Seems a good product and very good delivery experience. However only had it a couple of days so too soon to comment on effectiveness.
Compact and efficient – a good size for a small family – generic versions were cheaper from other sellers but the 5 years warranty from Russell Hobs was the deal maker. Would recommend.
I bought this Russell Hobbs chest freezer for extra capacity. I needed a product which would be suitable for use in the house but not in a kitchen. The product is black and looks like a piece of furniture. I have it in the hall and it is quiet and looks good. Good size, easily accessible. A perfect buy.
The product fits nicely in the space I made in my workshop. No noise. A nice bit of kit.
Great freezer just the size we wanted and surprisingly light weight and portable.
This freezer fits conveniently into a small space in my garage, makes virtually no noise and seems to do it’s job well.
Only had this product for a few weeks so unable to comment on long term performance, hence 4 rather than 5 stars. However at presnt I am very pleased with my purchase. This 99 litre capacity black freezer is small, neat and quiet to run. The free extended guarantee when you register the product is excellent – making it even better value for money. It had good ratings, beaten only in some reviews by a different make with a shorter guarantee – hence chose Russell Hobbs
There was one slight scratch on the metal top and scuff marks on the plastic edging – again on the top – when it was delivered but not worth contacting the company about.
Looks good in my garage, and capacity just right for me, though less than you would expect from external dimensions. I’m very pleased with it.
We use it quite a lot. Had no problem so far.

First of all, the freezer arrived a full TWO WEEKS prior to the estimated delivery date (Covid 19 lockdown) so that was a pleasant surprise. It arrived well packaged and in immaculate condition (no assembly at all), and very quickly chilled down to operating temperature in just a couple of hours. It is stylish, very quiet and surprisingly spacious for its size.

Excellent product in all respects. Delivered ahead of time with excellent communication.
First class from start to finish ordering was very straight forward. The only problem we had it was supposed to be delivered on certain date only to get a text saying it had been sent to the wrong warehouse.
Which meant had to wait another 5 days not much of a problem just glad I didn’t order a Meat hamper to start to fill it up. All in all a successful out come.

Marvellous freezer. I hauled it from the corridor to the room in which it was to be placed easily by using a bath mat on the tiled floor.
Very roomy, is silent, great value for money and works well.

I bought mine for 109 here on Amazon in Oct 2017. Good deal. It’s been trouble free, touch wood. I doubt if I’d have paid 300+ for it though, that seems quite a jump.

I bought this for extra freezer space in my garage. It arrived the day after I ordered it and I am very pleased with it. It is compact but I can get loads of food in it. I run it on the recommended setting which is not as high as it will go but everything is frozen solid when I take it out.
I’ve only had it for 2 months, but so far everything is in order. The storage space is what I expected: small freezer = small amount of storage. I assume the energy efficiency is what it advertises itself to be. I’m pleased with it.

Excellent storage capacity, tucks in nicely into small spaces and the energy rating is briiant, uses a lot less electricity.
This is fabulous, I am must so pleased with it. It’s super quiet, super efficient, a good layout internally and a thrill to find it in black as it lives in my shed. I took out the extended warranty of 2 years which is a great deal. I also like that is has a drain/plug for defrosting as many don’t.
I would buy Russell Hobbs again for sure. Oh and it arrived very quickly !

This chest freezer is perfect in size, it’s neat and in black it blends in perfectly. It freezes well and runs quietly. Not heavy or awkward to push into position. I would recommend this product.
Small freezer which was what I wanted, does the job with a fantastic warranty. Storage restricted on one side due to motor fitted there and lead supplied is ridiculously short but on the whole a good little freezer.

This chest freezer is absolutely perfect for our needs and as keen allotment workers we have lots of produce that needs to be frozen until used. Plenty of space for us. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs backup storage.
The freezer is great, sadly let down by deliveries. It was returned to supplier due to damage, twice. We ordered from a competitor who did a price match, that was delivered issue free.

It’s a chest freezer, black, located in spare room and serves purpose. Almost silent running.
Good and freezes (so does its job) it’s quiet and roomy. Loses a star for frosting up quite quickly and fact that first one delivered was faulty (easy to sort out in end, after a little pushing)
My last freezer (norfrost) lasted over 12 years before packing up,so hopefully this one lasts a while. Chose this as well known brand,and looks good in black.
This has been a massive help over the festive period. I have kept well stocked and I can now do bulk cooking and freeze plenty for the future. It also helps to keep the dog food stocked up too. It is a great size for a single person or a small family.

Love it, sits in my garage and is nearly full, its quiet, simple-packed to make it simple to unpack, its not a fancy one, you have to manually defrost it, but thats reflected in the price!

Looks good and is very practical. Deep inside and more spacious then it looks.
Freezer does what it says, when you first start it up it’s a bit noisy getting down to temperature but once there it is very quiet. Opening it up it doesn’t look particularly cold, but food freezes well and quickly.
pleased with the freezer but one of the covers on the hinges keeps coming off. Unsure if this is a design fault or a faulty clip
Had to send the first one back, due to the lid being damaged, dealt with over the phone professionally, although had to wait another week for the replacement to be delivered, which works absolutely perfect. Very quiet, and very efficient!
