How do I clean my Cook4me lid?
Clean the device with a damp, non-abrasive sponge and washing-up liquid. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, scouring sponges or abrasive pads. Do not use any special metal cleaning agents. Never immerse or run the appliance under water.
What are the temperature ranges of the Cook4me lid?

I’ve had the Tefal cook4me Multi-Cooker for a year now and this lid completes it. We use it for everything: roast, fry, crisp. It’s amazing. I don’t use my conventional oven much anymore.
A must-have accessory as it opens the door to a plethora of recipes. It transforms the Cook4me into a complete multi-cooker.
It’s really easy to use and the controls are straightforward. Hassle-free and much less time-consuming than cooking in the oven. It looks very sleek too.
I’ve made beautifully crispy spring rolls, jacket potatoes, roast vegetables, chicken breasts, and steak with this. I even cooked a whole small turkey breast and it came out so flavoursome and seasoned – it was very well-received for Christmas with the family over. I like that I don’t have to keep an eye on the food too. No more burnt dinner disasters!
I deducted 1 star as I would’ve liked the lid to be included with the Cook4me pot instead of having to buy it separately (or at least introduce a bundle offer!). It definitely kicks up the value of the Cook4me a notch or two. It’s been a staple in my kitchen the past month. Would be happy to recommend.

The Tefal Extra Crisp Lid is a superb addition to the Cook4Me. It is so simple to use, just pop it onto the Tefal Cook4Me to transforms it into an Air fryer. Set the time and temperature and wait for the beep.
I tried a roast chicken with it first and it turned out so juicy inside but with such crispy skin. I was really impressed. Works well with fresh and frozen chips too, I was able to make some great chips with superbly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle.
I’m over the moon with this, it’s an amazing bit of technology. Along with the Cook4me Touch, it’s changing (and simplifying!) the way I cook and making the whole experience highly enjoyable.
This is an expensive but very effective attachment for the Tefal cooker. It is a large and heavy item, not particularly easy to store but fits securely and is comfortable to hold/carry. It is easy to use with the touch controls and turns the cooker into a great quality air fryer.
It is especially good for making chips and fried chicken I must say and is more convenient and space saving, if you already have the Cook4me machine, than buying a separate air fryer. Therefore I highly recommend this attachment if you already gave the Cook4me.

No room for a separate air fryer, so purchased the extra crisp. Fits well on Cook4me. To date I baked a Madeira cake, roasted a full chicken, and cooked the Potato Bake from the Cook4me app. All turned out great!

Tefal Extra Crisp Air Fryer Lid.
This product would only be purchased if you already have a cook 4 me pressure cooker. It converts this into an air fryer with the switch of the lid. It is quite a genius idea really, I am so impressed. It is very easy to use and the digital screen is clear and simple.
I have only used it so far to make roasties but they were perfect. I couldn’t ask anymore from a product.
Priced at 77.99 that seems to be the going rate for the product. You obviously save money in the long run as it is cheaper than purchasing a Tefal air fryer.
If you own a Cook4me and would like an air fryer, you don’t need to buy a whole new appliance, all you need is this useful little gadget. As well as saving money, it also saves a lot of time, space and hassle. All you need to do is attach it onto your Cook4me and that’s all you need to do.
It can be used to fry, roast, grill, or bake. There are different settings you can change, like the time and what you are actually doing and then all you have to do is press start. When you want to stop it cooking, simply press stop.
It is easy to store and takes up no space at all. After using it, it is super easy to clean since all you need to do is wipe it.
Overall, I highly recommend this, it is a good price, and I highly recommend it.
I had bought the Tefal Cook4Me a while ago as I was keen to switch to a vegan diet and pressure cook bean recipes from scratch. I was delighted with it as it became so easy to use but then I realised that to roast, air fry, grill or bake I needed the Extra Crisp Lid. I wish that Tefal had included it in with the Cook4Me pot. I found that it was just as easy to use however I wish that it was included and that it was not an optional extra. It cannot be operated without the cooker and the cooker only becomes a comprehensive cooker once you have this extra lid with its 4 multi functions. I have dropped a star because I feel they could have designed it with the lid having these functions or if they couldn’t do that they should have included it with the cooker not as an extra.
The requirement to have a separate lid means that you need sufficient worktop space not only for the cooker but also for the lid before you start cooking and then once your meal is cooked. If you have a large island in your kitchen I can see it would be easy to use it it but I only have 20″ free worktop space beside the drainer so I now have to clear the drainer and use that additional space when I’m cooking with the lid.
It performs really well and I’m very pleased with the results however I have had to rethink the whole way I cook and I’ll be redesigning the kitchen soon to enable me to make it an easier process.
The lid comes with a glossy leaflet ‘Quick Start Guide’ illustrating all the steps you have to take with a series of colour photos. There is also a flimsy leaflet that can be easily lost as it is on very poor quality paper however it contains very important information and is a vital resource. It not only has all the Safety Instructions, Essential Do’s and Don’ts, Advice and Information but also Precautions for use, Preparation for use, ‘Using the Appliance’ section and the very important Cooking guide. The cooking guide in this little leaflet has more information than the glossy one including important tips and how to make home-made chips. In the beginning of the leaflet using a dishwasher is mentioned but in the Cleaning section in bold letters you are told that ‘The appliance is not dishwasher safe and that it should not be immersed in water or liquid’. I would have liked to see more information in the glossy leaflet and better quality of the instruction pamphlet as it will be frequently referred to.
WOW! This Tefal cook4me Lid is almost life changing. This product stretches the capabilities of your cook4me pot , doubling its functionality without adding another appliance to your counter This new air fryer with dehydrating and broil programs. The best thing is it doesn’t need much space in my small kitchen.
Fits under wall cabinets while stored on Instapot it has 4 functions. handle is bit smaller.

This is the perfect add on for the pressure cooker. It basically turns yourcook4me pressure cooker into an air fryer. It was simple to set and it is very quick to cook. I was able to cook chips, hash browns and even some chicken in it. You simply swap the lids over and it allows you to brown food. There is a temperature settings and start and stop. Great for finishing off dishes that need a crispy top. There is nothing extra you need to do, no extra oil needs and it takes seconds to swap over the lids. There is some great ideas on the cook4me app as well which shows you how you can use this on your existing dishes. You can also bake cakes with this but have yet to try that but the chicken worked well as it cooked in the pressure cooker then finished off with this to give it extra crisp. Easy to clean and compact. A great addition to your cook4me pot.
Takes about 14 mins to heat up to max temp, but otherwise a fine addition for your cook4me. I use a round grid/trivit to allow a 2nd layer, above fries. Very easy to clean.

My friend got me the Tefal Cook4me and I got this lid for it. It’s very convenient. You can do more stuff in one thing. I cannot wait to use it for stuff.
I was really impressed with the Extra Crisp Lid,
it made the most amazing roast potatoes
they were crisp and crunchy on the outside but soft and smooth on the inside
I like being able to put chips, nuggets, steak etc and not worry about looking at it and it is a safe way of cooking.
It certainly saves on the washing up and you do not have fat spitting from a steak as opposed to grilling it,
The airfry setting is really good and it heats the bowl up very quickly.
Settings are for type of frying/baking and time, easy to use – the start/ stop button’s sensitivity could be better, bigger sometimes I had to keep pressing by the time I realised I press it too high
The Extra Crisp lid pairs with the Tefal Cook4Me and also the Moulinex Cookeo cookers, both are almost identical products but licenced as per country ot is sold in. In the UK, it’s Tefal Cook4Me.
The lid has four cooking modes: roast, airfry, grill and bake. The airfry function works very well, used to deep frying usually and having tried airfry with varied performance, this one fries to a standard which is crisp, without being dry, even the kids enjoyed their “fry-up” lunch.
If you haven’t got the Tefal Cook4Me, this will set you back a further 150 (currently). However, I hope in the future, Tefal decide to offer the option of selling both, the lid and the cooker, together at a more cost-effective price. Especially for those that would be prepared to buy both but need that little bit of an incentive by way of a better value to go ahead with a purchase.
4 stars, as I’m not a fan of the requirement to purchase a crucial component separately, especially in a young family dynamic where frying, baking and grilling are key.
I’ve never had an air fryer before so was delighted when I was asked to test this out.
I’ve used it 4 times now for various things and was surprised at how good things turned out. I feel a lot less guilty and fried foods now and I was amazed at how many weird and wonderful recipients you can find online that use an air fryer. Definitely wouldn’t want to be without one now it’s awesome. 5 stars from me. Hope this was helpful.
