Fridge arrived undamaged, though the packaging had taken a dent in one corner. The courier kindly delivered it into the house.
The fridge operates as quietly as one might expect, given that it has a small motor in order to function.
I chose a black model, which looks very smart. It is exactly as advertised and I am very pleased with it.

Really pleased with the design and proportions of this fridge, which I bought as a back up for my kitchen fridge/freezer. It is suitable to use in a shed or garage. It was the best I could buy for the money I had available. It came with a 50 voucher for Virgin wines as a thank you for buying it. I was really thrilled to have this bonus but sadly lost it, still looking for it. I would have liked a automatic defrosting fridge but would have had to pay a lot more for one of these. I decided to buy this freezer, since I have a small fridge with just a tiny freezer box. I think the size of this freezer is ideal for a house with 1-2 people. Not so sure if it is for a family. What I like most is that it almost doesn’t make any noise. I live on a studio flat, I am a light sleeper, and I never hear it or bother me when I sleep. I have it for a month now, so I am not so sure how long it will last, but I hope for long… Packaging and delivery was great too.
Compact freezer perfect for small spaces. The 3 drawers are all quite deep so you can pack quite a bit in and it is very quiet too.

Previously bought a Russel Hobbs chest freezer to replace a trusty 40 year old freezer and although very pleased with it, lack of capacity was sometimes a problem. I have installed this freezer in my garage and I can now keep a back-up stock.

The company who supplied the freezer rang to arrange a delivery slot. The driver who delivered was very pleasant and helpful and contact less. The freezer has 3 deep see through drawers and is very neat and compact. It comes with a little metal key that is used to adjust the temperature setting from 1-4.

Handy as a secondary freezer when you have been locked away due to an apocalyptic virus.
Quiet in use, works well like the clear see through drawers helps to check what is actually in the freezer.( My old one had opaque drawers)
I have had frsszer woirking for a few weeks now, I have placed an analogue thermometer and the setting is as I would expect it to be.
I’ve had it up and running for a couple of months or more since I got it and put my trusty old fridge/freezer thermometer in the front of the middle drawer and it has displayed 20degC (which is what I set it at, I set the pointer to indicate 2-and-a-half on the dial which ranges from 1 to 4, my freezer arrived delivered already pre-positioned at 2 which is probably standard for testing at manufacture production quality control and likely is adequate for the usual 18 deg C freezer temperature) every time I open the door to access the contents.
After unpacking and before switching on,I changed the door opening direction to suit where the freezer was to be put in my house so the door hinges on the left instead of the right hand side, and there were adequate instructions how to do so, only needing a screwdriver and a small spanner. I also did a bit of minor adjusting of the feet to suit the slight floor unevenness, again simple to do.
Comes with fairly clear instruction, a small ice cube tray, a temp. dial key, and a plastic scraper tool thing for aiding defrosting (which I can’t comment about since I’ve not defrosted it yet). n.b. it’s a manual defrost not automatic.
The only niggles I have are
(a) the little plastic key for setting the temperature dial which is small, shaped at one end to fit a small slot in the dial (like a coin, I’d say a 2 pence piece size). While it makes it hard to inadvertently adjust the dial setting, which I guess won’t usually need adjusting very often in most cases, it’s the sort of thing that’ll get easily mislaid/lost in the passage of time, though if lost/mislaid a coin would easily suffice in its place.
(b) the drawer handle “indentations”/moulding makes for nice large oversize drawer handles even for my own large hands but could easily be half the size they are which would make more storage space inside the drawer and a bit better useable volume for fitting boxes/cartons/containers, especially since the indents for the handles are at the bottom of the drawers. But I suspect you’ll feel I’m being somewhat over-analytical about such small issues.
Despite all that, it is as I titled this review, it’s generally nice and simple.

I am housebound and live on my own so I like to ensure that I have plenty of food supplies in – because of that I wanted an extra freezer to keep in my garage. I ordered the Russell Hobbs under counter black freezer which looks really good in my kitchen it arrived last week, I was so excited I went freezer shopping to fill it up. I did have a big chest freezer but now that the children have left home I decided to downsize and am very pleased with my purchase.
The delivery guys were so friendly and helpful even took away the cardboard and plastic wrapping.

Although I only received this freezer today I am pleased with it. It looks good, has lots of space and was easy to set up. Time will tell whether or not it is a reliable piece of equipment. However, I was particularly pleased with the efficient delivery. I arranged a date for delivery that was convenient for me and, on the day of delivery, I received an email from the seller telling me the estimated time of delivery. Thereafter I could access the delivery web site and see exactly where the delivery van was. On arrival the delivery driver quickly unloaded the freezer and took off the packaging taking it away with him. All in all a pleasant experience and I would certainly do business with this company again.

Despite damage to the first one delivered, Amazon were brilliant in getting things sorted for me. Damaged one returned and new one in good condition arrived within days of each other. This is a handy overspill freezer from my main fridge freezer. Good power rating, cooled down quickly. For this money I would recommend.

Fits perfectly into the smallish space I have next to my kitchen table. Only had it a week so cannot really comment on reliability but fingers crossed it will perform as well as my other RH products. My only gripe would be that I would have preferred the bottom drawer hand hold to have been on the top instead of the bottom.
Delivery was very well handled as I got to pick my delivery date, was informed of the slot allocated and had a call advising me they were approximately 30 minutes away. I live in a top floor flat, 50 stairs without a lift, and the two delivery lads were great as they unpacked the freezer, checked for damage and took all the packaging away. Perfect size for me, love the space and the fact that it’s extremely quiet.
In the inside, it is very spacious and you can put a lot of stuff in the three drawers. I can finally go to Iceland and buy enough stuff for more than a day of eating as I have a small fridge with only one rack of a freezer on top.
I really recommend this for its quality, its design, its silent way of working and also it’s A+ so it is a very efficient energy wise.
Ordered this as a much needed freezer space to keep some stuff while going on holidays. The “machine” itself works perfectly and its a must. Very powerful, small but with loads of space! Actually more than what i expected. The only “IF” come in regarding the delivery of this item. I have ordered this and for over a week i had no news or way to track the item. Only when i called for the third time they manage to tell me that it was lost in transit. So they had to send another one that arrived just in time before i go on holidays. Other than that, i strongly recommend this item.! Makes ice in less than 1 hour!

Very pleased with the quality of the freezer. Fits perfectly into the space allocated and I feel that it it good value for money.
My only criticism is the Carrier didn’t have a trolley, so he had to carry it along a corridor to the lift to my flat. I unpacked it & found a small dent on one side, but doesn’t show when it’s in place.
