Sterling Lockable DVR NVR CCTV Safe Box

The Sterling lockable DVR box is a safe secure way to mount your all-important CCTV recorder. The box is made from tough powder coated steel and features a anti drill radial lock for security. It has ventilation holes to the sides so they keep cool, at the rear there are cable management system to allow easy access to run the BNC or data cables. It’s important to keep you recorder secure and make your CCTV system data protection compliant. The box is supplied with fixing bolts & 2 keys.

It’s a bit too oversized for my needs but it works well enough, i can’t fault it for its size as i did read the dimensions before buying, but there really aren’t any good alternatives.
A strong product that is easy to wall mount and easy to use but it is large and is probably designed for large nvrs. A 4, 8 or 16 channel nvr looks small inside
Good size box with good size and seems to be very secure with a decent lock, the weight and quality are good

Easy to install. I ended up having to mount it on a wall so I used packaging to raise the NVR and keep the cooling channels clear..

ottimo, con piccoli dvr ci entra anche un gruppo di continuit da 800va
Installed this on top of a laminate worktop..the holes required are about 8mm. Put a bit of masking tape over where you are drilling to avoid any shattering of the worktop.
Overall it keeps prying hands away from the NVR however if someone did want to break it open, its pretty easy with a crow bar.
There aren’t any instructions so took a bit of working out where the bolts and screws go. The washer goes inside the box and the bolt through the washer, otherwise the holes are big enough for the screws to go right through. I couldn’t fully tighten them due to the round design of the screws which means you can’t grip them on top.
This box fits the Hikvision DS7608NI series well.
