There is a few technical issues with the phone a few minor problems it seems to turn off when going to other apps but it was only bought to contact people but besides the above issues it’s a good phone …. I was immediately contacted to follow up any issues that I had with the phone and offered multiple options for a return and replacement but I decided to keep the phone

Great priced phone, but if you are planning on using it as a main phone and heavy use unfortunately it is too slow and unresponsive for this. I purchased this phone as a second handset. I set the phone up and didn’t put anything other than the pre installed apps. It was just too slow. I returned it for a full refund. Good value for money does as much as any expensive smartphone
I bought this phone for my Mum. She only uses her phone mainly for Calls & WhatsApp, Wordle & the weather, occasionally checks emails & FB. This is perfect for her. She’s happy with it, loves the colour (purple) & was pleased it came with a case. It’s not overloaded with excessive amount of apps & features, so is less complicated & easy to navigate. But has all the basics & you can download any apps from playstore.
I must admit I wasn’t expecting much from this phone considering the price but after setting it up for her, adding her contacts, questionable ringtone, and screensaver of the dog, I was pleasantly surprised by the phone. She’s been using it just over 3 weeks now & no complaints so far. She’s happy, that’s the main thing.
The design of the phone is very nice, it looks more expensive than what it is. It came unblocked and was compatible with an O2 SIM card. It came with screen protector, charger and nice case. The communication with the seller is excellent, I had an issue with the phone but the seller found a solution for it so I do recommend it anyway.

The phone is perfect in size, camera quality, ease of use, although the battery is great it doesn’t hold the charge that great especially if you are one for constant use. The start up process is a bit long winded unlike other phones as some of the apps you install constantly closes due to a permission process, although all steps have been completed, I am still trying to find the one permission the phone says i need to accept. I will get there eventually but all in all, a great phone. The storage capacity is fantastic, the ease of transferring data from an old phone to this phone is easy, fast and headache free. Brought it for my son who want it a similar more expensive phone but I found a cheaper alternative.
The battery life on this phone is really good last it for couple of days watching YouTube and playing all sort of games also recharge really fast.
The phone is really lightweight, works really well, good display with sensitive touch screen, very responsive, camera take decent quality pics and videos.

I needed a cheap replacement smartphone as my Galaxy Z 3 Flip is going off for repair and decided on this.
It’s so great for the price. Now, it’s not going to be a powerful phone, but I can do everything I usually do – mobile banking, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and I’m even writing this review using this phone. I did try to use Pokmon Go, it did work but it struggled a little bit with lag which I expected, but I could still play it pretty normally. I would say just don’t overload the phone with apps as this is where you could run into an issue, or buy an SD card.
The camera is also quite decent for the price. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done.
Overall it runs pretty fast , does everything I need , and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a smartphone. I will update further if I run into any issues.
I use this product for work purposes and it is very convenient as I can download anything, just like any other Android phone. Changing from one app to another can be challenging but this can be solved with clearing the cache every now and then. The camera has a good image quality as well. The size is good to hold and carry it around. I would definitely suggest to purchase if you do not want to spend so much.
The phone came with a few vital pre loaded apps which were useful but did not clutter up the storage. Everything about the phone was so easy to use and loading it up for the first time was easy and did not take long. The apps were always very quick to load and I was most impressed by the phone clarity. The camera took clear photos and loaded them straight onto Google photos. I would certainly recommend this phone to anyone who wanted a good quality budget phone.

my first impressions of this phone were very favourable,great battery life,user friendly,then it started switching off without any prompting from me,even when fully charged.It had also become very slow in response to instructions,so ive had to return it.Its a shame,as I enjoyed using it for the short while it lasted,but a phone that switches off by itself is no good to man or beast……

We both love the colour it’s her favourite so she was super happy.
It’s android so she can have all the usual apps on there. They were easy to download and work just as they should. The camera at the back looks fancy and takes a good picture.
We charged it when taking it out of the box even though it did have some charge and since fully charging it’s kept its charge Really well.

If you are looking for a good 3G smartphone on a tight budget, then this Oscal C20 phone is your answer. It has produced some great clear photos in detail with accurate color (when tested in a bright light environment). The soft selfie flash is helpful when taking selfies in low light.
Besides the 5MP front camera and 2MP selfie camera, it also comes pre-installed with GPS navigation. I like that it has a headphone jack as many of the new smartphones don’t come with this feature anymore. The smart face unlock is another surprise highlight this phone has to offer.
This light, the thin phone has dual sim card slots and also a micro-sd card slot. The screen quality is clear and bright. The audio is acceptably good, could be louder but it’s fine especially if you are not always accessing the phone in crowded places.
With the built-in 3380 mAh battery, the battery life is very good. I went on for a day playing around with Facebook, watching videos and movies on Youtube, but at the end of the day, I still have plenty of battery left.
With its 1GB RAM (with the capability to expand to 128 GB ) there will be limitations of what this phone can do, of course. Multitasking, opening several apps windows will slow it down. As I only use this phone as a second phone, it’s not a big problem for me.
Overall, for the price, the highlights, and the functionality this phone has to offer, I’d say this is a cool smartphone and would be perfect for a first smartphone.
Still works I’ve had this phone for just over a year, still works , but freezes up sometimes, I have a replacement standing by, as they dont last like they used to.

No face recognition or fingerprint reader. No NFC/infra to pay by card through your phone. Lags so much,even with as card. Phone doesn’t use it to store much. So having to delete and clear stuff so the phone just lets me use it lol I haven’t had a phone like this since the early 2000s and they were better then too.
It even has handy features like face unlock. The battery is 3380 which lasts a long time and for the average phone user this is a great product at a bargain price.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a daily use reasonable price phone. Keep in mind it’s not a gaming phone but will do the rest of job with no issue. Its running the latest android 11 version.

It comes installed with Android 11Go, that is made for mobiles with lower levels of RAM, the C20 is easy and snappy to use. Add to that a big, bright screen with vivid colours that makes it a joy to watch movies and videos with a clear, loud in built speaker. There is a headphone jack if you want to listen to music, you can even connect ear buds using Bluetooth. The build quality is excellent, it looks like a much higher priced premium device.
All the usual Google Apps are preloaded with easy access to the Play Store to download any other Apps you may want to install. Battery life is very good, even with heavy use it will easily last you the whole day without any worries of it running of power. The camera takes detailed images with a front camera for making video calls to keep in touch with family members and it even has face unlock.
With it’s bargain price I would recommend the Oscal C20 for anyone who is looking for a good budget smartphone packed with features or for a first mobile phone for a younger person that is not expensive to replace if it is lost.
Really impressed with this phone. It isn’t perfect. The cameras could be better, but they don’t stop this phone from being an outrageously good budget offering.
