Attractive, functional little microwave. Easy to use, easy to clean.
A good looking and easy to use mkcrowave with an excellent warranty. So far so good and I have not hit any snags. One feature it would benefit from is if the light came on when you opened the doorgto put food in not just when it is cooking

After having great service from our old Microwave was time to replace it.
This one is much more compact and seems more efficient. Only down side is, its complicated, or so it seems after our old one.
Bought this to replace the same product that our parents had used for many years.
They are pleased to be able to use the same model due to its ease of operation.
It does make a little noise, but we knew that before we purchased it.

Bought for MIL, so cannot comment on the performance etc. – however, MIL has indicated that she is very pleased with this item. It must be easy to operate as she is the type of person who can often be found trying to change the tv channel with her glasses case (in her 90’s).
This microwave is brilliant it’s exactly the same as my old one which was a different make a very well-known make. Works perfectly great for the price job done
An upgrade was needed for more space, and this certainly has more space, it is big and powerful, couldn’t be happier. Would deffo recommend
This is the exact same microwave I had for years but Daewoo branded. That lasted for many years so hope this one will too. Good size, easy to use controls, a little loud while running but less “rattly” than the last one of these I had. Not overpriced either.

A negative point for me is popcorn. The popcorn setting is dedicated to 99g or 85g. My usual popcorn bags are 60g. So I bought different popcorn that were 85g bags. The machine burnt some black, others burnt jist darker than cooked and left a good nunber of un-popped kernels. So I felt a bit let down with that setting. Maybe it is too high a power setting, but if it is a ine touch popcorn setting then surely it should be at a power level that is right?!
So far I have fould this to be a good machine with a few negative niggles.
We both have great difficulty trying to see the clock it’s very dark. Tried to get in contact with Tower it took them nearly 3 weeks to get back to me only to ask the model number and I still have not heard back from them so no I would not recommend this microwave.
We had only had this item for 7 months when it stopped heating up, it was noisy whether it had been dropped or damaged in transit we do not know. So heck the box carefully if getting one. Replacement is a lot quieter and sound as a microwave should, aprt from that an easy to use microwave.
Item exactly as described, perfect. I wanted a large microwave to replace my well used broken one as I use them a lot. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and a good size to fit on a shelf in my new kitchen . Recommend.

The only down side is the digital display is not very bright.
That said I would buy this model again in the future.

This is a simple design, no bells and whistles and it’s easy to use, the instructions are clear to follow too..
This was appreciated by the other half as our other microwave was much smaller than this and he always knocked things when putting them in and out of it, numerous rants so this was much much much better!! No more spilled milk or foods!
It does take up quite a bit of room but it’s a family size microwave so I was expecting it too.

I liked the size of this microwave. Big enough when you want to feed a big family!
It is easy to use with many function. the child lock is a smart idea.
I found the price reasonable when I compared it to the average market of similar quality, features and size. If you want a famous brand then you have to pay more for this size.
You need to make room for it on the kitchen top as it is quite big especially the width which is over 50 cm.
One star off because it is a bit noisy.

This is an excellent microwave. Its large size and high rating make it very useful.
It is very simple to use, and does the job very well indeed. Using it is as simple as this:
1. Press the big round button
2. Place item inside and close door
3. Press the 30s button for 30s (it starts) and repeat the presses for adding on more 30s.
There are lots of different functions, although I generally use just the times in combination with the power buttons. Defrost can be helpful: low power with frequent turning. It did a chicken breast very well.
As with all microwaves, take care to ensure that food is heated evenly. Stirring is important. And since this has a 1,000W rating, this is definitely important as hot-spots are quicker to form.
This is a great and easy-to-use microwave. Very impressive.

Great microwave. Easy to use but also comes with instructions. It’s a good size, perfect for large families. Can also fit wider plates inside and doesn’t hit the inside of the microwave. Has several different functions including a defrost one which is great. It’s very sturdy and good quality. Like the design of the microwave too. Defo recommend!
It is an uncomplicated and very easy machine to navigate, just as well because there were no instructions inside the box!
If you just want to heat something up all you have to do is press the big round button to open it (the button has a nice positive action to it, it opens readily enough without having to push so hard it feels like you are pushing the whole thing up against the back wall) then place whatever you need to heat inside in a suitable microwave proof container of course, and press the 30 second button however many 30 seconds you feel you need to cook whatever you put in it.
The first thing to try is a cup or mug of water while you are finding your feet with your new favourite kitchen gadget.
First make sure there is no shiny gold trim on it, even on the handle, if there is, DO NOT USE this cup or mug!
Now fill your cup up to about 15mm or half an inch from the top with cold water and put it inside the middle of the machine.
Now press the 30 second button once, wait 30 seconds and when you take it out you will find it is warm but not hot, now do it again and this time when you take it out you will find it is hotter but probably not quite hot enough to make a cup of tea or coffee to your liking.
Now repeat putting it in and press for another 30 seconds be careful this time because the water will be a lot hotter!
Take it out, drop in a tea bag or spoonful of instant coffee and stir!
If you tea/ coffee is not as hot as you would normally have it, next time press the 30 second button 4 times instead of three!
Another tip place a cup of water in the machine and press the 30 second button five times and watch the water and note how long it takes to reach a rolling boil.
Please be super careful when you take the cup out, the handle as well as the contents may well be very hot!
All of this is dependent on the size of the cup and how much water is inside it, the bigger the cup the longer it will take.
So now you have established that it works!
There are 4 one touch cook programs, Frozen Pizza, Dinner plate, Beverage and popcorn.
So if you place a mug or cup of water in the machine and press the beverage button and it will allegedly work it out for you!
In reality what it will do is cook on full power for 70 seconds! If you press it twice (2 cups?) it will cook on full power for 130 seconds and if you press it three times (3 cups?) it will cook on full power for 190 seconds!
The problem with this is, if you, like me, prefer a full mug of tea or coffee the 1 press for 70 seconds is not long enough and the two presses for 130 seconds is too much! This is why the time spent learning how to use it properly is not wasted!
Alternatively, place a dinner plate of food that has gone cold in it and press the dinner plate button and it will do the same thing.
It will cook for 170 seconds if you press it once and 200 seconds if you press it twice!
On the popcorn button 1 press gets you 105 seconds on the first and bizarrely 95 seconds if you press it twice!
The pizza button really is best left well alone. That is unless you particularly like unappealing anaemic, raw looking, yet actually fully cooked pizza! If you do decide to press it, it will cook for 150 seconds or 280 seconds on the first and second press.
What does this mean, well it is simply a pre-set time for the machine to cook depending on which button you press & how many times you press it. All very convenient but not at all smart!
The 5 Auto-cook menus / bread / soup/ baked potato / fresh vegetables / frozen vegetables I am prepared to bet all work in the same way, but they could fluctuate the power during the time they cook, I dont think it does but I cannot test this.
Please understand I am not running the device down, its operation has been given what is often called a simple user interface and I for one prefer not to be assumed to be simple.
One of the best microwaves I ever had you had to tell what power level and for how long it was to cook for and it worked flawlessly, first time every time.
You can do the same with this oven and this oven is more powerful than the my old one, so this one is actually better!
If you press the “Power” button first it will say Hi and for each press it will go down by 10 percent, showing P-90 / P-70 / P-60 / P-50 on the display so if you press it 5 times and the microwave will be set to half power(P-50), then press the numbers on the keypad for how many minutes and seconds you want it to cook, press start and off you go!
Wonderful in its simplicity, form and function, no need at all for all those silly programs!
Lastly if you press the defrost button I would suggest you then enter the weight in grams of the frozen item you have put inside.
Like all microwaves when following reheating instructions you may be told to stop and stir the contents or even let it stand for a minute or two then carry on cooking, it is vitally important you follow this advice in order to get your food cooked evenly properly and safely throughout.
This microwave makes great play of its concave interior which it has but only on three of the four sides so its not like you could actually put a much bigger plate in it because of this design feature, you can put a bigger plate in it because it is a bigger microwave! They claim that the microwave energy is better circulated because of this design feature which it quite possibly is true, this combined with the dual electromagnetic wave feature is most likely why this machine does heat food up very quickly.
This microwave is from a well known and trusted UK brand and comes with a standard 1 year warranty that is increased up to three years when you register the machine on line. The only microwave I have used that was as powerful as this one was in a fish & chip shop I worked in as a teenager, it was an absolute revelation then and in many ways still would be now, 35 years on!
If all you want is a simple easy to use microwave, look no further, here it is.
This does not have a grill or fan oven built in so this will last a lot longer than those machines that do have them because in my experience the excess heat always kills them off prematurely!
This is a well made good value for money machine from a British brand I would trust.
I would not hesitate to recommend this microwave to a friend or family member or to you, if a simple microwave is all you seek. HTH.

When tidying up the room I opened the box in I found the instructions under a chair, they must have fallen out when I was unpacking the microwave. There are no surprises in the instructions at all, I was right about the defrost being by weight as explained above! There is a clock function if you want one and a child lock that doesn’t stop the door being opened but does freeze the controls if you want!
I am happy now that I have found the instructions because they shouldn’t really be sold without them! HTH
Always had 1000w microwaves, this one is very easy to clean and the digital display is easy to read. Its very large so you can fit pretty much any microwave meal/plates. The door button is nice, my old microwave had a small slot button but this one is nice and big.
The defost feature works really well but i havent used any of the other settings yet but they are nice to have.
A really good microwave
One of the most powerul microwaves I have tried. I was one of those who decided to try it out before reading the manual and wondered why it cooked so quick. get ready to adjust your microwave times because this is 1000w where by old one was 700w. Although this is a 31 litre capacity microwave, it is compact is size and still would fit on your kitchen worktop without taking up all the room. It is only a bit bigger than my existing microwave oven. I am now able to fit a large dinner plate in or multiples things in at once.
The microwave is simple to use, I like the one touch dinner options for popular dishes. The auto cook function and one touch start and stop makes heating food up simple and quick. There is an LCD display which counts down so you can see how long you have remaining and useful if you want to lower the power output for when reheating you can.
Cleaning is simple, the touch pad is easily wiped down with a soapy cloth and so is the interior. The microwave plate can come out and is dishwasher safe. When not being used the display also shows a clock which is useful.
A great microwave with a lot of power, easy to use and looks good.

This is a large family size microwave that is very well made and powerful. The 1000w heats up food in seconds.. honestly compared to my old one this one is a like super sonic food blaster.
The digital controls are super simple to use and operate. Love the various functions it’s has including the defrost.
Cleaning is easy, the tray can go in the dishwasher and the inside just needs a wipe down. The Tower brand are becoming a house hold name for kitchen product and they are good quality.
The micro look slick too and is large enough for the family. Would defo recommend. Great for the price.
The microwave is white and has a digital control panel. I did go through the instructions before using and they are very well laid out and the functions are explained clearly. So far I have used this for warming, cooking and defrosting foods. It has performed as I expected of it and again was easy to set up and use.
There are various settings and these are worth exploring so you get the full benefit of the cooker. I do like that it is a larger size as this means I can use my mixing bowls and not be limited to smaller quantities.
This is a microwave that is ideal for families, easy to use and clean. It is a brand name that I recognise and trust. I do think this is very good value and the quality is also very good. I am delighted with this Tower Microwave and I would definitely recommend it.
This microwave is so simple to use and setup.
The clock was really quick to set. Literally press clock, key in the time then press clock again. Done!
There’s a good selection of auto buttons. And a quick start button (+30 secs).
It has a nice large capacity of 31L and is fast at heating being 1000w.
At just under 87, I think it’s good value for the size. I would recommend.
I have just purchased this product and it’s well, absolutely perfect in every way. The first thing I noticed was how easy it is to operate, and that you don’t need to have a Ph.D. in sciences to change the clock and cooking times. From the moment I plugged it in I was cooking, because the instructions are down to earth and easy to understand. It takes just 5 seconds to change the clock, and just 10 seconds to program your food ready to cook. Plus, it has 1,000 watts of cooking power, which blew me away in how fast it cooked baked potatoes. Never before have I had an oven that I can easily understand and as such, just had to write this review – so go and get one 🙂
