This is my second steering wheel, before i had logitech g923 and this one from thrusmaster is mutch more better. Strong enought for this cash
It’s decent enough for the price (got it for 199) it’s a bit plasticky overall and not the smoothest to turn, nor the quietest, but the pedal has a nice feel to it. The set up is ok simple.
Good price point for a racing wheel.
Features are good such as being able to adjust the steering degrees and force feedback on the fly.
Bought for GT7 VR2 but also been playing Euro Truck Sim 2 and American Truck Sim 2.
Works a treat with all of the games I’ve tried so far.
My only minor gripe is the wheel could be a bit bigger .
Other than that and that’s me being picky, I can recommend this wheel.
My son was delighted to receive this bundle. Steering wheel is high quality and the metal pedals also excellent quality. The diameter of the wheel is about two thirds compared to life size.
Straightforward to set up, he was easily able to do this himself, and had it configured in Forza and Assetto Corsa in no time. Forceback effects took a little while to be tweaked to his liking, but this can all be adjusted through the Thrustmaster app and in the games.
A few months on and everything is still working well with no issues.

Very Happy, brings a level of realism to driving sims you wouldn’t believe possible for the price. Easy set up on windows 10, download the drivers from Thrustmaster support and it installs the settings dashboard for the T248 and pedals, then a click to update the firmware and all done. Got it fixed to a ‘Anman Foldable G920 Racing Steering Wheel stand’ and it fits a treet.
I’m very happy with this steering wheel it works great and feels really nice, only issue I have is the shift paddles are really loud but apparently there’s a quick easy fix for this I just haven’t tried it yet.

Works perfectly all the different button options makes a difference the force feedback is insane. The flap shifters are quite loud but playing in VR on f1 and u can’t tell. Although the wheel base isn’t amazingly sturdy and both stand pieces snapped with little force but glued back on and no issues since.
Used it for the first time and it is very good, much better than the previous wheels that I have bought for similar money. Padel Shifters do make a loud click but other than that it is a great Wheel.
This is the first wheel I have ever purchased and am very impressed! The FFB is great, it feels very smooth when cornering, the display on the wheel is a nice touch, the panels on the back are very satisfying to use if you like manual gear changes and the overall feel of the wheel is very nice!
The pedals are excellent aswell no complaints at all, would recommend to anyone looking for a good entry level wheel.
My first ever sim racing wheel, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was easy to set up and works nicely so far. I was surprised by the amount of FF from it – feels very different from my real car! Build quality doesn’t seem that solid, but only time will tell how long it lasts. Nice leather on the wheel itself. Chose this over the Logitech G923 and TM 300RS GT due to price.
Love the look and feel of this wheel and has a very good turning circle and the panel shifts feel solid overall happy work the purchase.
Really nice wheel on PS4,ps5. On pc like other wheels is the setup for games is a bit frustrating, that’s taking nothing from this wheel though. Force feedback the feel and smoothness is a thumbs up. The price I paid is well worth it and I would recommend this wheel to any gamer who likes racing . The pedals are also second to none a definite plus also.
Very easy to setup proffesional steering wheel for just under 300
This set up is ideal for someone wanting a easy plug and play set up. Just a shade below a proper sim racing rig. I have always used thrustmaster products with my playstations and can highly recommend them. I got this after having a t150 and it’s brilliant. Pedals are good quality, wheel is good fun to use. Build quality is good. Should do the job for a casual gamer (if you have to store it away after use) or someone just starting out. Would not get if you are looking for a serious set up for their rig.
Had been a bit put off by some online reviews but went for it anyway and happy I did. Force feedback is strong enough for me. Yes the gear paddles are a little loud and the padding on the wheel could be better, but it’s great for playing games. Was easy to set up and update the firmware. Software is easy to get from their website.
Good strong feedback, button layout is intuitive and the pedals are fantastic. I think the brake is the stand-out for me, although I use this with an F-GT Lite which can take the force to reach 100% braking very well. Having played with ACC, GT7 and PC2, the level of immersion is fantastic, certainly adds a whole new level.
Having owned two G29’s (don’t ask) previously and although that is a good wheel, this is far and away better, way more realistic IMO except the finish isn’t quite as premium.
I like how there is no mention of a temperature gauge in the manual unless I just skipped over it but it drives, feels and handles like a dream. It makes me think I’m driving an Audi with the wheel desig

I increased the gap between the accelerator pedal and the brake pedal. You can also adjust the pedal angle. Using a wheel is a lot better than a controller as the experience is more immersive. I would definitely recommend this wheel.
The only two negative points were that the brake pedal initially was very stiff. I had to attach carpet grippers to the bottom of the pedal unit to prevent it from sliding. The pedal gears on the steering wheel are quite noisy when clicked. Everything else is great.
I was trying to select between the Thrustmaster T248 and the Logitech equivalent. After commenting across various YouTube videos, this was recommended. I use it on my PS5 and it will be compatible with future games. I’ve been playing f1 2020 and the force feedback is good. This wheel is great for beginners at a not too expensive price compared to others. But keep in mind when buying from the UK that the power cord will be different then the universal plug.

It would be nice to have it in leather, magnetic flippers are noisey, but good enough
As a sim racing enthusiast I have used a lot of wheels. I can say with confidence the T248 is definitely the best wheel in it’s class. It uses a belt and gear system offering strong force feedback and smoother action than other wheels that just use gears alone. The pedals included are pure quality. Offering precise movement and the brake pedal can be adjusted to offer a stiffer response when pressed down. Overall a great package
