I would definitely purchase this item again! This item is doing it’s job and holding my phone up in the process no problem.
If you have an iPhone 12 or above with a MagSafe case , this is one to look and evaluate. There is a second usb-c port on the connection for an additional device like a traffic cam. I ended up using a usb-c to usb a adapter to connect the traffic camera.
Fits my car’s cup holder easily, and hangs onto my iPhone 13 ProMax no problemo. Even on bumpy roads. As other have noted, the magnetic power transfer (charging) isn’t so hot. I tried adapting the input to USB-A, and that seemed to only “power” the phone. Though when plugged directly into a 35w capable Anker brick, it ran AND charged the big iPhone’s battery.

WARNING: Many 1-star reviews are of the AirVent version, but the dash mount IS awesome!!! No company should make and no person should buy an air vent mount. These are dumb. Air vents in cars are flimsy and smartphones are heavy. NOT COMPATIBLE. Please forget you ever considered an air vent mount for your phone.
The dash mount version is nearly perfect. Just buy it and be happy. There’s nothing better.
I love this mount when I’m doing food delivery where I have to bring the phone to take pictures of peoples food on the ground next to their trash can. I’ve only had the phone fall off a couple times from monster pot holes. On an iphone 13 pro the charge power holds it’s own but depending on the app it slowly charges, rarely will be 100% at the end of a shift (I’m using a spigen car charger that I believe was bundled with the mount).
As far as the charging goes, it’s great! No issues there. The magnets hold really well on small bumps, but if you get a bigger bump, your phone’s gonna get real friendly with the floor. Doesn’t happen too often, so it’s not a real dealbreaker, but it is annoying sometimes.
That being said, it’s good quality and I would imagine it’s better than most.

Mount itself is great! Adjustments are simple and somewhat easy to tighten. I bought this especially because it’s offset so I can mount my phone just behind the top-right of my steering wheel. Let’s me easily glance at my phone and even use Face ID without moving much.
Charging has also been great. It’s recognized as an official MagSafe charger which is reassuring and I’ve had no heat or reliability issues.
Only reason I took off a star is because the cord is built in.
1- This means if the cord frays or the connector fails I would have to buy a whole new mount or break out the soldering iron.
2- Would need extensions or adapters to lengthen the cable.
3- Couldn’t use a preferred cable that’s braided, a different color or already nicely integrated into you car.
Component quality seems high so still worth a purchase, especially if on sale!
Perfect charger, it works grips nicely and magsafe is holding/charging like a charm. I just think the usb-c cable is kinda missing the target audience of this accessory.
If you have a car that doesn’t have Bluetooth you probably won’t buy this charger because you’ll want something that can do audio and charging, so having magsafe charging your phone is a bit useless.
A lot of car with usb-c have Apple CarPlay that requires a lighting cable but doesn’t require the phone to be in an holder because it shows your phone on the car screen.
I do believe most people that will buy it will have cars with Bluetooth, but without Apple car play. Most of theses car have a usb-A built-in port or people already own a type A car charger.
Having the cable being usb-c require to buy an adapter to use the car built-in USB or existing car chargers or buying a new car charger.
I was worried because I’ve had bad luck with car mounts that attach to the vents in the past, but I really didn’t want something on my dash, and wanted to take advantage of my new phone’s MagSafe feature. I am so please with this purchase! It is stable in its mount, supports the weight of my phone perfectly, and charges quickly and easily! Its honestly made my driving life better, so while I don’t always write reviews, if something is making my life better, I feel like I should share that 🙂
Produkt macht einen Stabilen Eindruck und kann sicher am Armaturenbrett angebracht werden. Iphone 13 kann auch schnell geladen werden. Kfz-Netzteil muss man leider separat kaufen.

Leider saugt der Saugnapf nur an der Windschutzscheibe dauerhaft und nicht auf dem mitgelieferten Saugteller.
An der Scheibe gibt es aber keinerlei Schwachstellen und das bedeutet eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
Suction cup sticks pretty easily to my windshield and holds pretty sturdy. The 4.7ft cable is hardwired but is long enough to not cause issues. You may have to buy a new usb car adapter because this cable ends in a USB-C, but its worth it. Haven’t tried on any long drives yet, but I’ll update with charging speed/long term durability.
This charger:mount works great. In a semi truck on a daily basis, it is a value item. This mount keeps the phone at arms reach, charges well, holds the phone over rough bumps (there was one very heavy bump that has caused the phone to fall off the mount though) and the suction power is amazing. You will not be disappointed; if you are then either you got a bad charger/mount or you are just implacable.
The magnets aren’t amazingly strong – I haven’t had the phone fall off from bumps but I suspect that a fumbling hand would knock the phone off a little too easily.
Otherwise I’m happy, works as expected and is really nice to have such an easy way to charge and mount phone.
Make sure you have a usb-c charger in your car as that’s what this requires.

I set this up easily in my car. The pieces mount and move easily, and crank down tight when you have it where you want. I haven’t used it very long but it sticks to MagSafe pretty well. I would think normal roads would be fine. Maybe not great for very bumpy roads. The unit does not come with a power adapter but that’s okay as not all cars need them.
This seems well made, and holds securely most of the time. I have an Apple MagSafe case on iPhone 13 pro max. Occasionally even when I’ve been careful to make sure it is on correctly and firmly, it will come off when the car hits a big bump. Where I live that is fairly common. I like the convenience of the mag mount, and the automatic charging without thinking about it, or having to plug the phone in every time I get in the car. But keep something soft on the floor to catch it…
If you were wondering…..this IS for the iPhone13 (2 lens) and NOT for the 13Pro (3 lens) as in the product photo. It’s what I wanted for wifes phone as I already had the 13 pro model on my phone and love it.

I work on a farm and use this on my truck, the phone stays put it’s a great piece of kit. But don’t use it with a regular case, you need a mag safe case or take the regular case off!!
Able to wireless charge the Pixel 5. My phone never got warmer than 37c while charging. I attached a metal ring on the phone case centered where the charging coil is located on the phone. The metal ring uses the magsafe specifications which makes it a perfect pair with this charger.
Check out the dbrand skin named ‘teardown’ to see exactly where the charging coil is for your particular phone. For extra accuracy, make a template for yourself using the dbrand skin– making sure that the dimensions of the skin you are using match the dimensions of the phone.

I use this with a 13 Pro Max, and I’m confident that the phone won’t fall off, with or without a mag case.
Let me start with I am not the brightest of users and I also read instructions. I almost broke this thing three times and the instructions are basically the same as putting something together from Ikea. I wish the removal of the 3M film was easier to remove, but no complaints read below.
The suction works well when it is on a FLAT SURFACE and the magnet works without case and with a decent magsafe case. I had to get a usbc to standard usb adapter to plug into a car charger and it charges as fast as your usb output lets it.
No sticky backing or adhesive directly on dash. Easy to set up and very functional. Very easy to acquire maximum comfort of position for device. Very stable. Sturdy hold on phone with MagSafe. Holder very modern in style and tidy professional look. Very happy.
Very good with spigens own magsafe case. The only downside is that the wire is only 1m long but it should be atleast 2m long.
Charges iPhone13 very well, and Spigen is the only mount I found that activates the Magsafe charging symbol (see attached photo).
This vent mount is unique in that you can adjust it so the phone does not block the vent airflow.
Bought this to go with my new iPhone in a MagSafe OtterBox case. I love that it doesn’t just hold the phone but charges it simultaneously, without having to fuss with plugging a USB cord into the phone. I also love that the suction cup that attaches to your dashboard or windshield also has adhesive on it. It seems to be stuck on there really well. I’m satisfied with the hold of the magnet too, but I’ll admit that when I’m going over a bumpy patch of highway, it does occasionally fall off. But it’s not frequent enough to bother me yet.
I would have given this 5 stars but….. why sell a product for automobiles when every automobile on the road can’t directly support what you are selling? Why not have a standard USB plug on the end of the charger? Or a female USB C to male USB adapter should come with it, instead of having the customer needing to purchase the adaptors separately. If you want 100% customer satisfaction then make a product easy to use right out of the box. Otherwise, I like this product. The magnet works, I like the design and how it attaches to the vent. I like everything about the product except a USB C plug compatible with 0% of vehicles on the road.
A well build car mount that does a good job holding onto the air vent and also has an extension arm if you need to move it some, which is a nice plus, especially since that can get your phone out of the way of the heat during the winter. Need to test it a bit more as far as how well it actually holds on, but so far from my light use its been holding the phone like a champ!
One thing to note that I overlooked is that it comes with a USB-C charging cable. I had to order a new charging adapter to plug it in so keep that in mind!
This is the best mount I’ve used. Holds my iPhone 13 Pro Max very well. Charges great. Sticks perfectly to my dash with no issues. Love it so much my wife got one too.
Installed in a Mazda CX-5. Three points of articulation enables you to adjust to your car. It is smaller and less bulky than it looks in photos. Once installed and tightened up at each joint I haven’t needed to adjust it again. Using it with a spigen iPhone 12 mini mag safe case and it is a secure connection even over bumpy roads. It has yet to fall off. Charges enough to give my phone about a 10% boost after a 20 min drive. So far very pleased with this purchase. Time will tell about durability but so far no issues or concerns.
Jedoch hat sich gezeigt dass mein iPhone 13 pro Max einwandfrei davon gehalten wird, selbst bei schnellerer Fahrweise habe ich nie den Eindruck, dass das Gert sich auch nur 1 mm von der Halterung weg bewegt so wie ich es platziert habe.
Von dem was ich auch immer wieder hre und lese dass das ein Problem mit Handyhllen haben sollte, das kann ich absolut nicht besttigen: mein iPhone ist in einer Apple MagSafe Hlle aus Leder und hlt dennoch einwandfrei. Wer sich natrlich irgendeine Billigheimer Hlle aus sonst wo holt, gut der ist dann auch selbst schuld. Ich hatte noch nie Probleme weder was das Laden noch die Stabilitt angeht. Aber ist halt immer noch induktives laden das muss man immer im Kopf behalten, es ist nicht so schnell wie das iPhone via Kabel mit einem groen Netzteil mit power delivery aufzuladen. Aber es ldt dennoch gut.
Ich finde faszinierend dass die Kategorie Wrmeleistung” hier berhaupt zur Auswahl steht bei den Bewertungen, denn ich muss sagen eine Wrmeentwicklung habe ich bisher nicht wahrgenommen, man muss jedoch auch bedenken dass ich die Halterung noch nicht im Hochsommer probiert habe sondern diesen Herbst gekauft habe.
I really like this product. The ability to customize it to your needs is perfect for me and my vehicle. I also like that you can adjust the tightness to hold the weight of the phone and not droop. LOL. I highly recommend this product.

The arm attaches securely to the vent and the phone stays secure when also using a MagSafe case, even when going over bumps. I have the Spigen MagSafe clear phone case. The iPhone 13 Pro without any case stays on the mount as long as you don’t drive over any speed bumps, potholes, or railroad tracks in a sportier type car.
Charging speed has been acceptable. Not having to bother with plugging in wires has been great.
I especially like how the arm extends, allowing the phone some distance from the vent & better placement for visibility.

This is perfect for an iPhone with MagSafe. No need to plug your phone in to charge, the arm is easily adjustable and the magnet holds the phone well. Don’t forget to buy a usb-c car charging plug. That is the only down side.

I really like the fact that you can use this with the extension arm or without depending on your preference and location of your air vents. Note you will get a little more wobble if using the arm but it’s still very sturdy.
Spigen has become known to me as a quality third party accessory maker. Their products seem to work well, look good, and be fairly priced. This unit is no different. Though I wish they would include a usb c car adapter, the product itself is very good. Holds on to my MagSafe iPhone very well. There is a minimal amount of movement/vibration while driving but it has never come off and I have put on a few thousand miles since having it. I don’t use the included mount options and instead purchased a separate cd slot mount (at least my CD player slot has some function still I guess) and this connected to that via the ball and socket mechanism it has and there were no fit issues. Very sleek and minimalistic looking approach and charges well. Maybe not as fast as the apple MagSafe charger you can buy, but still very well.
This works really well before having this there was so many times I would forget to plug my phone in and charge in the car while using the gps now as soon as I attach it to the mount it’s charging. Slower than if it was plugged in but I would forget so often that this works so much better for me

It’s quite compact and the clamp holds tight to the vent. I wished the magnet was stronger as I’m always worry when I go over a bump that it will fall off. The charger doesn’t charge as quickly as I was expecting.
This product is so good! First of all, it is very durable. Especially the ones that can be turned in the desired direction work really smoothly. I can immediately feel that the quality is not cheap. It does not shake even when driving a car on a rough road, and a strong adhesive force that the phone would never fall off. Of course, wireless charging does well too. This product is really worth the money and I think I bought it well!
This charger is amazing. Its really adjustable so I can get it just where I need it. Its been on my windshield for months now with no issues. It charges my phone quick, and keeps it charged while streaming music and running Waze.

Been searching far and wide for an iPhone Magsafe charging vent mount and this is pretty much the perfect product. The clamp for attaching to the vent is the first I’ve seen where you can actually crank down to tighten it (as opposed to relying on a spring mechanism or friction) and the extension arm (if you choose to use it) is really useful for moving it out of the way of the vent. After driving a few times, you may need to tighten everything up just a bit more and it should hold your iPhone 12/13 surprisingly solidly. It’s extremely easy to both mount and dismount the phone; magnet is strong enough (with a supported Magsafe-compatible case, or no case at all) to hold the phone, even on bumpy roads, while being easy enough to quickly grab the phone off without disturbing the mount position. My only suggestions for improvement might be if the vent clip assembly would open up a little wider to accommodate wider vent slats (I struggled a bit to get it on in my car) and if the charging cable were detachable from the main unit (so I could replace it with a different/shorter cable).
Hopefully it’s back in stock soon as I’m looking to recommend this to a few friends.
I bought it because this one has a little arm to add more flexibility to the mount. I found most phone holder mount directly on car vent lack the flexibility to change angle and complete block the air vent. I had some doubt about the arm as I expect it will not hold the phone strongly. As I expected, it did move after a sharp turn. I tighten the arm more and it works so far. The arm does provide more room to tune to the right angle I like to see the phone and it also added space between the car vent so that it is not completely block the air flow.

I was skeptical since my past experience with MagSafe for the iPhone was not great. This mount in conjunction with the case designed to work in tandem with the mount has proven to be exactly what I needed. If you have just one or the other, it does not work as expected. But if you have both, it’s perfect.
Using this with my iPhone 13 Pro Max and with the Spigen magsafe case holds firmly – was expecting it to move around a little but it doesn’t! Attaching to the air vent you lose the ability to move that vent but not a problem for me. The extension arm allows you to place the holder exactly where I need it which is a nice touch. Charges quickly, but it like me you have an older car that needs a cable to use the phone for music etc. you still need to use a USB cable. Also, it’s a USB-C connection for the charger so you may need a USB-C adapter as well

Awesome design. KNOW you are getting a USB C for your car. I have one, but I missed that detail in description. I have tried many cases and none seem to hold well. The naked phone is ok, but not as strong as is necessary for most applications. I was also disappointed that by not hardwiring my phone I loose CarPlay. Not this products fault, but I ended up with more wires hanging in the car.
I was extremely doubtful about this charger. I drive a manual car and have stiff suspension so bumps are taken full on. I drive to school (an hour and a half away) three days a week, to and from so I needed a charging base/phone mount.
I can happily report, after 2 weeks of usage, almost 1000 miles in between, my iphone 13 pro max has not budged a single bit. The suction has not failed and the mag safe case I’m using works well with the wireless charging. Apple thankfully recognizes this accessory as magsafe compatible so when you stick your phone on, the mag safe charging icon shows up (if that really matters to you lol). The suction on this is pretty strong and didn’t have to resort to using the included base mount.

I had a different brand mag safe car mount for my iPhone 12 Pro, but that one was starting to fall apart less than a year later, so now that Spigen has a MagSafe mount I purchased this one for my new iPhone 13 Pro. Works great, but remember it doesn’t include the cigarette lighter adapter you need to plug in the USB-C port in your car, so make sure you already have one of those! I still only had USB-A ports in my car, so had to buy the power adapter for USB-C and then I was quite happy with this purchase. Works great, really nice to have the multiple points for adjusting the viewing angle and it secures very firmly to my vent.
Updated Oct 11, 2021: I’d purchased a new USB car charger to give this mount a USB-C plug to use, so I can’t be 100% sure that my problem is with the mount and not the car charger (it only had one USB-C). I have a new car charger on order, and I’ll update this review with my findings after trying that charger out.

I’d bought this charger with the expectation that my wife and I could charge out MagSafe compatible iPhones while on a long drive. Unfortunately, it will not charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max at all, and I’m not even using navigation. Very disappointed.
Works really well and has enough power to charge my phone while using it as a sat nav.
Je nach Automodell ist ist die Montage recht schwierig da die Lamellen der Lftung im Weg sind bzw. in der Kurve wegklappen.
Ansonsten finde ich diese Handy Halterung sehr gut, die Ladeleistung ist ist atemberaubend schnell. Die Halterung ist auerdem sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

Ich habe lange auf so eine Halterung gewartet, weil ich bei meinem etwas lteren KFZ kein Wireless Lade Pad habe und diese Standard Halterungen immer umstndlich fand.Diese kombiniert die Komfortablen Funktionen von MagSafe mit einem zwar langsameren aber ausreichend schnellen MagSafe Ladepad. Man kann das iPhone bequem auflegen und der Magnet hlt wirklich sehr gut. Ich hatte zu Beginn bedenken, dass er zu schwach ist aber nach einer langen rumpelnden Autobahnfahrt quer durch Deutschland bin ich eines besseren belehrt worden. Mit diesem Halter kann man echt nix falsch machen. Wer eine geeignete Position findet, kann sein altes Fahrzeug so indirekt super aufrsten.

I’ve been using this product for a couple weeks now.
This magsafe car charger works perfectly with my iPhone12 Pro, and the magnet is very strong.
It was able to hold my phone firmly even on bumpy roads.
The part that fastens to the air vent actually has a screw-down clamp that bites onto the vent. There is then a ball-and-joint portion that connects to an extension arm, and a second ball-and-joint portion that connects to the magnetic mount-and-charge panel. It’s possible to omit the extension arm and connect the mount-and-charge panel directly to the vent clamp using a ball-and-joint connection.
The mount-and-charge panel has a hard-wired black cord that terminates about 3 feet later into a USB-C plug for power. It’s possible to use this mount without the plug connected to a power source, as MagSafe doesn’t rely on electricity to fasten the phone to the mount-and-charge panel, but obviously then the phone wouldn’t charge.
I’ve used this mount with my iPhone 12 (not Pro) both with and without an Apple leather MagSafe case, and it fastens well in either configuration. The mount will neither fasten nor charge my Pixel 5 (not that I thought it would, just putting it out there in case someone wanted to know), regardless of whether I use a little metal magnetic mounting panel.
If you have an iPhone 12 that you’re looking to mount in front of an air vent via magnets and also get charging capability, this is the only option.
