S: fit for dogs chest 17.7-20inch, fit for dogs neck 15.7-18.8inch, fit for dogs weight 11-22LBS.
M: fit for dogs chest 20.4-23.6inch, fit for dogs neck 17.7-21.2inch, fit for dogs weight 22-33LBS.
L: fit for dogs chest 24.8-35.8inch, fit for dogs neck 21.2-26.3inch, fit for dogs weight 33-66LBS.

I have a spaniel with a neck measurement which puts her in the Small and a chest measurement which puts her practically in the Large. I went for the medium which is fine on the body just a little loose on the neck but not really a problem. Overall a very good light weight harness. Very easy to put on and comes with a nice long lead. Harness seems comfortable compared to her old one but it is not a no pull harness as there isn’t a chest hoop for the lead, just the one on top.
It’s value for money, I like the security clips on the buckles
