If you’re still using paintbrushes in 2023 then there is something seriously wrong with you !!!!!! Step out of the cave and invest in one like this. Got it on the Prime so got a deal. Spray neat without thinning down or you’ll make a mess of it !!! The only negative is the continual refilling required !!! Apart from that ? It is a seriously good product that saves time and will give you a truly excellent professional finish. No problem with the room being a paint cloud either. GET ONE AND ONE FOR YOUR BEST MATE TOO !!!

Prep is key. Mix your paint and you won’t be disappointed.
Oh and mix enough for the room your painting to keep coverage even.
So..after hearing mixed reviews and having alot of fence we took the plunge.
Firstly you have to wait for a still day and living on the coast you can’t plan. Also you have to strain the paint.. after you tubing people were doing it so many different ways. So we used a kitchen sieve..so much easier than using tights and all other crazy suggestions. to do this from main paint pot to sieved into an empty popcorn tub. Then my kitchen measuring jug was used to put sieved paint into sprayer container. Sounds alot of fuss but when you worked out the first lot it easy takes minutes
So pleased with the result and definitely quicker than using a brush, plus a better finish.
We have now started on my mum’s..
Forgot to mention the cleaning.. we are lucky to have,an outside sink..with a bucket of warm water the sprayer needs to cleaned thoroughly. My hubbie found this fiddly but job completed.
Brought this in a special offer day back in 2021. Its sat there cos I really thought I’d made a mistake and I was not steady enough or professional enough to use it. Well this week I got it out. I read the instructions which is a rare thing for man to do and followed to the letter. It was incredible. 16 panels done with Ducks Back fence paint in less than a day spread was well controlled if you set your guides right and keep to that 20 to 25 cm distance. Don’t swing it just keep it parallel and walk it across. The surface told you when a second spray was required and I’m telling you all guys it does a fine job. I will never use a brush again outside. Shed is next. Fantastic item

Easy to use and easy to clean, saved me bunch of time when compared to manual paint brush.
For now I did 3 jobs and all of them want much easier with the gun. You just need to understand every single colour and thickness. So far I’m happy with it.
Super impressed by this paint sprayer. Bought to tackle our garden wall. We have breeze block wall which has loads of nooks and crannies. The paint sprayer was able to provide excellent coverage in just 1 application.
Easy to use out of the box. I was concerned if the paint we used was too thick but handled it well. I used with Sandtex water based masonry paint. The paint sprayer is much better than rollers we used as its economical on paint. Was able to do a whole section and have paint left over where before we’d gone through 1 and a half trays.
Instructions are a little hard to read at times just trying to flick back and forth to the diagrams.
Afterwards, cleaned thoroughly with warm water and an old cleaning brush (originally used for straws). Would recommend picking up a set of cleaning brushes for it just to keep the nozzles clear of obstruction and ready for next use

A wee bit of a footer at first but after 10 mins we were off going great.
Very pleased with this for fence painting. After painting two of 20 panels with a brush, which took ages, I ordered this and did the last 18 in not much more time. Very quick, very effective and easy to use and more economical with paint. Highly recommended to save time and effort for that tedious job. It also has instructions for indoor use which, frankly, I would hesitate to try unless you were doing all the walls and ceiling and the room and floor were completely bare/empty, due to stray paint mist settling where you don’t want it.

Not a huge fan of decorating find it time consuming and having to clean the brushes a real pain, so decided to get a sprayer.
There were quite a few to choose from but chose to get the Bosch sprayer. I can honestly say that I am well impressed, there was no need to buy special paint or to thin it down, the assembly of the sprayer is very easy everything is just click and twist. The paint container holds enough paint to cover about 6 metres squared, the time it takes to actually paint is much quicker than using brushes or a roller, also found there was no dripping either. As the paint is being sprayed there is a constant flow of warm air that comes from the end of the gun, this starts off the drying process as well. When you have finished painting cleaning the sprayer is so simple as it’s just the gun that needs to be cleaned, pour any remaining paint back into the can, strip down the gun and wash (I used warm water), the gun comes up looking like new. When it was clean I assembled everything back together switched on the sprayer and blew air through the gun to dry it out further. Packing it away was easy as everything just fitted back in box.
So overall simple use, fast, easy to clean and pack away, I am so pleased with the sprayer and the actual finish of the paint. At this moment I have found nothing I don’t like about the sprayer and would highly recommend this to anyone
The strainer that comes with the paint sprayer takes forever to use. Ridicolous. To strain 10L would take hours. Then a friend told me to try a pair of old tights. See you tube vids – you can strain a whole tin or even 10L of paint in 2 minutes.
The Dulux trade emulsion I used needed watering down 10% not the 5% in the manual.
Water down mix well then strain and you are ready to go.
I love this paint sprayer. N.B. You need to completely cover all floors and mask off everywhere if doing ceilings. The spray is not obvious and it is easy to get carried away.
It was delivered as predicted and was easy to assemble. I have not actually used it yet though, so I will do an update when I do use it to spray my fence, which is why I bought it.

Wow!!! What a time saver this is, did the front of my shed in less tan 30 minutes. Easy to assemble and easy to use. The longest part of the process is filtering the paint but that’s a small price to pay. Easy to clean as well
So bought for more difficult brush jobs (pebble dash render). Worked a treat. For the price, does an awesome job. Bosch have yet again delivered another tool worthy to keep in the garage. Easy to use, decent power. As with all sprayers, if you have not used or tried, can be messy so key is in the prep work. Cleaning is simple and again similar to preorder work, takes longer to do than the actual painting itself. Very pleased. Let’s hope it works in a years time
It is a must for people with a lot of dash external walls, it will cover more area than a roller. And it is much easier to fill horrendous gaps between stones than a bush or roller. It is a very clever design using vacuum and air to force out the paint. The pump and the pipe never get dirty except for the paint holder and the handle gun. That will be the only drawback, make sure you clear them properly after use. I don’t think it will do the paint head any good by leaving any paint in it. So it will be an annual external dash wall paint with this gadget. But for any other job, it will be a bush or roller.

Easy to set up and use. Get the mixture right and you’re sorted. Did a great job on the walls and ceiling of a cupboard I was painting. Probably took longer to clean the sprayer than it did to paint the walls and ceiling. I have loads of jobs lined up for this gadget and I’m confident it won’t let me down.
This product is amazing. I covered 14 fence panels(2 coats) and Posts using Cuprinol sprayable fence paint (2 tins) and I cannot believe the ease and durability of this product, easy to use and easy to clean . Tip when using to use the metal filter when pouring paint into the gun vessel and use a household jug so you can see not to overfill the gun/paint vessel . Bosch are quality and hardly any over spray. Check the spray nozzle for best results. I am going to use this to spray my internal ceilings and walls etc . No need to dilute the pence paint (as long as it’s sprayable) but internal paint needs 10% dilution emulsion only . Fab produc
Really impressed with this, i used it on two rooms that were new plaster. Used a 50/50 emulsion water mix which after some adjustment found put it on fence setting otherwise it causes runs. Then did a 75/25 mix and finally a top coat which was dulux diamond which is a thick paint, i put this on the wall setting for maximum air flow. Really beautiful smooth finish to the walls and ceiling.
I can only think the people who give this a bad review dont understand how to use it properly. It takes a bit of adjustment to get the hang of it and yes it will spray paint everywhere is a air sprayer!
Anyway, well worth it. Takes a bit more time to prepare your room having to seal windows, sockets,etc but the speed and finish of paint is excellent.
I have heard some horror stories when it comes to spray painters.
But I have to be honest this one was a pleasure to use. I had five 6×6 fence panels to paint, they all had 2 coats and I found that I had to fill the container about 4 times. I had it set for the slowest setting and it was easy to control and the panels dried to a uniform finish.
If I had to find a fault, it would be with the size of the container, it would be easier to have a 2L container to cut down on the fill times.

Just used it to paint the front of my house worked perfectly only had to dilute the paint a little and painted my decking with it aswell worth every penny saved me loads of time
Usual Bosch quality, well made and well designed. I’ve only used it with water based paint on walls. Stongly recommend practicing and experimenting with the air and paint flow settings before using it for real. Much better to spray in thin Coates than try to cover in one go. Once you’ve mastered it you can achieve a great finish, better than a roller. Very easy clean up if using water based paints, not sure I would use it with with any paints that are not water soluble.
Amazing machine.
Amazing machine. Used it for spraying Cuprinol ducks back fence paint. Added a small amount of water and mixed well. Applied the paint like a dream. So easy to use and clean. A game changer !!
