpods, loves them too. They have great sound, but not too loud, which is necessary for being alert in most situations. They also don’t bounce and when done, I can easily rest them on my neck. If you want headphones for activities, these are the way to go.

I have been a runner for a while and finally decided to give Shokz a try! I got the mini because I felt the regular size was too large for my head. The mini fit me perfect. Was also skeptical about the band behind my neck but I honestly don’t feel it at all while running! And because earpiece doesnt sit in my ear they don’t bother or feel like they are going to come out! I also like that I can hear my surroundings as that is an important safety factor. Definitely recommend

Definitely a weird difference when it’s vibrating that part of your ear. But you get used to it. Now I barely notice the vibrating. I also barely notice it’s around my head. But over all it’s a great new device and I love that it’s not an ear bud stuck in my ear anymore.

These work great for listening to music, podcasts, or audio books when you still need to listen to the outside world. If you want ‘noise-cancelling’ you will have to use ear plugs. Very comfortable. The minis fit me better than the regular so that the band sticks out less in back.

Love, love, love my Shokz. Great battery life and the sound quality is great. They work seamlessly with my phone and computer. The have no noise cancellation ability, but that is the point. I like being able to hear what is going on around me while walking my dog or being in a situation where I need to hear. If you want noise cancellation, these are not what you want. Both my husband and I have a pair. An unexpected bonus for my husband. He has nerve damage in one ear. But, because of the bone conduction technology used in this product, he can hear with that damaged ear while using Shokz.

Okay, so I should preface this review with: this is not my first pair of ‘Shokz’, and this is now my go-to brand so keep in mind and possible biases.

When I first got a ‘Shokz’ brand headset, it was back when their brand was still ‘Aftershokz’. This ‘OpenRun’ model is the immediate successor to the ‘Aeropex’, and let me tell you about some features they changed for the better, which you may never know about.

For example, my review did not in fact start off “CHARGE ME!!”, because between models they listened to their customers and made serious quality of life improvements. Mx. ChargeMe no longer screams unholy in your ear the moment your battery is looking a little low. Now we have a quieter, slightly softer voice informing us that it’s both on, and either connected or low battery. Hey Shokz team? Our eardrums thank you!

Next feature difference between my last pair and this one? I bought the Mini this time, and I am LOVING THEM. The comfort difference between the mini and the standard is noticable, when you have the right size. If any point you thought their pre-purchase sizing was silly, think again. Do it, and you’ll love yourself for it. This isn’t something new, but it is to me, and frankly I’m thrilled- save for the fact that the Mini isn’t available in the same range and colors. Hey Shokz? I’m the Big Sad that I couldn’t buy that lovely Seafoam Blue/Green color just because I wanted the better fit.

I wear my headphones until they literally break, which was the case with my last pair. They kept playing beautifully until the very materials comprising them were deteriorating. I wore them every. Single. Day. And for each day I have never been gentle. I wear them to work, wore them to college, wear them at home (and yes, in the freakin’ shower and I am SHAMELESS about it). My entire family has a pair, because we are thorough believers in being able to listen to what we want, while still being available to those around us.

These are durable, reliable, great quality, and easy to operate- just avoid the button on the left ear, I way too often hit it and “Re-Dialing last number..” Wait, wha- @?$&, NO!

10 outta 10, I recommend. So much so, I’ve been listening to a streamer through my OpenRun’s while typing this review. :3

(P.S: Only ever had to return a pair through RMA, once. It was my first pair, and the warranty process was painless and easy. They were also above and beyond, earning them some serious loyalty from me. So, great customer service from the Manufacturer.)

Decent product except that I failed to notice the “mini” in the description. As a result, a bit snug on my fat head. I mostly wear these when driving for Uber as these stay connected to my phone better than prior bluetooth headsets.

Easy to charge and I can drive for hours and still have a medium charge.

I’m told the phone call quality on the other end isn’t so good. I wish I would have returned these to get the normal size instead of mini. Too bad I’m past the return/exchange window.

I decided to try the Shokz because my beats ear buds were causing skin infection in my ears. yuck. The design of their buds has the metal charging spots (I don’t know what to call them) touching skin and I’ve read others have had this problem, too. (It’s too bad because I did love the beats buds.) I first bought the OpenMove Shokz, but the back loop was too big and the angle of the ear hooks were uncomfortable for my small ears. The mini is more comfortable. While I wish there could be an adjustable back loop so it could fit closer to my head, the slightly smaller size is better and the ear hooks are more rounded and comfortable. I mostly listen to podcasts, but the quality is very nice and not tinny. Music is fine, too. I used to always just wear one ear bud so I can be aware of my surroundings, but it’s so nice to have stereo sound and still be able to hear outside noise. Great for a run or working in the yard.

Extremely comfortable and lightweight. Sound is excellent as long as they are not at max volume. At max they can get a bit of a vibration sensation with bass notes. Highly recommend. Shower, rain, and sweat proof. Battery is 2-3 days

I purchased “Black SHOKZ OpenRun Mini”

Ear buds drive me crazy so I like that these are outside the ear canal. BUT when you turn them up, they vibrate which tickles the skin a bit & that is a little strange. With that said, even at high volume, the sound is just okay. I don’t understand how they are “noise canceling” because they do not block the ear canal. But I’m going to keep them because I think they’re interesting. I look forward to finding another even better alternative to ear buds.

I love how these were smaller than the old ones, I like that they are thinner and more ergonomic around the ears. Two things keep it from 5 stars. It really makes me mad that you cannot find these chargers everywhere, why would they change that!! Also the charging cords are so short…thank God they only need charged once a week if not in regular every day use. One more small dislike, the stop start button is harder to find and push. Overall the best earbuds I have found. I use them sometimes everyday.

Very pleased with the quality off this bluetooth headset. I could NEVER find earbuds that were comfortable or that would stay in. These are lightweight, very comfortable and the sound quality is great! Plus they are safer than covering your ears and compromising your hearing. Highly recommend these. I am petite and got the smaller size and it’s perfect. Larger model wouldn’t have fit me as well. Great job!

I first bought the standard Aftershoks headphones. Liked them but kind of big. Then I realized there is a MINI size. It doesn’t stick out so far from back of head. It’s same quality but fits me so much better. Same quality and really comfortable.

I have a pair of these as well as the regular size. I measured right at the break off point for each pair and should have gone with my gut feeling and gotten 2 mini. I love that I can hear at work while still listening to music or movies. The call quality is good and I don’t have to yell to be heard on the other end. The only trouble is that it seems to have difficulty using Google voice while also using Google maps with verbal directions. When using Google maps with verbal directions it will do the usual chime after I say “Hey Google” but then can’t carry out my request to call someone. It’s not even giving my directions at the moment. Not a deal breaker for me since I don’t use navigation much.

Great pair of headphones for those that have issues with over-the-ear style headphones. I often get ear infections and water in the ear from the headphones that cover the ear, but with these that is not ever going to happen and the sound quality is even better than most other headsets.

I use aeropex shokz when cycling and at work, where the open-ear design is preferred. I tried another open ear brand a few years ago that would get drowned out in traffic, just from the sound of tires passing on pavement. Shokz with its sound canceling technology allows me to hear my tunes in noisy environments but can be quickly and easily turned off. No fidgeting with tiny buttons, just pressing the left side shuts it off. The sound quality is not the greatest, but for its purpose it is great. This isn’t the headset for sitting back in your easy chair absorbing every note. It’s for listening to favorite tunes and podcasts while in an active environment, while on the move or working out. I recommend buying an extra set because the battery life is not great. Also because misplacing one can be a bummer. I also recommend the mini. It fits so much better. The jawbone tickling at high volume can be irritating. I’ve gotten used to that. This is a very well made headset, for all weathers, can be worn comfortably all day long, is great for taking calls as well.

I’m about half deaf. It is difficult for me to listen to much of anything on headphones or ear buds that isn’t loud enough for people around me to hear. These, however, fix that problem. I keep them on my person everyday and use them for listening to books, podcasts and music as well as talking on the cell phone. Are they great for music? No…there are much better…but if you’re like me, they’re just fine because you can’t hear music very well anyway. But, for use for all other things I mentioned, they’re awesome. And, no one else hears what you hear. Now, honestly, on a bike….you will need ear plugs, which kind of defeat the purpose in respect to hearing things around you. But…will I use these? I will use them till they’re dead, and then I’ll order another…and another….these are awesome!!!!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIf you are between the regular and the mini here’s how to choose: if you need to tighten baseball caps to the max to fit on your head, get a mini. If regular baseball caps fit great with minor adjustments, get the regular.

Music sound: Good Enough (great, even!). I am not a sound engineer or recording artist so understand that I am rating this for regular background music. The sound is very nice and even better with ear plugs. The volume is not lacking at all. I tend to keep turning it down. I find the sound hurts my ears less than regular headphones, but please keep in mind that this can still cause hearing damage to your cochlea. I love that I can still hear my environment.

Weight: Feels light, good for all day. What I really wanted this for was to not have to fumble through my purse or pockets when I’m outside to answer a call. These tuck so neatly in my (big curly) hair that you can’t even see them. I tried it with straight haired people and it’s still well camouflaged. I just keep it on most of the day and never miss calls. I can even hide it in a hair wrap for full incognito mode!! Great for looking like a crazy person talking to yourself!

Zoom/Calls: I haven’t had any complaints about the microphone quality for calls or zooms. Most didn’t even know I was using a headset. Some ambient noise can be heard in loud places (plane flying overhead, construction, loud people nearby). If you need a lot of noise cancelling and are going to use it mainly indoors, then you might consider the option with the boom mic. I’m glad I didn’t get that because this version allows me to take it for runs, dog walks, and just be in public without looking like a telemarketer who got lost outside.

Charging: Fast. Long lasting. 45 minutes is good to charge, and it lasts all day. I don’t have music playing the entire time (perhaps a couple of hours) and I’m not on the phone for 8 hours straight (easily 3+ hours of call time). I have yet to have this run out of charge. The lowest it has been is 60% and that was on day 2.

Durability: Good so far, early to tell. The unit feels like it’s good quality and not flimsy. This one time will tell.

Tech/connectivity: I did buy the regular sized open shokz and those stopped connecting to bluetooth after a couple of weeks (and was too big for my head). I returned it because of that and I wanted a smaller size. This may have been something that a call to the manufacturer may have fixed, but I wanted the smaller size anyway so I just sent it back. This mini unit is doing great so far. Bluetooth auto connects when I turn it on. Will update if that changes.

The buttons are simple to use and easy to find tactally. Answer, hang up, start/stop music, change songs, volume, power all in three buttons. You have to play around with it (or !!!GASP!!! read the isntructions) to figure it out.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this! I love that it stays on my ears and doesn’t cause irritation like in-ear headphones, no ear strain like when you wear a mask all day, none of this falling out while running nonsense, and great call quality. Honestly, I will never go back to ear pods again! This is it, fam!!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHowever Hands down, these are the best head phones I have ever used. I have always struggled with earphones, I have small ears and in ear solutions are always uncomfortable. I have tried all the traditional expensive brands, still no real success.
The only thing that was partially acceptable to me was the over ear cans (and let’s be honest that isn’t subtle).
This solution however is perfect, I can wear my glasses not uncomfortable, work whilst listening to my book, work whilst still participating in the office convo and multi tasking with a book. Still have a call headset on and be ok, all day!!!
    Amazing nothing more to say

I wanted to use these mainly at work where I have to use earplugs and I work in a area where it is 105 db. So earbuds really didn’t work that well because I was having to turn up my volume louder than my work area to listen. These work very well, I listen to music and podcasts at work and I can easily pause them to talk to someone. I started bringing these home and using them there as well. I can still hear what goes on around me when I need and still get to listen to videos. The sound quality is very good. The battery life is also very good. I have no complaints and would suggest these to anyone needing something other than earbuds. Also a side note, I noticed that while whaering earplugs at work it actually increased the volume. I don’t know how that works but it does. Try them.

I would recommend you use their measurement guidelines. I don’t consider myself to have a “mini” sized head, but the mini’s fit great! A friend purchased the regular size and they stick out from the back of his head quite a bit.

I bought these mainly for audio calls and for use on Discord.

I was nervous that the minis would be too small but they ended up fitting just fine. They seem to exchange a touch more clamping force for less extra band flopping behind your head compared to the standard size.

The minis fit my coworkers just fine and seemed to be the preferred fit. Shokz made the price more competitive for the minis as well.

Just what I needed. The sound quality is amazing. They are extremely comfortable. They don’t move at all. The smaller size leaves about 1/2″ around my head and don’t notice and problems wearing safety glasses. You can wear ear plugs with them, but, that just seems to make them louder. I work in a noisy environment where I need to be able to hear machine alarms regularly and these are perfect. I can cary on a conversation while wearing them. And it’s quick and simple to slip them off and clamp around your neck when you need quick silence. I already have some hearing loss from being a musician in rock bands for 25 years and at full volume, the battery lasts about 2.5 hours. The magnetic charger is a snap to use and gets a full charge in about an hour, but that could be dependent on the charger unit. Pairing with my phone seems practically automatic compared to other headphones I’ve used. They come with a headband that I guess is for running, I’m 56 years old and that seems like too much work, but I am pretty active and have not noticed any movement yet.

I wore these with a bike helmet and had no problems. The Strap of my helmet did not push the buttons nor did it make it painful on the side of my head. The sound quality remained consistent. I am very pleased with these bone conduction earphones, as I was much better able to hear the traffic coming up behind me at intersections. The photos show left and right side. The multifunction button was not triggered by the helmet strap at all. 5 stars. These earphones are not for audio files as they do not have nearly as much base as in-ear options. However they are much safer if you’re needing to hear your environmental sounds to exercise safely.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI wanted these to be my end all-be all headphones. They’re absolutely more comfortable than any other option I’ve tried. And they stay on your head! But overall the volume isn’t that loud. When used for calls, I’d need it up to at least 80%. When music is turned up for exercise, headphones vibrate too much to be comfortable. But I will say the magnetic charging is fabulous, and these keep a charge very well indeed!

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI work from home 10 hours a day, 4 days a week and wear a headset that goes over one ear. I was looking for something that I could use to listen to music while I’m working. I needed something that didn’t go in my ear because earbuds fall out of my ear or are too big for my ears and end up making them sore. I also can’t use over ear headphones due to the headset I have to wear. These ended being exactly what I’ve been searching for! They work with my headset on and my glasses without any discomfort. I wore them for 8 hours straight yesterday and while towards the end I did have some soreness on the side my headset it on, I just repositioned these headphones and the soreness went away shortly after. Also, I purchased the Mini version because I am on the smaller side, but my big headed brother wore them and had no issues or uncomfortably. Another plus I will add is that since they aren’t going in yours ear, you don’t have to keep cleaning the constant, sticky earwax. For women with medium to long hair, I learned that lifting my hair up and putting the band under my hair is the best way to wear these when not wearing your hair up. That way your hair doesn’t get all tangled up. Overall: these are great and I definitely recommend them.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersUPDATE: I received the second pair and they are now working. They don’t skip anymore, except on Spotify. I researched why this would still be an issue. Spotify skips when playing back on many Bluetooth devices if your device connects to wifi. You have to turn the wifi off, and use your carrier in order to fix this. This only happens with Spotify. And so far the Spotify issue has only affected these headphones. I have other pairs, including a cheaper pair of bone conduction headphones. They all work seamlessly with Spotify even on wifi. Maybe it’s a compatibility issue between Shokz & Spotify. But this pair does not skip, unless using Spotify & wifi!

I am submitting a 1 star review even though I just received these today. If anything improves, I’ll amend my rating. I have had to completely reset these four times. First time was due to horrible static and constant cutting in and out of the connection. I remedied this per instructions on Shokz website to reset them. They worked fine for about 3 songs. Then they started cutting in and out again like a scratched vinyl album. So I reset them 2nd time. They didn’t even work through one song before they began skipping again. So I reset a 3rd and then 4th time. No change! Meanwhile, I will be putting in for my return.

    Update!
