I wanted something strong, big and premium feel to do multiple calisthenics exercises on it and this done it. Took about an hour to two hours to assemble, take it smooth and don’t rush it. I’ve been using it for half a year and it’s good. You can even use a band for pull ups or anything on it. It is quite tall so beware of your room height because you’ll just be banging your head off the roof every time. Very good

I’m 106kg and this thing barely bends when I’m hanging from the extended top bar. Bought it to improve my back muscles as they hurt after hours in front of the computer and it helped. Working from home, each of my breaks starts with pull-ups. With each pull up im pushing knees to the chest. My back feels great. Only thing i don’t like is a little bit lousy weld on right hand push up bar that makes it squicky as it allows slight movement when doing pushups. Only then. I have just received and assembled. Assembled in 30 min on my own without a problem. Well packaged. The metal is powder-coated steel by the looks of things. All bolts and nuts in a blister-pack…great way of doing this. Pretty impressed so far. The back pad and arm rests are not made from the greatest quality materials (plastic & chipboard) but seem to do the job. There is only a single partial weld on the dip handles, which makes me a bit wary of trusting this…but I did a few dips and was ok (I weigh 85kg). Pull-up bar feels a little flimsy but maybe that’s just my imagination. Happy customer so far. Will upload pics later if I get a chance.
Easy to put together and stable for my 180cm, 95kg frame! Position of arms for dips is a little wide for my liking, making the movement slightly uncomfortable, but overall I can’t really complain.

Easy to assemble, really decent gym equipment used a few times I have to say for the price I’m really impressed with it will give an update after a couple of months of use.
Needed to stretch more, house steucture not solid enough for a cheap screw-in or wedge in doorframe bar. Went for this and very pleased. Builds easily, looks good and adjustable. Used a few times now and happy with it. Hanging a few times a day now and shoulders ooening easie

It works as hard as you do. There are lots of different types and prices around, but for me, this was the perfect start and will probably be all I’ll need to keep me in good shape.
Decent to build and takes less than a couple hours to build. You might have to put weights on it to ensure it is fully sturdy but no other issues. Really good piece of equipment and worth the price.
It’s a bit unstable but nothing that makes it unsafe to use. I would expect no movement on the base though

So everything else seems great. Love the product. But I’ve noticed that the arms are loose, especially the left side one which even moves side-to-side. It seems to me that the M10*55 bolts provided are too loose. Has anyone experienced this issue? And does anyone know a quick fix to this issue?
Alternatively can the seller, or Amazon, provide support in this matter?

I found the item to be very easy to assemble on my own in around an hour. My only concern relates to the thickness of the chin-up bar and dip handles. I weigh 125kgs and the chin-up bar bends and flexes under my weight making me feel it could snap at any time. The same feeling comes when using the dip handles, the flexing of the handles makes me feel uncomfortable when using them worrying they might snap. I plan to lose 25kgs over the coming months so hope this lower weight will stop the bars flexing so much and remove the concerns from my head and allow me to enjoy my workout.

It would get 5 stars but for the fact one’s shins hit the lower support crossbar when attempting pull ups.
The product is easy to assemble and is sturdy. It shakes a bit which is concerning but overall very good product.
Very pleased with the finished product im 6’3, 13 stone and i have it in my upstairs bedroom on timber flooring. My rooms height is close to 10 inches, ive got it set on the 3rd highest setting must be about 9 inches room for head space with my chin over the bar. Suprised at how sturdy it is doing pull ups i will say that the pull up bar and dip handles could be slightly thicker but i bought a Fat Gripz one series(ones that are black with orange logo) to sort that out and i wrapped thick yellow sponge clothes around the pull up bar with strong duct tape to add some thickness 🙂 If your in the 6 foot range like myself this is a must buy
It looks like a good piece of equipment however it has two issues
1. The telescopic arms I received are not matching as per picture. This means I cannot complete assembly
2. The instructions are a bit outdated and makes it look like you are missing some M10 55 (part 17) but you are not.
They have resolved it so I have updated the review as the product is actually very good
It took me an hour and a half to build it. applied little padding in both arm rest to make it more sturdy.
I am confident to say that it is safe to use.
The instructions are incorrect on page 1. Apparently they updated the design without updating the instructions. Would like the updated instructions, and then i’ll update this review.
EDIT: They sent me the updated instructions via email. The product itself is really good and has held up nicely so far. I have no problems doing dips & pullups on this. I’m not sure how people are having problems with dips. Build it correctly, tighten it as much as you can, and there should be 0 issues whatsoever.
Purchased for my 14yr old for Christmas . Great item.. easy enough to assemble. I assembled this alone took me around half hour or so . Very sturdy . Thought it would of been a little wider but as he’s only slim it suits him fine for now . He’s very happy with it, no complaints – great little buy A*

It was easy to assemble, was not missing 2 nuts as the 2 accompanying bolts just screw into the frame.
It is very solid, rattles a bit, but really looks and feels like it should cost a lot more.

After a slight hiccup with the instructions which was quickly resolved by the supplier, it was straightforward and quick to assemble.
It really is very solid and appears to be good quality. A good alternative to a multi gym if you’re happy to use your own body weight. Makes it a lot easier to move around.

Good value of money. Fast delivery. I use it everyday for a month, it feels sturdy to me. However the manual included is old version, also one of the bolt is defective. So I sent a message to the seller, they managed to send out the replacement bolt quickly.
Great once up, it is sturdy! Instructions are not great but easy enough to work out with the basic guide provided. 2 missing bolts but no big deal I can get them anywhere. Great value for money
It’s a really valuable product if you don’t have enough time to go gym and want to do some exercises at home. Feels good. Looks good. Very functional as well.
However it would be much better if they could make the pull up bar and dips handle little bit thicker. it would be much easier and less painfull for your hands to grab the handles while you do more reps.
But once again it’s a good product. Recommended

Edit: I left a 3-star comment before. I’m giving it 5-stars now because of good customer service, who refunded me for the extra bolts I had to buy myself. I’ve had the rack for 6 months now, and it’s still almost as good as new. No loose fixings, and sturdy.

Annoyingly, Amazon have also fudged something with the ‘contact seller’ option in your orders which conventionally allowed you to contact the seller with no fuss. It doesn’t exist anymore. You can only leave ‘feedback’.
After 12 months of using it, I can verify that this is a wonderful product! I do weighted dips and chin ups, and the tower is nice and stable no matter how hard I push it (seriously – I have loaded it with a combined weight of 140 kg, and it takes it like a champ). I would not try muscle ups on it, but I have done front and back levers, and it holds perfectly. I have used it with a pulley system as well, and it does the job (the weights on the pulley sometimes swing towards the base, but I could not call that a design flaw of the tower itself). I have not even had to tighten the bolts thus far.
The only two “problems” for me are:
1. The width of the bar – the supports are exactly where my hands should be when doing pull ups. Going outside of them is a bit too wide for me, going inside is a bit too narrow. As a result, I have focused on the chin ups (and made a good progress on those) for which it is perfect. This is probably specific to my anatomy, but I should mention it.
2. There is no way to use Olympic rings on it. I have tried many options, and I have been unable to find any that would feel comfortable. Obviously it was not designed for rings, so this should not bother most people, but just a heads up to other ring lovers out there.
In summary, I would buy this five times over again! It has not only helped me stay strong during lockdown, but has also helped me add a good amount of weight to my chin ups and dips. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
Assembled (one-person) easily done if you follow instructions (Note: the fixtures are numbered on the plastic casing so tear carefully) … all items including all screws etc supplied OK. It’s strong & tall enough for most adults I’m 11-stone (very easy to use) > came on time, packaged well.
The right arm support (as you workout) flexes on load but doesn’t move once it’s taken the weight, it’s oversize bolt holes as opposed to being weak. Feels sturdy enough otherwise. It does smell a bit when it first arrives, I’ve left it outside to air and get washed when it inevitably rains. The pull up bar could do with being an extra 4-5 inches further out from the back, it’s a bit cramped against the back support. No issues for height or weight for my my 6ft+ frame.
Bit of a long one to assemble, not difficult just long but the tower itself on first impressions and use is really good .. only downside would be the pull up is too wide, could have done with being around where the knobs are but apart from that it’s pretty good

Sturdy, takes my weight and I’m 18 stone. Was at a good price and well worth the money.
I bought this because it took the heaviest weight load of 400lbs body weight. I’m not 400lbs but the extra capacity is necessary just in case you want to test yourself with one handed chin ups. The bar mustn’t bend and the framework is strong enough. The length you can extend the station proved enough for a full range.
One caveat, the instruction manual needs to be updated, according to the instructions I had two incorrect bolts that were too short for the arm rests. When I assembled it regardless of instructions it was right length for the bottom part of the screw holes. Apart from that it was a smooth 45 minutes to assemble.
I docked value for money because it was 15 less for 1 week after purchase. Sour grapes from me.
Received today and o server straight away that two of the MT10*55 nuts are missing. As you can see in the photo these parts arrive in a pre-sealed plastic casing, so I’ve definitely not lost/ misplaced them. Disappointing, it means I cannot immediately secure one of the arm dip handles.
Edit: changing to 4 stars. The instruction manual that I received was in fact for a previous design version of this same product. So in fact the parts received correct, the instructions were not. I never heard back from the manufacturer though, had to work this out myself. Product appears to be sturdy in its 1st week of use.

Had to have 2 people to assemble it, it is quite easy and can hold alot of weight especially people who are tall too. If you want to become stronger and fitter definitely buy this product as its not bulk and fits nearly anywhere.

I love the product, just got annoyed a bit when the bolts were different from the instructions. Apparently all good! Message from supplier: “Our product parts have been upgraded, so they are somewhat different from the instructions, but there is no problem with the screws”

Been eating way more protein and trying to do a few dips,push ups and pulls up 4 days a week and its been helping alot,price was spot on,im rubbish at assembling things but had no issues with this,it’s very sturdy takes my weight no problem at all,i have hard wood floors and was worried about it scratching them but it has rubber feet so it’s fine.
If your like me and struggle with depression,get this,you can do it,set realistic goals,even if it’s only to use it once or twice a week,commit a block of time to work out and do your best to stick to it,also try drink alot more water and get some decent vitamins,i recommend fish oil, d3,c,zinc.

We were sent the incorrect instruction manual for this which made it difficult to assemble, although all the bits are included.
Other than than, it is a very strudy bit of kit and well constructed and has gotten a lot of use thus far.
Overall seems good. Less than 5 starts because when the first page of instructions is wrong I immediately stopped putting it together. Later found I had the correct bits.
The rest of the instructions are fine.
Setting up straightforward…well you know how it is with these kind of things, but yes once I was into the swing of it. Well made, sturdy. Excellent value for money.
I bought this back in January (after the December 2020 purchase must have gotten lost or something), as a late Christmas present for my girlfriend. She asked for something like this by the way; I wasn’t hinting at anything!
Anyway, while it’s mostly been collecting dust, it has had some use from the both of us. Me being 6 foot 2 and 90kg, and her being smaller and lighter. It easily supports each of us, it’s incredibly sturdy, and it was simple enough for me to put together on my own (that means it’s super simple!).
We’ve just moved it into a more spacious room so it “may” get more regular use soon, but it’s certainly a solid structure and well worth the price; even more so for those who would make good use of it!
Chinese made. Well packaged with all the tools you need for assembly. With this and a set of barbells you have all you need for a home gym.
I weigh 86kg. Unit is excellent apart from the fact one of the arms ripped on the first use. Would have liked to contact the seller directly to correct but unfortunately couldn’t find the option on the prime app just review or refund.

I don’t tend to write reviews, but the packaging and assembly on this product was the best ever. Often metal parts can bash each other and chip paint. These were so securely individually wrapped there was no risk. Also I often find screws and washers can get lost as the boxes or bags they come in can be ripped. Not the case here! The small parts were in an almost indestructible plastic blister pack. It took quite a while to cut open but it was clear everything was in place and complete.
Having assembled many flat packs of workshop tools, gym equipment and wardrobes this was by far the best experience and highest quality experience ever. Many household names could learn a lot from this brand.
Next time I buy gym equipment I will check for SportsRoyals first. Cannot praise it highly enough.

Easy to assemble and really heavy duty. I’m 6 foot 6 inches and around 280lbs and this is the best pull up and dip station that I’ve found in years. Works perfectly when for a workout before a long shift rather than going to the gym

Great power tower very stable and very big best check your dimensions I have to have it on the lowest height setting for it to fit + my head, am considering putting it outside with a tarp to protect it from the weather but it’s very sturdy I am 6ft and 80kg and no problems!

Very happy with this. Extremely useful, sturdy and of good quality. Relatively easy to assemble. I have it indoors and the space it takes is minor. Also, it doesn’t look bad so I didn’t feel the need to put it in the garage (I placed it in the Conservatory).
To be totally honest I bought this off the back of great feedback from other customers and also the fact covid stopped me from going up the gym, but was still very sceptical about how sturdy it would be.
After arrival it was very easy to assemble, even the worst diy dads in the land can assemble this. As long as you have half a brain, just follow the instructions (which are very clear) you can’t go wrong.
I use it for pull ups and dips and I can honestly say it does not creak or move atall when doing so. It is by no means as good as gym grade equipment (which would be at least another 300 to 400 pounds) but it serves a purpose through times like these when you can’t go up the gym. Don’t let covid stop them gains!

Arrived a week or so after order. Easy to put together (tip: the spanner supplied works fine – but it’s much easier and quicker to use a socket set and ratchet, if you have one; you’ll also get the bolts much tighter). It’s surprisingly light, but quite sturdy. Instructions and YouTube videos were very clear. There’s now a newer YouTube instruction video than the one linked to in the instruction document.
No missing parts, assembly done, the product is great and worth its prices. You need to tighten the screws so no part is loose. I can definitely join the other 5* reviews. Now it’s time I got my lazy bum off the couch and do some workouts. 🙂
Easy to assemble. Quite sturdy, though I imagine if you set the bar at its highest, it would be less so. Flexes a little when doing chins or dips and I’d say that flexing costs a rep or two. Well that’s what I like to tell myself, anyway. Chinning bar hand grips are fairly wide, which is fine, though one of the grips has slid inwards a little and has set in that position. Not great for supinate chin-ups as the cross beam gets in the way of my knees. May be able to mitigate that by setting it higher, but I’m not too bothered about them. Press-up grips are a nice bonus.
Over all, a good purchase.
Used my own tools to assemble and to make sure I got the dip handles tight (another review showed them wobbling a lot but I managed to get mine tight). Little bit of movement when in use but the base is very stable and it is plenty solid for me (11 stone). Really like the dips, press up handles and knee raises. Pull ups are decent too (although I need to up my game there) – you can adjust the bar height which is great if like me you aren’t tall. My grips slip a little on the pull up bar but that’s minor and easy fixed. It also looks pretty smart. All in all I would recommend this for a home setup.

There’s a youtube video showing you how to assemble it, but that’s unnecessary because the printed instructions are excellent and it’s simple anyway – the only possible area of confusion is well described and the parts are labelled appropriately anyway (the arm rests tilt slightly inwards, to give your forarms a better position, so the left and right sides are mirrored rather than identical)
However the way it was package was not very clever, unnecessary amounts of cello tape plastered everywhere for no reason and the zip ties holding the same parts together were done up too tight that trying to cut with scissors or a knife actually proved to be pretty difficult and the easiest way to undo the zip ties was to force the parts in opposite directions
Also after ordering the product I was not given an estimated time of arrival or any indication that my product was on the way nor was I able to cancel the order manually how you usually would, it wasn’t until I rung up to investigate the situation further that a customer support representative who was very helpful managed to get the product shipped out to me within 48 hours of me contacting Amazon directly and is the reason for my 5star review
Overall I would definitely recommend the product as it is very good quality and worth the extra money in comparison to other similar products based off the reviews I’ve seen, the assembly and performance is also brilliant and doesn’t require you to be a genius to assemble, and the support service was excellent , the only thing I would make anyone aware of who is considering purchasing is the arrival of the delivery as there is no clear indication of when it will arrive

Some bolts needed doing up pretty tight to avoid any wobbling, but that was not a problem.

Everything was packed and delivered in one box, easy to assemble (by one person) and good quality too.
Easy to assemble, solid parts and stable. Left and right markings on the side arms were in the wrong order, so had to reassemble some parts again – not too difficult though. Highly recommend.
The product is light, not dense, so full bodyweight exercises can’t be done at an angle otherwise you will pull the whole stand over onto you. Otherwise, it works really well.
I’m 6,1 and the top bar grip is wide enough me. (The other ones on Amazon have much narrower bars I.e 89, 92cm.) Solid built and stable. it works just fine. Would Def recommend it to a friend.
The kit was quickly dispatched and set up in around 45minutes- there’s a spanner/wrench included so other than a knife to take the packaging apart putting all the parts together was easy
The rig feels strong, not as strong as the heavy-duty ones I’m used to at the gym- but I don’t feel like the bar is going to bend/come apart which, to be honest, is what I was expecting at such a low price!

At first I found the arm pads too far apart and struggled to hold myself up enough on them to leg raise. Persevere though as you get stronger shoulders this is no longer a problem! I would recommend this item.
