Amazing toy my great granddaughter loved it unfortunately when it had to be charged the connection was broken and could not be connected so her dog could not charge up has. Anyone else had this problem she’s very disappointed she’s 4 and carry’s it around like a soft toy.
It’s a brilliant product for kids. 6 months after, we lost the charger and the seller was very helpful and happy to send replacement. Fully recommended.

Die Kommandos funktionieren gut und die Musik und Tanzeinlagen sind voll nach dem Geschmack des beschenkten Kindes.
Leider ist die Programmierung der eigenen Kommandos nicht so vielfltig wie gedacht.
Wir haben den Support bentigt und es war unkompliziert und eine Lsung wurde schnell angeboten.
I bought it a year ago for myself and I really didn’t make use of it too much, so after many months I decided to play today and the dog was dancing and after one dance did not work anymore so we checked the batteries to change it but we just found out that it has an unusual battery and just correcting my review, it did came with the cable, so the fun will continue after charging the battery.
The dog performs well and has few songs for dancing, is a fun toy.
Suggestion: check before you buy if it comes with charger or not.

My Kid loves his robot dog. He plays with it all the time. What impressed me most however is the commitment the company has to its products and customers. My son broke the wires on the battery through carelessness. I contacted the company to inquire about buying a new battery Instead they shipped me a new one for free. I can’t recommend Top Race enough!
It didn’t work properly until the battery was charged fully. Now it’s just really annoying because it’s being played with a lot and the children are fighting over it which is great but not great at the same time.

Great little robot dog, bought as a Christmas present for our 3 year old and she absolutely loves it. We had an issue with our remote control after a couple of weeks and the seller was really great in arranging a replacement. Highly recommend

Es war anfangs erstaunlich und wir waren sehr beeindruckt, da andere erwhnt haben, dass die Batterien schnell leer sind
Die Ton- und Musiklautstrke ist auch zu laut.
Optisch sieht Top aus! Sehr robust und gelenkig. Enkelin ist extrem begeistert. Aber das Gert ist extrem laut und es fehlt eine Mglichkeit leise zu stellen. Kann sein, dass im Auenbereich es nicht so unangenehm klingt, in Innenraum ist aber gert deutlich zu laut. Nach einer kurze Zeit ist schon unangenehm.
Schade, dass man nur in Englisch die Befehle gefolgt werden.
J’avoue ne pas comprendre les commentaires ngatifs. C’est vrai que la tlcommande est en anglais et les commandes vocales aussi; mais c’est bel et bien not dans le descriptif. Et puis c’est que quelques mots que le chien reconnat mme avec un truc mauvais accent.
Il ne s’agit pas d’un chien peluche qu’on balade, nourris etc.. mais bien d’un robot. Il aboie, s’asseoit, fait la garde (grigne et aboie pour nous protger) comme un chien mais fait surtout plein de trucs sympa pourfaire la fte, comme disent mes filles de 4 et 5 ans. Ce qu’elles prfrent, c’est quand il danse et fait de la musique. Il y a plusieurs musiques diffrentes, et le chien a des chorgraphies pour chacune d’elles. Le jeu pour les filles c’est d’imiter au mieux le chien!

La musique est clairement un peu trop forte, c’est personnellement la seule chose qui me gne vraiment; une option pour deux niveaux sonores ne serait pas de trop!
Sinon, le systme de charge n’est pas super compliqu mais pourrait tre simplifi. Il faut retirer une plaque (sans vis) pour accepter a un logement sur son ventre l’intrieur duquel se branche la aprtie rechargeable. Le logement est trs limite, on a souvent du mal refermer le couvercle. Un assez plus simple serait prfrable pour que els enfants le fassent eux-mmes.
Je recommande vivement, on l’a depuis + de 1 an et on l’adore
Purchased for my 9 yr old granddaughter . Her and my 3 yr old grandson loves this dog. It dances, it does yoga it responds to the commands in the book.
Now the 3 yr old wants his own dog where the dogs can have a dance battle!
This is one of the best “unknown” purchases I have made!!! Now to find a different color one for my grandson.
adatto ad un bambino di 6-8 anni massimo e per loro pu risultare anche un po’ istruttivo.
Infatti,accettando tra l’altro comandi vocali solo in inglese, aiuta il bambino ad imparare qualche vocabolo.
Accetta una decina di comandi vocali, danza, imita altri animali ed comandabile in remoto nei movimenti anche se non molto bene.
Direi che un buon regalo anche se dopo un po’ tende a staccare a causa dei suoi limiti.
Der Roboterhund war ein Geschenk an meinen 6 jhrigen Enkel. Die Bedienung ist leicht verstndlich. Er kam sofort damit klar. berarbeitungswrdig ist meiner Meinung nach die Reaktion auf Steuerbefehle. In einer normalen Wohnung sind die Aktionen (z.B. Vorwrts) zu langsam. Der Roboter stt sehr schnell an Gegenstnde an, die Lenkung ist zu schwerfllig. Dass die Tne sehr maschinell klingen, muss man wohl in dieser Preisklasse akzeptieren. Ansonsten entspricht er der Produktbeschreibung und ist qualitativ nicht zu beanstanden.

Volume is a little loud so we covered the speaker with a piece of tape.

My son is 5 and really loves his robo dog weve had it for sometime now but he was so upset when the battery sadly died but the company have been brilliant getting a new one sent out free of charge I couldn’t ask for any more! My son will be so happy when he sees it working again! Thanks agai
My son loved this. He said he wanted to rate it 9 stars. It works pretty well. On the voice commands you have to be very specific. For example: you must say “Sit down” to sit as opposed to just “sit”. This could be frustrating to some younger kids.
The dog sounds are loud. Especially on the dance feature. I haven’t figured out yet if there is a volume control in it.
Overall it’s a fun toy.

I ordered this dog for my 5 year old thinking it would be a great replica of a real dog. The dog we received has a broken leg. Contacted Amazon who sent me a link to the manufacture who replaced the dog. We got the replacement the other day and it works perfectly. It still doesn’t follow all the commands like sit, instead it dances to a song. But it does do all the other tricks and commands. For the moment it’s pretty nifty.

The dog’s actions are very cute, and it performs well and as advertised. My only complaint is… It doesn’t move very well on carpet; i.e., the forward/backward/left/right movements are must shorter than on the hard surfaces.

There wasnt enough room for the charged battery, and the 3 wires connected in it is not strong. One of the wires came out lose the very next day.
There was no volume to control.
It stays in the same volume.
But the Dog was a delight following voice command and other sounds.
The dogs were a lot of fun and the kids loved them. I didnt realize there wasnt a charging pirt on the body though so batteries have to be temoved to charge and they are not eadiest to get back i

Il giocattolo piaciuto molto ai miei bambini, il telecomando abbastanza intuitivo e per quanto riguarda i comandi vocali i bimbi riescono ugualmente anche se parla solo inglese. Mi complimento con il venditore che in tempi rapidissimi ha sostituito il primo prodotto che presentava un difetto al telecomando. Veramente un’ottima assistenza!
The battery keeps falling out of the TRP5. So I ordered another one (in case it was just a fault) but with this model the battery compartment was a little bit different.
There’s one with the black collar which is TRP5 and there is one with a blue colour which is TRP5T (the upgrade I guess) its potluck as to which one you get.
The one with the blue collar (TRP5T) seems to do more voice commands (judging by the instructions booklet) but again it’s potluck which one you get.
Both have dodgy battery compartments
The battery compartment for on the TRP5 doesn’t hold the bulky green battery PLUS the wires, so they all fall out (see video)
With the TRP5T, the battery doesn’t go in fully and it’s hard to take out (as it gets wedged in) but at least it doesn’t fall out.
I kept the TRP5T (as the battery stays in in that model) and my 4 year old God daughter loves it, apart from the dodgy battery compartments it is very entertaining!
My 8 year old loved this as her Christmas gift last year. Would definitely recommend this product out of the other robot dogs seen. Good quality considering made of plastic but she’s dropped it a ton and has loved it well and the thing is still going strong.
The only thing I don’t like about this robot is it doesn’t have a volume control. It’s VERY LOUD!

This is a great toy for a kiddo. A couple of things to note: the battery compartment door is a little tricky and you need to use it often to charge the robot. Top Race has a parts website for replacement parts specific to this toy and I highly recommend using that site to order replacement batteries verses finding on Amazon. Other than that, my son loves this little robot and plays with it often.
Got this for my 3 year old girl for Christmas. She loves it and all kids she shows it to. Love the music, battery life, and the many things the dog can do. The volume is a little loud with no way to control it so we put a clear piece of tape over the speaker and it’s fine. The voice recognition is good. It struggles to understand my little girl but that’s not surprising for a kid who does not enunciate. We have been very happy with our “Robodog.” We like Paw Patrol and this was the closest copy I could find to the character.
What a waste of money! I bought this as a present and when it was opened on Christmas day the battery compartment wouldn’t close very poor design as a result the battery kept falling out. When i requested a refund i wasn’t fully refunded because the item had dropped in value lost 20.00 absolutely furious.
My son was very excited to play with his robot dog. Once the rechargeable battery was charged and installed my son had so much fun with his robot dog. It does a somersault, sits, and even dances. The voice commands seem to work really well and was very intuitive that my son was able to play with it immediately. He loves showing his buddy via Zoom all the tricks his robot dog can do. Very happy with my purchase.
Xmas present. Battery cover would not fit but they only asked for a return, not replacement which we would have liked very much. Quite disappointed as my grandson loved it.

This is an amazing toy, our son absolutely adores it. For a boy with additional needs and a really short attention span, this dog manages to entertain him for a good amount of time! As he is non-verbal he needs help with the voice commands but he loves the functionality the remote provides.
Favourite toys often eventually break due to unintended rough handling, but this toy is pretty robust! When, after a significant amount of time it lost its ‘spring’ I rang and explained about our son’s special needs and how he loves the dog and they’ve sent a replacement for free!! When this arrived I was worried if there was damage to the dog and if it would work. The box was beat up and haphazardly taped back together. It also smelled musky. Thankfully it works and my son enjoys it very much. Battery life is ok. It is a bit loud so get ready for that. Also the voice command can be tricky and may not always register. Overall good purchase
I got this for my son for his birthday and for the first hour it was a blast. My son loved it. After that it was all down hill.. it still makes all the sounds, it just doesnt make any of the movements.. i followed the manual which said to recharge the battery. Nothing. Maybe someone will have better luck than us..

My daughter picked this out. It is very loud amd funny to watch. The voice commands are good and you have to speak clear. The remote is nice to but, the voice command is what she likes most.
Bought this for my boys for a Christmas present. They love it and it has worked great. Boys being boys, they broke the rechargeable battery. I requested a replacement from the seller and they are replacing it for free despite it being our fault. We have bought other products from this seller as well. All of the products are great and whenever we need help their customer service is excellent. Very responsive and quick to resolve any issues.

I bought this for my 5 year old daughter and she absolutely loves her robot dog! My 2 year old son loves it too. It works great and thankfully has a rechargable battery. They both have a blast dancing with the dog when it plays different songs. Also I am updating my review to say that my kids somehow lost the remote, but with their excellent customer service, they were able to send me a new one with no problems!

Bad side is the speaker is very loud. It is on the back of the dogs head, I’ve muffled the noise with some bluetak temporarily and will get some hardening putty at some point on the inside at some point but my daughter doesn’t care in the slightest and my ears are much better so may never get around to it!
The 9 voice commands (after you press a button on the remote and talk into it) are “Sit Down”, “Push Ups”, “Yoga”, “Act Cute”, “Somersault”, “Angry Dog”, “Hello Rady”, “Sing a Song”, and “Stand Up”.

Christmas gift for my 5 yr old. He loves it, he’s been chasing his sister with it who is afraid of it. He also enjoys the voice commands and dancing with it. I had read reviews about the battery charging compartment being a pain having to unscrew it however ours has a tab that rotates to get in and out. We’ve had no issues yet and haven’t had to charge yet. Will post an update If anything goes wrong.
Daughter loves this. Great toy. Improvements would be a volume contol – toy is not too loud but volume control would be nice. Also could be more sturdy – the somersault move slightly cracked the leg cover doesnt affect the operation of the toy but betternif that didnt happen. Overall for the price and the many funtions and voice control its a Great Buy.
