I used 2 of these in stereo setup and was really positive surprised with the really good sound . The power/ battery keeps running for several days short usage 1-2h as background sound .
This was a Christmas gift….sounds good, small and compact….can highly recommend.
It’s pricey for what it is but the quality of the sound can’t be knocked. It’s superb.
Speaker good quality and very good sound. Disappointed that there was no charger plug with the speaker, had to order the extra equipment separately. There was no mention of needing to get charger separately when I ordered the speaker.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem kleinen Lautsprecher fr mein Homeoffice, den man aber mhelos auch mitnehmen kann oder auch drauen benutzen kann.
Dabei fiel letztendlich die Wahl auf die Roam SL.
Grter Unterschied zur Roam, die SL hat kein Mikro.
Somit keine Sprachassistenten wie Alexa mglich (find ich aber ok, da ich Echo sowieso habe, die aber kabelgebunden ist)
Ohne Mikro hat die SL auch kein Trueplay, war fr mich als kleine Box im Bro aber auch irrelevant.
Aufgrund des gnstigeren Preises habe ich mich daher fr die SL entschieden und bin super zufrieden. Der Akku hlt wie angegeben ca. 10 Std.
Volle Punktzahl fr mich.
Dennoch bin ich ehrlich beeindruckt, wie gut, klar und satt der Klang der Roam ist. Hier hat Sonos wieder ganze Arbeit geleistet.
Ich habe sie als Ergnzung zu zwei stationren Sonos-Boxen erworben, die bei uns im Wohnzimmer stehen. Das Esszimmer schliet sich auf hherer Ebene offen an, hat aber keine Boxen. Hier sollte die Roam eingesetzt werden. Und das klappt hervorragend! Die Kopplung bzw. Gruppierung mit den anderen Boxen klappt tadellos. Das Ergebnis ist ein ganz erheblich verbessertes Klangbild! Die Musik kommt nicht mehr “von dahinten” aus Richtung des Wohnzimmers, sondern umgibt uns jetzt gefhlt.
Dass die Roam das schafft, habe ich gehofft, aber nicht wirklich erwartet.
Ich bin absolut zufrieden!
Zudem kann die Box – und das ist der groe Vorteil – mal eben hier- oder dorthin mitgenommen werden, etwa auf Terrasse oder den Garten, wobei ich Ihre Fhigkeiten zur Beschallung eines Gartens doch in Zweifel ziehe; getestet habe ich es nicht. Fr innen reicht die Lautstrke allemal.
Die Verarbeitung ist recht wertig, das mitgelieferte USB-C-Kabel hochwertig; es ist kein labberiges, dnnes Kabel, ausreichend lang und hat einen Winkel, der fr einen guten Halt in der Box sorgt. Gut gemacht.
Die Bluetooth-Verbindung klappt tadellos, aber ich bevorzuge die Einbindung ins WLAN – hier spielt die Roam ihre Strke am besten aus.
Zur Akkulaufzeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, aber die angegebenen 10 Stunden… naja, es sollte mich wundern, wenn sie das schaffen wrde – vielleicht ganz leise, mit Rckenwind und bei Vollmond. Aber dafr habe ich sie auch nicht gekauft.
Wer schon ein Sonos-System hat, dem kann ich die Box absolut empfehlen.
brigens: ich habe die SL, also ohne Mikrofon. Damit fllt das beworbene Trueplay aus – allein: es scheint auch unntig, der Klang ist top.

Purchased as a present to add to the sonos collection. It isn’t a cheap , however the sound is , Sonos , just amazing and this portable one can – as it says go anywhere- did I mention the sound.

If you have a Sonos system without a Bluetooth connection, this is a good way of getting Bluetooth into all the units. However, it does cause problems like causing the other units to disconnect from the groups in the system and this is something that I have yet to work out how to avoid. The sound is not a patch on the other Sonos components and hardly worth the price tag. Still, it beautifully made and very solid and does the Bluetooth job that I wanted it for. Certainly would have returned it if it wasn’t for that.
Pretty happy with the Roam, a doddle to add to my existing Sonos system and is easily loud enough for the garden. Good sound quality, although it doesn’t quite have the same controlled bass that some of Sonos’ other speakers have. It’s not really lacking but if you’d plan to have it as a single speaker in a room, perhaps try and listen to it back to back with a Sonos One for comparison. Only downside is it doesn’t come with a power supply, so I’ve had to hunt round for an old phone charger… I’m not paying 40 for the wireless pad but it does look nice.
Forse il prezzo non proprio alla mano ma sappiamo che si paga un sovraprezzo per la marca e ci sta, o meglio, la nostra societ e l’economia ci dice cosi e l’ecosistema sonos (se avete altre roam roamsl one etc..) imparagonabile.
Ne ho prese 2 e ho altre sono play 1 e 3 a casa, potete accopiarle tutte insieme, potete anche accopiare solo le roamsl via bluetooth anche senza app sonos, potete utilizzarle come speaker del pc (stereo volendo se ne avete due) connetterle al vostro sistema home google o alexa, insomma praticamente un p di tutto.
Una 20 di euro in meno sarebbe stato il loro prezzo secondo me ma poco male.
Consiglio a mani basse.
P.S se cercate solo una cassa da usare random per qualche uscita ce ne sono svariate sulla 50 di euro che potrebbero fare al caso vostro, se siete un p pi esigente e pensate di epsandere un eventuale sistema..beh allora andate ad occhi chiusi con sonos.
La verdad, que me he quedado impresionado, con el sonido de estos altavoces, tena uno y compr otro con las mismas caractersticas para hacer un do creo que tambin tiene sonido envolvente.
Lo uso como Home cinema ya que soy una persona invidente y tengo tambin dos HomePod. Qu maravilla como suena cuando lo pones los cuatro a la vez. Es una pasada, adems es porttil, qu ms se puede pedir? Los recomiendo altamente para todo aquel que lo quiera comprar.
La integracin del Sonos roam con el resto del sistema funciona perfectamente y permite utilizarlo tanto para complementar el sonido en otra habitacin como para llevrselo de viaje. Sonido ntido y con buenos bajos y volumen.
Bought this so we could extend our music out into the garden when we are out there. It works a treat and connected with my existing Sonos system perfectly.
Would have liked for it to come with a decent case for storage though. It has a flimsy fabric thing, but it doesn’t really do much. We don’t use it all the time, so it would be good to have it in an easy-to-access but sturdier case.
Great sound in a compact speaker, great that it integrates with the rest of my Sonos system.

Took this on holiday and regularly use it in the garden. Fantastic sound quality and the battery life lasts a long time.
As any sonos product, the sound quality is stunning. Even for such a small portable speaker, bass are very present and volume is pretty loud without distortions. Sadly battery life is quite short, running out quickly even if not used for days.
Wow Sonos have done it again. Another quality product that not only looks good but sounds great too. Crisp treble and such bass from such a compact unit. Connectivity through either the Sonos App or Bluetooth, it can be used with other Sonos speakers to create stereo as well. What’s not to like.
Perfect if you want a portable speaker to add to your Sonos system. Initially it kept resetting and I had to add it back to my system via the Sonos app, but I managed to fix the issue by doing a factory reset and it’s been fine ever since. Battery life is superb – I had it outside playing music for a few hours and the battery was only about 50% down.
All of my audio is Sonos and I wouldn’t have anything else, highly recommend this to anyone

Klasse ist das die Box im WLAN und per Bluetooth arbeitet und somit einen groen Einsatzbereich abdeckt! Toller Reisebegleiter bei kleinen Maen !!
