33 Degrees today September heatwave, normally our room would hit at least 28 and be very stuffy and hot, yet ibn the room its 24 but feels a lot cooler, dog is chilled, no panting, brilliant fan, would buy another.
This works so well that it’s easy to get sick if you leave it overnight for a few days. The air doesn’t become hot after a long use. Glad I didn’t splurge on a Dyso
I had an issue with the function of my fan after about a month of it working fine. On contacting customer services the issue was resolved and a replacement device sent out, all within 4 days. I was very impressed with the speed, friendliness and efficiency of the team.
The customer service I received have exceeded my expectations, great communication and quick in solving issues. I find the fan to be slightly wobbly and the “Aroma function” doesn’t work but overhaul not a bad fan.
I love this fan it is quiet and you can add a sent to it to help you sleep or freshen up a room, I love that you can turn off the display when it is on, but as soon as it turns off the display is there loud and proud I wish you could turn it off without having to unplug it. The only way i found of doing this was to use a smart Hey plug and use that timer instead and have the whole unit turn off.
Bought two of these, black one for the living room, and white one for the bedroom…
Really like, the only bugbear is you can turn the LEDs off when running, (wife complains that cannot get to sleep), but once you put it to standby, the LEDs come back on… Guess need to know that power is on, but a little bit of an issue (if turn of by remote), then need to unplug from power to get LED display off… Would be better if in standby with display turned off, just if one LED remains on (good that display includes temperature)…
Excellent fan but the reason I went for this one was the fact that you could put essential oil in the draw and have a beautiful smelling room, errr no it doesn’t work at all not even slightly, apart from that it doesn’t what it says in the description.
Very pleased with this fan. Very sleek looking and blasts out the cold air – which was a blessing when there is a heat wave. Night and light, so easy to move around and long lead. Remote is handy.
Pros – Keeps you cool
Cons- LED panel cannot be turned off when the fan is off.
Aroma feature is pretty much a gimmick.
It doesn’t remember the previous settings after it is turned off and on again.
This fan works fine, it’s a bit loud but the worst thing about it is the bright light/display can only be turned off if the fan is on otherwise the bright blue light stops you from sleeping, so no good for bedroom use.
Nice tall slim , fits in a corner well , although it took me awhile to put the base on, as the plastic is thin and did not won’t to break it .
This is a superb tower fan that I have heavily relied on since getting it a month ago. It’s main useful features are the sleep timer and the negative ionic air function, the ability to clean the room’s air with aroma oils is a lovely touch.
The different speeds are useful but the highest setting can be very loud. What is excellent is the “breeze mode” where you get a short gust of wind every few seconds to emulate a natural breeze through the window. This is fantastic to not get too comfortable in the cool air, and just feels more natural
All in all, exceptionally pleased and have ordered a second one already for the home
