Troubleshooting Tips
If the vacuum loses suction and stops picking up. Have you emptied and cleaned the canister? See image to left. A blockage is the most likely cause. The key areas to check are:
- Within the handheld unit.
- The hose leading from the floorhead.
- Within the bush bar, the brush bar can be easily taken out to remove and tangles or blockages. Simply unscrew to release the coloured clip.
For Optimal Performance
To maintain suction, the dust canister filter(s) must be cleaned each time the dust canister is emptied.
- Follow steps of emptying the dust canister this can be found in the instruction booklet.
- Pull out the filter assembly from the dust canister.
- Pull the pleated filter out from the back of the filter assembly and remove any debris or blockages from the filter assembly and clean the pleated filter. Some models also feature an additional foam filter between the cyclone cone and the pleated filter – this should also be removed and cleaned.
- Open the clear perspex lid on the filter assembly and remove any debris.

This is the first hover of this type I’ve been able to lift short distances. It’s not top heavy so doesn’t impact the hand and wrist as others of this type usually do. So great for arthritis/Fibromyalgia etc. Fairly good suction although needs emptying frequently. Sponge in filter is a little annoying to clean but the overall usability outweighs that.
I was in search of a hoover to pick up after the cats without having to plug a hoover in twice a day (cat hair, biscuit morsels and litter spills). The reviews were mixed which gave me doubts but I am glad i took a chance on this little number. It’s a beautiful colour, the charge lasts well, it’s lightweight and it sucks up the bits that everyone says it did not for them.
Only used on hard floors.
Looks smart. Easy to use as an upright vacuum or handheld. Nice easy recharge port. It does what we need, as an alternative to a heavier conventional vacuum. Very good suction. It isn’t as light as I expected, quite heavy to hold, especially the handheld. But it’s only for short periods so it’s ok. Only thing I don’t like is the handle not being curved to make it easier to hold. Just having it straight makes it harder to push, and grip properly.
It’s really handy to have in the cupboard ready to go when needed. The battery life seems good enough for a whole house clean.
Very lightweight, easy to use on stairs, easy to empty. It does not have a function to remove hair from the roller like some of the other more expensive ones do, but then it is more affordable. I would still give it 5*

Excellent cordless vacuum just what I need definitely makes a big difference not having to lug a heavy vacuum cleaner up and down the stairs plus no cord getting in the way, makes cleaning quick and easy would definitely recommend.

Given its size and lightness I never expected it to last as long as it did, so didn’t hesitate to replace with the same model. I knew the old one had been sluggish for a while but didn’t expect to see the amount collected when I first used the new one. Excellent value for money.

I’ve had this hoover for just over 2 months and it has just stopped working , nothing? I’ve taken it apart and the filters are missing so it was sold without them and now there is dust in the parts!!! I would not recommend this product!
excellent quality for the price easy to assemble lightweight , folds easily for storage good that all the small gadgets sit on the charging plate, Very bold red colour looks like a much more expensive product , packaged well and clear numbers for help and spares has a 2 year guarantee, I am housebound on oxygen so its great to keep my own house clean without struggling. Quite difficult to take apart and empty for someone who suffers from arthritis; also easily gets clogged up with dog hairs (we have a labrador).
But it’s light, powerful, keeps its charge and is much easier to use than a normal vacuum.
It’s light and easy to use had another model but was not so easy to charge sent it back and ordered the model we had before and now as I said it’s much better

Pleased with this. Keep heavy Dyson downstairs and use this one upstairs and for 2 fights of stairs. Obviously not as powerful as larger, heavier vacuum cleaners but totally adequate for my purpose. Hand held facility is very useful.
I had to return this since the suction power was not good enough for my use but in this price range of under 100 this is a really good one.o ended up buying the dyson for around 250 so obviously it’s not a comparison but this one definitely is lightweight and good for the price.

Love this cordless Hoover the suction power is excellent picks up the tiniest dust particles. I have messy kids so its exactly what i need. Amazing for the staircase as makes it much easier than carrying a big hoover up and down the stairs just detatch the small hand held and off you go. My rug is constantly sparkling clean since iv had this hoover…Only downside is it is slightly on the heavy side so not so great for elderly… and also the runtime could have been longer i have a large house just about manage to hoover 2 sitting rooms kitchen and passage way before battery needs recharge
A small, lightweight vacuum cleaner – in our case ideal for our home, it does run for about 35mins, the battery hasn’t ran out on me just yet. It might not be suitable for bigger places like 3 or 4+ bedroom houses. It does have a small battery, you cant take your time too much with it as you might have to put it to charge and then come back to cleaning later. I would say ideal for a 1-2 bedrooms. I am enjoying the cordless vacuuming. Easy to empty.
It’s great for a bit of vacuuming, with good tools for couch etc,, but more than a flight of stairs and you have to empty the canister once or twice. Not ideal for more than a carpet and some stairs. Good value though, as advertised, and would work well for say a 1 bedroom flat.
This is my second cordless vacuum, and this is superior in every way to the one it replaced. The actual vacuum part is at the bottom, so it’s not top-heavy like many. It’s easy to charge, and it’s easy to detach into hand-held mode. It’s also very nimble and easy to manoeuvre.
I think it’s great for it’s price. Only use it for a quick hoover but has good suction power and battery life. The handle is not very long so It’s not as comfortable but again I suppose that’s okay for a short period of time.
We bought this three years ago and were just discussing how well it has served us so I thought we would leave a review for others. We use this as our main hoover for our flat, which is a one-bedroom flat with a kitchen, bathroom, hallway and large living room. The bedroom is the only room with a carpet and the rest of the rooms are either tiled or hardwood floors. It does well with all floors. It keeps its charge well and we can easily hoover the whole flat regularly, charging it probably only once a week. I find it easy to clean and feel that because the filter can be washed, it does not smell like other hoovers do. It’s easy to use in tight spaces and, being cordless, it can be used for the car too. The only negative is that it does get long hair caught in the main brush and this is not as easy as I hoped to clean, but it is still easier than other hoovers I’ve had in the past as the brush can be taken out to allow you to unravel the caught hair (although I tend to use scissors!!). I would definitely recommend to others and would not hesitate to buy again.

Such a lightweight hoover, it’s suction power is good until it gets full. Have to empty it every time you use it but that’s ok for me as I only use it for a small place. Perfect for stairs because it is so lightweight. Easy to charge and use and really easy to take apart and clean.
I chose this because I knew the manufacturer and had always been pleased with their products. This proved no exception it is easy to use and empty and as I live in a bungalow I do not have stairs but use the separate stairs vacuum for my furniture and other little nooks and crannies. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.
Bought this for my mother who required a lightweight cleaner. She is not amazingly mobile, and wanted a unit like her previous unbranded one, with battery power and a charger base so she is not required to bend down to plug in as she moves from room to room.
Battery capacity was not a major concern as she has a modest house and no kids to clean up after any more.
This cleaner has a good battery life and great suction, but is quite a bit heavier than her previous cleaner, making it much harder for her to use on the stairs than she is used to.
It is much cheaper however, and is great value for money.
In overall great value for money. Suction is good enough if you consider it’s battery powered. I’m using it for my car, and at home as well . Battery lasts long enough for my 2 bedroom apartment, but I can imagine that it won’t lasts for apartment and car as well .
Love this product, its sleek and beautiful plus more importantly it works perfectly for my one bedroom apartment. I love it, I really recommend it especially as I have mobility issues and it’s really light even I can lift and push it.
Wow! I am so impressed with this little vacuum. I’ve never written a review before but had to for this. We have tiled floors downstairs apart from one room that is carpeted. It works really well on both. The suction is great, it’s easy to empty and the charge lasts really well but the main thing I like is how easily it moves and turns. I can quickly whip it round to clear up the crumbs and cat hairs and then pop it back in the charging cradle for next time. Very impressed.
Great rechargeable vac … not heavy and does a great job … easy to empty the dust container but it is a small container so if you were vacuuming a four bed house up and downstairs then you need to empty this a couple of times …. but I have a one bedroom flat and I can use it more than once with no emptying… it is also so easy to was the filter as just a matter of taking it out and washing it then let it dry and sit it back in again
If there was one thing for me to complain about then it would be the fact that the vac is not free standing and you have to sit it back on its charger for it to stand up straight … not really a problem as you would have it in your hand while vacuuming…. great suction..
Bought this after reading screeds of reviews for this and other cordless hoovers. Must say was sceptical after buying due to reviews about limited suction/ small collection chamber- however I was thrilled when product arrived!! Super lightweight, looks great, folds away for easy storage, has easy to use charging station- all looking good. Comes with some charge so you can try it out right away although instructions recommend fully charging. The suction power exceeded my expectations and it does a lovely job on both carpet and hard flooring as a quick run around. Undeniably is less suction power than an upright plug-in hoover, however I find it just as effective as other cordless hoovers I have tried, for a fraction of the price!! So quick and convenient having a cordless, I hoover much more regularly, and the battery has never ran out on me. The collection chamber is fairly small, but very easy to empty- I had read it was necessary to do so after every use but I have not found that to be the case. I can hoover my 2 bedroom flat at least 4/5 times before needing to empty chamber. I have washed foam filter as recommended in order to maximise suction and after about 4 months of use I’m still delighted with this product and have been recommending to friends and family.
