Pro’s : its small so can tuck in anywhere out of the way. Does seem to agitate the air enough to feel cool. Though this hasn’t been tested in heatwave levels yet.
Con’s : instructions aren’t that clear. One sentence in the instructions seems to follow itself around in a loop. Its not that quiet. some fan sounds can be quite gentle this does sound like its making a lot of effort.

The design is pretty simple; it’s just a well-built, well finished white square box with two reservoirs in front which need to be filled up with water, freeze it in a refrigerator, and then put back into the unit; the fan blows the air from the behind and realises the cool air.

It works very well in my small box room; I can feel the room cooler within 30-40 minutes; however, it doesn’t make the entire room cool like AC. You certainly feel the cool air if you place this on your desk when working; it’s like your personal cooler.

The USB cable is quite long; you can use your PC to power the unit or the power bank, making it portable and take anywhere you want.

As lovely as this is, the quality is good and very practical; the quality matches the price.
My only recommendation would perhaps be rechargeable to make it more portable. Also, adding a timer function would be great as well.

I hope this review helps you to make a purchasing decision.

We wanted something like this to prepare for the Summer as we have a little toddler and last year’s UK temperatures were insane! A traditional air conditioning unit would cost a fortune, and I wasn’t sure if this would be any good but jumped at the chance to try it… But actually, it’s totally exceeded my expectations.

    Pros:
    * Compact; quite a small unit with a great air output
    * Easy to fill and load up the water reservoir cassettes
    * LED lights for ambience, or have them off to keep our little ones room dark through the night

    Cons:
    * No timer functionality
    * No battery to charge for use without a socket

So, right off the bat we were impressed with this little air con unit. Initially we were skeptical as people put them down as they are low tech options, but my god it packs a punch!

It has two reservoirs (that you use in tandem) which you fill with water and then pop in the freezer. There’s a fan in the back which simply blows air through the vents in the frozen reservoir and voila, cool air! And it works, quite nicely!

The LEDs are a nice touch, and it’s super easy to use control-wise too.

We’re forward to using it to cool my little ones room down as it got so hot in there last year and it circulates the cool air well. It’s really quiet, if anything the very subtle drone is soothing.

We’ve used it on some hot days at dinnertime and I’ve used it as a general fan on my desk (it can just circulate air, it doesn’t necessarily need to be cool) and I trust the functionality so far.

I think the only thing that’s a little annoying about the unit is that there is no timer function, so if you left it on through the night, it would just keep blowing even when the reservoir has defrosted and is just blowing uncooled air. Other than that, it’s fantastic.

For the Summer or anytime you need to cook things down, this is a great option. I’d totally recommend it; it’s great value for what you great and honestly I’d have had this last year during the heat wave it would have saved us. We were trying to fashion a cooling device with frozen bottles and a fan and it didn’t quite work!! This, in comparison, is easy, effective and easy to move around too.

Works surprisingly well. Lovely and cool ai

This is a definite must have.

It is perfect for the office or even for home. It is a small trendy sturdy design and can be used anywhere.

You can add water, or even ice to add that proper cold breeze.

It comes with 3 speeds and I was surprised that its not as noisy as expected.

Would definitely recommend for the hot summer days.

I love this. I already have a cooler that takes water which works well but uses a filter which soaks up the cold water. The filter tends to get mouldy and needs replacing but with this unit there is no such issue as it uses to plastic blocks that you fill with water and freeze.

It is easy to use, the 2 blocks just slot in to the unit.
The plastic plugs for filling them were a little fiddly but easy enough to prise off with a knife.

Slight downside is once melted then you have to wait for them to refreeze but I am sure putting cold water in them from the fridge will work almost as well, then you can refreeze them over night.

I would definitely recommend. They are invaluable on hot days and easy to position to blow cool air onto you.

Easy to use and good value for money. Works really well at keeping the air cool. Small and compact but powerful

Works well. This is quite effective especially when the container has been frozen. It is compact, small enough to move around. Although it is not super powerful, it does work well for its size. It has several settings and is great for a small office type area. The lights work well and can be turned off if required. For 26.99 it is a bit expensive but it will be worth it when the really hot days arrive. So overall an easy to transport and effective little fan.

A nice portable air conditioner, it is lightweight and portable so easily carried to different locations if needed. It produces nice room air which you can enjoy alone, or with family and friends very easily. It is a perfect choice for being involved with having a low carbon lifestyle, this product provides that. All that needs to be done is add water, to make it more cooler, you can add ice which will produce a nice breeze effect. I hoped that it had a few more speed modes as the fastest mode is not that fast in my opinion, but it still gets the job done really. Would definitely recommend.

This 4-in-1 Personal (Air Conditioner/fan/humidifier/light) is Simply Fantastic.

It’s small (7.8 x 6.2 x 6.2inches), compact, and lightweight (slightly over one kg (2.6 pounds). Can be carried around so easily.

In moderate heatwave, you can use it simply as fan and the wind power is good if you are 1 to 1.5 meters away.
On hotter days you can benefit from its air-cooling feauture by filling it’s removable ice cubes with water and freezing it in your freezer and then placing it back in the aircooler. It will significantly reduce the temperature.

It’s recharchable with the included usb cable that can be powered with any source, even a usb bank.

Love it...Simply functional 4 in 1 air conditione

Summer is approaching and I wanted an air cooler and decided on this one for the cooling system.
The unit is small desktop size and the fan unit is made from good quality ABS plastics and is satin. There is a power ON button and a LED light static or auto button.
The power ON button when pressed consecutively, cycles through 3 fan speeds and number 3 is very gusty yet acceptably quiet and reasonable.
The top ‘open’ flap lifts up to release the inner two hard plastic blocks. These blocks have a plug which I opened up to fill with tap water but not to the brim, just for good measures, as water freezes and expands. These two water filled blocks are placed into the freezer.
Then when needed, I carefully slid the 2 unit blocks back into the fan unit before pressing down the tab to stop the blocks from slipping out. Talking about sliding the block in carefully, one of the thin tabs was already snapped and I glued it back in, not it will matter much if I left it. The brand designers could have designed the guide rails and tab a little thicker.
I switched the unit on and was met with a beautiful LED colour which automatically cycled through the handful of colours. You can press the ‘light bulb’ button and have it at a certain colour. I like this feature and gives some atmosphere.
The fan basically blows over the two frozen blocks of ice and cooler air comes out from the other end. It really did cool me down and works so well that even on fan speed 1, was nice and cool.
I noticed water condensation but luckily there is a felt base to collect the water droplets and should be wiped down after use.
This machine will be awesome during summer time.
This machine is better than my old one which you pour chilled water into a tray. It doesn’t last long till the water goes low and or warm. This two decent sized frozen hard plastic water blocks system is much better in every way. I am beautiful impressed with this desktop air cooler.
Very good quality and excellent value for money.

Really does send colder and cooler air out!

Super air cooler for that prce.
Works great, didnt had any problem with it.
Suitable for home or office use, but not for a large rooms.
Have a build in ice cube box.
For that price definetly worth to buy it.
    Highly recommending.

This desktop air conditioner is much better than the older ones I’ve tried with water reservoirs in them.
With this one you have 2 water filled tanks that are sealed and cool the air as it blows through.
Each tank you fill up with some water then put in the fridge or freezer to chill then when you need them put them into the front of the air conditioner which is an easy case of just sliding them in.
Power options are 3 fan speeds and while they might be a little noisy to have next to you on the desk you can’t beat the cooling air in the summer months.
Because this version contains the water there is no chance of mould building up on the filters etc or the tank leaking if you tip it over.
I really like the new design and for only 26.99 currently I think it’s a good price for a good fan, just don’t buy one thinking it will cool a room as that’s not what they are designed for, these are just to blow cool air on to you at your desk etc.

much better than the water based ones

This Portable Air Conditioner is such a great air con which has multiple purposes as well as being a cooling fan, it also works as a humidifier and air purifier.

It’s perfect for travelling in the heat and cool the warm air down. It also has the function of a built-in ide cube box to keep your drinks cold for a hot summers day.

Overall, I really recommend this air con because it is not only cheap but great quality and super useful.

    Easy to setup

This is a very neat little unit that will be easy to store, it come in a cardboard box along with USB cable and instruction leaflet. I found the instruction leaflet a little basic, and I would rather it had been a chargeable unit rather than needing a cable, I would have found much more use for it had it been truly portable.
Having said that, the unit does work really well even though I didn’t know whether I was supposed to fill one container or both of them. To try it I just filled one container and put it to freeze, the unit cooled my small craft room down considerably, it worked really well, I would have preferred it if I could have moved it to another position but I was limited because of access to a plug or USB socket even though the cable is quite a long one. The unit was easy to use, the lights are effective but I will probably never use them however I do like this unit and I am sure that I will get a lot of use out of it and I think the cost is comparable with other like items.

I would have preferred it to be chargeable

    Portable air cooler fan

I was sent this in return for my honest opinion on it.

This is a simple design but definitely better than I expected it to be. This is a nice and compact size for a cooler fan, it’s roughly 19cm x 15cm x 17cm. There is a 100cm long usb-c power cable provided.

This is a 4in1, you have a fan, an air cooler, humidifier and night light. You only have two buttons on top, making it easy to use.

One is power on low, press again for medium and again for high. I didn’t find the sound too noisy but obviously the high is louder than the low. The other button lights it up, which I really like and it looks nice when it’s dark.

The inner piece gets frozen, which took me a minute to realise! This is locked in place, once you unlock, you can slide it out. Fill it up with water and freeze. When it’s done put it back and the air cooler is ready to go, you can hear a little ice cracking, not in a bad way.

I would recommend this. I like the size, it seems durable and it works well. Maybe not the prettiest but fantastic when you’re hot.

    Fantastic when froze

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersReally suprised on how affectave this little air conditioning unit is!

Easy to fill the rad up with water just be careful with the lid as it’s tougher plastic, don’t want to brake this little lid, use the pic that’s in the box makes it a lot easier.

Once filled with water it’s just a matter of puting the rad back into the unit and turning it on, takes about 5mins for the water to be cold enough, then you start feeling the affects within a room.

Must say my bedroom isn’t small, and the past few days we have had strong spring sun, house was hot, this little unit cooled down the hole room within 30mins, very impressive.

Its small & compact, so isn’t a nightmare to store away, really like this device would recommend.

Quite a simple idea take out the two containers fill with water and freeze, then put them back in the fan body turn on the fan and cool air comes out and it is cool air, two speeds and some coloured lights if you don’t like coloured lights just leave them off.
This is not really powerful enough to cool a whole room but put on a desk and you will get cold air blowing around you, I tried it out to see how well it worked and it’s much better than just a normal fan, I did not leave it on that long to see how long it lasted before the ice melts but I imagine it should last a few hours if not more, the only problem is if you work in an office you would need access to a freezer.
Powered by a USB plug so ideal for the desk top, but if you have a charge plug that you can plug USB powered devices into you can place this where ever there is a power socket.
I have no idea how much this costs as that information was not available so that might make a difference but I like it, it works just need some really hot weather to put it to test.

    It Works
