Looks very stylish out of the box. I’ve had it a while now and it is mainly working well.
Pros are that it uses ground coffee so less plastic waste. The milk reservoir is incorporated into the design.
Cons are that the milk reservoir jumps out of the socket stopping the coffee production, so I have to stand adding pressure while I use it. It’s annoying sometimes. The milk spout is directly aligned with the coffee pouring, and so gets really mucky, unless you stand there and push it out of the way half way through.
It looks great in my kitchen and I’m not unhappy with it.

Kaffee ist im Grund hei genug. Temperatur schwankt immer mal wieder. Milchschaum gut. Bitte beim Kauf daran denken, dass ihr einen Reisestecker fr Deutschland und England braucht. Die Maschine hat nen englischen Stecker. Sonst super Maschine.

Gets used almost daily. Easy to use. Only issue aside from the milk jug being a pain to clean (can’t get hand in there properly), is that sometimes a large latte or cappuccino will sometimes definitely not be a large, whilst other times it’ll overfill the cup that a large fits into.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersItem arrived today – this is therefore just the initial view…

It came in the anonymous Amazon packaging requested, inside which the Swan box is itself of good construction and well illustrated.

After cleaning, the priming is straightforward – though it would have been nice if the manual mentioned the 20 or so noisy pulsations that could easily be mistaken for something not starting properly (why are manuals apparently never tested by someone who knows nothing at all about the device?); nonetheless, it was soon ready. The espresso grind I have sometimes caused problems for the old machine, which struggled to push water through – no problem for this machine though.

In appearance it looks exactly as advertised, indeed the colour rendition is surprising good (YMMV, I have a DELL IPS screen) – I wouldn’t have called it pine green, but it is the pleasant colour I expected.

I hope that the personalised water control will work as I hope since the double measure espresso is just a fraction too long for my liking. We’ll see.

It does indeed get up to temperature quickly. The first cup of coffee had good crema (though I haven’t checked to see whether the porta -filter contains a crema-faker) and tasted good – and definitely better than the recently deceased machine.

    So far, so good.

    UPDATE 21/04/2021

The porta-filter is no more than a holder for the metal filter so there is no crema-faker there.

It does not seem to be possible to override the time/quantity for an espresso (e.g. by holding the button down for an extended period and releasing it after the desired duration)

I do believe coffee is tasting better than before – better temperature control, pressure?
