Not even the companys own website is selling replacement cloths for this steamer.
Love this product! Used it many times now and it’s fantastic – especially as quite cheap! Need to buy more of the pads, but that’s only being sensible and practical. It cleans the floor beautifully (porcelain titles) and is easy to use, lightweight, and quick! Cord could be a bit longer but that’s why we have Extention cords! Highly recommend!!!’
I like this steam cleaner has attachments and you can take the small part off to clean many things good for freshing up carpets aswell iv used it many times and heats up in seconds I boil water let it cool down and then add it in. Long wire aswell.
Works very well on refreshing carpets and rugs or garments etc. However I do find that it gets a little bit heavy/ awkward when using in ( handheld mode ). Would be great if it came with a flexible hose. Also the small brush attachments don’t have a very secure connection and sometimes wiggle loose.
I am so happy with my steamer. I have never used one before so wasn’t sure what to expect. This cleans just about anything and makes cleaning so much easier. With the accessories I can just go over something with the steamer wipe with a cloth and it’s done. Plus I know I am getting rid of nasty bacteria with no harsh chemicals.
It’s light weight, easy to use and with the attachments can get to hard to reach places easily. It’s great as a floor mop too.
The mops cleans well and the attachments make it good value for money. However, having a larger rectangular mop head makes it difficult to push and you can’t get into corners. The cord is really stiff and difficult to move out the way. The cord holders are attached too low, meaning they catch on furniture.

It’s easy to use and when I put a smaller nozzle on it was amazing how powerful it was with the steam really fierce to clean whatever you want doing.
Though it doesn’t deep clean my rug really freshen it up I constantly use it around my home even cleaned my marble 21year old fireplace up to looking like new
Item arrived open, this pick is what the Hermes driver took why can’t items just arrive new because to me if its been opened regardless of weather its been removed from box or not it now becomes a used item or open box, I pay for a new item so should get a new factory sealed item as with this review you instantly become suspicious, love the colour shape and extras but cannot completely review as I have not used it yet but will soon…so sorry can’t give it five stars as it was open still no one acts on any of these reviews…today I unpacked the item and was very easy to set up has a pivot in middle of handle so easy to fold unfold lots of spare bits for cleaning other than floors.
Window , brushes, fine point the usual stuff velcroed the cloth on and clipped the glide cover over it, comes with a jug and funnel to fill it and a dial for the amount of steam req, its the on and off switch to.
Well it heated up in about 45 seconds and steams really well the floor came up lovely, you can use a solution in it so I am now online looking for some as I want an antiseptic or germ killer for the crapper.
So as long as this continues to work I give it a five star rating nice unit……
This is a great little machine. It is easy to use and has lots of uses. It comes with 2 cloths for the floor cleaner and cloth, brushes and a variety of bits for other tasks. Warms up quickly.
I am very pleased with my Morphy Richards Steam Cleaner. It is very easy to fill and use. I especially like the way the cleaning pads attach to the bottom of the mop by velcro, making it easy to pull off when dirty. Also it is very good value for money and comes with a 2 year guarantee.
We have found that this steam cleaner does the job very efficiently very blessed.
Replacement for much more expensive steamer that broke after 5 years. So far this one is just as good. Feels sturdy to so hope it lasts.
Very light weight and easy to use . My only slight grump is the fabric cloth is fiddly to clip on . But apart from that I’m very happy with this produc
Very good and useful, it’s light weight also. Leaves the floor perfectly clean. But it’s very difficult to find a spare cloth 🙁
Not as controllable as previous model with a dial to control the steam instead of a trigger. Not as robust as previous model either.
Is corded but I preferred that. Hate it when cordless items run out of charge before I’m finished

This machine is so easy to use, the instructions were very clear, and I have tried out most of the attachments, I wish I had bought it earlier.
Bought this as an alternative replacement for a more expensive brand that I use to own. This is aesthetically very similar, works just as well. It’s lightweight and I like the ease of changing cleaning heads. Really pleased with it.

This has been a great purchase. I have had several steam cleaners in the past, but this is the best one. Well made and cleans very well. The only downside is the short cable.

Day1- the cloth attaches well with the Velcro to the base, cleaned well, steam is adjustable with the dial, I like it’s continuous steam, turn the knob back and steam stops, no water splutters or leaks from anywhere, looks plastic, is plastic, not elegance if that’s important, day1 it functions, left wood floor clean, no streaks, no extra water anywhere, is easier to glide when steam knob is at mid point, any less and it is a struggle to push around, stands on its own, without falling down, the wire well tucked away on side when you finish. Overall works well, good exercise for the arms and floor dry and clean. Will update as I use it. It came in its own box, no additional packaging, still to use the multi tools and as a handheld. The wire is long enough to do a room, unless your room is the size of my house 🙂 then you maybe don’t need this anyway! My first floor steam cleaner, it works.

Only downsides
– would have liked a longer cable
– not super keen on dial to turn on steam
– can feel heavy when being used off the base certainly an upper arm workout!

Lovely steamer. Floors looked great after use. Easy to use and heats up really quick.
It’s pretty good for the money. Bottom part comes loose sometimes (the part which holds on the cleaning pad) that’s a bit annoying. Apart from that cleans well and is very light and easy to use!
It’s not been out of my wife’s hand since I bought it well worth the money
