Perfect for light duty mixing but would recomend something stronger for plasterboard adhesive as it struggled to mix thoroughly
Almost as much power as I’d like, but it does what I need it to and, for a diy-er, is good value to money imo.
Mixes paint like a dream and plaster well enough.
Excellent quality product well made adjustable speed control is excellent does the job
Works well for small batches of mortar. But really struggles with anything that’s more like concrete. I had to resort to a shovel and wheelbarrow because it was slowing to the point where I feared it would burn out.
But otherwise it’s been great for sand and cement mixing. Saves a lot of time. Great value for money in my opinion.
Drills good ,the whisk is useless It lasted on half a mix of bucket of bonding, the blade snapped of the whisk, now I’ve to buy a bigger dearer whisk, the one with this drill is useless
I bought this as I had to plaster three largish walls. It made life much easier. My next job was laying some self-levelling concrete. I had 11 *20 kg bags and needed to be getting a wiggle on to stick to the demanding pace. The mixer ensured that I just about kept up with the required pace.
This tool is amazing for ease of assembly and so easy to use for me being an OAP..
Just tip your mix in a big bucket and in less than 2 minutes it’s ready mixed with hardly any effort. Well recommended tool. My tip.
After mixing, emerse tool in a bucket of water and switch on for a short burst and tool is as clean as new. Don’t forget your RCB. Highly recommended and good price. 5****

Needed to mix up several batches of lime mortar for a wall I was repairing, hand mixing was slowing me down so bought one of these. It works very well, and much cheaper and easier to store that a free standing mixer. Happy with my purchase.
Well worth buying, I’m a general builder and have found this a real handy tool, comfortable to use and easy to adjust through the speed settings
So much easier than hand mixing.
An improvement would have been a universal connector should I ever need a new whisk and not be able to source an identical replacement. Given that I have never heard of the make that would be highly likely. Not disappointed though

I have used this to mix cement and concrete – provided it is used correctly it copes with this easily – if you try and mix a dry composition or plunge it straight into the mix then the motor will try and stall however, starting slowly it works perfectly well.
I wanted a hand mixer specifically for cement, both sharp and soft sand. Am so glad opted for this 2100W machine as it has now power issues; hence feel 1200W by other makes may be lacking when mixing cement. I used slowest speed for this and very pleased. Very comfortable to hold and operate. Cord about 2m. Make sure you either lay down or make a stand for it. Comes in a smaller box than expected, but all the three parts inside are easy to assemble.

bought for mixing batches of mortar and overall performed excellently. however larger amounts do slow down the motor a little causing worry about burning it out. having said that after using this every day for over a week with no problems, i am very happy with it. It does the job really well time after time and although there is a little slowdown occasionally when mixing it just keeps going. ( the mix was between 6 to 10 litres of mortar a time)
Love this so easy to use ,mixed 40 square metres of mortar to date with it .
Works fine but the paddle needs to be 20cm longe
For anyone who is still mixing by hand this is the way forward. I have been using this mixer for a month laying paving stones . A lot of concrete and I am going to plaster later this month Godsend.
Absolutely the Bees Knees. On lowest setting it churns the plaster into a perfect ‘creamy’ paste, perfect for laying on.
Only used once so far but done the job well.

This is a great piece of equipment. I’ve just started a decking project and would usually mix the post concrete by hand. I mixed a 4 part aggregate mix and the mixer handled it with ease. Also, easy to control the speed when mixing. I would highly recommend if you want to save yourself a lot of time and effort.The mixer is robust and easy to use. I would certainly recommend it.
Got big jobs coming and I just need one of these. I was usually using the drill but this is so much better and easier to use. The mixer bit is much bigger and it mix better. It’s designed just for mixing and it doing great job. The buttons and the speed control are located well as well. Good vuy
Good mixer for home use! I purchased it for small projects around the house was always using a drill or other tool not design to do the job of mixing cement. It was always like a quarter of a bucket at the time not with this mixer it handles the job almost full bucket with no issues even with a more dry cement like the one would use for pointing around the bricks. It works very well obviously u have to mix and add water or cement as u go but I am very pleased with this tool so far would recommend it to any construction u wanna do. The High and low gears allow you to set different speeds according to the stickiness of different materials. With a continuously variable mechanism, it has a regulator switch and knob switch to control motor speed.

Used this for the first time this weekend for a home project I’m working on (creating an outdoor play area for the kids). I have all the tools and the cement but needed a cement mixer which I thought would be very expensive but thankfully I found this one on Amazon which is definitely a lot cheaper than I thought! Really easy to assemble and has a good weight to it. Superb at mixing the cement and can’t fault it. Really pleased, especially at the price.
Got this one, came compact packed, easy to put together and very powerful.
Top handle made very user friendly easy to hold and manoeuvre. On righ hand side it has switch which well designed and positioned, it will rotate only when button pushed on, once hand removed it stops. Great as safety feature so for any reason it slipped from hands it stops automatically.
On left hand side it has speed adjuster, speed can me moved from 1 to 6, always ideal start slow and increase speed depending what material mixed ata a time.
Total length around 80-90 cm ideal hight to hold the unit while operational .
Overall great heavy duty use mixer, handles the jobs without any issue.

I have been flagging my patio and it was perfect to mix sand and cement.
