Tips
1.Please make sure that the size of the loaded thermal labels, the print settings on devices, and the source file are completely the same.
2. Please calibrate label papers each time you load new size papers.
3.Please ensure that the labels are uploaded correctly that the paper side is facing up the ceiling. If not, the printer will output blank labels.
4.If your file labels are downloaded from eBay or other platforms, please select to download 4″x 6″ file label instead of 8 x 11.5″ to print.
5. The Bluetooth is incompatible with Mac OS devices.

I sell a bit on ebay so thought I would purchase a label printer. This item is perfect, easy to use comes with labels and prints to perfection without any mess.
This was easy to set up and use. Can only be used with a laptop- my fault for not checking because I wanted a Bluetooth connection from my phone as well. Came with 2 sizes of test labels to get started which seem like better quality than the pack I bough
This printer is so easy to set up and use even when your it tech savvy. Good value for money
Used the printer for around 7 months and then I had an issue with it so I immediately contacted OFFNOVA support and in the end it was decided the printer needed replaced. So I was sent a new one that arrived the following day. 5 stars

I have been looking for a thermal printer for some time that has bluetooth or wireless capabilities, and have struggled to find one. The Off-Nova printer works very well on bluetooth for shipping labels using a choice of 2 apps, both of which work great depending on what you would like to print. Also works by plugging in directly to your laptop. Absolutely thrilled with this printer and worth the money as I will no longer have to waste money on expensive inks.
The label holder is really easy to slot together and feels sturdy enough. The bar will hold a minimum diameter of 20mm approximately. The instructions to install the printer are clear enough in the booklet and there are multiple videos on the USB drive to help with the set up. The videos were a bit fast to keep up with, but other than that, were clear.
I found it easy enough to set up and when I got to printing from my laptop, the labels were clear to read. The printer also responds quickly and produces a label within seconds of me asking it to do so. Using the labels provided, I printed off nine postage labels and they came out incredibly quickly. There were no pauses in between each one and it was completely smooth. The labels are also of excellent quality and don’t wrinkle when placed on plastic postage bags. After going through these, I tried out some of my universal labels and the printer printed just as well.
This is a fantastic label printer. It comes with a complete set of instructions as well as a memory stick with complete manual and video tutorials which I definitely recommend watching before first using the printer as it shows how to manipulate PDF files so that you take a snapshot of just the print labels.
It also comes with a stand for the labels to sit in, (30 supplied), and full instructions how to set up. A separate power supply as well as a printer cable completes the contents.
Once powered on for the first time you need to adjust the label width to match your label and then your ready to print.
The manual shows both MacBook and Windows laptop setup so choose from the files supplied for the relevant instructions as you are best to install the required driver depending upon what device you are using.
I use this to print labels for gifts that I send to family and friends as they live all over the UK and in Spain so this is really ideal for me.

I had high hopes I could print labels from my Tablet but it only works with Windows and Mac. To be fair it doesn’t claim to work with anything else, but I hoped it would.
Anyway I connected it to my PC without problems.
The print quality is only OK, nowhere near as sharp as my laser printer. Having said that it is comparable with other thermal printers.
You get a few labels, but after that you’ll need to buy some. A quick search on Amazon comes up with 500 labels at around 18. I will probably continue printing on plain paper on my laser printer.
I never leave reviews. As a new business owner I wanted to let others know. This printer is amazing. I use Hermes and royal to ship parcels. I can now print the shipping label directly from my phone. I have a iPhone 12. I searched for awhile before I brought this one. You do not have to connect to a laptop first in order to print from your phone. Simply download the app and you’re good to go. Bought this as business started growing and it’s brilliant. Time saving,. Quick printing and mainly attracted to the Bluetooth aspect.
I brought this one instead of a cheaper one as I needed the Bluetooth option as would only be using my phone to print labels. There was a few people who said it was hard to connect with this but I did it in under 5 minutes and was amazed at how easy it was. It is rather expensive but if I had it last year it would have already paid for its self with the amount of labels I have printed.
Anyone needing a Bluetooth thermal printed get this you will not be disappointed wish I got one sooner.
Perfect little printer. Ideal for the small business. Never failed me. East to install, print straight from your phone. Works well with Vinted, eBay & Vestiaire collective labels.
Not managed to use it much as was having issues finding/connecting to my Mac. The customer service is great though and all connected now. From what I’ve printed, all looks good.
Good value for money veey compact and portable , as I move around with mine from office to office
I purchased this label printer in order to speed up the packaging process within my small business. I specifically chose this one due to the Bluetooth function, which has enabled me to print straight from my phone in a matter of minutes (using on iPhone 12 Pro Max iOS 15).
The set up process is relatively straightforward; you are required to download an app to utilise the Bluetooth function as explained in the instructions. There is the option to print PDF or print image from camera roll. I found it a little confusing to print PDF as I needed to crop the document to be printed which I was unable to do. However I have since been using the print image function which is so much more straightforward for me. I just screenshot each label (as I purchase postage directly through the courier website), crop it and then print straight away. This method works best for me personally as I work fully off my phone, rather than laptop/computer.
Quality has always turned out great; legible and no issues with scanning barcodes etc. Label is printed in seconds and saves so much time and hassle fiddling about with traditional printer, cellotape etc. Definitely worth the money and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
(Roll of labels as seen in picture purchased separately, but printer does come with a pack of flat labels).
Please note (as it was not clear when I was ordering) that this machine came with a label holder. I had ordered one so then had 2. Bonus obviously but just to save you having to return one.

I was able to follow the instructions for Bluetooth/mobile and now it’s just a case of turning it on and using the app to print the label I need to. Very convenient. I have not tried printing multiple as I do not need to currently but I know if I need to I just need to be plugged into the PC for that.

Needed a printer where I could print off postage labels straight from my phone. Didn’t want to keep turning the laptop on/off.
Once you get the hang of this thing it’s a beauty. Wish I could figure out how to change sizes so I could create business stickers but alas the postage labels will have to do.
I was specifically looking for a thermal printer that was compatible with my iPad and this works great and I can print directly from my iPad. If you want to do label sizes other than the standard 4×6 shipping labels you have to use your pc/laptop. Overall great printer for the price and works perfectly for my needs and customer support is A+
Also the HP printer I have is on floor level ( only place it would fit) and a woman of my age shouldn’t be crawling on her hands an knees sorting out either a paper jam, cartridge Change or seeing what other error the printer decides to throw at me.
So I did a bit of research and this printer was named as the most popular budget printer
What drew me to it was Bluetooth capability and smartphone compatability
I benefitted from a voucher 20 off so purchased this for 99 – I ordered extra labels for just over 11 well worth it too
The parcel arrived the same day ( Amazon prime has its benefits!) and within the hour I had it set up to print
Came with appx 15 free labels and a label holder
I had down loaded the app on my phone already
First try .nothing printed – I had inserted the paper upside down – doh!
The knack of printing off eBay seemed a bit clunky to start with but now I have worked it out it’s really easy
I’m the one that doesn’t follow instructions I tend to make it up as I go along! It’s well worth sitting down with a brew and actually read the pamphlet!
It’s a compact little printer that I have already plugged and unplugged and taken to different rooms to use. The print quality is good. I am really pleased I bought it.

Thought with technology it might have moved on without the usb leads. how wrong i was.
Wife does a lot of selling and she uses her phone to print labels out and wanted to get a thermal printer with Bluetooth to make printing much faster and not messing about with cutting a4 paper down to stick on with lots of tape to the parcels..
Let me tell you how easier it is with just a couple of clicks and your label is ready to stick on.
Please don’t be put off by the number of reviews( if you look at the USA Amazon you will see more reviews than the UK one) Very well built and even has the Roll holder to keep them all in one place.
Very simple to set up and can recommend this to anyone reading this.
