Bit heavy but worth it for energy saved by not hand pumping
This pump is great, the pice was amazing. Came with enough charge to inflate and deflate 2 boards. Pump is exactly as described.
If I could make 1 constructive criticism, it would be better if the 12v charger was either detachable or had a place to stow it,
Apart from that, I am very pleased.
Love love love this pump, inflates/deflates in minutes while I sit and watch. Wish I’d have bought it 2 years ago.
Love this only reason for 4 stars instead of 5…..the wire for 12v power needs a compartment to go into
Strong little pump that seems to go on for ever. Had delivery of an inflatable canoe and paddle board so bought this in prep. It blew up the canoe to 12 psi twice and deflated once. then onto the kayak, up to 15 psi no problem. Man this is a game changer. would of been 10-15 mins of hard work to do similar then have enough energy to carry and paddle. Would recommend. What I do not like is the hose is very rigid and manipulating the pump into a place where the hose sits right is a pain. No carry bag which is a big minus. Why one is not provided is a mystery as you will need a bag to get it to the beach. I’ve used a small cycle rucksack but moot point. Instruction manual pretty flimsy, a hard laminated card would of been better. After use i put it on charge and it quickly went to 3 of 4 bars but then took at least 5-6 hours to get to the final 4 bars, id gone to bed by then so seems to take a while to fully charge if you have used it a lot.
Bought for my partner
Obviously great as an inflated but really impressed with the spread it deflates the paddle board down to nothing
Little load when inflating but nothing that isn’t expected
Would recommend
Used this a few times now and wish I’d have bought 1 sooner. I’m normally shattered before getting out on the water on my sup but this has made my life much easier. Pumps up our 2 boards effortlessly and deflates both on 1 charge and could probably do more.
Only downside is the noise and takes a bit of time but we use that time to get everything ready. Would definitely recommend especially for the price I paid.
Bought this pump as a gift for my wife, who being petite struggles to pump up her SUP using a manual pump, especially the last few PSI. The built in battery allows this pump to literally be used anywhere. The battery capacity is great, so far it’s pumped up 4 10ft SUPs, to 18PSI and is still showing half battery remains. It is also pretty quick, it’s at least as fast as me using a manual dual mode pump. Very impressed. Yes the pump is very noisy, especially in the high pressure phase, buy we can live with that for the convenience. The pump also shipped with a good quality dry bag too.
Bought this when there was no reviews so was a bit sceptical. Has the same form factor as many other pumps but the built in battery is amazing! I can inflate and deflate a 10ft and 12ft board on one charge twice!
This is an amazin bit of kit inflated my sup my friends and a third board with plenty of power left deff does what it says it ca
Exceeded expectations, really good SUP pump, purchased to take abroad in hand luggage, inflated 10″6 SUP in 10 minutes using a fraction of battery. Dual action, so uses a quiet blower for initial inflation then to achieve configured psi a compresser finishes off the job! The only negative is the car cigarette lighter lead which is a permanent fixture and cannot be disconnected which is a mild issue when you travel with this and don’t intend to use this connecto
Very sturdy piece of kit. Glad i went for the rechargeable version. Is portable and can be taken onto the beach and used without needing a connection. Great job!
A slight negative is the car charger that hangs out the back. I am tempted to cut it off and just use the USB port but it may come in useful so I’ve taped it up, which looks messy.
A little loud once it hits pressure point, but took about 7-8 mins to pressurise a 15psi board. Its very sturdy and has the ability to deflate which sucks all the air out and vacuum seals it the paddle board. Comes with a variety of nozzle heads so I was able to pump up a friends kayak too.
Good pump, easy to use, seems sturdy enough, better if a little lower in cost.
Great product, saves a lot of time and energy, also love the portability, saves trailing wires all over the place
I’m really impressed with how quickly this pumped up my SUP, never wanted to leave my car engine running so this is ideal, and it means I can take it on my bicycle trailer too.
Paddleboard made even easier and not using my petrol to run the old version makes this even better. Great upgrade easy and quick to use.
The unit was still fully charged after inflating 3 boards. Good quality and simple to use. Wish I’d bought one ages ago! Makes the whole paddle experience a delight, now I don’t have to hand pump. Although, when I have 4 boards to do for SupYoga classes, I hand pump each one to 8psi then the machine does the rest, just to prevent overheating
It was easy to use but I already had the original pump. Makes life easier in places where we can’t take the car to blow our SUP
It does look a bit cheap, but it works well so far. Weight was 2.2Kg with hose, not 2.9Kg as listed. (Maybe that includes the dry bag etc and box)
It had 2 solid and one flashing battery light when I first charged after unboxing.
I then deflated both of my SUP’s and pumped them up on the internal battery:
STX Freeride 10’6 x 32″ 260L = 9m09s @ 15 PSI
Loco Air Motion 14′ x 29″ 325L = 10m24s @ 15 PSI / 13m07s @ 18 PSI
This was really pleasantly surprising!
The pump took 1m and 1m10s respectively to switch from high volume to high pressure pumps (2 stage) when they reached 1 PSI >
Annoyingly the STX valve twisted back open and I lost some air the first time, so had to pump it again back from 8 PSI up to 15 PSI, and I initially sucked the air out of the STX, but after all the sucking and pumping (I did wait 10mins between SUP’s due to the extra pumping on the STX) I was surprised to see 3 of the 4 battery LED’s still lit up.
Some other brand pumps have thermal cut out protection, and the listing here doesn’t mention it, but the manual does say it will cut out if it overheats @ 100C which was another pleasant surprise.
There was a 40 off voucher on the listing making it only 85 which is almost the same as the versions without an internal battery, so this really is a good deal in comparison if your looking for a cheap portable battery SUP pump, even at 125 I would recommend it.
I also see there’s much more venting grills on this model, it did get warm but was fine, and they recommend leaving it to cool after 20mins of pumping (enough time for two SUP’s though)
It is a bit noisy on the high pressure pump, but to be expected, although it was quieter than my old blue Sevylor SUP pump, which was cheap with poor quality leaky connections.
So overall I’m very happy with it, I just hope it lasts well, and I think a key to that is never to let them overheat and damage the piston seals.
