1.Please pair your controller via USB cable for the first pairing.
2.After the indicator light is on, press the “A” button to confirm the connection is successful, then unplug the cable, it can connect automatically.
TIPS:
1.Please try to charge the controller firstly if it can’t be used. The indicators will blink when charging and the indicators turn off when it full charged.
2.Four handles can be connected at the same time.
3.If the controller cannot be charged or cannot work, please continuously poke the reset holes of the controller twice to resetting and try again. Because the circuit board will protect the inner core intelligently, it will disconnect automatically. The reset button is on the back of the controller.
4.Connection method with PC:
1)When the handle is turned off, directly insert the TYPE-C data cable, the indicator lights on the handle 2 and 4 will always be on, and the controller on the pc side will display XBOX 360 conrroller.
2)At this time, press and hold “H” for about 3 seconds. The indicator light 2 is always on and automatically enters the PC normal mode.
Reasons for unsuccessful pairing:
1. The time to press the HOME button is too short, please try to hold it longer until the four indicators flash quickly.
2. The controller’s power is too low, which prevents the switch from being paired. Please try to charge the controller.
3. When pairing, make sure that the controller is turned off. Then try the pairing operation again.
4. If the customer’s switch host stores too much Bluetooth memory, the host and the handle cannot be successfully paired, in this case, you need to clear the Bluetooth memory of the host first.

We bought this back in October due to very bad drift on the Switch. Its’ been great until last week when it would not pair with the Switch again. Got in touch with the seller who replied immediately offering a new one or a refund. We went for a replacement which was dispatched straight away and received the next day. Very good customer service and a very happy son having a working controller again.

I bought one of these for my son and he used it for 6 months with no problems. Unfortunately it developed a fault with one of the buttons. I got in touch with Olisen customer service who were absolutely fantastic. Very quick to respond and they immediately offered to replace the controller which arrived within 2 days! Truly an excellent customer service experience!
The product we received worked for a little while but then stopped charging and wouldn’t work. We contacted the Customer services who sent a replacement straight away excellent customer services and one happy little girl.
Good delivery time, product works great, intially had issues syncing with my switch but I think this was more down to me not reading the instructions properly.
Feels like a ps4 controller which suits me fine as I love the ps4. Great third party controller. Will probably order another soon 🙂
So far so good, everything currently works as it should.
However, after a couple of weeks of use the controller became defective for some reason. Despite still being fully charged it would disconnect and continuously vibrate when not connected to the console. I messaged the seller who replied within the hour and offered a refund or replacement, which was great.
I now have the replacement and hopeful the same thing won’t happen as I now use this controller more than the joycons!

I bought this controller instead of the Nintendo pro controller because this is much cheaper. After using it for more than four months, it’s been really comfortable and the battery lasts for a long time. I’m really glad with my decision and highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for a pro controller.

Bought it for my son, after his Joycons started to drift, but I actually used it a lot myself. It’s a great controller, easy to use and comfortable.
Great and affordable controller for eh Nintendo Switch. Easy to setup, comfortable and once charged lasts for ages.
Haven’t had it too long, but so far so good.
Spoke to the company and the replacement works completely fine for the price there is a very slight drift when playing Zelda but it’s not an issue really. It syncs every time and the battery life is not bad and lasts a decent amount of time. I am now very happy with this product and it is very good value for the price.

This controller is a great alternative to using the switch controller, especially if you have larger hands. The thumbs ticks have a lot more movement to them, more like a Xbox or PlayStation. The buttons, bumpers and triggers all have a nice premium feel without the premium price!
The product is great, far better than the standard contoller.
I had an issue with a faulty item that was dealt with swiftly, without fuss and replaced without question.

Kids love them. The only issue we had was the initial setup but after that it is easy for daily use. The battery life last longer than expected. We do try and charge after use but you know how kids can forget.
It does take a bit of getting used to if you have never used a Pro Controller before. This is because the placement of buttons is slightly different to joycons, for example the home and screenshot buttons are now at the top of this controller.
The controller can also connect to a PC, but if you are looking for a chromebook controller, please note that it is not compatible with ‘Chrome OS’. It can connect to an android phone as well.
Overall this is an amazing controller, I would recommend it to anyone who wants a pro controller. It may be half of the price – but you receive the same quality if not better.

So time for a pro controller, and I know Nintendo has a pro version, but just like any other Nintendo products, they are expensive. This one costs half of the price instead, and it connects smoothly without any problem and works exactly like what I’d expect from a Nintendo pro Controller. The design is almost the same, so it’s holds like a ps or Xbox controller with comfort and ease. So if play games on TV, I always use this one and keep joy con on the console, it will also improve the life span of those 2 tiny controllers too.
Recommend if you tend to use Switch on TV.

Used on Nintendo switch. Son says that it is nuce to play with this control rather than the control that comes with the switch.
I only use it for Splatoon 2 so I can’t say exactly how well it is with every game. However, I love the experience since purchasing it and the battery life has been amazing.
Great product actually prefer these to the small switch controllers especially now they have significant drift. Kids are happy so am I. Easy to pair can play whilst charging aswel. Great product will buy again.

Bought as a present for my Grandson . He was well pleased and said product was great.
Was contacted by seller to help resolve the issue. Although refunded me straight away when I had the problem months back, they also offered me another controller for free. Can’t fault the customer service, let’s just hope this one lasts longer.

Started off being happy with this controller. Felt good in hand. Buttons were a little too ‘noisy and plastic-y’ for my liking. But did the job and saved heavy useage on my switch joycons.
But now controller has become unusable due to joystick drift. It will randomly make my character run to the left or scroll through options without me touching it. Not happy. I’ve used the recommended air spray to eliminate dust that could be affecting the controller but it hasn’t made any difference. Hasn’t lasted very long.
Comfortable grip links quickly to Nintendo switch. Toggles are easily moved very happy with this product.
Other than that though, yeah, very good. Very responsive and vibration much stronger than the official Pro controller and very comfortable in the hands. Probably best then as a secondary controller for if you are playing games with your mates.
This is an excellent product, needs to be charged before first use but battery life is well in excess of 6 hours. Absolutely brilliant if you’re experiencing drift on your switch this solves the problem.

I bought two of these for my son’s birthday and so far they have been good controllers. They are solid and the charge seems to last a while. One of the charging cables broke, but the Olisen store remedied this quickly. They were very helpful and gave good customer service.
My son was really happy with this, he’s 8. The soft sponge part on the handles has come away after a few weeks of play though, I didn’t expect it for the price but it doesn’t bother him.

Very happy with this controller. Fits nicely in my hands. Paired up easily with my consul. Just be aware that some switch games play with the joy stuck controller only and can’t be played with this style of controller whatever the make.

Bought this for my son since his Switch developed stickdrift. He’s pleased. It was slightly stubborn about pairing but once it did no hassles since.
First controller was faulty and I emailed and got a replacement. Service was really helpful, friendly, tried to help with my problems. They go out of their way to help, no questions asked. Really appreciate your help and the product works great, feels sturdy and the analogue sticks feel great.

Reset button on the back is good to know about if it fails to power up. Push a toothpick into the little hole.

Arrived in packaging. Very sturdy controller, feels well made. Perfect size and very easy to set up. Only slight downside for me is that the vibration rumbles are VERY strong (not a bad thing, I just don’t like it very strong). Overall excellent product.
Connected easily to the Nintendo switch and now the kids use it all the time when playing Mario racing. Works fine and so far no issues.
Brilliant controls and the gentleman selling them is very helpful, we had trouble setting ours up and my husband emailed him,he emailed back to tell us what to do. And he said if we have any other problems to email him.lovely man.

First one wouldn’t connect to the Switch but the seller sent a replacement the next day, which connected no problem.

It did seem to stop working once – wouldn’t turn on when pressing the home button and the lights didn’t blink when connected to charge, but resetting it had it back to working like a dream! The seller is very helpful with any inquiries or problems, as well, so I definitely recommend this product.

Great controller. Does everything you need it to, comfortable to use and long battery life. I’d recommend.
I paid around 22 for this and have purchased Switch controllers for the same price before that were very cheap feeling, however this controller feels very sturdy and has some weight to it. It’s not heavy and not too loud. It has grips on both sides so it’s easy to hold for long periods. The buttons feel nice, sturdy, and durable.
It works wirelessly and has good battery. It came fully charged and I played at least 8 hours before it ran out of battery. It comes with a short USB cable to charge – though it’s too short to really play it while it’s plugged in unless your Switch is very close.
I did have issues with it not turning on. Pressed the reset button on the back (with a paperclip) and it works.
Bought this originally to use as an extra controller for 2 player games that don’t make use of the joycons. It’s so good, I actually use it over the original controller for Zelda now. All of the buttons feel great, as do the two sticks. Great value!
Works as expected. Feels cheaper than original controllers but what do you expect when you are paying a thrid of the price. Buttons click a little louder and some require a slightly firmer push but all works. Good alternative or for kids if you are worried about having to replace broken controllers
Feels good in the hand, works just as well as the controller that comes with the switch. Battery life isn’t great though it was down to half battery after only maybe 1 and a half hours playing. So not the worst but could be a lot better.
