As stated in my initial review, the fan still worked perfectly, just the rotation stopped. Was super impressed to get this sorted. Great service guys… 5 star indeed!
Fan works well, but the oscillation suddenly stopped working a few months after purchase. So it’s now always positioned in a fixed direction.

Easy to use, very good pushing loads of air out. One of the best fans I’ve ever had.
But, it is better to look at and blends nicely into the room decor, it is definitely quieter and when you don’t need it, it is much easier to hide in a corner or under the bed. I am very pleased with mine and found that during the 40C heatwave it kept things at a manageable temperature..
I liked it all after putting it together this morning. This is just what I hoped it would be. An almost silent flexible air system that takes up little space and provides wonderfully cool air in one direction or on a rotating basis. It is just what is needed to make office work bearable at a reasonable price.

This unit felt a bit too plastic and the base slots together so I thought it will just fall over and rattle but I was very wrong. It’s quiet enough with no other rattling and the remote control is a very nice touch! The only thing I would say could be improved is that the screen showing the temp stays on when the fan isn’t on but once the fan is running the display switches off. Would be nice to keep seeing the screen and the temp while it’s running.
Overall it’s worth it and I haven’t had any issues with it and I’ve been running it for the last month almost 24/7
What a terrific upright fan, easy to assemble onto the base and lightweight for its size. Just got through the 40 degree heatwave in our area and only needed to use the fan on its lowest setting. The sleep timer is excellent. The only small gripe is the remote control, a little more thought on the buttons required. Overall we were that impressed with it that we have ordered a second one for upstairs.
Easy to assemble. Quiet and gentle cooling operation – great night’s sleep in this heat!!! Just one slight negative, the LED is very bright so I covered it up! But otherwise perfect for the job.
This fan cost more than I really wanted to spend but I am so glad that I did. I was swayed by the features offered and the sleek styling of the tower. Purchased as a replacement, I was impressed by the power of the cool air outflow and the quietness of the fan, even at full power, which is a big plus for its use in the bedroom. The timer functions are handy, especially the sleep mode which keeps the bedroom nice and cool so I can ‘drop off’ in comfort and the fan switches off automatically to save power. I would never go back to cheaper models and can heartily recommend this fan.
The light does go off during use but if you don’t have it turned on the temperature remains lit. This isn’t best for the bedroom. It is quite quiet though.
And it has a wee hook to hang the cord on when not in use so I’m less likely to break a prong off the plug.

When I received the product I noticed that the 4 base screws were missing, so I contacted the seller and they sent them to me the next day. That was very impressive and positive.

This is a great fan tower. Numerous modes and variable speed selection. More than that, the company are excellent. Case in point, during a house move I lost the remote. I asked if I could buy a new one and they sent me one for free within 48 hours – wow! Very much appreciated.
Lovely item in every way but don’t underestimate its size. It’s massive!! It’s just under 1metre tall and really wide. I returned it as I was under the impression by the listing photo that it was quite compact. I was wrong!!

Using this in my bedroom since it’s the hottest room in my house and since adding this in it’s a lot more cooler now and I can see how hot it is in my room as well since it shows the degrees on the screen.
I don’t like the fact that air only comes out of the front of the fan and not the back, I don’t like the fact it’s highly sensitive to water, and I think they should have an app for iPhone/android.
Sleep mode is convenient and the remote is pretty nifty. I think 70 is maybe slightly over but considering the aesthetic nature of the product which is nice and also the sleep mode it may be just, just right. Overall I would recommend as a solution for a couple years 🙂

I have to say that the customer service (well done Steph) has been excellent. Once I notified them of the fault, they sent a replacement and collected the faulty item the very next day. The new fan seems to be working fine. Based on the customer care, and that the new fan is working fine, I’ve given this 4 stars instead of the original 2 stars.

I had to return the fan due to an annoying vibrating sound at low speeds. If it wasn’t for this, I would have rated the item as a 4 star. It’s not bad for the money but the build quality is a little suspect. To be honest I wasn’t expecting much for 70.
I love this fan. It replaced an 18″ floor fan in the bedroom and in comparison, it’s much quieter and more effective. I’m a hot sleeper and this fan keeps the air moving around the room brilliantly.

Relatively quite and is ideal when cooling is required while sleeping. Timer ideal too to set to turn off when you know the temperature will have dropped (early morning). Good range of settings /fan speeds/ossolation etc.

A life saver in the heatwave earlier this summer. Really nice cool air without it being too loud or harsh on the skin/eyes when placed nearby. The night mode is definitely much quieter than the other tower fans we’ve used. Remote makes it easy to pop on and off during the night if needed (plus there’s a timer function).

Love the fact it comes with a remote control. I have it down stairs so as yet I’ve not had the sleep mode on it was very easy to assemble. The only thing I think is wrong with it is that the the stand that it sits on is a little flimsy. Would I buy one for the bedroom? The answer is yes
I love this fan. Very quiet in our living room. You literally cannot hear it when watching TV. We also only need it on the very lowest setting as that is more than powerful enough for us. Love the temperature display and the remote control too. What else can I say? It’s a bloody damn good fan and does what we bought it for. The service from the seller was also first class with very speedy delivery to us here in Northern Ireland. I would very highly recommend.

Nice looking a surprisingly strong. Have to get used to the noise a little. It’s not too loud, but maybe slightly more on low mode than I thought, but not excessively so..
OK so it’s “expensive” – 80 for a fan seems a bit steep when you can go to tesco’s and buy a small desk fan for what, 15? You’d be compeltely wrong thinking that is a good idea…
The fan has a fantastic power even on the lowest setting whilst still remaining very quiet. The fastest setting can be a bit loud but not sure what else you’d expect if you put a fan on it’s maximum setting.
The sleep feature is probably the best aspect of this – you can set between 1 and 12 hours using the buttons on the top of the fan or more favourably the controller itself. Once the timer is set you can leave the fan to do it’s business and the LED display turns off to let you sleep (if that’s your plan).
My only small quarel is that in standby mode (i.e. the fan is not actually on) the LED remains permanently on. This does mean if you only want the fan on for 4 hours whilst you sleep the very bright LED can disturb your sleep.
That being said – this doesn’t bother me or affect me in the slightest hence the 4* review.

This fan is a high quality build and the buttons and remote control are both self explanatory and work well.
My only quirk with this product so far is how the light stays on after the timer comes to an end and the fan stops. The light is very low in brightness but after dark once your eyes adjust to the light it does look quite bright.
Other than this slight thing I am very happy with my new fan and can’t wait for more warm weather to use it!
This is a great fan, quite but relatively strong. Good features only thing that is a shame is that there are no controls/blades or panels to give the ait vertical direction. Still would highly recommend

This is the first time I have bought a tower fan and would definitely buy more of these for other rooms in the house. This throws out a nice cool breeze over a wide area and is ideal for any room in the house. We had this on the lounge last night, which was a very hot night but it was nice a refreshing!
Although it’s not all that powerful, this does what it should with no faults. It looks nice as well as being fairly quiet.
Product arrived on time and was easy to assemble. Used in bedroom for the last two nights and has worked perfectly. Set to lowest level and timer to one hour. Sleep was a lot easier and the fan was very quiet on the lowest setting. Maybe a little noisy on the highest setting if you are a light sleeper, but should only need the first two settings . Overall very pleased .
I’m really pleased with this purchase. The fan blows a powerful stream of air, and isn’t too noisy either. We have it on throughout the night when it is really warm and it doesn’t keep us awake at all. Oscillations have a good range and frequency. I haven’t tried out the other modes yet as it has been so warm I’ve just wanted it on full blast all the time. The remote control is good – nice and small and light. It does sometimes need you to hold your arm in a different position to make sure the signal is received, but this is common for all remote controls. We’re very pleased with this fan and are considering getting a second!
Brilliant fan, lovely and quiet, had to stick a sticker over part of the display as it’s too bright at night when on standby.
As others have mentioned, there’s no real ‘sleep mode’ for the LCD, even when the fan isn’t on, like the buttons sometimes it’s on and sometimes it’s off, I wish I knew what exactly shuts it off. It’s pretty bright too so you might want to cover it up if you have it on while you sleep.
Positives – powerful fan, very quiet for it’s size, works really well and the remote control is very good.
Negatives – the display turns off when working, but doesn’t turn off when off (see the photo) so if the timer goes off at night the display turns on and permanently shows the temperature but it’s always on full brightness so unless you unplug it, it seems to stay bright all night which is very annoying.
Just what I needed, it has good range on each speed setting (low, medium, high). Low isn’t as quiet as I imagined, but shouldn’t be troublesome to sleep with for most. If I were to compare low+sleep mode noise levels to anything, it would be similar to a PC fan running on a high setting.
Remote control requires a heavy press of each button, I prefer just using the controls on the top of the fan.
Very easy to assemble, took less than 2 minutes, and works straight away.

CONS:
I’m afraid the fans features are a bit pointless…
1. The ‘nature’ setting just speeds the fan up and slows it down in a pattern in an attempt to imitate wind. It is not random like wind. Its frankly quite annoying.
2. The child mode just simply doesnt work. It’s supposed to slowly wind down the fan to a stop after a couple of hours. Nope. I put mine on child mode and woke up in the morning to it blasting.
3. Same with the timer setting. I put my timer on for 3 hours. And I woke up in the morning to it still on.
4. The LED is a great touch, but as long as you have the fan turned ON, the light will go OFF. If you turn the fan OFF, the light stays ON. Absolutely backwards. So if you wake up and feel cool enough, dont bother turning off the fan with the remote as you’ll be blinded by the LED which now wont turn off. You’ll have to get up out of bed and turn it off by the wall, which makes the remote pointless. It’s also a very loud BLEEP every time you press a button. I’ve found a workaround to this by putting a face mask over the LED display. But that annoys me as I really shouldnt have to do that.
PROS
1. It cools you down sufficiently
2. It is a nice flow of wind, as it does not use the conventional large fan but rather a turbine type of fan.
3. Very convenient handle and wire holder
4. I like how the controls on the top are touch screen
I think in this case the cons outweigh the pros and the pros are essentially what I would expect in a fan, the biggest con is the LED when I’m trying to sleep.
All in all. Very good fan. I’d say it’s worth the money, but I’ll have to see how long it lasts
The fan is a good size, was easy to assemble and not too loud which is great for night time. Very handy that there’s a remote aswell! Great value for money.
slightly complicated to assemble but once it was it is far better any fan i have had before (all rotary blade) It’s easy to operate and very efficient cooling, even on low setting. the noise is far less than my previous fan. It is also far less intrusive. Good value and i have no problem highly recommending this product.
Good quality fan. It has a nice clear display with a good amount of settings. Not the quietest but no louder than expected – appropriate for use in the bedroom without disturbing sleep. The only issue is that it has an LED display that shows the temperature of the room. This is interesting to see and when the fan is on and running, the display goes dark after a few minutes. However, if it is plugged in but switched off, the display stays on continuously. This is a little annoying and I’ve had to put a dulling sticker over it so it does not light up the room at night. Could keep it unplugged but then I’d have to get up in the night to plug it in if I wanted to use it which would defeat the object of getting a fan with a remote control!
Bought this for a friend. I bought a similar type of fan for myself last year – but this one was not only cheaper, but better! I think that’s quite nice, but shows that I maybe caring – but I’m not specially careful!

Really pleased with how good this is. It was easy to assemble, and looks great. The display is really useful and the touch buttons at the top make it feel like a quality product. The best thing for me is that it is a lot more quite than I expected. I have a different make tower fan and it’s super noisy and irritating, this on the other hand is great so I can leave it on at night.
Bought this fan for the lounge, watching TV of an evening we wanted something that wasn’t overly loud, did a bit of research trying to find a fan that looked nice enough to keep in the corner and does the job. This fan does that, it’s very very quiet (to my ears) this would certainly be sleep through-able! Also we don’t need the TV volume on high either which is a bonus.
Overall, recommended. Albeit it’s already gone up in price since I bought it… Supply and demand eh!

I absolutely love this fan and with this weather would be lost without it. Its also quiet so i can hear my tv without any problems. The range is fabulous as you dont need it too close and still get a lovely cool feeling from it. I recommend it 100%.
This fan is exceptional value for money. I assembled it in minutes and the Instruction Manual was easy to follow. The remote control came with battery and has a store on the fan so it won’t get lost!
It has different settings which adjust the fan settings automatically. You can choose between 3 different fan speeds. I love the LED display. The design it great and looks good in our lounge. It is easily portable so we can take it to the bedroom for night time use – the Sleep Mode.

Great value for money, doesnt wobble like most tower fans very sturdy. Gives out a nice cool breeze and very quiet while it rotates unlike most fans. I cannot say how much I loved this enough I am going through early menopause and it helped me so much to not sweat too much last night in my bed did so easy to assemble up to love the settings love the remote control to 2 it is quiet but there is a bit of a noise but you’ll soon get used to it absolutely loved this and would love to buy more of them different room so I don’t have to keep putting it in in the room that I need it in at the time defo get more

Last summer was unbearable. I couldn’t cope with the heat and only had an old fashioned bladed fan. I have an air purifier from the same company and that is great. So although it’s not hot yet I did assemble it and turned it on. So much better than old fan.

Love this fan, it’s the quietist fan I’ve ever had. When it’s on the lowest setting, I can barely hear it. It is also very cooling and very powerful, I have it facing away from the bed into the room. There is a large bright light giving the temp of room on the front but this goes off after 3 minutes when the fan is switched on, so no bright light illuminating the room. If I have to say one negative is that the remote isn’t very powerful, it won’t work when I’m in bed so I have to get up to switch on or off but I’m used to that now so it isn’t a problem.

Nice controls and remote works well.
Display goes off after 3 mins so handy for night time when setting and 8 hour timer.
However, if you set it for say 3 hours, after the 3 hours it will stop and then display the temperature, which you cannot turn off.
Oscillates a little slow but that’s not a major problem.
Very happy with it! Good oscillating, works quietly, nice blowing (which at first I thought won’t be enough but after a while it felt gentle and just right). It is what I wanted.
What else can you say other than it does what it is meant to do. Cool us down in this heat. Easy to carry up and down stairs, settings okay, bit noisy but better to be with than without!
Thus is truly a wonderful cooling tool. I’ve always brought a ” propeller” type fan, and been a bit wary of these tower fan units. Well I shouldn’t have worried, its so easy to use with the remote as well. It got 7 yes 7 settings. I can’t praise it enough, and would recommend buying to anyone. So pleased I got this, trouble is now my wife wants one. LOL.

I knew we needed a fan due to the hot weather coming up – in my mind I had already decided on a traditional pedestal fan, like I’ve bought in the past. But when this fan came up as an option in the search results, I could hardly resist.
It takes up hardly any space (and space around here is limited!), is easy to use, is easy to set up, is easy on the eye, has a good solid construction… highly recommended!
There was a slight issue which was solved by customer services without them batting an eyelid… and in super quick time as well – it’s easy to sell products online, but what separates out the jokers from the real deals is how they respond to things not going smoothly, and PureMate did superbly!
In correspondence they said to me that they’re a young brand – with great products and great customer service, I am sure they will do well and will be around for a long time (and I already have my eye on one of their air fryers!)

This fan has an electric timer, makes virtually no noise. Rotates noiselessly, has multiple functions and is just generally really worth it. Has cooled the bedroom down from 26 to 21!
Also has a remote that does all of the different functions.
Very happy with this purchase – when I first turned it on it read the room as being 33 degrees, and after 15 mins of operation it’s down to 29 and feeling more comfortable! It has a good range of modes, is easy to assemble and use, and is quiet enough to use while sleeping.
