Ottima, ma si staccano pezzettini di vernice dalle parti metalliche
Prezzo davvero competitivo. Sembra molto robusta. stabile. Se proprio devo trovare un difetto: la regolazione dello schienale con un perno a molla un po’ dura (dipende dalla resistenza della molla immagino) e a volta pu risultare scomoda. Nel complesso ottimo prodotto ad un prezzo basso.
Bought this in October as a Xmas gift and wasn’t opened until that day and we discovered the rip in the fabric. But the seller has been very responsive and helpful and is sending a replacement for the previous bench. Thanks again vert happy now

La panca di buona qualit, abbastanza stabile e discretamente curata nei materiali e nelle finiture. Io la sto utilizzando prevalentemente per i pesi (30 kg al massimo) e per gli esercizi addominali e devo dire di essere abbastanza soddisfatto. Non bene le corde in dotazione: troppo cedevoli, quasi inutili. Nel complesso un acquisto che rifarei.
Come da titolo la panca robusta e la seduta comoda , facile da richiudere . Ero scettico invece mi sono ricreduto, la consiglio per allenamento a casa
Great for money. So easy to assemble. I have quite fat thighs and it’s quite a squeeze to get them in the gap at the top but that won’t be a problem, plus if I stick to my diet that should help solve that problem lmao! Great product overall.

It’s an adjustable bench at the end of the day and it does what it says. I’d say it’s pretty lightweight which can be an issue at times (when i’m doing chest presses I can feel it start to tilt to one side) however, if you’re able to, drilling it into the floor or some heavy block of some kind would alleviate the issue

PREGI: una panca che ha quelle cose in pi che le altre panche non reclinabili ma fisse, a parit prezzo, non hanno
DIFETTI: La parte del sedile, dove si appoggia il sedere, risulta leggermente inclinata, ovvero non segue la linea retta dello schienale, ma leggermente decentrata. I cavi rossi non servono praticamente a nulla. Le istruzioni sono poco chiare, infatti l’ho costruita senza leggerle e mi sono trovato molto meglio.

Just great for the money, way better than I thought it would be. Super easy to set up (even for an overtired single mum!).
It’s solid and sturdy when set up, and I think it would probably take more weight than advertised, although please don’t quote me on this.

Assembly didn’t take more than 5 minutes; just unfold it, 2 screws and foam parts that’s it. Feels durable, comes with 2 elastic cordages as shown in product ad. Ladder lock is sturdy, it’s also very easy to install; you don’t need to uninstall to fold the bench.
Overall, it’s a great product for home workouts.
Been wanting to start working out at home and was waiting for the weather to get better, no luck in that regard however I went ahead with setting up a home gym and this bench is one of my main investments. I found this to be a reasonably priced as compared to others. It’s easy to assemble and fairly easy to fold it and put it away, saves a lot of space. The bench itself is sturdy, holds well in incline/recline position. Plenty of padding, which is firm. Overall a good investment.
Comes with attachments so that you can exercise your arms and legs resistance style. Better than traditional resistance bands as they are much more stable and anchored.
Easy to pop together and disassemble … literally a two minute job for one person.
Folds up nice and flat so you can leave it behind the door.

the metallic parts looks like thay are strong and safe. I am not too tall and my weight is 165 pounds so for my is perfect. Its sturdylight weight and compact i can tuck it under the bed when I don’t want to look at it. Perfect weight bench for my home gym
Does the job
Ich habe die Hantelbank bei einem Blitzangebot fr 78 gekauft. Der Versand war super schnell. Das Paket war sogar einen Tage vor Ankndigung da. Der Aufbau der Hantelbank ist super einfach. Man muss lediglich 8 Schrauben anbringen und schon steht sie. Die beiliegende Anleitung braucht man eigentlich nicht. Die Qualitt im Gesamtbild ist fr den Preis wirklich unschlagbar. Die Hantelbank wackelt kein bisschen und steht satt auf den Boden. Die Verstellmglichkeiten der Lehne lassen keine Wnsche brig. Die roten Seile sind allerdings berflssig, da die Zugkraft zu gering und die Dehnbarkeit nur begrenzt ist. Leider hatte die Hantelbank in meinem Fall kleinere Flugroststellen und Kratzer. Das ist zwar rgerlich aber nur ein optischer Mangel. Wrde ich fr den Preis sofort wieder kaufen.
Aufbau hat keine 5 Minuten gedauert.
Die Hantelbank ist sehr Stabil.
Sieht auch sehr Schick aus.
Frs Homegym reicht es mehr als genug aus.

Was diese Bank von den meisten unterscheidet und der Grund meines Kaufes war, ist das man die Komplett zusammen klappen kann und unters Bett schieben kann. Die ist auch schnell wieder aufklappbar.
Das macht diese Bank so flexibel und steht nicht die ganze Zeit im Raum rum.
Zur Bank selbst:
Sehr robust und hochwertig verarbeitet.
Man liegt auf einer ordentlichen Polsterung – hier wurde nicht gespart.
Egal ob liegend oder nur mit dem Knie abgesttzt ist das immer komfortabel.
Super ist auch das man die Rckenlehne weiter runter stellen kann, als die Sitzflche.
Mache ich beispielsweise bei den Bauchbungen – da anstrengender!
Mit der Bank macht das Trainieren richtig Spa. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
Die Rckenlehen kann ich 7 Stufen, wenn ich die 180 mitzhle verstellt werden. Geht auch super Easy und hlt fest. An den Fssen sind Gummienden angebracht, damit man auch beim Schrgbank-Kurzhanteldrcken nicht samt der Bank, von den Fen weggedrckt wird.
Die Gummizge sind Okay mehr nicht. Eine Frau mag damit wohl noch an Ihre Grenzen kommen, ist man jedoch schon etwas erfahrener im Training, sind die Teile hchstens zum Aufwrmen gut
Als Lsung fr mich, habe ich einfach aus einem meiner anderen Gummizugsets diese ausgetauscht. Jetzt sind 2-3 Gummis pro Seite, dafr sitzt da jetzt aber Schmackes hinter.
Fr den Preis bekommt hier eine schlichte, gut gepolsterte Hantelbank geliefert. Der Aufbau war brigens in 30 min problemlos von mir alleine erledigt.
Hoffe das es Lange Hlt. Kanns nur weiterempfehlen 🙂

Es ist sehr stabil und da es klappbar ist nimmt es nicht so viel Platz! Top Produkt und fr den Preis ist es sehr empfehlenswert.
