What can I possibly add that hasn’t already been written here regarding the Ticwatch Pro 3 LTE?
It’s just brilliant and suits my needs perfectly.
Also, thanks to Amazon, the price was pretty amazing amazing too thanks to the Prime Day offer.

If you’re after a good, solid smartwatch that doesn’t cost the earth, this could well be the one for you.

Overall great watch only negatives are the LTE it’s only available on Vodafone and the watch strap has a coating on which is wearing off. See pic

Absolouty brilliant watch. Fantasic features and fully waterproof. All the features work well and I find the steps and heart beat calculator very acturate. I will only buy Mobvoi from now on.

    Fantastic Wear OS watch

Definitely an upgrade on the older TicWatch models. The new chips make it super responsive with more than enough RAM to run smoothly. The dual layer display is great and it’s good to see them continue to use this. It’s a great alternative to the always on display for saving some battery. On that note this watch will last me a couple of days and it charges really quickly when it does need topped up. Between the WearOs and the Mobvoi app there is watch faces to suit everyone.

The battery lasts for up to three days.
I’m no way a keep fit addict just an OAP that likes tech and wanted the watch to check heart rate etc.
I’m very pleased with the watch so far it is good that when an email comes in you do not need to look at your phone just a glance to the watch the only problem is the email repeat two or three times.
I’m still learning more about it ever day
The instruction that come with the watch are very basic and could have been bette

I bought this on amazon day , grate purchase. Open box
Powered on, downloaded all the app, syncs with the iPhone alright, added Google Pay to my account.
Overall this watch is by far the best Smart watch on the market the battery life is really good, i get 3 days on one charge ( way better then my aple watch) the apps are working perfectly, and the customisation is grate ( there apps that you can download and add watch faces) .
You cam add any 22mm watch strap.
I’ve been using the watch with the pre-installed Mobvoi apps such as TicHealth and TicPulse, as well as the new ones: TicSleep, TicZen, TicOxygen, and TicHearing. All of the apps have been working perfectly and reporting the stats accurately. The TicSleep app also has the option to set non-tracking time to save battery.
I see some people experience some delay in notifications, or messages , didn’t happen to me
    Very happy with my purchase.

    Great super smart watch

I love this watch. I get about 5 days out of the battery which is the same as my old fitbit and far more than any other Wear OS watch on the market. It has its quirks but I don’t mind them. Great screen. Would definitely recommend.

Great value (100 off on Prime Day) watch. Still getting used to its functions but really pleased so far. It’s remarkably lightweight so doesn’t feel too heavy on the wrist. Only negative for me was there lack of detailed instructions and useful FAQs. I encountered what appears to be a common problem that the watch became ‘stuck’ in tutorial mode and wouldn’t display notifications. I managed to find the solution on a forum but this sort of info should be included in the FAQs. Disappointing basic mobile app but this takes nothing away from the watch itself which is amazing.

    Cons:

The sensors work intermittently some time the HR, stress app shows error .

There are many pros about this watch so I won’t list them all here. My favourite aspect is that not only is it a full featured smart-watch, but unlike Samsung 3 it has android app store and supports a good amount of 3rd party apps.

The factors causing me to drop stars are:
    1. Sleep monitoring is inconsistent – some nights the watch just totally fails to record any sleep info
    2. Essential mode doesn’t stop the backlight from turning on when the wrist is moved – annoying when sharing a bed with someone else overnight
    3. Still no bezel OS control – this watch would benefit massively from hardware interface control instead of the gestures

I bought this at the discounted price of 220. At that price, there’s nothing to fault. Not sure I’d be willing to pay 300 for it though. It’s beautiful, smooth, practical, and despite concerns I found the size absolutely fine on my wrist (I’m male with a small to medium build). Can’t recommend this highly enough.

I’ve had the my ticWatch pro 3 watch for a few weeks now, and I must say I am glad I bought it, coming from wearing a Fitbit for years this is great. The sleep tracking could be a little bit more accurate in terms of when I fall asleep and wake up, but the tracking through the night seems good. The functions are endless and for everything that it can do the battery is ace. Really loving this watch.

    Awesome smart watch

The last time i tried a Wear OS watch was a fossil sport which was slow and had very poor battery life. Everything that was wrong with that watch is completely the opposite with this watch. From great battery life (2-3 days), smooth and fast operation and a wide array of heath apps (Mobvoi apps and Google Fit) I love this watch. It does have a few issues though including a poor Mobvoi Android app and the ability to set DND to turn on and off to a schedule except it works once then not again. Then the inability to be notified of Google reminders which has been a problem for years! Other than this I highly recommend this phone and am pleased with my purchase.

This really is a great Android Wear watch. Battery life is excellent, battery save screen is good and main screen is really good..bright and punchy and pretty high resolution. Operation is as smooth as butter. The GPS location is really very good, the best I have seen on a watch by a very, very long way and I have a Galaxy Frontier, Sony Smartwatch3 and Fossil Gen5. The Pro 3 locks within 8 or so seconds and gets a very accurate fix within perhaps 12 seconds, probably because it’s one of the few watches that can use the more accurate European Galileo Satellite System. The Fossil Gen5 GPS by comparison is absolutely useless.

Sound is very good from the internal speaker and people tell me the audio their end on an LTE call is very good too. Pulse and blood oxygen is surprisingly accurate, within 1% on blood oxygen and 1-2 ppm on pulse of a dedicated Omron Upper Arm monitor… providing you keep still!

The sleep function is pretty good, in fact for me it seems to auto detect well and produce pretty realistic measurements but this is a notoriously difficult area to get exactly right for everyone.

So..all good but for one omission..unlike every smart watch I have bought or seen it has no compass function! I’ve no idea why this is but forget using it for serious hiking. It can also affect ‘smoothing’ of run or walk tracking when the GPS signal is lost as the watch software cannot determine if you keep on the same line from compass readings absent any GPS as many smart algorithms do. It will probably work fine with some tracking software and not well at all with others showing sudden sharp deviations from paths if say the GPS signal is blocked by overhead trees. I really have no idea why they would have left off support for this, it seems quite mad in a watch that does everything else so very, very well.

All in all though it is as I say a cracking device.

I bought this smart watch for my husband for his 50th birthday. He wanted something different and loves watches. This was delivered on time and has all the features it states. He loves all the apps and the changeable faces. I’m not sure if the sleep facility is 100% accurate but it’s close enough. It’s a lovely looking watch and not bulky like I though it would be. Overall a good buy and I would recommend it to people who love tech and gadgets.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought TicWatch Pro 3 GPS in October 2020 and have been using it daily. It took almost 2 weeks for the delivery which was little disappointing. I have been using it for
    1) Step Tracking
    2) Setting up timers
    3) Stress Testing
    4) Heart Rate monitoring (especially after high intensity work outs)
    5) NFC Payments (occasional)
    6) Find my phone

I used the sleep tracking for 3 days and stopped using this feature because I personally found it uncomfortable to ware it during sleep.
The watch had bug during alarm. Sometime the screen freezes during alarm and must restart the watch. Hopefully, they get fixed after the update.

    Pros
Very responsive. The watch lagged only once or twice which got sorted after restart.
    The strap is very comfortable.
Dual display is very useful to save battery (getting 2-3 days of battery on regular use).

    Cons
Step tracking needs bit of improvement, after walking for an hour watch has 1000 steps extra comparing to my phone.
Has both wear os tracking and tick watch tracking apps installed, it becomes confusing which app to use.

I would recommend the watch to anyone who is looking for android smart watch. Worth the money.

Descent smart watch with 2-3 days battery life

Having previously purchased what I thought would be a better quality Fossil Wear OS watch which failed twice, this is fantastic.
I was a bit concerned as I had never heard of the brand but there were good reviews and it looked a nice piece of kit.
The battery life is great does 2 days of reasonable use.
Has nice features from wear os which are duplicated or improved linking the app for the watch.
Sleep Tracking and steps seem pretty accurate, I have compared it with other devices and gives very similar results.
It also does oxygen sensing not sure of the accuracy but nice feature.
The display is a good size and is crisp and sharp and the dual display always on feature is a nice bonus.
Reasonable number of free watch faces and obviously loads more you can pay for.
    Great watch so far.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was a bit dubious about purchasing a watch from an unknown (to me) brand at a premium price. I have had both a TAG connected and a Mont Blanc Connected2 – this is an improvement on both – for about 20% of the price. It is more connected, has a better display (dual) and three times the battery duration. It also looks as good! What’s not to like.

Really good watch I get about 4.5 to 5 days out of one charge. Easy to use, lovely colours and bright love the second screen at a glance see what time it is how many steps date if you got one of the exercise apps running it show s you how long and other stuff. Phone calls through watch are brillianti can talk with my arm down by my side and I can here it to. Good build is definitely lighter than my wife’s Samsung galaxy watch 2 but still feel rugged enough that you know it is strong. Can’t say anymore than it brilliant and hope it stays that way. Just hopefully get to try the swimming with it soon see if it recognise how many lengths.

This is my 3rd smartwatch and by far the best so far. the improved chip and battery mean a very smooth operation and it easily gets through the day using about 20% of battery capacity in 12 hrs use. no need for a separate fitness device as this fulfils that roll but also delivers notifications from phone and replicates other phone apps like notes and maps. the watch does everything I want from a wrist-worn device

First ever smart watch, so nothing to compare it with except my expectations. It basically does everything I wanted it to. I can take phone calls on it, it receives messages from WhatsApp, Signal etc. emails (work and home). When I’m out walking I can see my route via GPS tracking and Google Maps works on it.
The heart rate monitor seems to be pretty accurate, not sure how to comment on the blood/oxygen monitor, but it’s there. I’m also not sure how it counts the steps, it seems to over estimate I think, but I could be wrong. The only thing I didn’t see the point of was the sleep monitor, it tells you how much sleep you had. I know how much sleep I had, I was there doing it. I sleep well and solidly so don’t really need a second opinion.
I get 3-4 days out of the battery, which I think is pretty good.
Overall it is a good watch with plenty to recommend and it is not too expensive. It was quick to pair with my Android phone, I had to Google how to do a couple of things, but easily found and implemented.

I never had a smart watch ever, I loved my phones and my headphones but never really thought about getting a smart watch. Not until I went from a Note 9 to Note 20 Ultra and found out the heart rate sensor was no more. i did have a look at the watches available but I didn’t really want them. The first experience of Ticwatch I had was from Jerry Rig Everything on Youtube, he made a tear down video of the Pro 4G. I really liked the watch but didn’t order it for some reason. But it wasnt till the announcement of the Pro 3 with its 4100 chip that made me put my order in. both I and the Mrs liked the watch. Then later in the year the LTE version was announced. I brought this one for myself and the Mrs has the Pro3.

Since I have both watches the differences are small and maybe subjective or it could be just me. The ones that stick out for me are

LTE version, if LTE is turned off the battery lasts longer on it than the Pro 3, that was based on me strapping both the watches on my wrist for 3 days with the exact same settings and charge level.

The LTE version has better tactile feel to the physical buttons, more of a click than slide in.

The back casing is different, not sure why but must be LTE reasons.

I have been loving my watch, they both ran smoothly and had decent battery life of uptp 42hours, this 3 day is so subjective to the setting used and you can get a good few days depending on how flashy you want the watch.

    Pros for me:
Having instant view on the Ring doorbell, sends picture
    Sleep tracking
    Heart rate tracking 24hr
    Big yet thin design
    Torch…use this alotComfortablestrap

    Cons:
The lcd screen backlight can be hit or missTilt to wake is hit or miss
Cant change the Date format on the Essential Mode
Good watch faces from Facer cost alot unless you pay 35 a year
    Wear OS can be buggy

I loved my watch but for last 3 weeks becauseof Wear OS i had trouble with the watch. It would constantly loose Bluetooth internet connectivity even though Bluetooth was connected for calls. I tried many things but in endWear OS decided it would crash every time it was opened. Only help from Samsung Members helped me sort out Wear OS bug.

Now I’m happy everything is working again.

    More than just LTE update.

My biggest worry is how to set up voice command with Google assistant… that’s the thing that’s not working ATM, and I bought it for that reason mostly, didn’t want to have the need to press button to wake up the watch. Hopefully they will fix it, other than that, when it comes to battery life, accuracy is great. Very responsive, not sure about sleep tracking and exercise apps.

I’ve had and original TicWatch Pro, a Pro 4G, a Pro 3 GPS and now the Pro 3 LTE (I just couldn’t do without independent mobile connection) each time you have not failed to impress. It’s not often I find a brand I am happy to stick with through so many iterations, but Mobvoi have never missed the mark yet.

This watch has a slightly larger display than the Pro 4G, yet is still thinner and lighter than the last one. The new essential mode is brilliant, just the few extras have made all the difference to what was already a brilliant and unique feature. The watch straps you have invested in (like I have) will be transferable to the new device, I personally like a metal strap which makes the watch look all the more classy, personal preference I know and there is nothing wrong with silicone strap that comes with it, still a premium strap.

The buttons seem to have had a bit of an overhaul and feel way more tactile and responsive than previous iterations. I’m very impressed with the blood oxygen sensor although I don’t have a benchmark to comment on the accuracy but the fact that I can leave it on 24/7 without it draining the batter any is nothing short of amazing!

Battery life is astounding, I have been getting an easy 2 days out of it with some pretty heavy usage viewing my home security cameras remotely on it and that’s going nowhere near the essential mode! Being able to pay using the built in NFC and Google Pay means I really can leave my wallet at home now, not to mention my phone as with built in LTE and Vodafone One Number I am Never out of range for a call or a text.

The new Snap Dragon processor has really elevated the watch experience and I am looking forward to WearOS making the most of it to improve the experience further.

KEEP IT UP MOBVOI, can’t wait to see where you take this next. Happy to be involved in some feature request forums if available for users to get involved with.

The TicWatch 3 Pro LTE exceeds all expectations.... Mobvoi Again 5*

So upgraded from the ticwatch pro 2020.
This is a much better looking and designed watch. Thinner and lighter than the 2020, it looks a lot more premium on the wrist.
I got the LTE version, though this isn’t widely supported yet, so hope to make use of the esim in the future.
Some reviews and forums mention problems with the software and sensors. Mine has been fine right out the box.
It’s easy to respond to texts etc from the watch. Tracking info seems pretty spot on.

Overall, really pleased with this. Deffo an upgrade over previous ticwatch and performs just great. Battery life also much better than the previous ticwatch, and the dual screen set up is just brilliant.

If you’ve already got a ticwatch, this is better looking. If you’re torn between this and a Samsung/fossil smart watch… This one won’t disappoint!

Not perfect, but very very good

This was an upgrade from the original Ticwatch Pro and I notice that it is lighter and the battery lasts much longer. I don’t like the new version of the LCD time display as, due to it having a backlight when required, the contrast is much reduced. This means that you need good light to see it unless you flick your wrist to illuminate the backlight. It also means that I am not keen on using it at night as the backlight keeps turning on when I move around. Not really thought through.

Great product, and my husband is very happy. Had an issue with it being shipped outside EU, but seller resolved promptly. Thank you seller.

I already had the Ticwatch Pro 2020 but took the chance to upgrade to the Ticwatch Pro 3 LTE as it promised a smoother Wear OS experience due to the snapdragon 4100 processor all wrapped in a more svelte frame. This watch does not disappoint!

The Pro 2020 is a handsome watch but the Pro 3 is able to refine the look and shave a reasonable amount of weight off. 16 grams doesn’t sound like much but on your wrist, it makes a noticeable difference. You do not get that “wobble” on your wrist with a heavier watch. Everything feels well-made and built to last.
The strap is all silicone this time around which I prefer. Good for any sweat inducing activity yet still manages to look premium and smart. It happily goes with a shirt or gym gear.

Setup was a breeze. It starts up and pairs noticeably quicker than the Pro 2020. The whole experience of using the watch is very nice. Swipes and presses are slick and smooth with no lag or stutter. Apps load much quicker than any watch I have previously owned (including previous Apple watches). Raise to wake is quick and doesn’t leave you hanging. This will be down to the Snapdragon 4100 processor and the 1GB of memory. It makes for a very enjoyable experience.

The watch comes pre-loaded with Mobvoi and Wear OS apps which gives you a choice straight from the box. I went with the Mobvoi apps for fitness and sleep tracking as they seem to delve a bit deeper with the info and metrics they provide. Auto sleep tracking seems accurate. Fitness tracking also seems accurate. GPS acquires quickly and tracks any walk / run with ease.

The battery is something which has improved quite noticeably over the previous generation. I have had it for a couple of days and with every new gadget I have been messing with the settings, downloading apps and changing watch faces. Even with the constant messing I got two days out of the battery on smart mode with heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring and raise to wake on. I certainly think I will easily get the three day battery life on smart mode and maybe a bit more. Three days is more than enough especially with the speed the watch charges. If three days is not enough or you cannot get to a charger then the essential mode will kick that out up to 45 days. It also now comes with a backlight in essential mode.

The LTE component of the watch I have not had chance to try as it is on Vodafone only in the UK however my contract is due in a month so will be switching to Vodafone and look forward to going phoneless and just using the watch.

I would most definitely recommend this watch. If you are coming from another manufacturer or upgrading from a previous generation Ticwatch you will not be disappointed.

My watch is paired with my Oneplus 8 pro

I decided to upgrade from my trusty original ticwatch pro to the new 2020 version as my old one was heavily put through its paces and I think it was time for a change.

I stuck with mobvoi for a few reasons one being the dual layer screen which is amazing as it is always on and takes barely and battery life and still manages to track all my health data like its 24 hour heart rate monitor and a pedometer. Another reason I have stuck with Mobvoi is due to their excellent customer service as I have had 2 previous watches from them the Ticwatch pro 2018 and the ticwatch s and if I had any problems with either I was very quickly helped

Once I had opened the box I could instantly tell how much faster this new watch was probably due to its newer Qualcomm 4100 SOC and its doubled RAM. I think this also contributed to a longer battery life than the original which was already great for battery life. With both the original and the new one if the watch dies the LCD mode continues working for many days (up to 45 days!!!)

With the new speed the watch is much much more enjoyable to use as you no longer have to pause between every time you open apps or do anything as everything is opening instantly due to this I will probably use more apps than I ever did with my last watch.

The GPS in the new watch is also much more accurate compared to the old watch and the new altimeter makes this watch perfect for camping and hiking. With the LTE built in it also means you can leave your phone behind and still be connected wherever you are.

The new physical design is much for comfortable than the old one as it is noticeably thinner with a nice changeable strap so you can wear this for any occasion.

The increased water protection means you can go swimming with your watch now and it will not break however I did notice underwater there were a few ghost touches on the screen however when it goes into the LCD screen it is completely fine.

With the new chip comes better power efficiency and now with a larger battery only means one thing incredible battery life which is much better than the last one. This is very good as you don’t need to take the watch off much especially if you use the sleep tracking which is built in.

I only have a few minor complains with this watch is now the charger uses a magnetic clip on which holds itself to the watch however I preferred the old puck but that’s just personal preference. Another problem is the apps with the same health functions however its fine as they all sync together its just that it looks a bit cluttered with so many apps.

In conclusion this new ticwatch pro 2020 is a very nice upgrade from any smartwatch as is a very well rounded watch and one I can see myself wearing for a long time.

A perfect upgrade from the original Ticwatch pro

I have used Huawei and Samsung premium smart watch but the new Ticwatch Pro 3 LTE is a top notch . My first mobvoi watch was ticwatch pro 4G which was another fantastic watch but there have been massive improvement in the latest ticwatch pro 3 LTE. First of all, the battery life is much better than Ticwatch pro 4G.
Thanks to the backlight, you can read the time in dark without changing the face of the watch.
The strap is even more stylish.
The speaker is much louder than other premium watch out there.
The hd heart rate and sleep tracking is really awesome. The TicZen(it measures daily stress level ), TicOxygen( it monitors oxygen levels in the body in 24hrs, it saves me the hassle of putting on oxygen every time I have to my reading ), Tic hearing was another big plus, as I sometimes work in a noisy environment, it monitors level noises around you. The amount I paid for the watch is really worth it compare to other premium watches out there. I have no regret whatsoever for buying another Ticwatch.

Due to the new chipset this watch is like night and day compared to previous smartwatches I have had. It is so much quicker and smoother than my previous watches
I do especially like the 2 layer design as it means that if you just want the time it’s easy to see in large digits on the low power layer.

I previously had a TicWatch Pro, which I was very happy with. When I heard that Mobvoi had brought out the TicWatch 3 GPS, I thought a lot before buying – I just didn’t feel that the improvement was worth it. Eventually, however, I decided to go ahead, and, WOW.

On paper it is slightly thinner and somewhat lighter that the original Pro, but it feels so different, so much sleeker and lighter, and a much more sophisticated design> The new 4100 chipset works so much better as well, this watch is very responsive, without any of the lag that I sometimes noticed on the original Pro. All the new features seem to work well, and are very accurate. TicZen, TicSleep, and stress and noise detection especially, are great new additions to the included apps, and all the old favourites are still there.
The Amoled screen seems brighter and clearer, and the new backlight on the FSTN display makes that much more useful.
It sits very well on the wrist, with none of the clunkyness that most smartwatches have.
Battery life is great, I charge it every third night, could probably stretch to four if necessary.

All in all, despite my initial reluctance, I am very happy with my purchase, and would recommend it, either as a first smartwatch, or as an upgrade.

So firstly I decided to upgrade from the Original TicWatch Pro I have had this one for just over a year and thought I would treat myself with some money saved from lockdown. I am glad I did. When I read the description I thought how could there be +85% CPU Speed and less power consumption. But this is lightning fast.

I am now on day 4 since the first full charge and it’s still performing fantastically at 6% battery life. I have been giving it some hammer for the last 4 days too so I could see how quickly the battery dies but I’m amazed. The trusty old TicWatch Pro would do me well for a full day of activity tracking (long walks all tracked and a busy phone ~100’s of notifications every day) but would need charging every night. The TicWatch Pro 3 GPS though 4 FOUR! whole days before needing a recharge. WOW!

I did my first run with it on night 2, just the watch on me no phone or anything else. The GPS was picked up within seconds and tracked my whole run exactly to the spot (I did some strange things to test this out lol!) On the previous smartwatch it would sometimes take upto 3 minutes to get a GPS signal so this is a huge improvement.

I have mine paired to an Android phone, it’s a OnePlus 7 Pro to be exact which with it not being a hugely popular brand sometimes has issues working with our hardware but there was no pairing or connection issues at all with the TicWatch Pro 3.

I can’t quite believe how much thinner this model is too compared to the older one. It’s a much lighter and less bulky fit and seems to sit better on my wrist, and feels overall more comfortable. The strap is not as thick as the previous model too but still feels very strong and the orange stitching detail finishes it off nicely.

The dual screen was the one of the main reasons why I love the TicWatch series. The “Essential” mode LCD helps the battery life while still making the watch fully functional on a basic level. Then when required one ta or twist of the wrist and you are in “Smart” mode with a full AMOLED colour screen that is clearly visible in either bright sunlight or pitch darkness thanks to the ambient light sensor.

I am excited to try out the long awaited Sleep tracking that is now built into this model. I will be giving this a go, it’s just I got used to having to charge my old Smart Watch each night. I am still in the habit of removing it before bed.

The side buttons are nicer too and more compact, there’s no accidental pressing of them by moving your wrist in a strange way. The blood oxygen sensor is a very helpful tool especially in the current situation.

Overall my advice to you should you be considering buying a Tic Watch Pro 3 GPS. do it! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic! Excellent Battery Life! Much faster than the previous version. Spot on GPS!

This is the first wear OS watch I’ve tried that doesn’t lag or stutter. It’s really fast and fluid. When I’ve tried wear OS in the past it’s always stopped working or took ages to do certain things like open Google assistant but that hasn’t happened on this watch. I don’t know if it’s the new Snapdragon 4100 or the 1Gb RAM (as other wear OS watches I’ve tried have only had 512Mb RAM) but it’s the best wear OS watch I’ve tried.

Just prior to getting this watch I’ve been wearing the Samsung galaxy active watch 2. My biggest gripe with the watch active 2 was the battery life. I was lucky to get 2 days out of the battery. The battery on the TicWatch Pro 3 is a lot better. In full smart mode with all the features turned on I’m getting 3 days out of it. This is probably partly down to the dual screens. The LCD screen is like a lock screen. I had the original TicWatch Pro which had this as well which was great but I found that when it was dark I couldn’t see the LCD screen. Mobvoi have added a back light that lights the LCD screen when you lift the watch up to see the time. It’s a minor change but it makes a huge difference. Something else I like about the dual screen is that you can change the length of time before the LCD screen kicks back in. The normal timeout is 5 seconds but you can change this up to 15 seconds.

The watch is really comfortable to wear. The 22mm band is silicone but looks like leather. It’s really stretchy and I don’t really feel the watch while wearing it. I like the look of the watch as well. It has a more classic look which suits me as I work in an office so it looks a bit more professional. It’s got a big AMOLED screen which is great for scrolling and viewing.

Mobvoi have pre-installed a series of apps which are called TicZen, TicSleep, TicExercise, TicBreathe etc. I had fun playing around with these apps. The TicBreathe has a 1 minute breathing setting. I tried it out and you are concentrating on the instructions so much it actually does help you slow down and relax. I’ll be using this more often. There’s also a voicememo app built into the watch which I’ve found quite useful. I’ve got a terrible memory so if I’ve just spoken to someone and don’t have a pen and paper handy or my phone I can use the voicememo app to record something before I forget. The only thing I couldn’t get working was the voice command for the Google Assistant. I contacted Mobvoi and they said that this is a Google issue and there should be an update by the end of the year. You can still use the Google Assistant by long pressing the top button or swiping right and clicking the microphone.

But apart from all that, one of the best things I love about this watch is it supports Google Pay! Over the last few years I’ve had Garmin’s with Garmin pay and Samsung’s with Samsung pay but neither of these support any of the banks I bank with. Google Pay is the only one which supports my banks. I have my debit card and one of my credit cards registered on my watch. It’s great. So easy to use and switch between the cards.

I’ve wore both the TicWatch Pro 3 and my Samsung galaxy watch active 2 for the last few days and the TicWatch Pro 3 is the one that I have been going to to check the time, check a message, use Google Pay etc. Definitely recommend this watch to anyone looking for a smartwatch alternative to the Apple or Samsung watches with a cheaper price tag to boot!

    Loving the Snapdragon 4100!

I have used Samsung Tizen watches a this while, they have been really good with their build quality and software. But it missed the Google apps and mainly Google Assistant.
But this one looks great and has Google apps built in.
This looks beautiful and sleek than the older Ticwatches.
I loved how snappier it is when asking Google Assistant anything or running Google maps on the device.
The Mobvoi health tracking is more detailed than what I found on Samsung and Apple watches and their supporting apps.
This missed out on ECG tracking and Fall detection but otherwise everything is upto date and sometimes even much better.
The sleep tracking is very detailed and excellent and one of the best I have ever seen.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a Wear OS watch.

Had my Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS for a while now and what can I say. Outstanding battery life, aesthetically pleasing design, Wear OS refined by Mobvoi for better usability, premium construction.
I have owned many smartwatches in the past but this is now my daily driver. The dual layer LCD and OLED screen extend the battery life to almost 4 days!!. This is the feature that breathes new usability into the Wear OS platform. I no longer run the risk of wearing a watch that won’t even tell the time because of the battery running out. At the risk of sounding a bit of a fanboy this watch is so feature packed I don’t know where to start, it ticks all the boxes for me. HR monitoring, Blood SPO2, GPS tracking, google assistant, microphone and speaker, military standard durability, great build quality etc, etc etc.
If you can, buy one. I thoroughly recommend.

What can I say. Well done guys a great uplift to the android wear os platform.. cpu is good, battery life is way better than any android watches (and I’ve had a few).. if you purchase you will not be disappointed… My only grumble… Charging the watch should have been wireless and the charge cable that comes with the unit ain’t great. It does it’s purpose, but would have completed the product with wireless charging. .

    Really happy with the watch.

I had the first SmartWatch ever, the pebble then the pebble colour then tried galaxy watch and other watches for so far, really happy with my new ticwatch.

Two complains, the screen lights up at night when I move unless watch is manually put in cinema mode and sleep tracking often cut my sleep in two in the middle of the nigh

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis watch is a real improvement on my previous TicWatch E. For a start the battery lasts over 2 days, so I do not need to charge it every night (of course, this must depend on the Apps that are running).
The display(s) are clear, although the black and white default low-power LCD is a bit “faint”. The heart-rate monitor and blood-oxygen detectors seem to be accurate. It’s a bit irritating that if you are running an app that uses the main colour display, the watch will default back to the b-w display and you need to keep waking up the watch to see what’s going on. I imagine this would be fixed by choosing the “Always 0n” option for the main display, but then battery consumption would increase.
Integration with “Wear” is as good as you would expect, although as far as I can see “Wear” does not support the Blood-Oxygen Monitor feature (You need to use the Tic App for this).
The Watch seems quite elegant to me and is a lot less chunky than my previous TicWatch.
Overall I really like the Watch, but it is perhaps a little expensive compared to other “non-Wear” products, but I really wanted access to the “Wear” app portfolio.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have bought the smartwatch 3 weeks ago and I have now tried it for more than two weeks for all my activities. I am using the smartwatch all day long and now, I have started to wear in the night to use the new feature to monitor the sleep.
The design is very beautiful and in my opinion is very elegant, but I consider it more suitable for a man rather than a woman. It’s also lighter and thinner compared with the competitors.
The display is one of the killer features because it uses 2 displays, the first one shows just the time, battery, and steps, and when you are in training mode, it shows the information like time of exercise and cardio ratio. Additionally, the display has a backlight that turns on automatically when you move the wrist to watch the time. The second display is Amoled and it has an adaptive brightness that makes usable in any environment and saves the battery.
The TicWatch Pro 3 GPS is very fast in every situation and the performance is very good and doesn’t impact the battery. With my usage, typically 10k steps including 40 mins of a heavy workout, many notifications, and 3 calls per day, I usually recharge after 2/3 days.
The watch includes the NFC and google pay and works pretty well when I get the metro and the GPS is really fast to connect and to track my sports activity.
In the beginning, I have noticed some problems in activating the LCD display but after I received a few updates I think has been resolved.
The only feature that I miss at the moment is the wireless charging because it uses a small magnetic pin that I need to carry over when I am traveling.
I really recommend buying this smartwatch.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have come to this Ticwatch Pro 3 from the original Ticwatch Pro and before I go any further the update in responsiveness is worth upgrading for. The better processor and small upgrade to Ram means this actually does what you want when you want.

    So the features first.

They have packed in all the fitness and health tracking I needed and some I never even thought I needed, these all now work together with a breathing app to help if stressed. Sleep tracking works very well with no need to press any buttons, just allow app and then once you wake it will have tracked and you can access within the mobvoi app on your phone. In a similar vein both heart rate, which I compared manually and blood oxygen are great to know even if exercise is not your reason for owning a smartwatch.
In terms of going for a run which is my main exercise the old Ticwatch would think about starting after my run had started and even then was not responsive to give me real time updates. The new Pro 3 starts tracking automatically and gives clear heart rate and distance etc on screen without need to wake watch. It even coaches you through your exercise regime. Notifications appear as they do on previous watches with a slide up but they are smooth, no lag or stutter and they open when tapped once.

    Battery

I travel for work and often have a short stay of one or two nights, finally I don’t need a charger, with everything tracking me 24hrs I get 3 or 4 days between charges so twice a week charging for an hour max each time works for me. Should you get too a low power state the watch will still tell time, heart rate, date etc

    Design

The strap looks neat enough with its faux stitching and is suitable for exercise including swimming but the real star is how much slimmer it looks. It is only a fraction smaller but the tweaked design gives it a much lower profile. Still a large watch but when you are looking at a screen on your wrist there is only so small you can go and be usable. The two buttons sit proud of body and are easy to access without looking and having a dedicated exercise button that launces straight into a choice of exercises was great. I believe this button can be set for whatever you need I had it set as google pay on my previous watch.

    Overall
If you are thinking of buying an android smartwatch you will find no issues with the Ticwatch Pro 3 and it does exactly what you want when you want. This doesn’t sound like much but you just want your watch to work and be there to keep you updated without checking your phone and the Ticwatch Pro 3 does all this and more.

    Finally a speedy smartwatch

A breath of fresh air to Wear OS, although the Ticwatch Pro 2020 was a great watch I went out on a limb to upgrade to the latest Ticwatch Pro 3, one of my best decisions of 2020.
The design is elegant yet robust with is lighter frame & sleek look.
The dual display now has a blacklight (with the right settings) which is now more functional meanwhile more efficient for battery consumption.
No need to recharge every night as I’ve managed to get 3 days of use with all sensors turned on (exercise, sleep,
blood CO2 & heart rate tracking, pedometer plus more).
    The band is more comfortable.
This watch makes Wear OS a smooth stutter free experience with its new Snapdragon 4100.
I’m extremely glad with my purchase & would recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade or wanting the best Wear OS smartwatch available.

A worthwhile upgrade to ANY Wear OS Smartwatch currently on the marke

This is considerably better than every other Wear OS watch I’ve tried. The main thing this watch gets right is battery life. In my experience this has been the greatest issue with Wear OS in the past. The new Snapdragon 4100 chipset combined with 1GB RAM finally creates a Wear OS experience that is fast and responsive, with multi-day battery life a real possibility. I prefer to use smart watches in a very simplistic way, with minimal notifications and health monitoring features enabled 14/7. Set up in this way, with an always-on watch face displaying my blood sugar from a Dexcom sensor, I am able to get 3+ days of battery life. With health tracking features and more notifications enabled this goes down to closer to two days, but it is still very good and a serious improvement on older watches.

The watch is large, and the design could be more minimal (read: Apple) in my opinion, but it does not look bad by any means and it is not too thick, which is great. The LCD overlay screen is really cool, I love the G-Shock feel! It would be great to be able to have some control over the complications displayed on the overlay screen. For example I would much rather have my blood glucose value from a third party app in place of steps or heart rate. The physical buttons are nice, but the top one on my unit doesn’t have as good of a “click” feel as the bottom one, so there might be a slight quality control issue there. It just feels a bit “spongey” or stiff, whereas the bottom one has a very satisfying click feel.

Performance is great. It’s fast and responsive. Opening the app drawer feels a tad slow, but it really isn’t bad at all. The Mobvoi health apps are good. Automatic exercise detection seems to work quite reliably. Heart rate monitor seems fast and accurate, but I have no medical equipment to compare it to. The high decibel warning app is an interesting idea, but not sure how useful it is in day to day life. All the Mobvoi apps seem to be of decent quality, but users of existing health platforms like Google Fit might not want to move to a whole new suite of fitness apps. I’d like to see Mobvoi’s hardware integrated really tightly with Google’s Health apps, but what Mobvoi has done with their own apps is a solid option until Google’s Wear OS developers wake up from their multi-year hibernation. That said, the Google Fit apps are here and they work pretty well with most of the Ticwatch’s sensors.

The energy saving mode is really interesting. It seems to shut down Wear OS entirely and run a TicWatch propriety minimal OS while in this mode, kind of a like a dual boot setup. In energy saving mode the watch battery lasts a ludicrously long time, and again you get that cool G-Shock look!

In conclusion: This is undoubtedly one of the best Wear OS watches. Wear OS is still lagging behind Apple and Samsung’s platforms, but this watch makes it a decent experience. It nails what are, in my opinion, the two most important aspects of what makes a smart watch reliable and useable: speed and battery life!

Probably the best Wear OS watch available

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI previously owned the older model TicWatch Pro, and this is a significant upgrade, in many ways on top of the extra functionality and health apps:
    – it’s much lighter and feels like I can wear it all day and night without fatigue
    – it’s slightly smaller, and thinner, but with a larger screen (about 1mm extra circumference)
    – the energy saving display is backlit! Many times I had to manually turn on the main display because I couldn’t see with the old watch and this is great!
    – the main display has a higher resolution and better contrast
    – battery life is better (it was already great on the old one!)
    – the experience is much snappier and there are no slow downs at all in the user experience

Overall a massive improvement and I’m very happy I upgraded!

This is the third TicWatch I have owned and I am not disappointed. After reading some reviews I bought it as an upgrade to the Pro 4G/LTE. While it looks similar, after using the watch for a while, it’s easy to see that the TicWatch Pro 3 starts to outshine its predecessor.

I much prefer having an always on display, it is a watch after all. So I thought the dual display from Mobvoi was a genius idea as it lets you have a normal watch most of the time, and all the smart features you want at the touch of a button. The 3 has gone a step further in providing a live seconds counter and a back light, I personally think this is the way forward for all smartwatches.

The battery life is fantastic, you easily get 3 days out of a single charge which means I don’t have to remember to bring the charger if you go away for the weekend. The Pro 2020 wasn’t bad by any stretch of the imagination, but this is much better. I’ve not really had any need to use the Essential mode, but with normal everyday usage, even with 24-hour heart monitoring enabled 3 days is achievable.

The Pro is a big watch which means you get lots of detail on the screen, the 3 has slightly larger screen, but is thinner and lighter. The weight difference is very noticeable, 6 grams difference doesn’t sound a lot but it makes it much more comfortable to wear it all day.

The performance the new Snapdragon 4100 processor is superb. Switching between screens, opening apps, scrolling through text, all happens as you would want it to.

You also get some new apps, TicSleep, TicHearing, TicOxygen and my favourite TicZen. Set up 24-hour monitoring and let your watch monitor your stress levels.

The TicWatch Pro 3 enhances everything from the Pro 2020 and adds new features. The watch might still be big, but it’s much lighter, thinner, way faster, and the battery extends even further than before. While there may have been times when accessing something on your TicWatch Pro 2020 would come with the anticipated delay after a tap, the Pro 3 removes that delay — making quick tasks a reality, on top of using Google Assistant as intended. If you have the funds, you should absolutely consider an upgrade.

    A worthwhile upgrade.
