I purchased this for my wife to keep track of her daily heart rates. It works great and is simple to use once it’s set up. I’m not the best with computers and had a bit of a learning curve to get it going. Between the online help and Polar, I was successful and she is totally enjoying the watch. It’s simple. I communicated with Polar and their recommendation was right on the money.
All features I need from long ago dated Polar model, I found by exploring the controls and menu, which turned out to be very intuitive. At least, when you know what are you looking for.
During menu exploration, many new features were discovered, including the day-long HR monitoring. Turning it Off made the watch holding charge longer than 4 days as of specs.
Walking distance measured in steps differs by less than 1% comparing to GPS tracking. Jogging speed and distance are over-estimated. Could be that Plolar calibrated for running only or it was me using “Running” mode instead of “Jogging”
Do not miss internal GPS sensor at all, and even thank designers for not fitting it, hence making the watch compact. If you don’t leave the hous without cell phone or cycling computer, you’ll most likely will not miss built-in GPS too.
Also, like color coding for HR zones during the activity recording. Black-and-white low battery alarm shows that designing engineers care about battery saving and it runs low.
Muitas opes de exerccio, touch sensvel, visor bonito e prtico, funo de monitoramento do sono muito completa. Achei opes de pulseira no ML o que facilitou a escolha. O GPS s funciona com o celular junto.
O ponto fraco a bateria, achei que ela acaba muito rpido (uso de no mximo 3 dias) usando direto, porm o carregamento tambm leva pouco tempo pra completar.
Em suma valeu a pena pra mim.

Relgio bonito, preciso e fcil de usar. No um relgio profissional, para quem precisa de recursos mais bsicos, como frequncia cardaca, calorias, qualidade do sono; se disso que voc precisa, uma excelente escolha. Estou muito feliz com a compra.
