Great game. Very easy to assemble and good value for money. Perfect for the beach or outside fun.
This is a novel game. The game is smarly packaged to be portable, with the “basket” constructed with plastic poles and a net, three balls with included pump. As others have mentioned you have to set up the net very tightly otherwise the balls just don’t bounce. This isn’t clearly labelled in the instructions (which are a bit poor) However once fully set up this is a reasonable game that can be played by kids and adults and does the job of keeping my kids occupied for some time!
If you’re looking for a portable catching game to play or something to give as a present this isn’t a bad option.
This is a great fun game ideal for a small garden.
It could also be played on a beach, in a park, on grass or concrete.
It is played using a small ball that is slapped down onto the net, the opposition player then slaps it back.
Points are scored when a player misses or fails to hit the net.

The set up is fairly easy. All the pieces are kept in a drawstring bag which makes the set easy to transport.
There are 3 balls, the net, frame and ball pump. The pump pin is in the handle of the pump.
The balls needed fully inflating before use.
Once the frame was slotted together the net can be stretched over it.
It seems best to initially roughly secure the net all the way around the frame. Then if two people can work together to secure it more tightly working your way all around the frame. The tighter the net the better the ball bounce.
Overall this is a good fun game that can be played by two or more players.

The first time you use it, you need to inflate the balls. The needle for the pump is included – it’s in the top of the pump.

To start with this game was confusing to set up the first time. The instructions on the images are pretty poor and left me wondering what the hell the photos were showing. After a few goes iI managed to figure out I think what the instructions are trying to get you to do.
The key is to make sure the net is super tight so you can bounce your ball on it. Any looseness and the ball will be as flat as a pancake saying that we set it up in our garden and had great fun with the grandparents. It would be the ideal game to play on the Beach. However, the description says indoor or outdoor. Unless you have a massive open space indoor this is not an indoor game. Good fun for all the family who can catch a ball, saying that my two-year-old enjoyed throwing the ball into the net and seeing how far they could go.
The Springball Roundnet game arrived in a plain white box, inside everything is packed well inside an orange storage bag, as I opened the bag and laid out all the pieces I firstly thought that this would be tricky and long winded when trying to get a quick game setup, I realised this was not the case once setup and I could do it much quicker in the future also, it took me roughly 10 minutes setting it up first time but now 5 minutes would be a good benchmark.
The kit includes 5 outer sections, 5 feet, elasticated net, 3 inflatable balls, small hand pump for the balls (needle located inside the black pump handle under the plastic cap on the base), instruction manual is also included.
To begin grab any outer section and connect a foot, repeat until you have a complete circle, spread out the net and loop over then under, then hook the net onto the rim hooks on the underside, move from corner to corner first then work on the bits in-between.
The rules of the game are simple yet very fun, it is easier with 4 players in 2 teams standing opposite each other, you can make your own rules or play by the rules included in the instructions, stand further back for a greater challenge but roughly 1 – 1.5 meters away is about right, the tension on the net will also effect how you play.
Overall, A great game that can be packed down easy and carried as a backpack in the bag provided, manufactured well and I like the colour scheme, best played with 4 players but just as good with 2 or even 3 players making your own rules as you go, a fun game with friends for a sunny day at the beach or in a field/garden, thank you.

I didn’t know what to expect with this game when ordering. I could see roughly what the idea is, but wasn’t completely sure how to play. On arrival, however, the instructions are really straight forward and after a little time playing, both my son and I enjoyed it. With a little practice, this could become a good game to play on the besch, in the garden or, dare I say it, with a few adults after a couple of drinks.
I’ve given 5 stars, however there was a broken foot that I’ve had to glue back together. I’ve put this down to a delivery issue, rather than a fault in manufacture, although there wasn’t any damage on the box.
This is easy to put together; pole, foot, pole, etc. Space the hooks out and stretch the net across. The tighter the net, the better the bounce.
The game concept is simple to understand, but it clearly takes some time to master play. I did want to video my son, but he wouldn’t play ball (pun completely intended).
Overall, this is a fun game that easily packs away to take for a day out at the beach or park. We’ll be getting lots of fun out of it.
By the way, for those who have mentioned no needle in their review, it’s in the end of the pump handle.
This kit has all the necessary components to play Springball including instructions. Included is a pump to inflate the three balls – the pump needle is secured in the top of the pump, I note another reviewer said no needle was included – you need to look a little carefully to find it. There’s also a carry bag to keep the disassembled kit together.
Construction of the various bits takes only five minutes or so. It’s important that the net stretched firmly over the frame so the balls bounce. The quality is not outstanding but reasonable for the price.
This is a good summer game which the reasonably unskilled can play fairly well. With practice it becomes quite a challenging game.
Overall it’s a good kit. Four stars.
This game is fool proof to setup.
It has slots on every leg and ring arms so it can only be fitted one way.
However, there are instructions which are very clear.
The only fiddly bit the first time is the net which needs to be tensioned quite a bit for the ball to bounce nicely.
It comes with 3 balls and a pump, so no worries if you lose one.
The game is fun, not something an adult would play for hours on end, but kids love it and play without breaks.
After a few sessions it’s still in pristine conditions, so I expect a few years of fun with this.
The carrying bag is a nice touch so everything can be stored without risk of losing anything.
Super impressed with it, bought on impulse really and had so much fun. Pretty simple game to play so don’t need to be super athletic for it to be fun. Really easy to assemble and doesn’t take long either. Came with everything you need, thought I’d need my own pump but it came with it. Really liked that it fits in its own bag so can be stored away all together and brought out easily. Great product!

So I’d seen quite a few people playing this and had a go on a mates one and knew I had to get one. It’s soo much fun.
There are a few brands out there and initially I was apprehensive to buy one that was cheaper than the other as I was worried it might be poor quality but it’s definitely not. The parts fit tightly together and the net fits tightly over the top.
It’s the perfect game for a nice summers day and we’ve taken it on holiday and played it on the beach too. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I absolutely love my Springball set! It is so quick and easy to set up. Also, so simple to store as the legs fold in and takes up no room at all – even in my tiny London flat. I’m really impressed with this Springball set- all packaged really neatly and the set is of really high quality and has everything you need (came with a ball pump, instructions, nice carry bag etc) We played for the first time today and it was so much fun! Highly recommend.
