Bought 2 of these to provide heating for our gazebo (which has 2 wood side walls & PVC covers for the other 2 sides) on cooler days or chilly nights. Good quality heater – heat output ideal for our needs. Easy to fit with the alternative brackets options provided, including giving enough space behind the heaters to avoid potential issue of ‘heat too close to wood’. The electrician who installed the heaters (along with the necessary rating of cable) was so impressed he even asked for the heater details for another of his clients.
Comes with a nice mount, two remote controls and it is easy to use.
Bought for a gazebo and when it’s on, emits a very nice warm and cosy glow. The heat output is excellent. I was worried you would have to be sitting right underneath it to feel the warmth but I has a nice reach. The remote controls are a nice feature and behave just like any remote – press a button and it is responsive. Great price and I would definately recommend.
Put this up in my happy hut and then Boris locked us all down so can’t have friends round. Have tried it out though and it kept everyone warm on a cold night in December. Great product, would recommend although not cheap.
Bought for a big party at our house last summer where we wanted to use the patio as extra space. Since then we’ve used it regularly during the summer. It’s been out all winter and still working fine. Gives a nice glow when chill sets in in evening and means we stay out longer. The remote is a little temperamental being easier to turn on than off. I think the UV from the unit distracts it and needs fresh batteries to work but that is my only gripe. Hoping it will continue to work and give many years service
We can now use the conservatory even in winter. The big test came at Christmas when we all ate there and everyone was warm and comfortable. This has extended our use of the space. Very happy.
This is a reasonably good heater. I think that people expect too much from this type of product. Not too bad in a covered patio type environment, you still have to be quite close. Of fairly limited use in a totally open area. The remote control works ok but you have to be close to use it. You do get two r/c units but very small and easy to lose. No other way to operate heater. I think you could pay a lot more money for a different heater but l dont think you would get much better performance
This heater looks really good, is easy to install and delivers a decent amount of heat. It would be best utilised in an area where there is an overhead covering/roof to maximise efficiency. Simple to use and stylish. In my opinion, a better solution than a gas heater.
I have bought two of these for my garage so that I can use it as a home gym. They warm up the space well. I had expected them to be more powerful but together they do the job and I suspect I underestimated the power required for the size of my garage.
This is a very powerful electric heater and does the job of heating up the area around our garden table. My only concern (and it’s a big one!) is that the light it gives is SO RED! Not only does the light itself emit a red light, but it turns the whole garden / peoples faces red! I wish this red tinge wasn’t so noticeable, as it makes the heater look very cheap – when in actual fact we spent 100 on it… Something for the manufacturer to work on!
It’s just brilliant, the remote sometimes is less responsive but I am guessing it’s cause of the red infrared beam causing that. Properly cooks once it’s at 3kw.. highly recommended for patios.

This heater really is worth the money, looks great, easy to install and my view much safer than a free standing heater. So far really pleased …
