I had an issue with this unit which the seller was adamant to resolve and they did, they made up for the way the product initially performed with their excellent after service and overall I’m very satisfied with the service I received from this seller.

I originally got this for my boyfriend for Christmas. I have been using it possibly as much as he has, and we both love it! It works on so many spots.
i have a bad back and have had a few procedures on it – this is a fantastic massager – the heat is fantastic on it too! all i would say is, if you are trying to get it to massage the lower back, turn it upside down! it works so much better!!

This is a must have for pain management. I work as a Massage Therapist and we have a tree removal business. We have tried different massage gadgets including the massage gun but most are not powerful enough or not self sufficient. This one is portable and STRONG! We are both super impressed by it’s power. You can sit it in a chair and enjoy your morning coffee. It has two balls in each of the 4 corners (8 balls total). The balls circulate in both directions, kneading the muscles. You can move it to different sections of your back, top, middle or lower. It’s deep tissue. If you need lighter you could position it to not hold your body weight. There is an option to have it normal or heated. I could feel a difference the next day, some spots were soar in a good way. This is a life changing massage tool for people in active lifestyle work or/and play. We tried it on the calf which worked best by putting the massage pillow on ottoman, laying one leg on it and crossing the other leg over for weight support (crossing legs at the ankles *see pic).
I always have a back pain at the end of the day, and I’m using this massager everyday, it’s amazing. My pain has improved a lot. Easy to use, great variety of mode and heat. Perfect size for my back.
It’s powerful and you will need to just about touch it until you find the right pressure that works for you.
Don’t lean on it and turn it on, otherwise it will hurt.
The heat setting is an added bonus.
The round motion with 4 independent areas is a great idea for the back, so you can massage your muscle and avoid the bones in your spine.
The cable is a bit short, so unless you have a socket next to the sofa, you’ll need an extension lead.
The material is very strong and the handle makes it easy to grip it.
I ordered many massagers to try out — two shoulder versions, two pillow massagers, one in-chair massager and this Keenray.
hands down the Keenray gives the most bang for the buck ! it’s best for the back (raising up and down to target different areas), but also really good for calves, IT bands, stomach, quads, glutes, feet, arms, etc.
also a friend of mine came over and tried some of the massagers when I had them. he ended up buying one of these Keenray massagers too.
I like the size and the heat is a plus, also feels nice on my lower back. Easy to carry around I wish it was rechargeable.
Dislike the electric cord it came with. it’s very thin and like others messagers I have purchased, it usually burns out and I’m left without a plug. I really hope that won’t be the case.
Other than that it’s a nice messager!
Update bought June 9th 2021 today is August 2,2021 and it no longer works the mesh poped off the sem, exposing the message knobs.
This is a really nice massager pillow with heat which can be use in several ways. I mostly have been using this on my lower back while i’m working and have to sit in my office chair. It’s really nice setup that gives your both heat and deep tissue massage. You just plug it in and set it where you want and you are all set. It’s also great if you are use to being on your feet all day this does a great job at working those sore feet muscles. So far it’s been a really great massager for the price and if you are stuck at home in an office chair this is a great treat for the price.
The balls do glow and get slightly warm, but they don’t get too hot at all.
The device is covered in a cloth, cushion cover like material and has a carry handle for easy transportation. It would be perfect for an office environment.
It isn’t perfect and there are a few things that could be improved. For a start, the power lead could do with being longer! Also, an option to slow down the rate in which the balls move would be a great addition. At the moment, it’s full speed or full speed with warmth and there’s no inbetween.
Overall, I’d recommend this device if you struggle with back/neck pain and feel like you would benefit from a deeper massage.
This is a really well made large heat massager. It is super simple to get going. It provides a nice deep relaxing massage. The best way to use is to put on a chair and sit against it. The heated elements is an excellent addition and works really well.

This device, although I’ve only used it a few times, seems to be helping relieve pain a lot. It has strapped onto my office hair and feels like a very strong massage, and the oscillations rotate to give variation.
It is helping to free up the tissue in my lower back so when I stand up I don’t feel as if I can’t stand up straight without some resistance and pain.
I really like this. I’m only using it in short bursts of 10 to 20 minutes and it definitely is helping, 5 stars

You get a square massage ‘cushion’ with a carrying handle on top and a transformer plug which fits into the fitting protruding from the massager. To use the massager it’s simplicity itself and easy for anyone to use, no matter the age. There’s no fancy settings to faff with, you just switch it on by pressing the bottom corner of the unit which activates the massage balls with no heating, press again for a massage with heat, and hold and press the button to turn off – it really is as simple as that!
So yo7 ask, as it’s so simple is it effective? My answer is a resounding yes. I’m using it for my back in my office chair, so the velcro strap attached to the unit is ideal for positioning the unit on my chair and keeping it in place. I use it in three positions, at the base of my back, then move it up for my mid back, then up again for the top of my shoulders and neck.
With Shiatsu type massagers before I’ve sometimes felt the balls are really uncomfortable and not helpful at all, but not so with this one, I found them just therapeutic. I honestly think this is life saver.
I suffer from neckpain very often and legs pain too so it will be in use for sure.You can feel the difference from the very first use.
First impressions are that it looks expensive, well made, and nicely finished. The size is smaller than I was expecting which means that it’s very easy to move around from room to room and to use on the sofa or on an office chair. The size is like a regular sofa cushion, and quite flat.
The massaging action is very powerful and really kneads deep into my back muscles. I really enjoy the subtle heat and this is so relaxing after a long day. The massaging balls cover a larger area than most back massagers that I’ve tried so it gives a really good massage to my whole back.
Pros:
– The size is good, big enough to cover shoulders or whole lower back. Can also do both calves at the same time.
– The pressure is very strong so it’s like a deep tissue massage.
– It’s easy to use and portable so you can can switch from lower back, to middle of your back, to shoulders, etc.
– Nice way to get a good 15 minute (or longer) massage right at home
Cons
– While the strong pressure is good in some ways, if you are sensitive to a deep/strong massage it could be a bit much in some areas. So it relieves your pain afterwards but you may feel some pain while you use it.
I had my back problem for a year now, and spent a lot money on massages. But sitting in front of a computer screen really doesn’t help. Being too busy recently to seek medical help and no time to go out, I found this product to be a good alternative.
Its fabric cover is pretty soft. I have sensitive skin, so this doesn’t cause any problems there. I used it mainly on my lower back and sometimes my neck. The duration could vary but I tend to find, with the heat on, 15 minutes is enough. It elevates the pain really well. The construction of this is rarely small but it has quite a hefty weight to it. To me this indicates the use of better materials and overall craftsmanship.
There really isn’t much you get in the box except the cushion, power adapter and manual. Thats it. Bit of a shame you don’t get a remote you could use to control it while its behind your back. You just have to lean forward and control it on the cushion itself.
All in all a great piece of kit. Its well made and offers users the perfect relaxation on a budget! Definitely recommend.

Honestly, this thing is a miracle worker. Both my partner and I have been using this for the past few weeks and have been amazed at the quality of this wee pillow. It is like having a masseuse sitting on beside you as you are watching the telly.
Special bonus: The heating function. Great on colder nights when you may not have the heating on, or where you have particular pain where extra heat might help to release a knot or strain.
If you are on the fence, just get it. You won’t regret it.
The massager has a heating function, which makes the massage balls slightly warm (they do not get hot) and overall just helps to make the massage more comfortable and pleasant, but you can turn the heating off easily by pressing the on/off button. It will also turn off automatically after 15 minutes of use.
The only problem with this is the length of the lead that is included with the power supply, its just a little too short and can make it awkward to get the massage pillow in the right spot on a chair or sofa because you haven’t got enough lead. This could be easily solved by finding a replacement adaptor, but you shouldn’t have to do this.
Overall, it’s a lovely massage pillow that gives a strong massage. My Dad loves it, it would certainly make a great gift.

Okay, it’s not perfect. I admit, there are a couple of limitations, but I still absolutely love it.
It’s basically a pillow, so it’ll rest behind you, no bother. I’ve been using it on my office chair while I work away at my computer, but it would work just as well on an arm-chair, or even in bed.
It has 8 balls that rotate, and they knead your muscles. It feels soooo good. It really does. But this brings us to its main limitation: you can’t program anything. The balls will rotate, then change direction. That’s it. Normally something this expensive (79.99 at the time of writing) would allow you to change the kneading program so you could control the movement of the balls, but this doesn’t allow for that. You also can’t control whether the heat is on or off so during Summer this becomes largely useless – can you imagine? You’re sitting in your front room, melting into a pool of your own sweat, and you attach yourself to a heated pillow? Goodness me, no. So you’ll need to be aware of that – if this is something you need year-round, you’ll want something with optional heat.
But I still love it.
The pillow is versatile, so you can use it against your back, or you can put it under your legs, or against your headboard to get your shoulders. It’s excellent.
It comes with wee straps but I don’t really understand what they’re for… I’m not sure what sort of chair would need them. But, in any case, they’re there if you need them. Given it’s a pillow, though, and it works in bed, or in an office chair, you probably won’t do.
I seriously do love this wee thing. I know it’s a little spendy, and it won’t be usable during hot months, but it works, and it works really well. Aces.
impression 2, we like to use it flat down and put our calves on it, it helps with relaxing the muscles while you still have the flexibility to do other things.
impression 3, simple design, only one button and easy to use. Neither of us likes to read a long manual and use a product with lots of functions that we dont even care. If you like something simple, this is the one.
Looks really neat too. Looks more like a cushion than a massager so fits in well with most decor. Has a handy carry handle for travelling or moving from room to room. Has a Velcro strap at the back for attaching to chairs to hold it in just the right position.
My only concern, but it’s minimal is that the power cord length isn’t that long. It’s only about a meter long. Which is ample but in my house, power outlets are few and far between so had to use extension cords when using in certain areas in my home.
So to round up…YES! This works a treat! Would highly recommend.
