I had a problem with the phone I purchased but the customer service department was very quick to resolve the problem. I would recommend buying from them simply because the customer service is the best, any problem will be resolved right away.

For the price it’s a great buy, does everything I need it to do which is mainly social media and does it well, highly recommended.

The phone is fine and looks good. However, it pauses a lot which I think is more to do with running more than a couple of apps. You need to keep clearing (cleaning) them out. Finger print recognition scanner has been hopless. Once again probably due to be underperformant.
Regret buying it, but it works.
Brought it about a month ago perfect for on the go googling fast reactive only faults battery doesn’t last forever if you listen to alot of music online it will just about last the day and it doesn’t have a very good graphics card as my favourite online game is to much for it and freezes all the time otherwise good phone just not for large games ..
I returned the phone to Amazon and was given a full refund.
I was then contacted by the seller Blackview and they apologised explaining the phone was a one of faulty handset.
I found them to be professional and helpful and I feel I was just unlucky with the device.

I found it very easy to use and the battery life has the best battery life I have had in any phone I have ever had

So not very intuitive. Battery usage seems poor even though I don’t use it very much.

So far, so good. Bought this for my boy as his iPhone was on its last legs. Easy to use, good value. Its not the pro version but pretty impressive. Case and screen protector are a must though.
This item is rubbish, it turns ALL notification sounds off so you miss calls and texts. Runs slow and crashes all the time. Don’t bother buying it, wish I didn’t.

Seems very easy to use, this is my first time with an Android phone.
Looks very premium, too. I have the black one and il looks really sleek.
The camera doesn’t seem great (also it doesn’t recognise QR codes, at least in my case) but it’s not the main reason I bought the phone for.
The screen is a very nice feature. It is really big and good image quality.
The calls are a bit weird, I’ve tried calling from another phone and the call shows only after a little while. Hopefully it’s something sporadic.
All in all I’m happy with the purchase, and I look forward to discover all of this phone’s features.

That is an updated review. I had issues with the phone, but it was over the time period for return or refund.
When I contacted Blackview, they ware so happy dealing with my complain. It seems I was the odd one to have a bad copy of the phone. So happy now.
This phone does absolutely everything my 900 brand name phone did , battery life is good, it runs all my apps, it comes with a case and screen protector already . It looks good. What’s not to like. Only down side is , is the camera isn’t so great. Other than that , amazing phone for not a lot of money
Prompt delivery within stated time frame. Neat phone and easy to work out. Finger print and face recognition very good from security point of view. Just use finger print at moment but will set up face recognition. Nice phone at an excellent price that looks as good as any expensive phone of similar design.
Would I recommend it? YES
It’s actually a very good phone for the price. The fingerprint and face recognition is very fast and for day to day use its great. Games are a little slow to load, so it’s probably not really cut out for that kind of action. But if you’re looking to upgrade an older Android, then this will no doubt meet your needs.
