I had two other brands before and they both broke during to poor welding. Thankfully Amazon refunded me so I went for a more expensive model.
This one is superior in terms of build and construction!
This is so well made and doesn’t budge an inch , so easy to pop onto your door frame and fold away easily too , comfortable grip also come with a TRX so I’d definitely recommend this product .

I was looking purely for a chin-up bar but noticed this product in a side-by-side comparison with something more basic. I’m a gym member but lacking motivation and wanted something I can use at home that would give me a more convenient strength and fitness option. At present I’m using this product along with a couple of kettle bells for a relatively comprehensive full body workout at home, which might not have been possible with a more generic chin-up bar. I’m 13.5 stone and have no concerns about the item bearing my weight when I use it for press-ups, dips and chin-ups. It fits (as a chin-up bar) my doorframes and it folds away to dimensions that fit easily behind my bedroom doors. The foam grips are comfortable but will I assume wear away in time. For now though, the grips are holding up well. I also like the varying grip options, none of which create any significant additional bulkiness in my opinion. My only gripes are some slight looseness at some of the joints and between the bar and the plastic parts designed to reduce contact between the bar and door frames. These could do with being a bit tighter. Overall really pleased so far.
I’d agree with everyone else praising this thing. Super strong, great quality, easily hooked on and off the doorframe, best of all it can handle heavy weights, and the various gripping angles make it ergonomically sound. Very happy with this.
Solid. Comes super fast and assembled..so no fisky Allen keys.
Incredibly solid, doesn’t mark the wood, comes off in literally 2 seconds.
Very sturdy, does not damage the door, and is brilliant to have all the different grip types for different muscle sets, highly recommended and excellent service from the seller too.

I am able to perform all of my back exercises between the pull up bar and the straps and I am also able to perform many other exercises including chest, biceps, triceps and legs between the bar and the strap system!
One of my daughters even uses the strap system for dance strength and stretching exercises!
This is really a great value system and it’s so versatile, you could pack it flat on the bottom of your bag and set it up at your destination.
I have used a lot of doorway pull-up bars and this is without a doubt, one of my favourite and then to also get a TRX style strap system included with it too makes it winner!
Overall I am happy, I guess nothing is perfect.
Pros: Solid, variety of grips, the rings that come with it are amazing and add a huge value. Great for standard pull ups and chin up. Good for Australian rows and hanging ab exercises.
Cons: Made to hang in a very specific doorframe. It is working so far hanging on a 1/4 in molding but it is damaging it gradually. Supposed to use a 1/2 which is uncommon.
Cannot be adjusted higher or lower in a doorframe which limits a lot of exercises and variations.
Exactly what I wanted. No problem in use but only using it once to twice a week but good and sturdy.
This is hands down the best pullup bar of this kind i’ve ever seen in my 10+ years of doing pullups. The natural grip is also great to have. The trx band thing looks good but I haven’t tried it ye

Strong and sturdy pull up bar. Slight issue with damaged handle, have contacted seller who has agreed to rectify. Despite this issue I would recommend this pull bar.

I would add screws through the top door surround just in case its not fixed to wall well enough.
It leave a little mark on the door but a little paint will be fine
So easy to use and very sturdy. love this bar and wish I got it sooner! My only issue is the straps don’t stay secure when I adjust the length, not sure if they are defective or I am doing something wrong.
Made my back straight and strong only takes two months
First time using a chin up bar that doesn’t need to be fixed into place. So far the bar has held up and not left any marks on the door frame – touch wood 😉
I am 70+ kg and it is fine for me.
Bought a cheaper pull-up bar (30) and it would fall off down randomly and if knocked would fall.
This one is solid, been using it for about 4 months now and it hasn’t fallen down once and is much more solid than my old one.
Updated review: New one I ordered was good. A few scratches the finish but not a big deal. We’ll see how it holds up to daily use but I’m optimistic since it feels secure. After about 3months it’s holding up strong. The rubber pads are actually better than I thought at preventing scratches on the door but where it hooks on the top of the door frame on the opposite side it has left some marks. Once again not a big deal. I think an in-swing closet door would be the best door to attach it on.
First review: I wanted to like this however I got a defect. The left handle is straight when it should be bent. I ordered another one so we’ll see if it happens twice.
I also didn’t like the way two of the support bars were welded on. I saw that written on other reviews too. I’m guessing it was done purposely as a minor modification in design to avoid any copyright issues. I don’t think it will matter realistically but it just doesn’t make sense.
Lastly, it says it won’t leave marks on your door, it has a rubber stopper to try and prevent it but I don’t think it’s completely mark proof. I usually put a small dish cloth, where the apparatus makes contact with the front of the door frame to prevent this so not a huge deal. I just wish someone would have figure that part out by now.
It is genuinely priced and I highly recommend it.

Very sturdy, wish I bought one years ago as so good for doing 10 pull ups here and there through the day to keep your back strong.

I had initially given this product only 1-star but changed it to 5-stars after the good customer service I received. I had originally received a defective product – bar was bent on one side and made it uneven and unusable when placed on door frame – the supplier seem to think that it was damaged during shipping. I sent a complaint to the supplier and I must say, I was quite surprised by their prompt attention. Needless to say, I received a brand new product within days; heck, I didn’t even have to return the defective one which I gave to my nephew who works in a metal shop – he thinks he can straighten the bar.
As for my new Pull-up Doorway bar, it’s working fine. Now, I have no excuse but to put in the hard work of getting in shape .
Product fits snuggly so after initial tentative hang to ensure it held weight i was able to start pull ups with confidents
Pros:
* If you’ve measured before purchase you shouldnt be disappointed
* Weighting around 85Kgs there was no concern and limited movement on bar.
* three hand options are great. Narrow pro/prenated grip allows pull ups and chin up to start off with. Then moving onto Neutral position for focus on back tension. the Wide grip is hard for me but again targets the back and focuses the lift up movement.
* Add on ropes are excellent. Hook to hang from and as long as bar is sturdy able to incline push ups, horizontal pull ups and feet up in holster squat thrusts. Great bonus for the price of products individually
Cons
* Invest in something to protest you door frames and walls. The pads for side door frames do leave marks (have white skirting so quite obvious. I used anti scrap padding you’d use for chair legs on wooden floors. Really helps but made tough to hook onto door frame so be wary.
* Again over hook on door removed paint. Not sure best solution for this. Since only two small parts happy to keep at it and maybe touch up regular with paint!
* Maybe lock out of arms to L shapes could be better designed but thats knit picking
Overall Very happy with product and great alternative to permanent fixing or pull up bars that rely on pressure twisting. Price was great, add ons are great bonus and as always MEASURE before buying
I’ve had all sorts of pull up bars but thus one is really good.
Even had ones similar to this but it is much more robust and has more positions to grip from.

ever had a pull up bar before, so as far as i am concerned it does what it’s supposed to do.
Super satisfied with this product. Really easy to install and super steady. I was a little bit scared at first because the photos says you need at least 1.5cm to 2cm dept of moldings and mine are 1cm. But still it doesn’t move a bit. Did not damage my moldings or wall yet and I can jump easily on the bar and it does not move, as I saw in other comments. The only thing I did not think of is that my ceiling is really low, but I am not able to do one complete chinup yet so this is a problem for future me .

One word of caution though, the clips that go on top of the frame can leave a black streak on the surfaces so try not to scratch them against the wall. I haven’t tried cleaning it yet but it looks like it should be cleanable.
The bar allows for various pull up and chin up possibilities (such as narrow and wide variations) due to it’s design. The position and foam grips are comfortable to grip.
The suspension straps included look very good quality, better than the 50 one I bought. There are also door anchors that you can use directly on the door frame
I have had this bar up for about 3 months now and try and use it daily.
Overall, this is a well designed pull up bar. I would recommend it for anyone wishing to do bodyweight exercises at home.
The foam grips feel well padded and make it very comfortable to use. The position of the grips is perfect for a variety of different pull up/chin up positions. The wide grip is even slightly curved downward which is fantastic. With this bar I love the fact there is the neutral grip, which is something you do not get on the other bars, certainly the ones I looked at.
Also included with this are the suspension straps which I’ve found have been a great addition to my routine. These are very easy to clip onto the loop on the chin up bar and also there is a door anchor included so you have a few options. There is a small guide with a few exercise suggestions for using these. The straps again feel very solid and well put together. I’m 6’5 and weigh around 95kg and I feel very confident using this equipment.
As to be expected with this type of equipment you are going to get the odd mark on your door frame, I think it is unavoidable.
If you are looking for a pull up/chin up bar look no further!
