I had this product for just over a year easy to install and worked well, unfortunately technology some times goes wrong but its the back up and support that then shows how good a company is. I contacted Ctronics in China , via the info sent with the instructions and with the time difference they replied the nest morning. Considering the pandemic and the holiday season that’s Very impressive. They gave me instructions to follow and were very supportive, unfortunately the unit did not respond so they replaced the unit the next day! yes the next day, it had been charged ready to use. In the current market customer service often leaves a lot to be desired, well I can say that there’s is Amazing. Well done to Lucy and all the team at Ctronics, I defiantly recommend this product and the company.
