Title says it all really. Inexpensive to buy. Easy to put together (came with 2 spanners) – I did it alone in under ten minutes. Looks good, black with orange piping. Comfortable to work out on, whilst firm. Only slight downside is the foam handle covers on the bar that goes across the end pad (leaning pad), I use bands over the bar (it comes with some built in by the way), and they are apt to wear out with the cables very quickly, could do with a small fitment like an oar-crutch to stop the cables sawing into them.
Well, I’m 6.2 high so it’s a bit low for me, and it does not fold exactly as showed on the video
But in general it’s okay for the price.

It was very easy to assemble in the first place which was a big bonus for me. How it takes less than a minute to set up to use and folds away easily to store. Very easy to set to what ever position you need to workout at and totally solid really worth the money
For the price this was, I am actually really amazed and impressed. Theres So many different variation of training that can be done with this.

La trovo utile, robusta facile da montare, per una volta chiusa non riesco a metterla sotto il letto quindi la devo lasciare in un angolo.
Ben fatta, comoda la possibilit di chiuderla anche se ha bisogno di un bel p di spazio
montata la sera stessa dell’arrivo..ho “litigato” pi di qualche minuto con le chiavi di bloccaggio delle parti pieghevoli; ho montato in meno tempo attrezzi e mobilio molto pi complicato: le chiavi fornite dal costruttore sono scadenti, e dopo essermene reso conto ho usato, per alcune parti, quelle di casa.
Ho usato la panca ed solida e sicura. Sicuramente un buon acquisto che compensa la scarsezza del tool set.

Built this today after getting it with a very fast delivery response. It is perfect for my requirements and is strong and sturdy so I am not worried about the dart of using this machine. I will definitely recommend to others.
I paid just under 50 for this. It seems well built and does the job. Can’t fault it for the price. I’m about 80kg and don’t do heavy weights so can’t comment on how it would it cope with very heavy weights or larger individuals but it more than meets my requirements. Can’t imagine you’d get anything better for the price.

It’s cheap, and it does work as a bench. It hasn’t broken in 3 months so I’m happy with that, and it folds up small enough to transport around.
However, it’s not that sturdy, and I’m waiting for the day it falls apart beneath me… This hasn’t happened yet, but it’s getting more and more unsteady, and the bracing is quite flimsy.
However, it’s still working currently.
For someone who can’t even put together a kettle. This was super easy, follow the instructions and make sure all the screws are tight and off u go! I weigh 90kg and can do all the exercises perfectly. It is very sturdy and shown my mum, she’s gonna get one too. Came with all the bits, in prefect condition and now I can continue my workout at home as I work long night shifts. I can do arms, chest, back and even abs. Amazing bit of kit tbh I wasn’t expecting it to be as good but yeah, I’m happy.

I bought this while on offer as was all I wanted to spend on a bench. However, it’s quality, stability and the comfort of the padded bench are very good. Die Hantelbank ist in der Verarbeitung fr den Preis in Ordnung . Aufbau ist Einfach.Der Nutzen der Hantelbank ist auch in Ordnung . Lediglich der Expander /Kabelzug ist berflssig .
Bench ergonomics are fine… it’s long enough but could be wider… as could the footings to make it more stable but all in all… not bad… however my one gripe is the foam pads are all misshapen due to packaging and have not recovered to their normal shape so I’d like a new set delivered… but I can’t find a way to contact the seller… so if this doesn’t get an answer… I’ll be returning it for a full refund…

Bench is top notch, loads of option, it’s as sturdy as can be and cheap. Seller is also excellent, had a issue that was resolved instantly.

Not a bad product for the price.
Had to take the priest pad to work as it had the ugliest weld / lump of metal in the hole where the handle should go which prevented assembly. Two minutes with a grinder and it is fine now.
Other than the priest pad support issue, the bench is fine for a home gym and we’ve used it every day since purchase without issue.

This item arrived on time. It was very easy to assemble. The quality is very good and considering my partner is 45 with a bad back he said the cushion is very comfortable.
Got this unusual weight bench to help with belly exercise. Came in box, needed assembly, which was straight forward.
I like the extra support part which can be lifted up and do exercises on ads.
When doing abs exercises it locks back of the legs so can be worked with heavy weight.
Legs of the unit well protected with soft rubber plastic makes unit quite and shocks absorbent.
Back support can go up or down, seven different angles, angle can be changed with in seconds.
Overall very easy to use and multifunctional unit, it supports upto 350kg weight which is quite a lot for normal home use.
So far quite happy with it.

I wasn’t confident going to the gym given the Delta virus is still here so decided to make a gym at home. The first thing needed was the gym bench and this one ticks all the boxes. This is

Happy with purchase. Relatively easy to assemble for fitness equipment and feels sturdy enough for a heavier user + weights. Folding is a slight pain, but it DOES fold.
I’d recommend a fair bit of force to tighten the 2 bolts on the floorplate & doing each one a bit at a time to properly ‘crush’ the metal jaw onto the bottom bar. I can see it stressing the welds otherwise.

I am new to gym and exercise and so far have found this to be very useful. I have been doing regular exercises and found tbe bench to be comfortable. The bench itself was easy to assemble and is currently being used as a stool.

I wanted a bench since the gyms are closed during the lockdown. I am by no means a gym rat, more a recreational gym goer but I was pleasantly surprised with this bench. It has everything I wanted from it.
– Putting it all together was pretty simple, no power tools required, just a wrench for three bolts (bolts and wrench all provided), and 5 pins (also provided) to slot the bench pieces together. Took about half an hour to put together on my own.
– it feels stable enough for me (6ft2 200lbs) yet is surprisingly light for its size
– Adjustable back to make it both incline and decline which was important for me.
– Comfortable to use, things feel like they’re in the right place
– aesthetically pleasing to look at so that’s a plus for a home exercise bench.
– folds away which is also important for me. I’m glad they added the new video to show how it folds without having to unwrench the bolts and disassemble. (to fold for daily use: remove pins, front support rotates anticlockwise and tucks under the seat, back support rotates clockwise and tucks under the seat as well and wraps over the front support)
Some measurements that might help:
100cm height, 140cm length when fully extended
30cm height, 70cm length when folded for daily use (could make it more compact by removing a couple of bolts for longer term storage)
