Can I just say this unit is well out of warranty and has been faultless until very recently. It has been invaluable in securing our property and providing evidence to the Police. Easy to use and allows us to keep an eye on things when away. I did have a problem recently but one email to customer services and they provided a solution super quick. Well done.
Absolutely no complaints about this system, it runs perfectly without issues, the cameras have a perfectly clear picture in day or night,can access the cameras from phone when needed, would highly recommend this system for anyone wanting to keep there home safe. The seller is also very helpful if you have any questions and responds very quickly.
The product is great for those on a budget,it works and is easy to install. Packed with features and most importantly sansco are great to deal with should you have and technical problems.
I purchased the system in February 2021, recently had an issue with the DVR.
Contacted SANSCO customer service; even though the product was beyond its warranty period. They were very helpful and supportive, replied to my enquiries with 24 hours and resolved the issue with a replacement DVR.
Extremely happy with the service, knowing the quality and support available. I will happily purchase SANSCO products in future.
I purchased my Sansco 4 camera security system nearly 2 years ago. The system is easy to install without the need for expensive tradesmen and can be installed in a couple of hours. My system is connected directly to my home computer and also to my mobile phone through the internet, and I am able to view my front door, back door, front gate and even my Koi pond even if I am away on holiday, the added bonus is everything is also recorded and can be played back. The Sansco system gives myself and my family peace of mind whether were at home or away. I would recommend Sansco home security for its amazing value for money.
Great product, been installed for 4 years and still going strong. Picture quality remains good (only had to replace one cable due to being weathered), and the customer service has continued to be exceptional (even four years after buying it – replied and resolved within 8 hours). Impressive.
This equipment was replacing an existing system that had been running for 7 years without issue. Also from the same manufacturer and once received the new cctv was fully equipped to completely install without additional add onsworked first timeand even though some alarm issues were raised and by using the after sales service emails these were quickly resolved.

I bought a 4 camera box set one camera is missing though the cameras are good quality the bolts to adjust up and down the holes to tighten where threaded i just replaced with new Allen nut and bolts much more secure now
I purchased this system back in Sep 2020 and since then I cannot fault it, it is so easy to view recorded footage and also using the motion detection you can easily skip through. The quality of the footage has always been good and even though my car is 25m away I have had no issue zooming in and seeing what I needed too! Setting up the cameras was also a breeze, you are supplied with plenty of cable to easily have cameras all round your house! Recently the DVR had stopped recording and even though I am out of warranty I contacted Sansco via their support email in an attempt to purchase a new one. I got a response literally a few hours later telling me that they would send me one out free of charge! The customer service is outstanding and the value for money with this system is Great!
I bought this 4 camera system after looking at other reviews and recommendations. This system seemed to have consistently good reviews. I bough the system in 2020, but waited until Summer 2021 to fit it, in order to plan the best cable routes and camera locations. Also I was doing some remodeling so waited to fit the install in with that.
The picture quality is excellent, the cameras all metal, great quality and look good
, and the recorder and software is feature full and straight forward to use.
Support from the manufacturer is very good if you need help or are unsure of anything.
Would definitely recommend.

This 4 camera cctv is better then the quality then what I used at work , the cameras give a clear picture and the area it covers it better then a set up that I had at home, I feel very safe in my home now know I’m covered by this set up ,this is definitely worth the money and would encourage people to buy
I purchased this system a few years ago so thought that it was worth writing a review to summarise it. Over the few years that I have used it, I have been impressed with the fact that you just leave it to get on with what it has to do! Whenever I have needed to look back on footage, it has always been at good quality and any motion has been simple to find due to the motion detection setting. Recently I did have a technical issue with the hard drive and contacted sansco technical support via Facebook messenger and the issue was resolved. The hard drive stopped recording after 3 years of use and it turned out to be the power supply. Although my system was just out of warranty, I was sent a new power supply free of charge! We bought and installed this system in 2019 and it has worked flawlessly for years. Picture quality is great and it does everything we wanted. Menus and setup are a little tricky to follow, but if it had a flashy menu etc then it would cost more and it’s really not necessary since it does the job and you rarely need to alter anything other than the clock which runs fast. Motion detection was a little too sensitive but we have a lot of plants/ windy site and have just turned that function off which is not a problem. Our system recently developed a hard disk error (late 2022), but I contacted customer services via a direct email address (not one of those annoying online forms) and got a really helpful response the following day! Excellent value for money and great customer service.
Straight forward to install, great product with excellent after service. Had a problem with one of the cameras they talked us through what to check it improved it but still wasn’t quite right so they just replaced the camera no problem. Would highly recommend.
I’ve have set up all 4 camera but when I go onto playback its only showing 2 out of the 4 channel that been recording? why cant i have all 4 camera recording but can have 2 recording ???
Having purchased the system in 2019 I have had excellent results and piece of mind by the security CCTV provides. The remote app for accessing the system on my android phone/iPad is also a boon when away from home, particularly with the recent updates for security and better access.
The system was bought as a kit which came with full and simply detailed instructions for installation and set-up.
Recently the system inexplicably stopped working so I contacted sansco service department for help thinking that due to the age of the equipment I could be faced with the cost of replacement.
But, the response was fast and simple and importantly without the need to replace more than the power supply adapter.
The system is now back up and running: thank you sansco.
Overall an excellent system at a sensible price with first rate back up.
after having my motorbike stolen from my house, we bought these cameras, after easy enough set up they started work right away, good quality product for the price much better than i was expecting. would advise anyone to have these for even just feeling safe at home,
