I bought two of these for my front porch and my daughter and I never want to leave them. We eat in them, take naps in them, you name it. They are beautiful, comfortable and fun. I already had the hooks up so it took less than 5 minutes to put two of them up.
I like the size. It did not come with instructions. It is a bit squeaky when using it but I haven’t fell or gotten dropped lol
Stylish macrame chair fits perfectly into bedroom corner. Nice that it came with cushion for seat, as most macrame chairs don’t. Easy to install; however, it should be noted that all four bolts won’t fit into standard ceiling joist. We used just two bolts, since its being used in a child’s room. If being used by an adult, you may want to reinforce joist in ceiling/attic joist.
I purchased these chairs for my pergola out back and have been extremely happy with them. They are very well made and they come with everything you need to hang them. Also the cushions are pretty comfortable and a very good fit. If you have been thinking about getting these do it. And don’t be fooled by any slightly discounted offerings from other vendors. I recently purchased another set of these but didn’t notice it was not from the Ohuhu store. When they arrived I realized the packages had been opened already and the cushions and hanging hardware are missing. Buy them from Ohuhu direct and get them new with all the hardware and you will never regret it.
Wish I would have taken a picture. East to put up, comes with everything you need hardware wise, fairly comfortable. We put it up in my toddlers room 2 years ago (ages:6,4,2) and you can imagine how rough they have been on this thing with swinging high, twisting the ropes, jumping in it and horseplaying, it has held up extremely well and still has lots of life left!!! They use this swing DAILY! I like the fact that this one comes with a cushion and others that I looked at did not.

ETA: customer service reached out to me and replaced the chair. The yarn is a little thinner than the last chair and he chain is longer but there is no evidence of unraveling so far. I changed my rating to 5 based on service and communication. The chair itself isn’t bad just had some issues with quality at first.
Super disappointed that this didn’t last longer! We have barely hung it up and we be part of the chair has started to unravel. My daughters loves it and says it is so comfortable she will fall asleep in it. Just recently bought and was really hoping to would last longer than 2 months.

I bought this for my 9yr old granddaughter for her bedroom. She was really happy with it and her parents fitted it up for her. She is looking forward to chilling in it and reading her books.

So nice. Great buy!!!!!. My ceiling was a little bit difficult, we couldn’t find a beam and my guy was sure it wouldn’t be thick enough… so he ended up breaking the ceiling (small square opening) and inserting a thick beam… this allowed for a really strong and sturdy installation. My kids swing on this thing like they’re in the park. Smh.
I just added a pillow to the back for comfort but its a beautiful chair. Wonderful quality!!
I love this chair! Super comfy and sturdy. Easy to hook up. I tossed a couple pillows and a blanket on it and I can read comfortably for hours there in my little reading nook. My flatmate comes in to sit in it now too and wants one of her own. Definitely worth the investment.
Would recommend adding reinforcements to your attic or ceiling because the holes to bolt in are spaced a little further out than the size of a joist. A bolt did snap on us in the process – but that was my husband’s fault as he put it in where another screw was. The hardest part of the install would be adding the reinforcements to the attic, aside from that it was pretty easy.
It’s pretty comfortable and sturdy. Both my kids like to sit it in (5 & 2) and colour.
I love how this is something my daughter can have in her room for a long time as the weight limit was over 250lbs.
My daughter loves this chair in her room and spends hours on it. We had originally ordered from a different company but it came broken and didn’t feel sturdy so we researched and chose this one. Glad we did. I noticed the difference right away. It is tightly woven and built right. Seems very study. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the holes on the bracket that came with it do not all fit on 1 beam. My husband went into the attic and added 2x4s so that it would be supported properly and that was a pain. Other than that this chair is great.
It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL and worth the money, I bought 3 for all my girls, just make SURE you hang them from a stud because even the hardware for just drywall does not hold the chair in the ceiling. Then you have a lot of holes to repair. The chair itself is absolutely beautiful and definitely comfortable with or without the cushion. We bought the cushion that comes with them but they do not sit on them right and fold over, just don’t work out. Having said that overall these chairs are definitely worth buying and I will definitely be buying more! Comes with Everything you need to set them up, just need the tool:)

Love love love….especially my 8 year old son. It fits him great…now I can fit in it alright but I kinda wish that there was a bigger size other than that both adults and children fit in the swing just fine (not at the same time of course). I placed it on my patio and it looks great. As for sturdiness, it holds up good; just make sure you find a stud to hang it from.
Bought this for 13yo’s room, and she loves it (yay, mom!). Previous owners had a hook in the ceiling for a weight bag that we used to hang it from. She uses it often and gets compliments from our family and friends because it is unique and makes her space really great! Neutral color and gray/cream cushion goes great with lots of trendy bedding/paint colors that are in style right now too! Great complement to a room!

We got this for our daughters room and it was super easy to hang. The mount has a spot for 4 screws, but since we were hanging it inside, we could only get 2 screws in the beam.
It still feels super supportive and strong. It held a 250lb man just fine and was very comfortable. Comes with everything you need. We did not have to buy any additional parts.
I ordered 2 of these for my balcony and they are sooo cute! One didn’t come with the cushion which was annoying g but I was able to reach out and they are taking care of it.
Purchased this for my daughters room. It is sturdy and seems to be well made. It will hold up to 260 lbs and I sat it in a few times before I let my daughter sit in it. Good instructions and all parts for assembly and hanging were provided. Cons are the seat padding is not as thick as I would have liked and the chain used to hang has an even number (60 links) so when you hang the swing as option #2 like my daughter wanted it; it is not even as one side as it has one more link than the other when connected. So for those two reasons I gave it 4 stars and not 5.
It’s not as big as the picture makes it look but my neice loves it. That’s what counts.
There are a few areas were you can see the piping. It needs a back pillow for ultimate comfort.
I had my friend install this for me so I can speak to ease of install but we installed it into a concrete ceiling with concrete screws and it only took a few minutes so seemed pretty easy! It’s okay for comfort – I added some throw pillows to the back. Mostly it’s super cute to look at! I added fake ivy to the chain it’s hanging from to cover that up. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
Very cute! Not necessarily ergonomically comfortably but it’s doable for short periods of sitting/lounging. We hung it on the back porch of our lake house and it always gets lots of compliments by our guests.
My husband and I love our new swings!! They’re so comfortable and we find ourselves spending much more time out on our front porch in the fresh air where we’ve got these hanging! I would highly recommend!
