Print quality is average comparing with the Samsung laser printer I have in my office.
Most of my devices are mobile devices so connecting it up with the printer was fairly easy.
I bought this when it was on promotion, definitely worth every penny.
With the cost of replacement ink cartridges increasing all the time i decided to swap our three in one for a mono Laser printer, the Pantum seemed to offer everything that i needed but with a much less per sheet cost
setting the printer up was simplicity itself ,once the transportation tapes had been removed and the toner cartridge installed it was simply a case of switching on and pressing the WPS button on the printer first and then the one on the router, within seconds it had found and connected to our router and was ready to go
the first couple of test prints took a few seconds but since then it is a case of hit the print button on the laptop and the finished print appears within just a couple of seconds, i also have the Pantum app on my phone but to be honest i have never used it as i simply click on print on whatever it is i want to print from my phone and it all works flawlessly
i am very happy with my purchase and would recommend this printer.

Successive copies every 4-5 seconds for text at about 15% coverage per page, excellent quality, and as expected the better the paper the better the image. ESSENTIAL to use only plain paper or heat-resistant laser-safe media or you would instantly cause damage. Cheap price belies the quality of this machine, in fact for text the quality is indistinguishable from that of a machine costing five times as much. Lovin’ it!
Just what i needed, very basic print and go lovely clear print no complaints.
I bought this printer to replace an ink Epson one that lasted less than a month before the print quality issues. This Pantum prints is just brilliant so far. Set up took me less than 5 minutes on both PC and iMac. I can now easily print wirelessly from anywhere in the house. Print quality is just great for what I need (invoices, labels etc). It is smaller than I expected which is a bonus. Super fast print, takes literally seconds from pressing print button to actually getting an A4 page printed. Definitely recommend this one for small house office but I would imagine it would do just great in normal office as well. Cant say much more yet but seems like this one will last much longer than other printers I had.
This is an amazing little printer. Perfect for us crafters to be able to do foiling with. Highly recommend.

Very good value. I only need to print occasionally so have only used a few times. was easy to setup both wired and wireless. Print quality very good.

I just replaced my aging samsung laser with this and a couple of points to be noted
1/ Set up is super duper easy, compared to the Samsung (which was incredibly fiddly especially setting up wifi) you literally press 2 buttons and its good to go.
2/Print quality is good but not amazing
3/ Toner is slighly pricey the cheapest i can get it for is 30 for 1000 pages which is not bad.
4/Size, its incredibly small and even pleasant on the eye.
After testing, the question is would i buy it again, absolutely!!
Setup wasn’t easy, I took 2 days to try then gave up so I had to send it back.

Great value. Quick quiet wi fi laser printer Nice compact size. This is the second Pantum printer I have bought and I love the make. The only criticism is that t although the first one still works perfectly sadly it was cheaper to buy a new printer which comes with a cartridge rather than buy a replacement cartridge for the first printer.
Very nice printer , easy to use and to print and very very cheap so can’t complain about nothing at the moment.
I initially wrote a one-star review because for two days after my printer arrived, the Pantum website for the drivers was down and had no information to show they still were in business anywhere on the internet. Just before returning this printer, the website came back online and I managed to get the drivers after all. Pantum needs to let people know it’s got website problems on social media if its website goes down if it’s still only including drivers on a CD-ROM (useless for anyone with a new desktop). But works fine now, good printer.
It arrived quickly and was well packed. I found that it set up very easily and quickly on our home wireless network quickly using only the Quick Start instruction sheet ! (Probably it was up and printing in less than 20 minutes after applying power to it). It works well from my Win10 PC , also my iPad and my iPhone devices. Somewhat slow to commence to print after initiating a print command – (seems a long time, but it is probably only 10-15 seconds). Thereafter follow-up sheets are printed fairly rapidly. Print quality and definition seems excellent. Main Housing is suitably substantial however the sheet feeder tray and output trays are rather flimsy plastic, the paper sizing adjustment guides are a bit flimsy/clunky – all that said, for the moment it is performing very reliably in the home wireless network environment. So far we are very very pleased with it. It is unbelievably good value for money. However it remains to be seen what the reliability and performance is like in the longer term……
Wow. This printer is better than any Canon printer I ever owned. Pairing it with MacBook took me 10 minutes, and I have printed more than 1500 pages on one toner. It takes less than 10 seconds from pressing print to start printing the page. It’s fast, top build quality, easy to connect, reliable and cheap! The only frustrating things are stickers which, if you don’t want to keep on the front of the printer, are hard to remove, other than that 10/10.
This is a very early review having only received this last night. I love the ease of use, the simple start up that is genuinely simple, the print is good enough quality for what I need which is usually just sheet music. I am so far very please with this product. It isn’t as big as I first though it would be either which makes storage easier. It connected straightaway to mobile devices so no fiddling around muttering at technology. Good start so far.
Downloaded app to set up as per instructions but then I just used an app I already had on my phone to print. So much more reliable than my previous canon ink jet printer. No issues connecting via WiFi from any phones so far as whole family make use of it.
I’d forgotten how fast laser printers are compared to ink jets. This is a simple little printer that works really well for a small price. Was so frustrated having to replace almost full ink cartridges because they’d dried up after a month of no use. Recommended for those who print every now and then and in B&W. Works great on WiFi from iPad and android mobile.
Easy to use and pretty good quality results, even when printing from colour originals (into black and white, obviously). I bought a replacement toner, but the pre-installed one’s still going. Not as fast to start printing as some more expensive printers, but fast enough for me and most people, I would guess.
Having got rid of printers over the last few years, I now have an occasional use to print a couple of bits of paper so had a look for a cheap laser printer. This one showed up and seemed to suit what I needed. The wi fi connection was needed as I wanted to print from phone and ipad as well as laptop.Ordered and delivery was next day. Well packaged and oped it up, Decent instructions and an installation cd!!!!
Downloaded the drivers from the website and with a few minutes fiddling about was able to connect my phone. ipad and laptop. Decent quality print. If you need basic printing at a low cost this is recommended

After about a week of using this printer I am so glad I bought it as it is very effective and it takes less time to print than my previous inkjet printer which cost me more to operate due to cartridge cost replacement. After a week of use I give it 5 stars! Easy to use and effective !

Needed a replacement printer nothing fancy but reliable value for money is great easy to set up and print quality does what is says
The printer comes in a well packed box, and the hardware is easy enough to connect up. However, the software comes on a DVD, and for those with laptops, a driver download is required, and the user must find said download by themselves as no links are provided. The installer is clunky and outdated. It could not connect to my WiFi (it is a public university network, so I can’t hold that against it) and the USB connection took long to set up.
The printer is easy enough to use and the manual duplex feature is far more convenient than those featured in other printers. One issue is the time between hitting print and the printing can be a bit of a wait. The printing itself is on par with other lasers, but much faster than ink jets.
Printing quality is acceptable with documents, however printing images renders little contrast.
With a supposed mileage of 700-1000 pages, this printer is well worth the price tag, but I feel that printer firmware and software are due for an upgrade.
For the modest price this is a very good black/while laser printer. It is probably the easiest printer of any I have had to set up. Would recommend.
At such a low price I was worried I’d regret this purchase but fortunately not. It was an excellent buy. It looks great, easy to install, easy to use and prints great. Highly recommend.
I bought this laser printer because I was fed up of the exorbitant cost of inkjet cartridges which always seem to dry out after only a few uses.
The machine comes with a USB cable, toner and printer drivers on CD. It has a very nice compact footprint that doesn’t take up much space (you do have to fold out the small paper tray but overall it’s surprisingly small if you’re used to office laser printers).
The instructions for setting up are OK but not brilliant. I wanted to use wireless printing and it wasn’t clear whether I should set up using (a) USB cable, (b) printer automatically joins wireless network or (c) print using wireless wifi-direct hotspot. But I got it in the end. Most home users will probably want (b).
I was able to print from Android mobile phone without much trouble.
Otherwise, the print quality is perfectly adequate for text-based documents, with nice dark blacks and I didn’t get any of that annoying excess toner smudge. It’s not great for pictures, but why would you be printing graphics on a black and white printer anyway?
For 30 it’s fantastic value; it’s barely more than the cost of a replacement toner cartridge.

The first wireless printer I received was extremely slow when it came to printing.
I have now been sent a replacement wireless printer. This printer is a faster than the first one and but it is still a lot slower than the wired printers I have had up to now. It seems to like to think for a little while about what I have asked it to print before deciding to get on and print. All I can say is that having a slower printer has helped me to move as much of my work online. This is saving me money and the environment as I am not using as much paper as I used to which is a good thing.
Setup. Hold down the WPS button on the printer for 3 seconds. Press the WPS button on the router. Connected. Easy as that. My iPad could instantly see it and it worked.
To connect to desktop without USB, first load the drivers on the desktop. Then Add a printer in Control Panel. Let it find the printer. It loads the drivers itself. Done. Any problems then use the IP address which you can find off the router or on the iPad using Net Analyzer.
The print quality is OK and it runs at a reasonable speed. Who can moan at this price? They must make their money from the toner refill.

Great work horse printer no frills but efficient for bulk tasks easy to correct paper jams would recommend lonlydown side is that the replacement toner is the same price as the printer plus toner?
Arrived quickly
Slow to install and configure biut eventually configured usb connection first followed by wifi connection.
Only problem was with loading toner cartridge, control panel error light would not gp green but tracked down to some toner covering electric contacts on toner casing. Once wiped clean everything works well.

Driver can be installed from included disk but googling the driver is quicker (i have no cd reader)
Not really as compact as I’d like. most printers dont leave the paper tray exposed like this one does but is forgiven in other aspects
printing one sheet requires the printer to prime itself, only a few seconds, but subsequent sheets are printed almost instantly.
After printing about 10 sheets, the top of the printer gets extremely hot which is worrying.
Good value for money though, will easily get me through the year with casual use, without replacing tone
Had this for over 4 months and used 3 times with weeks in between each printing session. Crisp and clear prints and none of the frustration with blocked ink heads from my previous ink jet printers.

Really good printer especially for the price paid. It prints out pages very quickly and in good quality. No messy ink to ruin your printouts or to dry up so its great for occasional use too!
Pretty easy to set up even with Cloud Print for my Chromebook and Android phone. WiFi functionality is a game changer, and something I didn’t think I would ever get at such a low price point.
Toner is a little more expensive than ink but its not something I need to worry about for maybe 600-800 pages for now on the starter cartridge, and even longer on future full sized replacements. Still worth it in my opinion.

Really good value printer, very handy, tiny footprint and lightweight. Yes the toner carts are pricey to replace but I intend to use a refill system which will save on that. Happy with purchase and quality for price.

Easy to set up? It’s the most troublesome bit of electronic kit I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Spent half the day trying to set up wifi on the laptop. and, unless you’re on an old Android OS like me (by choice I hasten to add) then you’ll have a terrible time setting it up on mobile – Pantum’s Android app has had an avalanche of bad reviews, and I feel extremely lucky that I’ve got it working. And those stickers plastered all over the printer, they don’t just peel off like any other stickers on hardware – it’s akin to stripping wallpaper.
Printing? It’s actually very good.

For anyone thinking they can only get a few pages out before new toner is required this is the fix…..
It’s cheap and does the job nicely, but did get an error saying toner needs replacing after approx. 50 pages printing with the starter cartridge (printer settings says 0% toner), opened up the cover and shut it, and error disappeared, and setting now says 98% remaining…..well, I’ll see if it can last over 500 pages with the starter toner.
Just received my printer yesterday. Instructions arent as clear as they could be but eventually I figured it out and set it up! Printed a couple sheets to test it and it works fine. Easy to set up with the CD and very easy to use. I’m pleased with it 🙂
Completely wireless and I can print from my laptop, iPad and even my iPod great price and everything that you needed came with it. Just need to add the paper. Bought it for a small business so not much printing needed but for what we are doing this is ideal. It’s still going strong and we haven’t needed to buy any ink as we are still using the one that came with it. So a missive plus for us (as i said we don’t do a lot of printing).

Amazing value. Setup to my home wireless with my mac was as easy as it gets. Also works out of the box with its own wifi network, which is a plus.
Printing quality could be better, but for my use (scientific papers and cooking recipes) it does the job.
Arrived the next day. Sometimes electrical things can be set up without any bother or stress; this is one of those things! I put the printer in the spare room and can print remotely by wifi to it from my laptop in the living room. It prints incredibly quickly and , so far, I have nothing but praise for this inexpensive device.
Very good little printer. Easy to set up and prints away cheerfully at top speed. The smoke someone mentioned seems to be bit of vapour that you get. It’s soon gone and isn’t a problem. My starter toner has just run out after 4 1/2 months! Excellent value for money.
You really need the disk that you should keep carefully because there is no compatible download for the driver online. Once you have it up and running it is a great space saving printer.
Fantastic quality and price. I needed a printer for general forms and address labels at work. Didn’t have need for colour and so this ticked all the boxes. Incredibly cheap to run too.
Got the printer for my mum. It seems to be okay. Easy to set up prints from her iPad easily.
Surprisingly good. Very easy to set up with wi fi. Fast printing and detailed enough. A bit noisy like all small laser printers. Not an issue.
Took a reading the instructions and about a hour of trying but when I set it up it was perfect. Can print straight from my phone! Perfect for collage work thank you
So far it’s excellent: easy to set up and works like a dream which is great given how cheap it is – and more than I have ever been able to say for some expensive printers I’ve bought in the past. I still can’t quite work out how the replacement ink cartridge is the same price as the machine with an ink cartridge – but still good value for a laser cartridge so the actual machine is alsmost a free give away.
Also pleasantly small so doesn’t take up much room. If you want professional quality printing obviously you won’t choose this one but for normal printing needs in black and white this is a real bargain.
The printer is perfectly good, easy to setup and the wireless printing works fine with all my devices, the real standout is the excellent customer service from Prestige Cartridge, unfortunately the printer had a fault, I contacted Prestige Cartride and a new printer was dispatched straight away, very fast and friendly customer service.
I found it a little difficult to set up but that’s only because I don’t have a CD drive on my chromebook. I’m currently emailing my paper work to myself and printing it through wifi on my iPhone lol it’s an easy to use printer, and prints really fast. Great compact printer. It was easy to install on Windows 10 and was faster than I was expecting. I didn’t think it was possible to get a laser printer for under 30. The toner cartridge costs more than the printer but I’m sure it will last a decent length of time for a home user.
Work in I.T and need a printer that was cheap and wifi for my daughter starting university. This was idle and I recommend it.
I find absolutely no problem connecting the printer with my iPhone and Mac for air printing. Haven’t tried Windows yet but I’m sure it’s perfectly compatible. Quick printing and such a compact size.

Excellent little printer bought it just for A5 paper which you can put in sideways and close the door, don’t forget to change ‘Feed direction’ in settings, also works with my iPhone. easy setup with the supplied disc, connected to my Wi-Fi so can be used from any computer in the house.
