Fitted to my bike today. The idea is ideal as there is no way a fone will fall loose from the holder. The fastening buckle for attaching tho seems like it could be stronger but for the price, the item is perfect.
This holder holds phone firmly and tightly. Furthermore, It is small in size and can be easily mounted on any part of the handlebars. My son use it almost every time when cycling and have used for long-distance journeys. He also said that holder is convenient in use. Thank you so much
I bought this as I had just bought a new electric bike, I wanted all the trimmings like using my phone as a sat nav while riding.
I was concerned that using my Samsung s23 bombing 35mph it would fall off and smash to pieces..how wrong I was…this holds your phone with confidence, no rattles and not once did it look like it was going to let go of my phone.

This product is great. You don’t need tools to attach, and can do it quite easily in less than 2 mins. Also can attach my phone with shock proof case and a waterproof case on it. It literally fits all shapes and sizes.
Also the seller gives you a choice of different elastic bands, which is a nice touch.

Also, it doesn’t vibrant when riding so tracking maps on the go is a breeze. I’m glad I found this phone holder.
Really liked how it was cheaper than a quad lock etc.can keep my own phone case on it. Was worried as it’s so cost effective it might lack quality but it’s been super for 3 months plus, I’m the same condition as I bought it and done 1000+ miles with it on handlebars.
I never got in my bike without Truactive bike phone holder. I love it. Holds different sized phones ; I have 2 one bulky and one small and slim and both hold so well. The colored elastics are so fun as well.

Works amazingly well on my golf trolley for my Sky Caddy SX400. Stable and robust it has been the perfect holder. Nothing else out there.
My golf isn’t any better but it can’t resolve that.

Brought this to hold my mobile phone on my motorbike.
The wrap around bands hold my phone to the mount super secure which gives me massive confidence that it wont come off at 70mph on the motorway.
Have recommended to friends and would buy again.
Helped me navigate using iPhone for multi-day bike trip and was invaluable. Easy to install and quick enough to get the phone in and out every time you wanted to remove it. The grip felt very secure and my phone never once came loose.
The only two slight negatives:
– One of the corners of the rubber holder that clips around the corners of the phone ripped. Luckily the three other loops held.
– The joint which allows easy repositioning of the phone did work itself out of position when going over bumps so found myself constantly adjusting this. Not tricky, just giving it a quick push or pull but still a little irritating.
I’ve had a couple of these similar phone holders over the last few years. This is the first one that seems secure, doesn’t wobble when my bike goes over bumpy ground and is easy to get my phone out of when I need to.
Great product – super easy to install, use and move between bikes. Does everything it says it will. I’m very happy with the product and the price I paid for it was extremely reasonable!

I have bought this item for my daughter to mount her phone to her bike, which it does very well.
It’s really well made and the added band keeps the phone tight in the case and on her bike allowing her to use the navigation and other features.
It held my phone and was secure. I used it and my phone didn’t fall off. I don’t know if it’s for every phone but I did have to take off my phone case for it to fit nicely. However it didn’t fit onto my bike handle properly. It was too loose so it was moving downwards
All round good item. The holder grips my phone well (Samsung A53G) even without the elastic strap and there’s enough width in the jaws to take my phone inside a waterproof case. The phone never moves in the jaws.
Plenty of spare straps and padding to adjust the bar mount for different diameters.
The ball and socket joint that holds the phone mount to the bar mount is secure, but the the nut that tightens the bar mount gradually works loose on very rough ground. Not anywhere close to falling off, but enough that the phone mount will very gradually sag as it’s shaken during the ride. I’m reluctant to use threadlock but will try PTFE tape to see if that works. It would help if the nut was ‘nylock’. One star withheld.
All said and done though it’s still a really good mount and I’d happily recommend it.
So when purchasing this bike mount for my (6.3″!) phone, I expected it to just be a naff cheap thing that’d see me through a few weeks at max.
However, this thing is honestly surprising in a great way!
The mounting is ridiculously secure – there’s no way you’ll be getting your phone out of this unless you give it some proper force once mounted! The rubber corner loops also help to ensure the stability of it when a phone is installed. It also comes with all sorts of colours for rubber strap loops, though you’ll never need more than one – these things are strong!
I do find that my phone does tend to droop slightly after a bit of riding, however that’s an issue with all ballsockets, especially since my phone is pretty weighty. No problem though – just push it back up, retighten it and it’ll stay there.
Overall, very impressed with this product, especially for the money! I’ll definitely order another if I need to, but that won’t be for a while yet with how durable this is!
I bought this phone holder several months ago to use on my motorbike. It’s been fitted to the bike and used through extremely cold weather, during heavy rain, and on bumpy roads. The fit is absolutely excellent, as long as the rubber is on properly, the phone is very unlikely to come off (it’s never come close to falling off for me, and I’ve ridden the motorbike between Birmingham and North London multiple times in a variety of weather). The screen can be easily interacted with. It’s a fantastic cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive holders out there. My advice to anyone buying is just to ensure that, if you’re using a phone case, that it has good friction with rubber (so a rubber case is excellent, for example). I also received a lovely hand written card to thank me for my purchase, so excellent customer service, and a truly fantastic product.

You don’t need to look any further for a bicycle smartfone holder. Rigid and safe, no displacement at all whilst riding. Highly recommended.
