Our nephew has always had an obsession with the stars but not having much space at home meant that he couldn’t get a full sized telescope so after finding this much more compact version it was a must have for him.
It goes together reasonably easily as the main body is already built up, obviously that’s also the part with fragile lenses so some care needs to be taken, but putting it together doesn’t take long and gave us time to set it up with plenty of time left for an evening of star gazing.
You’re not going to get the most detailed views but for general star gazing and moon images it really is a nice bit of kit.

I’ve seen others on here that don’t seem as solid or sturdy as this one
Cheaper is not always the way to go..
Tripod has extending legs ..so can be raised up and down as needed.
