Having had turtle beach a few times before. I got fed up having to replace them after the plastic went brittle.
These look to be made a lot better and they are incredibly comfortable
The sound quality is amazing and for 60 quid you can’t go wrong I bought them for my boy and he is very happy with them and they are very comfortable on the head..
These headphones are pretty damn good, to say the least. They have superb surround sound for both gaming and music, although I only use them for gaming. I have tried them with music and audio, and they are insane.
They are definitely worth the price, and are definitely not overrated.
I will admit that the microphone is a bit flimsy. It extends and goes back into the actual headphone for convenience, however, it does feel rather flimsy and low quality. The microphone itself is amazing and is crystal clear. So that does compensate for its flimsiness pretty heavily.
I would recommend this headset for gaming and music, however, they are not the most portable. They are rather large, so I wouldn’t purchase them if I was travelling with them frequently.

I would have given this 5 stars, but I’m marking it down, because when I sit down on the porcelain, the microphone cannot pick up the noise of my plop….it gets muffled unless I really push one out and give myself a hernia or eat Indian food for a week. So I am marking it down.

Great headset I have an Xbox series x and I love the sound quality, very comfy to wear compared to other headsets I have used. My son has a Nintendo switch and has also used them. Very good product would highly recommend.
Das Headset ist super frs Gaming geeignet und liegt gut und super leicht auf dem Kopf.
Ich habe keine Druckprobleme oder sonstiges, zudem finde ich die Regelung mit dem Stummschalter sowie das Lautstrkerad am Headset super, da man nicht mehr dieses gefriemel am Kabel braucht.
Von mir gibt es eine klare Empfehlung!

Can’t believe I thought wireless was the way forward. These are so damn good. So light in your head, so comfy. Doesn’t matter how good the sound is on your headphones if they’re horrible to wear. Sound quality is amazing, mic is really nice and I’m apparently crystal clear compared to the more expensive wireless headphones I had.

I really didn’t expect to be able to keep my air-conditioner on when taking part in on-line work meetings; a pleasant surprise that I can… this will make summer more bearable (assuming the weather warms up at any point).
Sound quality for music when not in meetings is also top-notch.

Super comfortable. So many times I have found that headsets are either uncomfortable on the ears after a period of time, or a strain across the top of the head. Not with these. The cushioning on the ears and the elastic band across the top almost feels like a hug for your head. The sound quality is superb as is the case with all the Steel Series headsets.
Il suono davvero buono per un paio di cuffie sotto ai 100 e il microfono di qualit sopra le mie aspettative, comodissimo anche il fatto che si pu nascondere dietro le cuffie e disattivare con un pulsante.
L’unica cosa che non mi piace la rotellina per il volume che a mio avvisto facilissimo azionare per sbaglio quando si prendono in mano le cuffie.
Le consiglio caldamente al posto della versione Arctis 3 che costa di pi e l’unica cosa che cambia che non include lo sdoppiatore per usarle su PC con jack separati.
Anche se la descrizione dice che sono per console di fatto qualunque computer con un jack audio combo pu fare uso del microfono, un ottimo affare.
For all the doubters… nothing wrong with this headset… well worth 60. If you want the ultimate headset then go spend 100-200 for the price of these you get mid to high level quality as to be expected!!!!

All in all very good, comfortable and with decent sound and controls. Works as expected with XBOX and also works well with Windows etc if you want something for calls. The sound is very god, they’re very comfortable. The mic is probably the weakest point, it’s not bad, but response from people is that the sound is just slightly low when speaking, so you have to line the extendable mic up close to mouth and also speak up a little, but it’s marginal really.
This headset is well know across the internet and is very comfortable. good fit for me personally and it sounds great when listening to music or doing competitive gaming. Recommend.
No pongo las cinco estrellas por estas razones: Cable muy corto para conectar al mando del porttil o consola, pero no para una tele por ejemplo. Buena calidad precio, buena calidad de materiales. Sonido bueno, pero para unos cascos de su importe dentro de lo normal. No te asla totalmente del ruido pero lo suficiente para centrarte en una tarea y escuchar el timbre por ejemplo.
Habe mich nach lngerer Recherche fr dieses Headset entschieden, da fr mich beim spielen vorallem ein hoher Tragekomfort wichtig ist. Nach dem ich bereits einige andere Headsets hatte muss ich sagen, dass mich dieses bis jetzt am meisten berzeugt hat. Der Tragekomfort ist einfach nur super und der Ton ist fr den Preis echt angenehmen. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist das austauschbare Kabel und ausziehbare Mikrofon. Fr mich das beste Headset unter hundert Euro.
Excellent micro phone and great sound quality. I personally think this is worth the money as its very comfortable seems durable and is high quality. that would normally cost upwards of 100 quid but this is only 60. However the downsides are that you can’t ear rape your friends as it only sounds muffled and I think has a monitor cap aswell as if you have the mic fully out it picks up your breathing through your nose or mouth. The mic also doesn’t flex much so it might not stay exactly where you want if it isn’t straight but nothing to worry about as if you want to get muted you can retract mic or there is a mute button and isnt much point of having your mic in weird shapes
A reply came after 48 hours asking for photos of the item, box and receipt – duly taken. They say that any reply must be from the original ‘ticket’ email – did that but, it would seem that they have their servers set not to allow jpeg photos through. Tried sending various replies with and without photos from the original email to no avail – gave up – bought missing lead elsewhere. Hopeless and confusing after sales service.

Love it. I play first person shooters mainly mainly rainbow 6 siege. I can here very well where the footsteps are coming from. Awesome noise cancellation as well. Also extremely comfortable.
Boyfriend loves it, his friends immediately noticed a big difference in microphone quality from his previous headset with Turtle Beach, he doesn’t have to charge it like some wired headsets, and the sound quality is good. He likes them to the point where he’s getting his brother some as well!

The Arctis 7 Wireless Headset was dropped to below 100 so I decided to try them.
I will definately be keeping these as they are the best that I have tried.
My budget was under 70 but as these were so much reduced I decided to up my budget and try.

Really great mic! Really good audio and mic quality and it fits perfectly even tho I have a small head. I use the Arctic 3 for apex legends and rainbow six seige and it has not failed me yet. Would definitely recommend
Great headset, really comfortable on the head, ears can get sweaty in hot weather when worn for long periods, far more comfortable than my turtle beach xo4’s,, retractable mic work well and friends say it sounds good.

Brilliant sound quality (comes in useful for both gaming and listening to music, often at the same time) and supreme build quality. Mic is very good, picks up everything it needs to and doesn’t register noise from the headphones like my old pair did. Very comfortable to wear, too; I can wear these for hours on end without sweat or other issues. 10/10 would recommend to anyone viewing these.

Having been on the look for a new headset for my PS4 I came across several reviews and brands and the SteelSeries units came out on top.
The 3 console edition is priced at an perfect point to provide a superior audio experience for gaming while not breaking the bank with functions that wouldn’t necessarily be used.
They have a decreet and professional look to them when compared to some of the other gaming headsets which feel cheap and have sharp angles. The sliding mic is great as it can be pulled out when needed or retract into the headset when not in use. The left side also has a mute mic button and a volume dial which is great for increasing the volume in those intense situations.
Best headphones I’ve ever used for a console. I use it with my ps4 and all the sounds are amazing with every game. Makes gaming a whole new experience. The mic is also crystal clear. Can’t go wrong with this purchase.

I used this headset for gaming, mostly COD MW and the sound quality was very impressed with. I could tell where the enemy was and where shots were coming from. When listening to music I would have liked a bit more base but they did the job.
It was nice not having any wires to worry about, I could walk around the house and didn’t lose connectivity, around 15m from the pc.
When I noticed that the screw was coming loose I contacted Amazon customer service live chat and they arranged collection without any issues.

Kopfhrer sind gut und bequem verarbeitet, das Mikrofon ist auch in die ohrmuschel einfahrbar sollte man nur die Kopfhrer brauchen und auch flexibel biegbar und hat eine positive Resonanz bei meinen mitspielern (ps4) und auch bei meinen Zuschauern bei meinem twitch stream gegeben das die stimmqualitt sich zum alten Headset deutlich verbessert hat.
An der ohrmuschel befindet sich ein Rad um die Lautstrke einzustellen und ein Druckknopf um das mikro an oder aus zu machen.
Das Headset besitzt einen soliden klaren Sound und man hrt alle Details gut raus, lediglich beim Bass htte ich mir mehr gewnscht, ist aber ausreichend.
Beimtragekomfort gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, durch das flexible skiband, liegt vom Plastik nichts unangenehm an und ist auch bei lngeren zocksessions noch top und ohne Schmerzen an der ohrmuschel oder hnliches.
Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung, preis/Leistung ist kaum zu schlagen!
I have been using this product for a few months now. It seems to hold up well in terms of durability.
It is light and very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.
Sound quality is good enough for gaming. I especially like clear separation of sounds combined with good stereo performance (improves awareness in games like CoD, eg. you can hear footsteps coming in from a given direction). I would not recommend listening music on this headset, as it sounds rather flat.
Microphone and voice communication works fine, but nothing exceptional. The microphone does not pick up too much background noise which is a nice surprise.
Mute button and volume wheel are well designed and useful.
Que ce soit au niveau du son mais surtout au niveau du confort rien redire. Je l’ai principalement changer pour le confort et c’est une russite. Une fois qu’on a le casque sur les oreilles ont entend presque plus les bruits autour de nous et a c’est un + si vous jouer des jeux o il est ncessaire de bien entendre. Sinon la livraison tait trs rapide grce Prime, en bref je recommande si vous jouez sur console.
alright so the headset is perfectly seasoned with a great ratio of salt to pepper. The headset was cooked for just the right amount of time to give is a chard bottom but with a soft inside (wink). The headset has been cooked to the perfect colour not making any mistakes. The service at this restaurant was out standing with friendly waiters who are always happy to help and fix anything you are unhappy with or answer anything you are unsure of. If i had to give this headset a rating it would be a 9/10 would defiantly recommend.

Purchased for 46.00 primarily for use with PUBG on Xbox one X. Great spatial sound, you can hear exactly which direction shots are being fired from. The highs are clear and bass is loud (although not super bassy). Great for gaming. I upgraded from a budget headset. The Arctis 3 is decent for general music listening also. Disappointing that there are no EQ customisation options. The microphone is loud and crystal clear, it doesn’t need to be right in front of your mouth as other reviews state! I’m happy with the price I paid, not sure I’d pay anything higher for what is a lower end headset from Steelseries.
Sounds quality is excellent, feels great to wear. Not too heavy at all, and the sound cancelling is good. Feels very premium to touch and the Mic seems to be one of the best I’ve ever had.

First of all the microphone sound quality is excellent and so is the sound quality through the speakers, I love how you can pull out the microphone meaning so that when your not using it you don’t have it in front of your face! It also can fit a small head because of the strap on top! (Con) After a while in a certain position the headset will cut out but then come back on again but it only cuts out if the connector part is twisted so not much to worry about there!

Loved the mic and it’s super comfy for long periods of time
Nach 3 Tagen googeln, Test’s und Rezessionen lesen und Videos schauen, entschied ich mich fr das Steelseries Arctis 3 Console. Nun hatte ich die Mglichkeit, zeitgleich meinen 2.Favoriten, das HyperX Cloud Stinger zu testen.
Nachdem ich das Steelseries angeschlossen hatte und das 1.Mal im Blackout (CoD) absprang, dachte ich WOW, der Sprachchat ist endlich sauber zu verstehen, auch die Mitten sind deutlicher wahr zu nehmen. Mein 18 Chinateil (Beexellent) war fr seinen Preis berraschend gut, jedoch sehr basslastig und das Gebaumel der Kabellei hat mich sehr genervt. Der Tragecomfort des Steelseries ist hervorragend, kein Drcken mehr auf dem Kopf, das weiche Skibrillenband legt sich gleichmig auf den Kopf. Bei Polstern, wie beim HyperX ist die Last auf diese 10cm begrenzt, und genau da drckt es dann mit der Zeit. Die Ohrmuscheln sind mit einem Sporttextil berzogen, was bei mir deutlich das Schwitzen reduziert hat. Die uere Abschirmung im Gegenzug zum Leder des HyperX empfand ich trotzdem als gleich. Musste mich aber erstmal etwas dran gewhnen.
Im Steelseries sind die S1-Lautsprecher verbaut, hnlich ihrer groen Brder Arctis 5 und 7. Das merkt man auch deutlich, es wird mehr wert auf den Spielsound und den Sprachchat gelegt. Dem HyperX fehlte es aber an Mitten, dafr viele Hhen und ein krftigerer Bass. Da punktet das Arctis 3 deutlich. Von der Quali des Mirkos haben meine Mitspieler keinen Unterschied gemerkt zwischen den beiden, jedoch deutlich zum 18 Chinateil.
Beide Headsets haben ihre Bedienelemente an den Ohrmuscheln, was ich mir auch so wnschte. Das Aktivieren und Deaktivieren des Mikros per Hoch- und Runterklappen beim HyperX fand ich extrem klasse. Der Knopf beim Arctis 3 ist aber nach dem 10x auch schnell zu erreichen.
Die Lautstrkeregelung mit einem Drehrad, finde ich beim Arctis 3 gelungener, als der Schieberegler beim HyperX, ist schwerer zu dosieren.
Ebenfalls war auch ausschlaggebend, dass ich mich fr das Steelseries entscheiden habe, dass hier das Kabel zum Controller austauschbar ist, dieses kann hier bei Amazon oder bei Steelseries nachbestellt werden. Ist ein 8pol. Mini-USB auf 3,5 Klinke — Kabel, habe mir schon ein stoffummanteltes Kabel nachbestellt, da die gummierten Kabel (an beiden Headsets) an der Haut der Unterarme zu kleben anfingen und nicht zwischen den Armen durchrutschten. Beim HyperX ist das Kabel fest an der Ohrmuschel eingebaut, somit kann ich das ganze Headset bei Kabelbruch wegwerfen.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt fr das Steelseries ist der an der Ohrmuschel angebrachte Klinken-Ausgang fr Mithrer. Wie oft habe ich schon von Mitspielern gehrt, dass Frau oder Freunde mithren wollten und dafr meist ein weiterer Account angelegt werden musste, oder es keine Mglichkeit gab. So ist dies nun kein Problem mehr — habe es ausprobiert und der Spielsound des CoD wurde sauber auf des Bose Soundlink mini auf AUX ausgegeben. Coole Sache!
Ich bin froh, dass ich meine beiden Favoriten testen konnte und ich bin noch mehr froh ber mein neues Steelseries Arctis 3 Console 2019. Hier gewinnt einfach Tragecomfort, SoundQuali und Funktionalitt gegen ein LederHeadset ohne Mitten, aber mit runterklappbarem aktivierbaren Mikro.
Ich will nicht behaupten, dass ich nun mehr als vorher hre oder besser als meine Mitspieler — aber sie verstehen mich besser und der Sound ist nun klarer, der Tragecomfort klasse und das Kabelgebaumel (Bedienelemente, USB-Anschluss, Kupplung mic/aux usw.) hat endlich ein Ende!
Das ist mir allemal die ca. 50 wert. Von mir 5 Sterne, klare Kaufempfehlung!
Update 04/2022: Die Steelseries sind auch bei der PS5 im Einsatz, keine Vernderung zur PS4pro. Im letzten Bild habe ich die Ausleitung zu einem weiteren Headset ber Klinke fotografiert, ein Freund wollte mithren. Er konnte den PS-SprachChat als auch das Spiel sauber mithren. Sogar Laut/Leise vom Steelseries wurde auf den externen Kopfhrern weitergeleitet. Top Sache!

Fantastic headset! I have it plugged into my astro mix amp which improves to what is an already great sounding headset! If you are wanting these just for console i strongly recommend! They are super comfortable for those long gaming sessions and my ears barely sweat wearing them at all! I’ve had astro a10’s, hyper X cloud II and can say that the arctis 3 are a better headset for the price and quality! If you are not bothered about RGB lighting like with the arctis 5 and upwards then what more could you want! The ‘ski’ goggle strap is a big plus as you don’t get the pressure on top of Ur head which other headsets can cause! The only negative I have which isn’t really bad at all is that the lead which plugs into the headset could’ve been abit longer but if your plugging it into ur controller you will be fine with it!

Natrlich ist zu diesem Preis auf den ersten Blick alles nur Kunststoff, fhlt sich aber zu keiner Sekunde an wie ein Billiges Plastik Headset. Alles ist wertig verarbeitet und hat einen mir sehr gut gefallenden schlichten sportlichen Stil. Die Ohrpolsterung ist komfortabel und stabil. Auerdem gibt es am oberen Teil keine Polsterung, diese Aufgabe bernimmt ein Band wie man es bei Skibrillen findet. Das beigefgte Kabel ist leider nur gummiert und hat keiner Stoffummantelung oder hnliches. Die Gummierung fhlt sich aber stabiler und wertiger an als bei den meisten Gerten.
Funktion und Technik:
Angeschlossen wird der Kopfhrer nun ber ein Kabel das auf der einen Seite ein 3,5mm Klinke und auf der anderen Seite eine Art Mini USB hat. Dies ist fr mich auch der Erste groe Kritikpunkt, hier htte Ich mir ein beidseitiges 3,5mm Klinkenkabel gewnscht. Und eventuell noch einen Adapter auf getrennte Sound Aus- und Eingabe. Ansonstne gibt es Links noch einen Knopf um das Mikro zu deaktivieren und ein Rdchen zur Lautstrkeinstellung. Das eventuelle Highlight ist ein weiterer 3,5mm Port an den ein weiterer Kopfhrer fr eventuelle Mitspieler oder Zuschauer angeschlossen werden kann, coole Idee. Das Mikrofon ist zudem im Gehuse versteckt und kann auf die gewnschte Lnge ausgezogen und gebogen werden. Ist aber auch im eingefahrenen Zustand einsatzbereit.
Sound:
Der Sound ist fr den geringen Preis sehr gut, die Lautstrke ist ausreichend stark auch wenn die Bsse usw. nicht an einen teuren Musikkopfhrer rankommen. Auerdem ist die Mikrofonqualitt in diesem Preisbereich berragen.
Fazit:
Sehr guter Gamingkopfhrer mit wertigem schlichten Design und guter Technik, lediglich andere Kabel, eine Hlle und ein etwas krftiger Klang fehlen zur 5* Bewertung.

il punto forte di queste cuffie sicuramente la comodit, che anche una delle cose pi importanti perch puoi avere le cuffie che suonano meglio di tutte ma se poi ti danno fastidio non le utilizzerai.
La fascia che sorregge la cuffia molto comoda, magari non adatta alle teste pi piccoline, ma comunque modificabile e i padiglioni sono abbastanza grandi e di memory soffice che aderisce bene senza dare fastidio anche in tempi prolungati.
Suonano molto bene per la loro fascia di prezzo (io le uso per film e videogiochi) ed il microfono disattivabile tramite tasto veramente ottimo, la tua voce riprodotta in cuffia senza lag cos non ti trovi ad urlare mentre parli in chat con qualcuno durante il gioco, e lo si pu estrarre direttamente tirando per aggiustarlo come si preferisce, sicuramente un altro punto forte della cuffia insieme al volume regolabile dalla rotella direttamente nella cuffia e non sul cavo.
Un’altro aspetto veramente interessante per chi come me guarda tutto in cuffia anche con fidanzata o amici, questa cuffia ha un uscita jack nel retro cos voi potete collegare la cuffia ad un dispositivo qualsiasi di riproduzione ed una seconda cuffia qualsiasi pu essere collegata al padiglione sinistro tramite il jack che si vede nella foto e l’audio condiviso senza ritardi.
Unico neo il cavetto che ha un brutto attacco proprietario nella cuffia e che quindi non facilmente sostituibile, se lo rompete ne dovete comprare uno compatibile apposta.
Only had them for a couple of weeks but when you factor in price vs quality, don’t think you can get much better than these.
After a little bit of research. This headset was the one I wanted. Not disappointed in them at all. Really comfortable to wear and that’s with glasses on. Cant really notice the headset pinching the glasses at all. Great sound from them. The retractable mic is a bonus. The cable can be disconnected from the headset if it ever becomes broken. Easy to replace with another cable. Overall 100% happy with the headset.
Really happy with these headphones, great quality sound and great build quality.
Sound:
The quality is nice and clear but isn’t as loud as I would have liked, but I usually use a USB headset which can draw a lot more power. I have trialed it with several games such as xcom 2 and red dead redemption 2 and some Netflix programmes, but I would only use it for games. Not being 7.1 you aren’t hearing 360 degree’s, but I am happy to say I can get at least 180 degrees and know where bullets and explosion’s are coming from in games.
Build quality:
These are made out of a lot of plastic but it feels good and comfortable after multiple hours of wear. The ear cup foam could be firmer, but I am just being picky as they are very soft and flexible. Don’t be chucking it around and you will be fine. One area I can see breaking easily if abused would be the joint from the headband to ear cups, as they swivel 90 degree.
The same as my first paragraph, these are a solid 8/10 without a doubt. To make them a 10/10 the clarity would need to be higher, and come with an option to lower the sound but not the voice chat or visa versa. For the money they are a decent buy, but if you can afford it go for the 7’s. Reason I didn’t opt for the 5’s as reviews didn’t show much difference in sound quality from these
Ich hatte schon mehrere Headsets, unter anderem auch das PS4 Gold Wireless (neue Version) mit Virtuellen Surround Sound. Bei dem Steel Series Arctis 3 Console Edition (2019) fehlt es an nichts. Der Sound ist zwar Stereo aber ich finde besser kein zu extremer Bass und wirkt aufgerumter wie bei einem Surround Sound Headset! (Wer Surround Sound bei dem Arctis 3 will kann am PC die dazugehrige Software benutzen!) Der Tragekomfort ist das beste, es ist leicht, umschliet sehr gut die Ohren und durch das Skiband in der Mitte drckt nichts! Dazu sieht das Headset sehr geil aus, schlicht und edel wie ich es mag. Habe mein PS4 Gold Wireless Headset sogar fr dieses zurckgegeben!

Ich war auf der Suche nach einem Kabelgebundenen Headset fr die Ps4 ( mag es nicht, wenn Bluetooth Kopfhrer mitten im Gefecht den Geist aufgeben ) und habe das Arctis 3 Console gekauft.
Nach einer gewohnt schnellen Lieferung, ging es also ans Eingemachte.
Das Headset ist jetzt nicht mega schick verpackt, zumindest wsste ich nicht, was man da gro erwhnen msste – hatte ich es auch schon angeschlossen und auf meinem Kpfchen plaziert.
Bei mir sitzt es perfekt, so wie es angekommen ist, habe keine groe Einstellung am Band vornehmen mssen und sofort bemerkt, dass sich der Kopfhrer super auf den Ohren anfhlt.
Diese Version bringt keinen sonderlichen Schnickschnack mit sich, es ist also nicht beleuchtet, auch das Mikrofon leuchtet nicht, wenn man es ein oder ausschaltet, aber genau darum ging es mir – die Beleuchtung wrde ich ohnehin nicht wahrnehmen und meinen Pflanzen ist es vollkommen egal, ob ich beim Zocken am Kopf leuchte, oder eben nicht.
Das Mikrofon lsst sich gemtlich im Hrer verstecken und hatte fr mich einen guten Klang, auch wurde ich sehr gut von meinen Mitspielern verstanden – dies ohne, den Pegel ber die Konsole extra auf ganz hoch stellen zu mssen! ( Da hatte ich bereits Kopfhrer, die auf Maximal gestellt waren und ich immer wieder gefragt wurde, ob ich denn mein Mic schon an habe )
Sound ist ordentlich, Luft nach oben wre fr mich persnlich noch drin gewesen, aber generell empfinde ich den Ton mehr als ok, somit von mir :
Wer keinen Weihnachtsbaum auf dem Kopf braucht, nur ein ordentliches Headset sucht, ist hier bestens bedient! Mag sein, dass die Version mit Game Dac um Welten besser ist, allerdings macht man hier in meinen Augen nicht viel falsch!
