Great bike, so easy to use. Very quite. Just what I wanted. Would highly recommend.
Been using this for a few weeks now both for arms and legs. I don’t have room for a larger machine but wanted something to exercise with. The highest resistance is still quite easy but I still manage to work up a bit of a sweat after 30-40 minutes. Has been doing great, no complaints
Very good bike. It is a lot heavier than I expected it to be, unfortunately.
I’m no armchair slouch and I walk and run to stay healthy in my sixties. However, I do still spend lots of time parked on my bottom. I always had a desk job and even now I’m retired I spend a fair bit of time at my computer or watching tv. This device allows me to maintain some degree of mobility when doing activities which would otherwise involve relatively long periods of inactivity which are clearly unhealthy. It’s amazing how you get so used to this that you hardly notice how much exercise you are doing. You can alter the resistance level from very light to quite strong. The device is well made and robust as well as fairly quiet in use. My only criticism is that the calorie counter is very optimistic but that’s a very minor grouch. Overall very pleased with this device.
I ordered wrong exerciser, sent this back, it did seem a good exerciser, looked well made.
Bought this for my husband to get some exercise as he drives a van all day and doesn’t feel like going to the gym or on his bike after a long day. This bike is great for him as he cycle’s and watched TV, he said it gives him a good work out. It’s well made and no noise which is great! Would recommend. Worth paying a bit more for the quality.
This is a sure winner. The clincher was having a carry handle worked into the body. This might sound strange but believe me when I say, the ability to lift it to move it is a must. The other so called mini exercisers, are not mini, and a real pain to move about after use.
So this one ticks all of the right boxes, and wins every time compared to the others
I had never used any kind of exercise machinery. Thankfully this works great. The only initial problem was it sliding on the floor. I fixed this by connecting the machine to the chair I was sitting on using a strap. Now, it works and feels much more solid. The only remaining gripe is that the little on board computer isn’t up too much. First of all, it’s hard to read if it doesn’t have a completely full battery. It’s fine for simply keeping track of the distance covered. But would be nice to have it connect your phone or what or whatever to keep a record.
Firstly it’s quiet, it seems to be a good purchase time will tell
I bought this item hoping from the reviews that it would be a robust replacement for the exercise bike I had that I broken with my enthusiasm to lose weight. The tension settings on this go up to 8, I am currently on 5 as I am used to cycling but expect to increase soon. And its perfect.
It feels smooth, no grinding or vibration coming through the pedals and it is virtually silent. The resistance feels just the same to me as on a standard spin cycle. I do not use the digital speedometer because I use a fitband so I cannot comment on that .
I would only give as advice that you make sure you are seated in a firm chair, that causes you sit up properly or make sure you are supported to do so by cushions. I use a posture cushion under me as my chair is pretty ropey. You run the risk of getting posture problems and pain otherwise.
So far I have lost 2 stone using this. Its great. I thoroughly recommend it.
It has a basic LCD monitor which displays the essentials, like speed, time, distance travelled, calories burnt, etc. It also has 8 easily adjustable levels of resistance serving various purposes.
This mini exercise bike is well made for training legs and arms. It is designed to be portable and foldable for different events, so it is really nice and easy to transform between the modes of use and store.
